He is a good professor. Wants to make sure you understand the work, so make sure you answer him or he will keep asking you if you do until someone answers him.

Was a great proff,i was scared i wasnt going ot get a good grade at first but once i realized i have to do the homework and i did it. i started getting great grades. his tests werent to bad at all. and his homework isnt to bad either. maybe an hours worth once you get home nothing big at all. He was an outstanding math professor and one of the greatest math teachers I've had at VCC. I have taken every math class at Valencia and for my final semester took Statistics which Professor Zainabuldeen made interesting and understandable and finally made me feel smart in a subject I loathe! I took him for Business Calc and Stat and both were really simple. This is by far the best teacher to take if you need explanations towards math equations and problems. He speaks perfect english and knows the material like the back of his hand. I highly suggest ANYONE take him if you are going for a business degree.

I'm transferring to UCF in the spring semester and had to pass Business Calculus. Professor Z is the best with no question about it. To the point lectures, study hand-outs before every test, & great personality. I passed Business Calculus with him & passed Statistics with him. Math professors like him are hard to find!

Professor Z (or Wakeel) is one of the best math teachers, between both HS and college, I've had. Many say his accent is heavy but I never once had an issue. He is always certain his students understand and knows the subject extremely well. His reviews are clear and you are not thrown any surprises on the final. If you need math, take him!

Mr. Z. is a good guy, he takes the time to explain students and also he answers questions even from past lessons, he gives good feedback and is always willing to help. The problem is that he erases the board WAY TOO FAST; you either take notes or listen, to do both will be harder than the class itself, but overall, he's a really good instructor.

I was terrified to take statistics and he has made it easy to understand. He is very descriptive and gives you examples that our easier to understand. He likes technology (calculators) and doesn't expect you to learn the way he did before that technology was around. Homework after every chapter and online work helps you learn the material.

Professor Zainulabdeen is great! I am not great at math at all and I have passed every exam that he has given. He shows you exactly what you need to know. You have daily assignments when you finish a chapter, about 4/5 problems. The chapter test reviews are almost exact to the tests! & He goes over them! Go over those & you'll be fine!

he's one of the best professors in Valencia college! take him if you are ready to work! 3 exams and a final. if u did the online home work u only need to take 60% on the final to drop the final and get the online homework grade. but overall, it's an easy A.

If you miss a day, you miss alot of info. He's nice&will help you understand. While it wasn't a hard class, it was hard to pay attention because it was boring. Not too many tests or homework, just the usual. When I did pay attention I understood the material. His accent is a bit thick, so if you know you don't do well with that, might not be a fit.

He really is a good professor, He is willing to go more in depth with you than most professors are on certain subjects and he understands when his students have reached their capacity in a day. His tests aren't too hard and he is a pretty easy grader. Just make sure you do all the homework and take home quizzes and i'm sure you'll pass.

Prof. talks with an accent, so make sure you sit where you can hear clearly. As long as you know how to solve the (few) homework questions he gives you, you'll be just fine on the test. When he tells you to memorize the identities, DO IT EARLY. He goes over questions the class after; ask if you're unsure how to solve something and you'll be ok.

Professor Zainulabdeen is wonderful. His homework and exam reviews are accurate representations of his tests, so study those & you'll do well. He's always willing to help both during his office hours and in class. He shows that he really cares about his students and their understanding of the material. Definitely would take him again.

He does have a moderately heavy accent but when he teaches he is very clear. I am bad at all kinds of math and I did well. If you ask he will usually do anything it takes to make sure you understand. He breaks things down really well though.

The material of the class is very demanding in general. Professor Wakeel tries to explain the material as easy as possible. He'll explain something 3 or 4 times for different people. The tests can be difficult because the material can be confusing and hard but study the reviews and you'll do good. Going to the Math Center will be very useful.

Best professor I have had so far. He is clear and explains the "why" behind the material taught so that you actually understand, not just memorize. Homework isnt hard, easy grader, there are 4 tests (including the final)Replaces your lowest test grade with your final grade. If your lowest IS the final, he drops it. Super nice too!

To be a stat class he really spelled things out for you and made sure you understood before moving on. If you decide to skip class you will probably fail that section of the test when it come up. He is willing to let you attend other classes if you cant make your own timed class. Great teacher for a tough class.

There was a couple times where I faltered, but he gives such great explanations that everything started making sense again. Its a fairly easy math class compared to others. Also there is two different types of homework assignments but they did help me learn. Don't be afraid to ask questions. He is willing to answer them during lecture.

Even though he is a tough grader and attendance is mandatory he does this so learning the material come easier to you. This is not an easy class but it is common sense, you will need to spend hours in the math lab and studying and the work is tedious. But The way he sets up the class it's very hard to fail, he drops lowest scores for everything.

Took him for calc 1. The material can get confusing but he explains it well. Ask questions and he will answer them. About one section per day, half the class is spent learning concepts, other half doing practice problems. hw on each section which is tough but he grades fairly. Tests are similar to hw if not easier, also fairly graded. Pay attention

Math has always been my worst subject & somehow I got an A in Stats. Though he has a heavy accent, you get used to it after the first week or two. Grade is based off 3 tests, homework, & the final replaces your lowest grade if you get a D or higher. He is very caring & works hard to know you understand the subject. He's very good at simplifying it.

He's a great professor! His lectures aren't monologues which is refreshing. The online homework was usually due Saturdays (a quiz and a short section) and the homework to hand in on the next class he'd assign. He passes the sign-in sheet at the end of class. Exams are like the review and everything given in class plus homework. Would take again!

