Amazing teacher, by far my favorite...hot too. I would take Milon for any class you can get!

Good teacher she adds discussions to class which helps you stay awake sometime basically the test come from the notes

Expects you to be a speed writter, flys through the power point slides most of the time and won't go back, most of her tests come from the notes Legal Research assignments arn't too hard but don't bother to ask her for help if you get stuck

She isn't difficult as long as you go. Can be very boring though. Usually just take notes off powerpoint. As long as you study notes then the tests aren't too difficult.

I had her for contracts and she was a great teacher. Very interested in getting her point across. Tests are strictly from notes. GREAT professor

Great professor! Always available to help outside of class. Notes follow the tests and tests are not very hard. Extra Credit given if you dont miss more than 3 classes.

her tests are really easy if you study. classes are a little boring, but it's an easy A. she is also extremely clear about whats on the tests, i don't know what that other person is talking about

Her lectures are boring, but test are from the notes and are very easy. Lots of group work. Made time go by fast. Easy to work with. Easy A.

Be sure to go to class, she takes attendance and its worth 3 extra points on your overall grade.

Really not too hard, lectures are sorta boring but if you go and stay she gives you the answers to some test questions and extra credit. Just before tests she will answer any questions even if the question is on the test.

Her lectures are boring and she dummies up her classes as if she were teaching middle-school students Intro to Law. You are guaranteed an A if you do what she says, go to class, and turn in your homework, but don't expect to learn anything!

Great professor and very clear. Lectures are boring but worth going to. She gives extra credit for not missing more than 3 classes. Slides are online, always willing to help.

class notes are detailed...however the tests are not very much like the notes...good teacher...some of the exercises in class were a bit elementary and disorganized....she needs to pick the teams instead of leaving it up to the students.to be faster.

yeah, okay so she wasen't the hardest teacher ever, I'll give her that, but she was so boring. 1/2 the class was sleeping literally by the end of the period. She is boring and it's not worth your time

I loved her class. She makes it easy for students to learn by being very approachable. She will answer law related questions that are outside of the scope of the class (as long as the question is reasonable, of course). She is a great teacher.

she is a good teacher if you study the slides you are good. got an A without the book. study the definitions you will do fine.

For all those with the bad comments...what a bunch of babies! Dr. Milon is the best! She genuinely cares if we get this stuff. It is obvious that the negativity ones here are the ones who like to brag about how many beers they drank the night before until they threw up. Dr. Milon is awesome. Anyone who does not like Dr. Milon-they are total idiots

Ok, this class is BORING!!! All the notes are on a powerpoint and there's no incentive to buy the book or read it. Dr. Millon is a great professor and she needs to change those powerpoints.

I can't believe that people think Milon is hard.I look foward to taking her class because it is an automatic A.Yes her classes are boring, and disorganized.She does ramble alot.But you do dont have to pay attention to one word and still get 100s on her tests.Just study ever bold faced word in the chapters and that is her entire test in every class.

she is great. if you dont feel like learning then your not going to learn its simple as that. if you only study the night before then your screwed.all I can say is ive had her four times and each time is was great.

Dr. Milon is awesome! If you show up for all her classes you get extra credit and her tests are straight vocab and rules. Can be slighlty vague on some assignments but the book explains how to do all of them. I only studied and hour before each test and got A's on all of them

Prof Milon is an extremely smart woman who knows the law like the back of her hand and is very willing to help any student. She does expect that students come to class, pay attention and read their books. I found that her lectures were so informative and not boring at all. Studying is key though; this is college after all. An easy A with effort.

She was a great teacher and prepared me for law school really well. If you have an opportunity to take her while at UCF, I would recommend that you do so. Dr. Milon's negotiations and capstone classes are really helpful if you intend to go to law school.

Attendance is mandatory to do well in the class but it was actually a more interesting class than I expected and I'd definitely take Milon as a professor again.

I have taken several of Dr. Milon's classes and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them and learned a lot. I would recommend her to anyone - she cares about her students and their success. She is very knowledgeable and intelligent.

Attendance is mandatory. You do a lot of in class activities and you have preparation homework for those assignments. Probably the most fun class you can take in the law program if you like interaction with people and arguing. Grading is lenient and only 2 tests, which dont count for much of the overall grade.

Very intelligent woman. Taking her for 4240 as well. Knows what she is talking about and uses real world examples to explain things. Don't take her for online, it's worth the face to face instruction. Read the book, notes are online, medium difficulty on her tests. Dr. Milon is an excellent prof.

WWW. Straight forward class. Weekly assignments, which can take a bit of time to do, along with discussion postings, quizzes and tests which are of moderate difficulty. She also offers a limited amount of extra credit, which helps in the end. With effort, an A is extremely possible.

