spring '03, accent not too bad, good teacher. if you don't do well with Haje, then you need to make a career at McDonalds or digging ditches.

When I took a remedial class taught by Haje, he was very helpful and wanted the students to succeed.

Had to do presentations that took up too much class time. He added new information the day before the final, didn't return assignments back until the day of the final so you didn't know what your grade was going into the final.

Mr.Haje is a very nice man. He is very patient and willing to help you no matter what. He will never make fun of you. He usually requires homework but, manages to work that into your grade - kind of like participation. Take him and you wont be sorry!!! - BEST MATH TEACHER FOR THE MONEY!!!

The material for elements of Calculus is hard, try to keep up and don't fall behind. Professor Haje is a great instructor and really knows his stuff. He is easy going and very patient, it helps to be that way when you're dealing with Mathematics. I also took him for Finite Math. Good teacher to have.

It's really hard to find a math teacher that teaches as well as he does! I hate math, but when I had his class I really liked the subject. He is also really nice and very understanding. Class is never boring because he has his outburst of funny comments that makes you laugh. Take him! You'll actually learn math and like it!

Cant say enough about his teaching style. Very clear and will help out in anyway. Makes class very interesting, and his jokes are cute as well. Once you go haje you never go back!

He is the best Math Professor I have ever known. Very clear, and gives you several ways to solve the question. He loves calculators and he can show you how to use them.I am at A&M and my professors wont even let me use the calculator. I am a guy and I dont know about him being HOT. I guess I leave it to the ladies to decide.

I love this teacher, he is amazing. He explains things well. I hate math, now I am thinking of being a math teacher just because of him. I took this class last semester and I dropped it because of my bad professor. If you want to understand math, take HAJE. He is very funny, makes the class time go very fast, and yes he is very HOTTTTT.

He usually teaches students how to do a problem by hand on paper, and how to do it by calculator with the use of programs. Although the pencil and paper methods are not emphasized in his class, knowing how to do certain problems on the calcultor will be a helpful time-saver in the future for other math classes. He also has a sense of humor.

He's cool. I'm REALLY bad at math. I'm talking BAD, but he makes it pretty clear and helps you if u need it. He's funny too. I took it as a fast track class so you learned a lot of material but as long as you do the work, pay attention, and study, you should be ok. Do the quizzes, and u should be fine for the test.

Alright teacher, but don't take him for higher math like cal 3 and diff equations, not really a good teacher. Goes off into making students rely on maple 10 and then students have no idea what is going on and what answer means. I rather do math by hand. I hated his class, I have no idea about other classes. Did not enjoy his class at all. sorry

I took Haje for Diff equations. He DID teach us the math by hand and then on maple. Maple is the best math tool I have ever used. I am at Texas A&M and wish that Haje was teaching the rest of my math classes. He gives out study reviews and will stay after class to help if needed. Should take him for all cal classes. Great prof. GO AGGIES!!

I felt he was not a very good teacher. He tells you what to study so you can pass the test and when you get your test the material is totally something different. You go to meet him for tudoring and he is never in the room. He is great on giving you the answer but, doesn't show you how to get the answer. Needs to stop the head games.

pssh. Don't listen to the comment before me. I'm willing to bet that it was someone who was in my 8-week course that failed and couldn't take the next one. (He teaches math 310 for 8 weeks, then 1314 right after, but you have to pass 310 to make it to the 1314.) Anyway, he's an awesome teacher! He makes it EASIER. Not HARDER. :)

In Math the is Haje and Not Exactly. I wanted to write something good, but I couldnt top what has been written about this professor, and it is all TRUE. He is full of energy and loves to teach. I cant compare him to other professors. I only took him and planning on taking the rest of my Math with him.

i took haje for 1314 and 0310 fast track, back to back. i got through college algebra with at least a B and i never thought that was possible. he got a little attitude towards the end of the semester but other than that the class was quite fun, and i HATE math.

He is a jackass - he makes lame jokes. i did not learn anything new about math leaving his class, all he did was make it the class easy. so if u want an easy credit i suggest u take him, but if u actually want to learn math and it deals w/ ur major (hopefully it does not with mine) then consider finding a profesor who will actually make u work.

I can tell that the person who wrote the previuos comment did not pass Mr. Haje class. Actually I am wondering if that person passed english as well. The class is not easy, but it is easy to pass. You just have to work hard and do all the homework.

Great Teacher! He explains better than the book. He will work the problem in too many ways and shows you some tricks to solve any problem. He knows the subject very well. I will take him for Cal2 and Cal3. If you dont pass his class, then you shouldnt take Calculus. If you even have half of a brain, you will get an A in his class. I love Maple now.

Very good teacher, He teaches you how to do everything by hand and then teaches you how to do it with maple in 1sec.

Easiest teacher I've ever had in my life. Explains everything really well. If you just show up to class and do what he tells you to do. You will get an A if you have any kind of brains.

