This professor is one of the best instructors I've had in my college career. The reason i say this is because he goes above and beyond. In my opinion, most professors don't care, but this professor does. As a matter of fact,he deserves a raise.

I took him for precalc/alg and trig class and the class was hard itself. You need to finish all of your homework/quizes ahead of time or you'll wait to the last minute and you won't pass the class (homework+quizes 40% of grade and its hard!) He's a nice guy don't take advantage of him. Especially he's a great teacher and makes everything easier!

He's a good teacher and knows what he's talking about. The tests are harder because there's no multiple choice but if you do the review you can get up to 15 points bonus added to your test. He tends to yell a lot so be ready to feel like you're in kindergarten.

I actually failed my first three tests and had to turn out A's on my last three to pass. He is helpful, but I had a hard time focusing in class and learned all the material from MathXL. If you don't pass MAC 1105 with him, you won't pass it with anyone. Math is by far my weakest subject.You have to do the work and put in the hours but if you do you will pass. online quizes and take home tests help out your grade.

I took Prof. Abusheiba Ibrahim during the summer. He uses MathXL. The Book used is Beginning & Intermediate Algebra Lial, Hornsby, McGinnis. I used textbook only sparingly so rent or get used. Math Xl is used heavily the online HW,Quizzes,&tests help boost grade as well as reviews. He drops Lowest grade. He writes clearly on board. Very Helpful!

He is a great professor. He makes sure you understand the lesson and he loves his job as a teacher. His accent is hard at first but you soon get to understand it. Trust me take him for MAC1140 because you will understand pre-cal in a new way.

He has a little bit of an accent but after 2 classes you get used to it and understand him. He writes clearly on the board and explains concepts very well. Test are sometimes tricky, but if you understand the homework and examples in class you should get an A.

Take this professor. He loves Math and he enjoys what he does. If you have any problems, he helps you. If you miss an assignment, he will try his best to put you on track. I had this teacher under difficult circumstances being a blended 8 week course and seeing him in person for once a week, and in the little time we saw him he was very helpful and taught as much as he could, ALOT OF XTRA CREDIT, GREAT ADVICE, and gave alot of 2ND CHANCES, great teacher and I will be taking him again

Like any math class you must apply yourself to pass. I took him for an 8 week course so I did not see him much or receive much lecture. You have every chance to pass from extra credit on tests as well as retaking quizzes unlimited times. You earn what you work for. He is a fair grader, passing is on you. He is helpful all you need to do is ask.

If you are responsible,easy A. He makes sure everyone understands, esp the grading procedures. He breaks down how many pts you need and how you can get by even failing the exams. Gives extra credit. Great Teacher. One of the best I've taken. I took the 12 week course and It was not that bad. He strives to get the information to everyone and to make everyone understand Of course you have to meet him half way. There's mandatory homework and quizzes but he gives you unlimited chances on them. Gives you practice test similar to the test it self.

I like the professor the guy actually cares about the students, and he has a passion for the material. However, he does give allot of hw problems, and expect to spend hours completing the hw. In addition, the test aren't easy, but if you complete the homeworks that really helps your grade. Overall not bad, but expect to work for the grade.

I took the 8 wk blended course so I found it quite challenging. There's a lot of material to cover so I was always swamped with HW. He gives you many opportunities to bring up your grade. Dr. Ibrahim does not get the credit he deserves. He is an excellent professor and is always willing to answer any of your questions. YES, this class does have a lot of work but it is not hard and if you do your work it is very difficult to fail this class. His accent is not hard to understand so I do not get why people keep complaining about it.

For this class we had to use ALEKS but it was better than you would think. I didn't go to class and passed because all the test are exactly the same as the reviews on ALEKS. The final was given by broward but if you pass all 3 test with a 70%+ the final most likely wouldn't matter, but you can take it and still get a very low score and pass.

Best professor I've taken at Broward College. Really passionate and gives you lots of chances to pass the course. His class wasn't hard, since the tests were exactly like the reviews from Aleks and the program is great at teaching. Additionally, his lectures were really engaging and he would mostly teach the basics of what you needed to know. Simply put, the class should be easy to pass if you stay on track with your work and do your topics on time.

By far one of the best teachers I've had at Broward. Teaches very well and makes sure that you know the material. There's a lot of homework on Pearson MyLab, but if you keep to a schedule you should be fine. Sign in the computer labs often- if he sees you've been working there and you're close to the next letter grade, he'll raise it. Very kind!