Not a hard class. Just do the work and put a little effort into your memo and you'll get an A. You are on your own for a lot of the assignments, but go to her office and she will help you out. A lot of the assignments most people already had done, just a matter of turning it in. Definitely take this for capstone.

Class is pretty easy. You don't really need to take that great of notes, just download her powerpoints before exams and review them thoroughly. Make sure you are familiar with the rules of procedures she mentions in class and do not listen to her review before a test!!! She will basically cover everything not on the test. Overall a good prof.

Capstone- This class is easy for the most part. Come to class, participate in class discussions and you're halfway there. Make sure you know how to perform legal research and write a legal memorandum. She did not review how to write a legal memeorandum in class, so be prepared. This is the majority part of your grade. I would recommend this class.

I took her for professional ethics and liability. She is amazing. Know the florida bar rules she goes over, review the powerpoints and GO TO CLASS. dont, be lazy. she is a great professor and you will learn alot.

shes a good teacher. she does require attendance and most of the questions from her test come the florida bar rules and her lectures in class. she'll emphasize what you need to know and overall she's not bad

I really enjoyed her class. She's a great professor that knows her material well. Has a sense of humor that keeps class interesting. You may want to go to her help for drafting the complaint and answer. A lot to remember but it's not a hard class if you study!

Good teacher. Very forgiving when it comes to late assignments. She rushes through lectures a bit, but she is sure to emphasize what will be on tests. I received an A in her class and plan on taking an online course with her next semester.

I really liked her, she gave a lot of good examples for everything she was teaching. the class is not boring even thought the theme is not so fun. If you follow what she says for the the test you will do great.

1 of my Fav teachers at ucf. I recommend taking any 1 of her classes. I have taken her for just about everything but capstone, which I intend to take her for as well. She is clear in what she wants on assignments and tests, and her classes help pave the way for other law classes at ucf. I promise u will learn in her class!

Dr. Milon is a wonderful professor for Civ Pro. She uses lots of real world examples and is very funny while doing so. She also asks the class lots of hypothetical questions, not for a grade, just to help you understand the material. She has a very fair grading system, and isn't harsh on drafting motions and pleadings. But she takes attendance =(.

very clear on what is expected. quizzes every two chapters which are just over vocabulary. i will be taking her again next semester

she was great, she had great examples in her stories, they were interesting and funny. and her class was easy as long as you studied before

Had her to civil procedure and her class very interesting, she had funny stories to help us remember concepts. We have 3 small projects in the class but if we don't do well, she gives us a chance to re-do it for full credit. I'm taking her again next semester!

Great professor. She cares and her class is very interesting. In a fun way. Her stories are cool to hear. Class wasnt too hard but if you do bad on one thing, it will be hard to get an A. Would recommend her for anyone

Great teacher, use to own her own firm. has a story for everything she teaches. She can even help you with other law classes. she will be the one to write my letter of recomendation to law school! dont need a book but you must study the rules.

Dr. Milon is fantastic. Took ethics with her. She is very entertaining and has alot of knowledge. I would take any course with her. She is genuine. Don't get me wrong, you have to study, that's why you are in college.

Great online class. Gives plenty time for quizzes, 10-15 questions in 60 minutes. Quiz due every 2-3 weeks, for 1-3 chapters. 3 assignments which helped me learn a lot. Easy class if you read the book.

She's awesome; very helpful and she gives you plenty of time to take the quizzes and read the assignments. She'll treat you like a grown up and is always helpful with quick answers (for an online class)

She is an amazing professor who genuinely cares about her students. As long as you study what she says is important in class you will be fine. She has a story for everything and makes class entertaining.

Class was online didn't really need to interact with her. Seemed nice. Work was straight forward, do the work and you'll be fine. She gives plenty of time to get assignments complete, don't procrastinate!

Love her and took her for all of the classes that she teaches! Make sure you read the chapters assigned and I highly recommend showing up to class to take notes. But she's a fair professor and a really sweet person, I would take her for more classes if I could!

Taking Milon for Ethics and Negotiation Alternatives. She's a very thorough prof. In Negotiation Alt, she does a lot of role-play of ADR, and it really gives you a good understanding of the subject matter. Ethics is more or less off the powerpoint, but she gives a lot of good examples and encourages discussion. I would definitely take her again.

She is such a great teacher and very nice woman. If you show up to class and participate you'll be fine. The class has many group exercises. The only way to fail is to not go to class or not pay attention in class. I'm going to take her again!

Great professor. I found her class to be easy. Tests are pretty clear cut- primarily vocabulary. Everything is out of the book. Just study for the tests and pay attention during class and you'll do great. She goes through the slides that come out of the book so if you miss class, just look at the chapter you missed in the book.

I really enjoyed Professor Milon for contracts. Easy tests, but you have to read and know your stuff. She keeps the lectures interesting and she's not boring. She's not an eye sore to look at either which also doesn't make me dislike the class. She answers any questions you have, and is a fair grader. Recommend taking her for any class.

