Mr. Anderson is really good and will really help you. i am horrible at math and am doing very well in his class. He explains everything and will help anyway that he can. Highly recomnd! I am taking his class again for math0024! He's great!

very helpful teacher. perfect for students who are slow learner because he teaches the lessons step by step. he helps you go through problems that you have trouble answering if you'll let him. if you can't make it on a quiz or test, just let him know and he'll give you chance to make it up unlike other professors. overall, he's the best math profes

Mr.Anderson is an AMAZING math teacher. He explains the problems to you and is always willing to stay after class to help out any student. He breaks down math problems step by step and helps you to understand. He continuously asks if everybody understands or if anyone has any questions. I am not a fan of math in the least but I will admit that Mr Anderson has been a good teacher. He's funny, easy going, and most important he is ALWAYS willing to help a student understand the material. Highly suggest taking his class

Mr Anderson is a WONDERFUL teacher, before this class I absolutely dreaded going to math classes, but he is easy going and gets stuff done, he is on top of everything and gives everyone equal attention and helps everyone out that needs it! I will refer him to everyone I know! I even just signed up for his next class next semester!

He is a very understanding person. the class is already easy so make sure to do all assgn. before dead line b/c they R worth 2 test grades. He explains things to the bone. And He also gives half credit in addition test correctons. I have bearly passed by 4pts on the final exam. make sure to ask your Q's. other than dat his class is a breeze!!

Overall, Mr. Anderson is a very helpful teacher and fair. He uses many analogies so that you can comprehend the class. It will still require a lot of hard work to pass, and he will not give breaks unless you deserve it. I had the summer sem and it was too hard to keep up with work/school,dropped. The HW amount is A LOT so prepare to not have a life

Professor Anderson is a great teacher, he explains everything perfectly so anyone would understand. He cares about the subject and it shows. Time goes by quickly in class. Not to mention he is nice to look at. Recommend him to anyone.

Best Math Teacher Ever!!!

Immediately following begining algebra I was in his class. I fell behind several times but he allowed me extra time to turn in online work. He is willing to stay after class to help you with any questions you have. Loved him! Final was HARDDD. The final review packet is the only way to pass.

Mr. Anderson is the best math teacher ever. I was never good at math, I was afraid of fractions, variables, and exponents. He will teach fractions in a way that you will love fractions. He's amazing. I took him for two math classes so far. He will speed up if a few people in the class are math wizards that shout out the answers, so ask questions.

Mr. Anderson makes math so easy to understand. Just show up to class, take notes, and actually do your homework, and there is no way to not pass! Mr. Anderson is awesome =D

Great teacher. He does expect you to have some prior knowledge of basic algebra going into the class so he will breeze past the simple things and spend time on the harder parts. He really cares about his students and gives you every opportunity to succeed.

One of the best math instructors I have ever had. Mr. Anderson does his best to make sure you understand the information and goes out of his way to find ways to help explain it to you. He is also very personable and will work with you as long as you put forth the effort. I'll be taking him for both MAT 1033 and MAC 1105! Great teacher!

Awesome teacher. Easy to understand lectures. Need to know basic math for this class though. Gives extra credit on tests. Homework for every lesson, but it helps for the tests a lot!

Great teacher. Takes the time to explain concepts and their real world use completely. Alg comes pretty easily to me but I have had a few teachers and he is great for those that are not so good at math. Lots of homework, but it is necessary. The only teacher I have had that takes the time to give a progress report before drop period ends.

He is the Absolute Best! I would have gotten a better grade had I not had probs at home. I have a very hard time understanding math, and never has a teacher explained it in a how & why manner. He loves you to learn math. He also has a sense of humor which is a great addition to his talent teaching students. All the while, keeping it professional.

Really Great Teacher. Mr.Anderson was really clear throughout the whole class and always took time to ask everyone if they understood or had any questions. You will need basic math skills coming into this class because he expects you to know certain things, but even if you dont you will be fine. I urge you to take Mr.Anderson for your math classes.

He's one of those teachers that care about his students. 95 percent of the tests come from the homework and tests. No need to buy the book. He grades fair. He;s an easy A ONLY if you do your homework and study

When I first got into his class I was a "F" student in math. I took him from beginning prep to college algebra and I am a "A" student in math. He is very understanding and willing to help with schoolwork as much as he can. Just attend class an you will be good. Best math teacher ever!!

