Very clear lectures that explained every algebra step. Approachable and lenient with due dates and work. He wants students to do well and he makes it possible if you try to attend class often.

this guys very laid back, very fair, and knows his job. I mean it's MATH10 there's not much to explain to learn it.. funny thing is he explains things then ends his explanations with a "you know"...half the class never knows but nobody asks questions so he moves on to the next problem.. overall an instructor like this is probably as good as it gets

Very laid back guy. He's kind of weird, but it makes him interesting and pretty funny. He's not boring, unless your class mates are. I took web enhanced,all homework and quizzes are due at the end of the semester. One in class final. Not hard to pass, just do the homework and you should be fine.

I'm the worst when it comes to math and prof Moore is the best teacher i have had so far. He breaks things down so that its easy to understand and helps you when you need it. If you have a question he'll make sure the you understand the question before going onto something else. At times seems a little weird but makes class enjoyable.

I have always struggled in math and prof Moore is honestly the best teacher I have had. When you struggle he gives feedback. Always helps his students to pass his class. Is funny and kind and luckily I am taking him again for my spring semester class!

Mr. Moore is very fun and laid back, which translates well to the classroom environment. His Math 63 class has a lot of homework with an expensive book, but the book is worth every penny and is very helpful when it comes to understanding the work. If the book doesn't help, Mr. Moore always offers help to people who need it in class.

I would definitely recommend taking professor Moore. He does a very good job of explaining math and always makes sure everyone understands. He will have you totally prepared for every test and you will understand what you are doing.

He literally is by far the easest teacher at vvc. Mr. Moore gives you unlimited chances on hw and test. Took him in the winter and passed if you took math 42 in fall or spring at got an A or B. You'll pass his class with flying colors. There is no book not mandatory there is already one provided in the website. Really chill too.

Professor Moore is a groovy and hip young dude. Dig. He will help with all of your needs. His grading is fair. His tests are not too difficult. The bottom line - go to class and you'll pass. I will definitely take him again in the future.

Math is my most challenging subject and actually had to take 3 other math classes just to get to this one. Though this class material was the most challenging yet, Professor Moore actually made learning the material so much more bearable. He incorporated humor and a very unique way of presenting the material. I actually left class enjoying math!

Adam is the most brilliant math teacher I have EVER taken. He is very down to earth and slightly scatter-brained, but it makes for an amazing lecture! He does the funnest things in class, but at the same time, teaches you everything you need to know. I took a webenhanced prestatistics course with him. I have to say he's very chill/laid back and says "check this out" and "dig this" often. Has a unique learning style that makes it easier to understand the material, and helps those who need it. We all work in groups while doing classwork. An awesome professor who I would take again if I wanted to.

Professor Moore is a really great math teacher. Taking his class allowed me to change my perspective about math. I now find math a lot more interesting and less difficult of what I use to think about it. He lets us use notes for our tests and we usually work in groups for class work. He is also one of a kind, he is always happy and funny.

Four tests, open note. Use myopenmath for homework which is FREE and very helpful because if you don't know how to do a problem, it will show you examples. Not too much homework. Such a sweet and funny teacher. Always so willing to help. Definitely take him if you struggle with math.

I really enjoyed his class. His antics were entertaining and insightful at the same time! I utilize the "Back roots" methods all the time and wish more teachers would take a page from his book. With all humor and methods aside, he is a great teacher.

Adam is a great professor. He makes the class fun and interesting and is very helpful and explains everything good. He is very nice and has a great sense of humor. You learn a lot and laugh a lot.

I took Adam last semester. He is very easy going, he is not rude, or intimidating. He will even tell you what you missed on your test and have you re-do them if needed. Sometimes. His points are mostly on group work so make sure you always show up for class, those are easy points.

Patient teacher

He's an amazing teacher and willing to work with student as much as it takes. He takes his time with every student and will go over classwork and homework as many times as you need him to. He is easy to reach and gets back to you soon. I would take any of he's classes.

I took his online class and did great in it, despite being horrible at math. There are a few homework assignments each week, a quiz almost every week, and a discussion board topic each week. The final was on campus and was super easy. He is always willing to help if you need it.

