I had Garcia for lab and lecture. He was great in lab, very helpful and took time to make sure you clearly understood the topic. In lecture he would go off the subject and tell stories. Very easy class and great professor. He is very funny. For the class, the easiest way to do weel is to keep up on the book work. Flash cards are not even necessary if you go along with the fill in the blank book. Be warned, he does ask questions that are in the reading, not just about the words from the word list at the beginning of each chapter.

I honestly don't have an opinion one way or another about Garcia because I never saw the guy. The class is all self taught. It isn't a bad thing unless you are struggling. Had Garcia for Lecture, and was surprised at how easy his exams were...as long as you study. If you've taken an Anatomy course before, you should get at LEAST a B+, if you haven't then you'll just need to pay closer attention to his powerpoints. Final exam is split into two parts, and fairly easy (not cummulative)

The class is based on labs that correspond to what you're doing in lecture, and you take quizzes the following week on those labs.
