You will never truly understand what a true educator is until you've had Alassane. He will encourage you to ask questions, He will inspire you to believe that math is for you. Math is for everyone for that matter. He has encouraged so many to succeed in all aspects in life. He is a tremendous Professor. you would only regret not taking him.

Semester just started, but prof Ngaide is awesome. I wish I had him when I took the class for the first time. He explains everything with details and he cares about the students. I will work my butt off to pass this class otherwise their is no hope for me loll. He is funny and crack jokes in class to light up the mood. I enjoy him teaching!!!!

Calculus is a hard class no matter what, but Professor Ngaide really takes the time to help you understand the material. He is always available during office hours and is willing to help you out as long as you put the effort in. He gives 3 tests just make sure to study the review sheets, do the homework and show up to class!

Professor Ngaide is honestly the best professor I have experienced. He is very thoughtful and funny during class and tries his best to make sure every single student understands the material before moving on. He reviews similar quiz questions a couple of minutes before the actual quiz so its basically just, pay attention.

At the end of the day, he wants you to pass. Never before have I seen a professor give so many opportunities to improve your grade. It is hard for many of the Calc professors to condense the entirety of Calculus into 3 hours a week but I believe Ngaide accomplished this with time to spare. Just a great person overall, you won't regret taking him.

This course is not an easy A. He puts himself out there for you but in the end it's really up to you to make an effort because he can only do so much. Don't cut class or you'll miss out on a lot of material. Homework and reviews will really help you. Don't be shy to email or see him in office either, paying attention in class may not be enough.

I was very worried about taking calculus after not taking a math class for many years. Prof. Ngaide started from the beginning, brushing up on the needed algebra and strongly encourages you to ask any question along the way. This class is not hard when you grab the concepts which he emphasizes instead of just t answering problems

Profesor Alassane is a great professor, he sends a lot of homework but in this class is a must in order to pass the test. What he sends in the homework is very similar to the quiz. By far one of the best math professors I've had. There is a lot of homework so I would suggest doing it in advance, and continually practice the final exam questions on your free time. The best professor, period! Precal is a naturally difficult subject, but Ngaide does an extremely good job of explaining and teaching the concepts clearly. The class is very fast, so be prepared to put in the work. I personally went to tutoring almost every day after class to stay on top of things. He is fair and truly passionate about teaching!
