Adrian brown teaches EDUC 1300 very well, by lecturing and using PowerPoint. Usually the last part of the class is lab time used to work on the assignments. All assignments are turned in or done online. Though I was not interested in the subject he taught in a way that can make you interested or at least keep you focused.
