Crazy/awesome/unique outfits! Very positive attitude everyday!

Aba is one of the most eccentric teachers I've had, but he really made an effort to ensure that everyone understood the material and had the tools necessary to do well in the class. He was always willing to answer questions about homework and held study sessions before exams. I had my doubts at first, but he ended up being a pretty good professor.

aBa is hilarious and has fun teaching, but at times can be a little sidetracked and give some examples that make it more confusing. He is always helpful and available very often to help. Fun class, fun teacher!

ProfaBa was one of the best professors I've had in my 5 years of college. He's very good at making material fun and interesting. The entire class was engaged, and he really connected with the students. Very fun positive personality and an all around cool guy. Two thumbs up! He's awesome! (Even if you hate Math, you'll love his class)

Prof Aba is a cool professor. There are times that i didnt understand what he was trying to teach but he tries to clarify everything. Hes super funny and tries to make the class more interesting and not boring. He wants all of his students to achieve a good grades so he tries his best to do an extra problem for everyone to get. Overall hes great.

aBa is the funniest and coolist teacher I've ever had. He makes Mathematics so easy to learn and understand as well. Plus, he has a very unique clothing and hairstyle that sometimes freaks you out.

My experience with Aba was pretty good. The class moved along kinda slow, but it made sure that I had a concrete understanding of everything. If your looking for a fun math teacher that is decently easy, Aba is your guy.

Aba is a GREAT math professor. I've never had a class so fun. He keeps everything interesting all day every day. He has the funkiest personality and wears some pretty ridiculous stuff. I learned a lot in his class and he is always very prompt with answering homework questions& is always available for his students questions in the office or outside.

Encourages students to rate him on here. Explains lessons in depth and will help whenever you need it. He helped explain Calc to me even though i wasn't in his class. Extremely friendly and helpful. I'd take any class he teaches. Amazing teacher.

Like, 'I nearly failed a remedial trig class' bad, so I was DREADING taking it my freshman year--and it ended up being my favorite class. He is personable and able to be reached via email. The assignments are online and you get unlimited chances. The tests are not bad as long as you studypay attention in class. I recommend!

aBa (That's how he likes his name to be spelt) is a very spontaneous and outgoing professor. His wacky outfits and weird quirks will be the topics of your conversations for the entire semester. Although he is very passionate about Math, he gets off topic extremely easy. Be ready for lots of online assignments, but it's worth it in the end.

Aba really holds students accountable. Whenever you miss class, he will approach you about it mention it in a joking manner so that it isn't insulting. If you have a deadline approaching he always reminds you of it, and if you have a late assignment, he is willing to work with you on turning it in for at least partial credit, unlike most professors

aBa is hands down my favorite professor that I have ever had. He is incredibly smart, hilarious, and truly cares about his students. I have always hated math, until I was in his class. He made every day interesting and he was engaging and energetic. I'd advise you to always go to class however, as he will call you out for not showing up! Go aBa!

aBa is so crazy and entertaining! For once in my life, I actually looked forward to going to math class. That being said, he gets very distracted and often makes errors on problems during his lectures, but I would take him again in a heartbeat! He is very funny and for the most part class goes by fast. At times he can go a little too fast. He is very strict about attendance so show up to avoid consequence.

aBa is pretty cool. Very enthusiastic and checks to see if he's going too fast during lessons. I didn't like math before this class and still didn't like it afterwards, but I went to most of the homework help sessions and passed just fine. Highly recommend him and his class!

His class was the first time I ever got an A in math. There are help sessions every week with TA's, and he always holds great review sessions (with free pizza!) before each test. Allows notecards

Best/funniest self-describing cryptid/alien I've ever learned from. He can move kind of fast through concepts and if you haven't done them before it can be a little hard to follow but he has office hours as well as SI and homework help sessions that will absolutely get you to where you need to be in time for the test. aBa is a neat character and is one of my favorites. Don't skip this class or you will fail because everything builds on each other. The proofs are lengthy, and sometimes confusing. He provides many opportunities to meet and talk about the content and homework/tests though.

aBa is one of the best professors I have ever had, I usually struggle in math but this class I got a 99.9%. They are very accessible outside of class and always answers their email quick. Very inclusive environment for all members of the LGBTQ and other minorities.

I took him back in my freshman year. I sucked at math but somehow, still managed to pass with an A-. Attend SI sessions, they help! He is so funny and has such a fun personality. On top of that, I interviewed him for an assignment for a class, and he is the definition of rags to riches. Extremely humble and kind professor.

This was my first semester at UWEC and aBa was my favorite professor by far. He is hilarious and super helpful. He gives you the materials you need to pass the class. If you do the homework you'll do good on the exams and quizzes, they are very similar. aBa genuinely cares about his students and will get to know you and help you succeed.

Made the semester bearable. He is so kind and funny. The class material was a little difficult but he spent so much time going over examples that it became very doable (and I hate math lol). He genuinely cares about his students and makes everyone feel seen and valued. If you miss an assignment, will let you re-do it or turn in late.

Aba is a real gift to UWEC. He is beyond caring and compassionate. I have battling illness for the majority of this semester, and he has been helpful in anyway that he can be. He makes sure you're on top of your work and caught up. He just caree, which feels harder and harder to come by. Take his classes if you have the chance.

aBa is great such a good person and he cares about each of his students and trys to actually get to know them. He made math enjoyable. Sometimes thought I do believe he teaches in a not straight forward way and confuses things. I personally wish hed do more examples and expect homework every week usually three assignments per week.

At first I wasn't the biggest fan, but as the semester went on I could tell Aba truly cares about his students! I was struggling in the class since I'm not good at math but he went the extra mile to help me. He takes a bit of getting used to, but he means well and wants to see you succeed. aBa actually made me enjoy math, and I hate math! Math 104 is rather difficult but aBa makes it worth it! He is such a kooky person and I love it! Loves to give out nicknames!! Sometimes he was hard to follow but if you ask him to re-explain he will gladly do so. If you go to the SI sessions and Homework help, you should have no issue passing.

There are little exams/quizzes and the majority of the grade is based on homework. He was very willing to help during office hours and I could reach him any time.

Aba gives up to 4 homework assignments a week. He is very caring. GO to the SI and Homework help sessions for help. They are super nice and want you to pass. Do you home as early as you can so you don't get behind. If you do all the homework, with how its weighted the practice will carry your grade mostly. Study for exams! He gives extra credit!

I love aBa! Math is not my strong suit, and still isn't, but he made lecture worth going to and has plenty of resources for us outside of class to help us get to where we need to be. He cares deeply and you can tell he really wants you to pass.

He's goofy and occasionally makes political jokes, but at the end of the day, he's all love. If you get the chance, PLEASE take his class!

aBa has a love for math that is very easy to see and a personality that makes a math class actually fun to come to to. I've never been very confident in my math abilities but this class has changed that. There are lots of resources for your success. I don't think that he is as political as people say, he doesn't bring that up much at all.

Rarely do I have a professor that truly loves what they do, and no only does aBa love what he does but he has a genuine care for his students and wants them to succeed. I'm not great at math but aBa and the SI teachers will do everything they can to help students to actually understand the material.