Dr. Ibrahim gives an insane amount of easy-to-earn extra credit, teaches calculus in a very clear and accessible way, has a great personality, gives amazing lectures, is hilarious, makes the hardest concepts seem easy, is easily accessible outside of class, and is very passionate about all of his students doing well. The homework, quizzes and extra credit are all unlimited attempts so you can make sure you get an A on them. He also goes over everything and makes sure you understand it before he moves on. Def. take notes.

This professor is very nice and professional. He likes to make sure his students know the requirements in the class, and helps you as much as he can. He also makes time for his students outside of the classroom, as he also was quick to answer emails.

The most dedicated and passionate professor you'll encounter. He is really good at teaching and does not mind having an issue hearing your questions. Although you do need to earn your grade and work for it, that's with all professors in college. Take notes, ask questions, do all homework, and you'll receive a passing grade no matter what.

He is amazing! He repeats everything and tries to make sure everyone understands. He doesn't mind going over the same thing a thousand times until you get it. He gives the class at a slow pace. Professor Abushieba is the best math professor I have ever had, I don't understand how there can be bad comments for him, he is a person who cares that his students have a good grade, he gives infinite opportunities to pass his class, and also educates us to be a better person.

Good professor, I took trig with him during COVID. We had 4 assignments, homework on mymathlab, 5 test, 1 midterm & 1 final. Non-proctored exams and must attend lectures. He rants a lot but he is a good teacher and he will stop and make sure you understand. Heavy accent but it isn't too bad. Strict on due dates. Taking him again for mac1140

This is the first online math class I've taken at Broward College. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Ibrahim as my professor. He responds fairly quickly, gives feedback when needed while maintaining a professional attitude the whole time. His english isn't the best, which does make it a bit hard to communicate at times, but good professor overall.

He is AMAZING! He really cares for students to pass the class and doesn't mind going over the topic 100 times until everyone gets it. Definitely the best math professor at BC.

I've taken multiple classes with him before and he truly does care about his students. If you follow everything that needs to be youll be fine. Do the homework! Do everything on time and you get a good grade. Calculus is not an easy class and more than half of the people that will be in this class are STEM Major. If you cant handle it then drop it.

He is a good professor and he cares about if you are getting everything or not. He gives extra credit if he sees that you are making an effort to understand. Just meet all of the due dates and you will be good

This class was pretty well laid out and was easily to follow. Homework, ALEKS360 worksheets, and Quizes are due on Tuesdays. That's about it. He's quick to respond to emails and is really nice.

Favorite professor I ever had. Do not trust the bad reviews, he cares bout his students a lot, honestly never seen someone care bout their students so much. He's very passionate about teaching. He tries to help each of his student who needs help in understanding things. Even going out of his way. He gives opportunities to pass his class. There are 6 tests, a final, aleks,and LA worksheets that are due after he teaches a lesson. Tests and final ran through honorlock. Tests similar to practice tests

He cares a lot about the grades of his students. He gives like a thousands of opportunities to improve your grade. You can tell he knows what he is doing, and he is passionate about teaching. I feel he is one of the best teachers. I would take him in all my math classes if I could

He is very passionate and really wants every student to pass, if you are confused, he will make things clear for you. He only expects you to study and try hard on your homework and assignments. He will go off on tangents about the need to work and study a lot but, that's only because he cares about his student's success.

Honestly dont know why he has so many bad reviews. Hes a pretty fair professor and his class has an easy to follow flow. His tests are proctored but he does allow a cheat sheet for some of them & 1 take home test. The homework is due on the day of the test giving you plenty of time to finish it. Overall nice professor you can tell hes passionate

recommend taking this professor. he genuinely cares about his students and wants the best for them. he’s a funny guy who lectures amazingly and thoroughly. he gives you opportunities to make up missed assignments and even lets you bring a cheat sheet to some tests. he loves participation and questions and tries his best to make class engaging.

This is by far one of if not the best math professor I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking math with! It does entail some effort on your part like anything in life that is important. He looks to help you grasp all material taught with my favorite term “memorization”. Highly recommend taking him, I too will be in his next class of business calc

Very caring professor open to critique. It's double paced precalc+trig; it's a lot of work and if you don't do the content and hw ahead of time you will feel overwhelmed! He uses Pearson and you can retake most things till you get a 100%; do your homework on time or he will call you out (though he means well). No honorlock. Following his advice=A.