Mr Anderson is absolutely fantastic. I TRULY dislike math but he made it so easy and enjoyable. His classes fill up QUICK because he's so good at what he does. Highly recommend!!

Growing up I always failed my math class or barley passed through. Starting college I was scared I would not understand (due to the fact I had not taken a math class is years) but Professor Anderson Made it very comfortable and easy for me to focus and understand everything. DO homework, show up, pay attention, ASK QUESTIONS. He is great!

Great teacher! He's not just gonna just hand you an A,if you don't work for it. He makes the material understandable and there are many opportunities to get extra points. If you're not lazy,you'll pass his class.

Mr. Anderson is extremely helpful and very friendly. Coming from a person that is not that great with math, he really helped me understand the material and when I didn't, he was never condescending about answering questions. If he sees that you are trying, he will go the extra mile.

I think this professor is great. Hes a really nice guy and his lectures are good. He makes the material easy to understand. The only difficult thing about the class is there is ALOT of homework.

This was Mr. Anderson's first time teaching Statistics. He pretty much reads the powerpoints for most of the semester, but his tests aren't that hard. If you don't mind putting in the work with homework, take him. Pretty straight forward, gives you an outline of tests beforehand.

It was a little difficult taking this class since it was Anderson's first time teaching it but he didn't make his tests hard at all. The mymathlab actually really does help its just that he gives too much homework to do. Just study the outline he gives you before tests and you should be fine.

Anderson is an absolutely great professor. I had him for both Pre-Calc/College Algebra. He teaches extremely thoroughly and clearly, but doesn't spoonfeed it to you and insults your intelligence. Definitely makes the course interesting and takes the extra step so you understand "why" you are doing the step. Wish I could take him for my higher maths

Took Mr. Anderson for Algebra 1033. Class itself is extremely difficult, fast paced and there's so much a professor can do. With that in mind Mr. Anderson is a fair teacher he will work with you & wants you to succeed. He does offer the opportunity for corrections on test problems which helps tons and allows 50% credit on late hw assignment which not all teachers do. He does expect you to know things from past courses and will fast pace through them regardless. Sort of nerdy with lame jokes.

Mr. Anderson has made my final attempt at the course the most pleasant one that I've had on campus. For the time constraint that he has to work with, he is very thorough (even if a little fast), and is encouraging with his teaching. His extra/partial credit are invaluable! He is one of the few good math teachers at the Brandon campus. Recommended!

You have to have self discipline to be successful in this course. Everything is done with MyMathLab except the midterm and final. I sometimes found that the reviews for the tests and the actual test differed quite a bit but if you study your past quizzes, tests, and homework you will be fine. Time consuming-but totally normal with online courses.

I passed with an A, but this class was very time consuming. You must have self discipline to do well. He does drop the lowest grade of the tests and quizzes, and gives unlimited tries on homework. I only had to reach out to him maybe once during the semester, very fast response. The syllabus is clear-cut so is my math lab.

Professor Anderson was an amazing professor, I took business calculus online and was very nervous for this course. Professor Anderson did everything he could to help me pass the class, although the class is hard with the help of a good professor like Anderson it is manageable. There is alot of hw and tests but its calculus, be prepared to study.

Mr. Anderson was my best professor yet. He is very helpful and understanding. He really cares about his students and will help as much as he possibly can. He provided me extra opportunities to complete my work that I was unable to for personal reasons. I would totally recommend Mr. Anderson and would take him again without a doubt. TAKE HIS CLASS !

Amazing professor.

Math has never been my strong suit so I knew I had to put in the time to earn an A. Youre given plenty of time to do the work. Quizzes are due every time you complete a unit, and there are 4 tests total. You have two attempts to improve your grade on quizzes/tests. Mid/final are 30% and done through proctoru. I hate proctoru.

I had Professor Anderson for an online course so we used Aleks. There were no lectures, no online meetings. You learn everything off of Aleks and you work at your own pace. You just have to have everything done by the due date. He does respond to emails and is always willing to help. There are about 4 tests and they aren't difficult!

You get infinite amounts of tries on your quiz's and two tries on your test. Your final exam you only have one try. Each week you have a 3-5 homework assignments at the end of the week those assignments are locked and you can not go back and fix them.
