Instructor makes lecture very interesting and motivates you to further learn the material. Class is easy if you read, listen while in class, and review power point presentations that are discussed in class to prep you for exams. Also class discussions online are very important so make sure to turn them in on time.

Accessible, Nice, and practical

Although he comes in late sometimes, he makes up for it with the lectures. This is a 2-hour long class, but you won't feel like it was that long because of the way he does his lessons. Also some of the tests are fairly easy.

Hes one of the professors who is willing to work with you if you cannot make up for assignments. He gives 2nd chances for exams to help bring your grade up if you didnt pass the first time. Hes cool if you put the effort to make up for assignments as he gives us a week to complete before its due.

Taking Sociology 1301 with professor Hernandez was straight forward. He tries to provide you with the right resources and help you out as much as possible to pass the class by providing you with second chances for every test and if ever you need to take a test earlier than the date he opens it he will help you out by opening the test.

Took him for Summer 2 and it was not stressing at all. He gives us more than enough time to complete assignments and gives us opportunity to retake exams, if needed. Loved this class because it was short and easy. He also drops your lowest exam grade

I would take him during Spring of Fall though. His summer session were too many chapters in so little time, it can be overwhelming, exams every week.

This was one of my favorite classes the whole semester. I took it online and the entire semester work and tests were open (only final was locked). There was over 3 modules, each module would include 3 chapters and each chapter was had an assignment, quiz, and discussion. The tests were simple, and gave two attempts. Reading required for tests.
