Challenging topic that he made easy to understand. Economics is not exciting, but he kept me fairly interesting. Never had a teacher play music for us and use so many current news articles to explain things. Great teacher.

His lecture style is straightforward, engaging and relative to current events and interests. It's a relaxed setting as well and homework was not a priority. Rent your book online.

He's one of the best professors I've had at the Milwaukee Area Technical College. The class Macro Economics that he taught is not that easy but the way he teached it made it much easier for me to understand. He's cool too!

Econ is boaring subject. Adam made Econ a facinating subject to study/follow. He taught economics in layman's terms. We discussed current events that pertain to key terms in class. Best teacher I have ever had! For such a boring subject, he makes the class fun and likes to pick on people. You do have to really work and earn the grade you get, but he makes it easy to understand. He taught us about current events, investing and others ways we can put economics to use in our personal lives.

I have taken Macroeconomics before and hated it, It showed in my grades. Professor Wickersham made the subject very understandable by also using everyday world terminology/situations.

Although this class was 3 hours long the instructor made it a fun & informative learning experience. I also liked that he kept our grades up to date & we knew what our grade was at all times. He's funny which really helps you stay engaged. He also makes sure to run through everything and explain it in depth with little stories to help you remember everything. Powerpoints can get a bit long and drawn out some days, though.

This is a great teacher who is very interesting and knowledgeable in Economics. Lectures were well planned, easy to understand, and insightful. He ensured that anyone who came to class would be able to understand the content and was available to answer questions if needed. His teaching style is thorough. I really enjoyed this helpful class.

The in-class lectures were tolerable. He did a good job of incorporating real life applications to what we were discussing from the text. Besides tests, the only other thing he has you do is submit weekly news articles. Also, he gives you the option to get some points back on each test you take, so he is a very fair teacher.

I also took ECON-201 at MATC and did very well (A-grade) but didn't fully grasp the main ECON topics until I took Prof. Wickersham's class. His lectures were clear and concise with lots of real-world examples but the tests were challenging. I would definitely take another course taught by Prof. Wickersham.

He is one of the first Economics professors I can actually have respect for. He is unbiased presents both sides. Politics are put aside in the class and he explains everything. Funny and lectures are not boring, you will leave his class with information learned and wanting more. I plan on going into economics because of him.

I took Econ 202 instead of a math class. Best choice I could have made. He is a fantastic teacher, who literally translates Macro-Economics and makes it understandable and interesting. I would go to class, he goes over a lot every time, but he doesn't hound you about it. He also loves if your opinionated and sassy, it's his favorite. He is great.

I expected to really not enjoy an Economics class, however Prof Wickersham made the subject material relatable through discussing real-world scenarios. I found the class interesting and also find myself thinking about things we've learned while out in the wild. He wants you to do well but you do need to put in the work and show up in order to do so

Professor Wickersham is very organized and clear with his blackboard. I've taken the class before with another professor and it was awful so going into this class I was a bit worried, but his virtual Microecon class is actually pleasant. Definitely recommend this teacher!
