he is very nice and has a very interesting lectures and makes jokes in class so you won't get bored. i need .1 to get to an A and he bumped me. he wants all his students to pass and explains everything clearly.

I just took Statistics with Mr. Domfeh and I did not regret having him as my professor. Mr. Domfeh went above and beyond for our class and he made sure we understood the subject by breaking it down and making it easy to understand. Professor Domfeh truly just wants students to pass. He will spend as much time as needed on a topic in order for you to fully understand it. Always speak up if you have a question. This class is only as challenging as you make it. HW is on MathLab (easy) and the quizzes/tests will directly reflect the lectures from each class. 10/10 recommended!!

I have always struggled to understand math but for the first time I actually understood it in Professor Domfeh's class. He's very thorough and gives a clear explanation of the equations. This is the first time I've ever done well in a math class and I know it's thanks to him. He really cares of about his students doing well and it shows!

Prof. Domfeh is a real funny guy, he has a good sense of humor which makes learning a bit easier and he breaks down math so you can understand it a bit better. He wants all of his students to pass which is nice. He does change his mind on dates that tests or quizzes are on, and can go back and forth a bit with when things are due but you'll be fine

Professor Domfeh is honestly a great teacher. Although it was his first year at HCC, he placed in a lot of effort to appeal to the students and to help us through the class. He really cares about whether you pass and is willing to help you out if you reach out and show that you care about the class.

The lectures are easy to understand and the homework is easy. He is also lenient with the due dates if the class starts to fall behind. He is willing to push test and due dates back if the class is behind. Most tests have a review that makes tests a lot easier. I made some basic math errors on some test and that's why I have a C+

Really great professor, I took his trig class for fall 2020 and it went great. His accent is a bit hard to understand at first but he explains material thoroughly and encourages students to speak up if they need him to repeat it. Very understanding of student situations and grades very fairly. Math for me is usually pretty boring but he made fun.

He cares about his students, and wants us to learn the material and pass. If you are having difficulty, let him know and he will reexplain, or tutor after class. Good teacher, would take a class with him again.

Hes honestly a great teacher. Very helpful and always there to explain. Lectures are well done. If your struggling to understand something he will always explain. So far, hands down best math professor I've encountered so far. Makes math simple and breaks things down in the simplest form. Teaches to get solutions the fastest way without making it complicated. So long as you attend all the classes, you will stay on track and he will help you out if you need it since you've been showing up. Be attentive!!!

Ive taken 2 of his classes so far ( Statistics and Pre-Calculus Alg/Trig ) and I would have to say that he has remained consistent and clear with his expectations. First thing I have ADHD and this teacher kept me so focused on a class he made class interesting and fun to be in. One of the best professors Ive had at HCC. I couldnt have done so well without Professor Domfeh. I took Professor Domfeh in Spring 2022 and for someone that's not good at math. Professor Domfeh motivated me to succeed at a subject I thought was obsolete being Algebra and although I didn't do as well as I was expecting for myself, he did everything in his power to make sure his students understood the subject. 10/10.

He will not move forward in lecture until everyone understands the topic, and has no problem going slow to ensure nobody is lost. There is a lot of pearson homework. Prof. Domfeh is a fantastic teacher. At first, he may feel like a hard cookie to crack, but don't let that dissuade you. Once you crack his outer shell, you're in for a great time. Prepare to do a little learning on your own, and always show up to class! He'll open test reviews but tell the class in person to ensure students show.

He would clearly tell us what was to be gone over in the following week, giving plenty of time to understand the material over the weekend. Grading was based on the homework and exams all done through Pearson. Would always provide a review very similar to the exam. I sat in the front row in Prof. Domfeh's class and was very attentive, the course is easy, I went over the materials the same day and made sure to take notes for all of the chapters. I worked ahead and got all of the homework done. I like this professor. He's brilliant and he knows his material.

Professor Domfeh's class is primarily structured by first showing examples of math problems and then explaining them step-by-step. He's clear on how to solve certain problems, and if you have any questions after class, he answers them for you. The main grading criteria are exams, and he has study guides identical to them, so you know what to study.

If getting an A in this class is important to you then you'll get one. Professor Domfeh is very clear with grading and the study guides look like the test, so as long as you go over the study guide multiple times, you'll ace the tests. This was my first math class in over 7 years and I'm normally terrible at math & I got an A. Best math professor.

I missed an exam due to unforeseen circumstances, and he was very caring and understanding towards my situation and allowed me to take the exam at a later date. Great Professor, I took him for Pre-calc. He provides clear instructions, slows down to explain in class if you have questions. If you do the assigned homework (not AI, YOU), quizzes and work through the exam reviews you WILL do well.