He is the laziest teacher. He uses maple too much and sometimes its not really helpful for the problems. If you really want to learn calculus, you should not take a class with him. If you want an easy 'A' without learning any calculus, then take him. By the way, I got an A in the class.

Down to earth lazy and easy teacher. Too much maple in his class. I've never seen any test as easy as his test. Even though the test is not easy, but I can use notes, maple, friends, anything I have, even him for doing the test in class. Take him if you want an esay A. But if you want to study, take another professor.

He's prolly the best math teacher I've had so far. For one, I can understand him. He's extremely helpful to those who seek it. The good with the bads come with this: he will teach you how to use Maple(!), but not everything on the test is covered in class, about 40% or so. BUT, he's extremely flexible, and the online homework usually helps.

Haje is awesome! Very funny & friendly! If you have trouble with algebra definitly take his class.

I took Finites Mathematics with Mr. Haje. I do not like math at all! He is very helpful and understanding. I passed the class with a B, which I am very happy because I hate word problems. He is the best teacher you can possible find. Take him if you?re willing to do homework and not afraid to ask him for help. He will happily help you!

I took 1310 and 1314 back to back with him and got A's in both. Math is NOT my strong suit, so I credit him with helping me understand the subject. He's energetic, speaks clearly and has perfect handwriting. Taught us to do stuff by hand first, then with the calculator. Opinionated, but overall friendly and nice.

He is a very unorganized man!!I asked for help by going to tutoring and he would never give me his room number.I turned in a lesson plan in the first week in Feb. when I asked in April if i could have my grade he said he would give to me the week of finals!took days to answer email.DONT NOT TAKE HIM, at least online!

I took this class online and I got an "A". There's a whole lot of teaching yourself mainly because it's an online class. He did eventually help by email when I asked. If math is one of your strong subjects, I recommend this online class :D

If I would've known sooner, I would have took all of my math classes w/ him. Trust me, it will be the easiest A u will made in ur college career, just make sure u do his hw b/c that's basically his tests. Also lrn how to use Maple, it'll b a big help on the tests.

Professor Haje is an awesome teacher! I took him for precal, cal1 & cal2 and did extremely well! Take notes, ask questions and do the homework and you'll do fine on the test! I recommend him!

Great professor, easy to understand. I took Trig with him and because I made an A he let me skip Precalculus and go straight to Calculus I. I am glad I did that because I want to graduate early. Take him and you will not regret it. He is funny as hell.

You have to show up to class, and stay awake if you want to understand and make good grades. He has a wicked sense of humor too. He wants his students to succeed. I took his online pre-calculus class. You have many chances to do the hw and two times to do tests except the final. Some of his notes are clearer than others so the book is sometimes needed. HW is also very helpful for the tests, so make sure you understand the hw and notes and you will do fine. I made an A.

Do your homework, take your tests, seek tutoring when you need it, and you will make an "A". Professor Haje is extremely helpful, and wants you to succeed in his class. However, you must make the initiative to try your best.

This was a difficult/easy class (Calculus I). I say this, because it was challenging, but a lot of it is common sense from previous levels. He's willing to help you if you just ask for help. He loves what he does for a living. If you need math, but hate it, he's your man. You will get an "A" if you work hard, and attend class/participate in class.

I went into this class excited about learning how to teach. Though he is a nice professor and has a great sense of humor, he doesn't really teach. I was left to figure out a lot of things on my own, and even tutored another girl in my class who didn't understand the subject matter. I would not recommend this class.

He cuts his students a lot of slack. I am one of the few students who actually comes to class and do what is expected of me, while most do not. They expect him to give extensions. It's frustrating, but he does have a great sense of humor. He does know how to teach, but doesn't assert authority. I wanted to yell to my peers to show him respect.

I'm not good at math. The prof sent out PDF to entire class with excellent notes broken down step-by-step, making it a lot easier to understand. Great professor especially if you're terrible at math like I am.

Just finished a mini-mester of his Finite Math, and it was absolutely one of the easiest classes I've taken. He allows you to take your homework/quizzes unlimited times, and multiple tries on his test. He showed us how to work problems without calculators, then made life easier by giving us programs for our calculators to do the work for us. A+!

I just took his mini-mester class and im glad i did. it was super easy. didnt need the textbook. his final was the easiest final i have ever had to. take him!!!

excellent notes to make it easy to understand. teach you anything you don't understand and give you alot of examples. this professor is the best I will take him again if I need any math classes.

TAKE HIM FOR ONLINE TRIG! You do not have to go to campus for an exams, everything you do is online. He cancelled the final at last moment and curved the final grades. Little slow in replying to emails but his class is worth it if you want an A+. Homework is not mandatory but do it for extra credit. Watch the videos and you'll be fine! Easy A+

(Online PreCal) Took more than a week to get the class up! Kept changing due dates and left you scrambling. Inconsistent. Would put up a lot of material for one chapter and nothing for the next. Didn't even say when tests were. Tests have multiple attempts and can be taken at home though - only perk. It was impossible to have a study plan!