Omg! If you don't take him for math then you're trippin lol he's the best math teacher , he actually explains & brings more joy to math and I love it .. it isn't mandatory to come but you should because he teaches exactly what you will have to do on your homework, he also sends out reviews for the test the day before! If you take Adam's class you'll pass. He's laid back and cracks jokes but never falls behind. His teaching on a scale of 1-10 would be 100. Guarantee if you take him then you'll pass his class. Just be there everyday.

Adam is the ONLY math teacher that has gotten through to me. I had to take 3 math classes and his is the only one i didnt have to take twice to pass. He cares about his students and he is hilarious! Mr. Moore has been the best math teacher I've ever gotten. He really cares for his students and you can definitely feel it. He was very understanding about my situation when I wasn't able to do my homework. I took him for Calculus 1 and that class was a breeze because of him. I just wished he taught Calculus 2. Professor Adam Moore is an exceptional math professor, I have taken math 90 before and did not pass, Mr Moore just made it easier to understand once I re registered for this course. A very relatable teacher! He actually cares how your weekend was or how life is going. In the beginning he took the time to get to know each and every students name.

Adam is an amazing professor, I really think all the Math teachers need to sit in on his lectures. If you're not a fast-learner or already a bit familiar with the subject, I'd advise you to take the class during the spring/fall semesters. I took the class during the winter and there was lots of info at once & lots of hw so prepare to work hard. If you need a better understanding after class, take advantage of the Math Success Center tutoring.

Prof Moore is very caring and understanding. He does give quite a bit of homework so I suggest taking him during the longer semesters. Use his "Adams Take" for test review and any questions you have for homework it helps a lot! He loves to talk so be sure if you don't get something just ask, he's pretty easy going as long as you do your part.

In Mr. Moore's class, it is almost impossible to fail. Lectures are clear and you are given many chances to make up work that is below par. He cares about all his students and makes his class a safe place for everyone.

I took this class online with COVID and he was such an easy class. He made connections and always asked us how we were doing in the beginning of class. He was super helpful and would always make sure we understood something. He uses a free math program and always answers with the message instructor button. Would recommend, for his cool personality.

Professor Moore really cares about his students. He goes out of his way to talk to every single student during warm-ups and checks up on you, too. The only reason why you would get a C or fail is if you don't try. He shows creative approaches to solving problems and uses fun analogies that stick.

A passionate professor willing to take the time with students to teach them skills needed to complete the homework and understand lessons. There was an assignment for each section which provided good practice. He takes the time to go over any questions before the test and allows a notecard as a "cheat sheet". 4 tests, last one is cumulative.

He is patient with helping you solve the math problems and provides several resources to help you succeed in the class. His lectures help you learn the material and will also have you cracking up.

Professor Moore was fantastic! He was always willing to help for literally any question you had and also lets you retake the tests whenever you need to, he is truly there to help you get the best grade you want in that class.

I took Adam for trig and he was amazing. I took his six-week course during the summer semester and had a family emergency halfway through. He was very understanding and helped me a ton. I was able to pass the class still and finish all my tests. I highly recommend him for any math class you need.

My favorite professor ever! Because of him I finally understand algebra better and I'm more confident in the subject. He doesn't give many assignments and if you follow his lecture videos while doing them it's a total breeze. Love this teacher! He was funny, chill, and was just always there to help you. He provided a lot of resources for you to learn. There is a lot of homework but again he was there to help you, and it was pretty manageable/easy to do so :) He cares for his students. In general he is the best teacher to take for math! :)

He was a great professor who answered emails promptly I only got a low grade because I didn't ask for help more often but he is present with his students and is willing to work with you he does not give extra credit but gives unlimited retakes on exams and allows index cards with notes for the exams. :)

I had a hybrid class over the summer so our course was very accelerated (six weeks compared to sixteen) so we hit a new chapter every day, sometimes two. Nonetheless, he was a great teacher who really looked out for his students and took his time to explain things thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Professor Moore was a really thorough explainer. Sometimes it seemed like he walked into class without any lesson plan but it's okay. Just watch all the videos and you'll do good in class. The reason I got a C is because I would skip a lot and I've never been too good at math. Just do all the homework and you'll have a great cushion for exam scores

I really enjoyed taking his class, though I was part of his 6 week summer program so it was very fast paced but it was overall a really easy and helpful class! This is great class to take if you need to get your math credits. He is very easy going and hands on it is important to keep up with the work and communicate with him.