Just finished classes w/ Professor Abdul. All of the reviews about Statistics are accurate. One of the main issues I had w/ him was that he isnt a understanding individual. I was in the ER for like a week and missed an exam and some work and he wouldnt let me turn in anything. Overall tho, the class could be a breeze and an easy A.

More of a teacher than an instructor. Clearly goes through the steps of calc even if one student is unsure. ASK QUESTIONS! the benefits from many questions. Overall fairness in grades such as homeworks and tests. He's not a bad teacher, its just a hard/bad class.

Great math professor! he does a great job presenting the material. took him over the summer. there are only 4 grades in the class (test 1, test 2, test 3, HW) and the final will replace the lowest grade out of the four. Typical day revolves around going through the chapter and answering examples, then answering 3 to 4 questions for homework that are due the next class period. Make sure you do the weekly statlab because it'll catch up to you! overall he taught well and tries to make you understand as much as possible. Hard subject but he made it bearable. take him!

great class he is super funny. there are usually daily assignments, mystatlab every week and 3 tests. only few quizes only for extra credit. this subject is hard at times but he is easy to work with a answers all your questions.

super helpful laid back class, make sure to do the my stats lab otherwise it'll get too much also don't forget about daily assignments they add up and are helpful. Not a lot of work and prof is chill helpful outside of class as well. I am horrible at math and only reason I got a C was I didn't do the daily assignments. Gave very similar prac tests

He is a very nice professor. He cares a lot about his students. Once you are able to understand what he is talking about, he is actually very good at teaching math. He does give a lot of homework but grades quite easily.

A LOT OF QUESTIONS in mystatlab, but every quiz and daily assignment is easy to do. He gives you leverage to get a good grade on the class. Exams are pretty straightforward. Really accessible outside the class.

He has a thick accent but is still understandable. He cares if the class understands the subject and will repeatedly ask "Do you understand" to the point it almost sounds rhetorical. Late work is not accepted as far as I knew. The Test/quizs weren't hard but were time consuming, failing a test or quiz because you didn't know it enough to finish.

Professor is very flexible, he extended due dates multiple times and added attempts to the quizzes and tests multiple times. Very good professor. Easy class if you do your assignments and quizzes.

This professor provides good guidance. If you are the type of person that puts in the work and ask questions for clarifications and further learning, this professor is for you. If you want to be spoon-fed and wants a good grade but don't put in the effort to learn, this is not your professor. I got an A in Calc 2 with him.

He taught everything in class and some classes were basically reviews of the chapter. He answers all questions in class and really wants you to ask questions. If you don't know how to do something, he goes over it again in class. He also shows you how to use the calculator to complete equations. He was not that bad.

I took him for a real-time virtual course. I liked him a lot, he always went over questions thoroughly even if he already answered them before. He's very patient & it was helpful that he summarized the previous lecture at the beginning of class & kept going over the steps for using a graphing calculator. I didn't find him hard to understand.

Professor Z is very nice, so caring, and wants students to succeed. 1 HW due every Friday, 6 quizzes, & a few tests. Accepts late work for up to 2 weeks. Rated 4 only bc everything is through my lab, not even due dates are on canvas. Also, all lectures come through canvas inbox weekly so it's hard to keep up sometimes. I would recommend!

He was really nice, but you have to be there. He doesn't grade you for attendance but you'll be lost if not there. Don't procrastinate like I did. I made that mistake. But he's a really chill professor. I would take him again. Stats is really time consuming so time manage yourself and don't slack.

loved this professor. if u try in class and participate he will like you. math is one of my stronger subjects so this course was easier to me than others. he is funny and makes learning fun. i would recommend him and take his course again. about 1 hw assignment a week. a quiz every 2-3 chapters and 3 tests including the final

He has an accent, but it's comprehendible, I think the previous ratings of people complaining about it are just making excuses. I barely went to class, in my class we had a group of 6 people (most of them smart) that would help each other with EVERYTHING, it was so nice so this class felt like a breeze. Don't buy the calc, get the app!!

Professor Z is a great stats teacher - he explains concepts clearly and makes the material engaging. The assignments and quizzes are manageable, and Unstuckstudy was super helpful for extra practice. Attend class and you'll do well.

prof z has an accent but you can ask to clarify. he gives time to make up assignments. mandatory to show up to class for notes. he goes through his study guide thoroughly during the 1st day so you can prep to take the test on 2nd day you have with him (near test week). ask when confused, he will be specific when asked. be on time and participate.

Honestly didn't know what to expect based on other reviews. Very nice, yes he has an accent, but it isn't bad. He wants you to learn so ask questions! 1 hw a week, like 4 quizzez, and 4 tests including the final. Take notes, especially on how to use the calculator. A very manageable class with a teacher who wants you to succeed.

He's a very sweet professor who cares and makes sure you understand the material. Attendance is not required but he will take note of it and use it as ec. There are two tests that are proctored online the rest is on Pearson. usually assignment per week. does have an accent but he is pretty understandable.

He was a great professor, he answered all the questions and explained every quiz before class. there's usually 2 or 3 assignments a week which are easy usually quiz and a hw on pearson and then a test about every 3 weeks. Overall the class was great and if you participated he would be more open about the work.

I really liked this professor! The class itself (statistical methods) was really easy and his courseload was not overwhelming at all. He only assigns one homework assignment a week, a quiz about one every 2 weeks and an exam a month. He gives you multiple attempts to do quizzes and exams and even accepts late submissions but doesn't reply to emails