This professor was GREAT! Took him in the wintermester for 3 weeks for statistics and made an OVERALL 100%. He teaches everything you need to know. He lets you use your calculator on your test as well as your notes. He is AWESOME. You only have three test, two of them are online at home, and the final is in class open notes.:) EASY A

Work on all homework and quizzes in class. Is always open for questions. Explains things clearly. He has great humor as well.

He is really funny, has a great sense of humor. he knows that not everyone is good at math, so he tries to help you out as much as possible. test token at home, with open notes.

If you take course online, everything is through MyMathLab, which I hate. However, if you reach out to him when you need help, he will do whatever he can to help you out & make sure you are successful. You'll have a lot of assignments, but nothing is due until last week of class; however, don't wait because it is a lot for a 6wk summer class.

he is really cool,but it was a lot of work for a 6-weeks class..i will never take math online class again because it was really hard to teach your self even though there are videos to help you.. maybe if you are good in math you will do fine.. DO NOT WAIT LAST MINUTE TO FINISH YOUR WORK!!!

Professor Haje is an awesome teacher. He is very helpful and is also keeps track on grades. All of the work is done on My Math Lab, but its completely easy. He goes over the homework problems with you in class. If you need this class I would totally recommend you taking it with Mr. Haje.

My favorite professor. I've taken two classes with him and I refuse to take statistics with anyone else so I'm hoping I can take him next semester. Somewhat boring but easy class. It's hard to fail.

Want a easy A take him. Want to learn the material don't take him. All we do is HW problems, so coming to class is useless unless you have a question of the HW. If you do get a tutor cause he is sarcastic to help you if you skip class. But he would help you then tell you to use the notes cause EVERYTHING is on the notes. Tests come from the HW.

He is not teaching from mymathlab anymore uses a different online website called ilrn which is terrible!! Very confusing professor! EASY A however if you plan to take Cal 2 and 3 you will learn nothing. Oh and only 2 tests which were online

Really easy class to an A. Took it in a minimester and Prof. Haje made it very to keep up. Homework was done in class and 2 tests online. Only the final is done in class so watch out and make sure you know the material for that.

He is very clear about what is expected to pass the class and shows you exactly how to make an A. Gives a lot of extra credit and is always available for tutoring after class. If you do not pass this class it's because you did not take advantage of all the resources available.

Prof is very cool and always available to assist students with questions even in his break time. No textbook or MLCode needed, just do assignments online on ilrn. He solves hw questions in class which is very helpful. The more hw you do, the better you learn! Teaches many interesting tips to solve problems. He is easy but you need to work for an A!

I took his MATH 1350 & MATH 1351 hybrid fast track. The work is not very hard but he is there to help if you need it. I got an A for both classes. You do not need the textbook.

From day 1 till the end of the semester all you will do is homework in class. He does not explain formulas in class so you will have to learn it at home. Homework was done on ilrn . All the homework problems are also worked out in the notes from a previous semester he taught as well. Want an easy A take him else don't cause you wont learn anything.

One of the best math professors I've taken. He's available before and after class if you need help. He's also in the tutoring center on non class days. He cares about his student's performance and will make sure you understand the material. He jokes around sometimes too, so it keeps the class interesting.

Amazing teacher and person, will help you learn. Attendance is not mandatory, as I only went 6 times since I am better at teaching myself the material. Only three tests including the final. He's very funny and always available for help in the math hotspot, just ask him what time will he be there. TI-83 or TI-84 needed. Very easy grader. No book

Mr. Haje is great! if you do not like math, take this class. If you do like math take this class!. I took it hybrid, so attendance was not mandatory, Most if not all work is done on Mymathlab. Tetbook was not needed, Easy A if you complete all mymathlab assignments! He is so helpful, if you don't understand, he will explain it until you do!

I highly recommend him, he is very clear and helpfull EASY A 2 tests and final TAKE HIM, TAKE HIM, TAKE HIM :)

Professor Haje makes his class so easy it couldn't be easier! if you study the notes you'll be more than fine! If you hate math take him he's clear and he will make sure you pass!

If you aren't a whiz with technology and actually need to know the subject for future courses look further. Lazy lazy but is reasonable. He doesn't want to grade any papers or work on test so you the student suffer. The class is done 100% on my math lab and his lectures aren't even worth showing up for.

He is so lazy and talking so much. He spent more than half of class time to have fun and leave early, and then at the end of the semester, we did not have time to learn the two major chapters in Cal 3. !!!Horrible recognize and schedule time!!! All he teaches us is to use the Maple to slove Math for you.

Really am not a math person at all, but had to take this class in order to graduate. He made this subject easier than what it is by basically making the HW and minor 5 quizzes be worth half of our OVERALL Grade, Everything is online too, so it makes easier to do at home and the hw site shows you examples. The final is ONLINE TOO! Highly reccomend

Super easy class, took as hybrid attendance does not matter just get your work done, homework and quizes online, if you suck at math, this class may be difficult but don't stress, you have plenty of time and chances to make the grade you want, take this professor