This right here is one of the best professors in all of Broward College. Passionate, empathetic, and inspiring. Always willing to help a student who’s struggling. Just do a bit of homework everyday and finish quizzes ASAP, you’ll do very good. He also helps you out if you’re on the cusp of receiving that C, B, or A if you attend ASC.

Take him!! This is the first math teacher I've had that actually cares. Mr. Ibrahim is very attentive and nice. He teaches very good and clear and I would 1000% take him again!

He was awesome man!! He's very passionate about Math. Word of advice, stay on top of your assignments. Make sure you do the quizzes and practice test. He's always available by email. If you need help use your online tutor. Otherwise, you will pass this course!

This class has lots of homework & is lecture-heavy but this is something that comes with a math course. We have homework after each lecture along with completing ALEKS assignments. He's a caring and passionate professor. The stories that he gives are very inspirational and always motivate us to do better in life. If you practice you will be fine.

Overall this class was pretty easy as long as you complete the assignments on time. The quizzes and tests are not very difficult as long as you study for them. The professor answers quick and is very respectful and caring as long as you show effort. Had to take ths class for the credit and the professor was great!

Dr. Ibrahim was outstanding, math does NOT come easy for me and Dr. Ibrahim made it easily understandable. He cares for his students future and encourages the class to push the limit of what they think they can do. Lots of homework and class participation is a must. Stay on top of your work and you wont have a problem passing this class. 10/10

I took Professor Ibrahim during the summer session. He is a caring professor who wants his students to pass. Class was heavy with homework but as long as you do your part, you'll get a good grade. He opened everything back in the last week so we can catch up on what we missed during the semester. Take him and you won't regret it.

I really liked Prof. Ibrahim. I actually ending up withdrawing from his class early because I felt the workload was too heavy. But, you could tell he was a super kind hearted dude just by the way he addressed every student individually on the first day, even though there was 30 of us and we were online. Tough lecturer too, but I wish him the best.

I DO NOT suggest taking this class during the summer. I took it online and it was impossible for me to self-teach, I had to get tutoring (this is definitley a class you want to attend in person). This was by far my hardest online class. Professor Ibrahim is great and good with responding to emails. Course was extremely hard for me.

Very good Prof to take. He is nice and understanding but you just have to make sure that you do your work and study hard for the exams and you will be fine. He repeated things several times in order for us to understand the concept, I recommend this prof even if you are not the best at math because he simplifies everything.

Took for Calc 1 during the summer. The class was composed of mylabpearson hw, d2l quizzes, 4 online tests, and a final. The tests are exactly like homework so it is easy to prepare. I would not recommend taking him for anything higher than Calc 1 though, the hw questions on pearson become insanely difficult in calc 2 & harder classes.

I would definitely take this class again. There is some stuff that i had no idea how to do before i got into this class. The way he explains things is so nice because it's easy to understand. The tests are easy because he gives you a review and the review is exactly what is on the test but different numbers. 10/10

Professor Ibrahim has a specific teaching style, but if you engage with it, you'll learn a lot. Attend class, read the textbook, and use tools like unstuckstudy to prepare for tests - that's the key to success in this course.

The professor is great, he does go through things very fast and does no reviews, but does provide extra credit through ASC hours for 5% extra on your final grade. I am in summer, so he may do it for fall/spring. He really cares for his students, and you need to put in consistent work and you'll be fine. He starts right on time and ends on time.

Before taking calculus I with Professor Ibrahim, I hadn't taken a proper math class in a while so I was a bit nervous about going into the class. To my relief, he provided all the tools necessary to get an A+ in this course. Is it a lot of work? Of course, but if you do the HW, Quizzes and review notes from lecture, the A is yours.

He's a great professor. Was the class challenging? Yes. Was there a lot of work? Absolutely. But if you stay focused, you'll do well. He genuinely cares about his students and their success

Give good extra credit, go to labss every week. Lectures are really good, he is clear, notes are easy to follow. hw is longgggg, go to labs for that, but do what you can on your own. tests are difficult, I didn't get passed a 45.except take home one. All his tests have show your work even the final. The formula sheet he gives is all you get ever.

I love his teaching

He is a great professor who really enjoys seeing you participate and ask questions. You can tell he really cares and knows about his classes, and he encourages you to always do your best. He does give 1 HW and Quizz for each section, but it really helps in the long run.

Easy extra credit by visiting ASC. The lecture is clear and easy to understand. Exams are easy and based on what you learn in class. He takes time to explain every problem and makes sure all the students understand it.