By far my favorite legal studies professor. So helpful and tells stories to help you understand and remember the concepts. Have taken her for every class I can at UCF. She uploads her powerpoints to Webcourses which is super helpful to print out before class. No textbook needed.

I took this class online and it was a piece of cake. She is incredibly helpful, all of her assignments are clear, and she promptly responds to emails. I would definitely take another class with her if I wasn't graduating!

Definitely recommend this teacher if you are trying to learn! Here stories are funny and help you learn the material. No book necessary and attendance wasn't mandatory but I suggest going to class. Tests are on her lectures and the Rules.

Take her she's great! Not only is she funny and interesting but she really knows her stuff and uses great real life examples. Class is super easy as long as you study for the exams. The textbook isn't necessary (the info on her PowerPoints are whats on the test) however I suggest buying it and readying it to better understand the material.

I took the class online. If you read the chapters & do the homework, you should get a good grade. Tests are relatively easy. Don't expect much communication from the teacher. She gives plenty of time to complete the homework. Expect assignments, discussion questions, & quizzes. I learned a lot, although it seems it was self-taught.

She takes attendance but she doesn't really care if your there as long as you come and take your exams, her notes are easy to follow, as long as you have the power points you won't need the textbook, she does post the slides but some little notes she doesnt.

Negotiations w Milon is the easiest A ever, but you also learn a lot. You do NOT need the textbook. You just NEED to go to class, prepare for the in class negotiations (takes about 10-15 mins) and that's about it. For her midterm, study the SG she gives you - and you'll be set. Final was take home. If you miss class your grade will suffer. Easy A

I TOOK HER FOR ETHICS . SHES A GREAT PROFESSOR, YOU DONT NEED THE BOOK THE CLASS IS BASED ON LECTURE NOTES AND HER POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS. SHE GIVES A VERY DETAILED REVIEW OF PAST CHAPTERS BEFORE THE TEST SO SHE GETS YOU VERY PREPARED. EVERYTHING WE TALK IN CLASS WILL PROB BE ON TEST. TEST IS STRAIGHT FOWARD NO TRICK QUESTIONS, 50 QUESTIONS.

I TOOK HER FOR CIVIL PROCEDURE AND ETHICS, SHES A VERY DEVENT PROFESSOR, OF COURSE YOU JEED TO READ YOUR CHAPTERS AND KNOW YOUR STUFF ESPECIALLY FOR CIVIL PROCEDURE, ITS A CHALLENGING CLASS BUT SHE IS VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING AND WHAT SHE WANTS FROM YOU, SHE GOES OVER TESTS SO NOTHING IS UNEXPECTED WHCH IS WHAT I LOVE ABOUT HER.

She is a great professor. She knows her material. Took her online three times and never got less than a B.

For this class I felt that I did't really use the book all that much. Love how her class is set up. The assignment due dates are spread out so you're not overwhelmed with work. Also, she is very helpful if you're struggling. I'm taking her again in the summer and fall semester.

I took Professor Milon for Professional Ethics and Liability. She is an excellent prof. There are 3 exams and 4 assignments for the whole semester. Assignment are due the same day as the quiz and the exams are spread out monthly. Her exams make you think and some questions will be hard to find, but no worries STUDY & it'll be cake. I have a 96%

I took this class online, had no problem understanding what I was going to be graded on and what I was expected to know on the exams. She provides PowerPoints which are helpful but you for sure still need to read the textbook. The textbook used in this class is extremely helpful. (The Law of Contracts and the Uniform Commercial Code: Tepper)

She made the class easy to understand and kept me interested with her lectures, she does a great job on elaborating on her PowerPoints. If you are confused about anything she does a great job explaining. The couple writing assignments are easy to understand & provide students with experience in drafting complaints, answers etc.

Overall this was a great class. I had her for Property and Real Estate Law. It is usually a boring topic, but she is very enthusiastic about it and I learned quite a bit. There are 4 tests and 3 assignments. She is a lenient grader on the assignments, and the tests come directly from the slides she teaches off of which she posts. Would recommend.

This class was easy because the professor was very clear with her criteria. No textbook required and the final is cumulative but relies heavily on your own reading because she can only cover so much in class with her lectures. Overall I would recommend taking her she is very knowledgeable and simple when it comes to the class format.

Your whole grade is made up of weekly quizzes (easy, based on textbook readings and powerpoint slides) and only a couple of assignments (they take some time to complete, but she gives you a couple weeks to do them and gave me full points even when my answer was wrong because I explained/supported my reasoning). Easy A if you read and do the work.

I had her for mediation and conflict resolution, as well as negotiation alternatives to law. Workload for both was pretty light; just have to show up to class and participate weekly. For mediation, there was an easy group project. Both classes were easy A's as long as you showed up to class.
