He is a cool guy, who is very patient with his students. He dedicates his time in class to answering students' questions. If you study hard in his class it will pay off; I gat an "A" in his stat 140 class. And for those who did not likle his class ..maybe you should try STUDYING..

Alright. Anybody who says they cannot understand him is ludicrous. Bojkov is probably the best math teacher I have ever had. If you work hard, listen, and show up, he won't fail you. The key thing is TRYING. He teaches the material clearly and makes sure everybody understand before he moves on.

Very clear and the accent shouldn't be a problem. He doesnt explain hw problems through because he is lazy but he is clear about what he wants you to know. All the notes he gives you are clear and you must study or else you fail. Go to his Office hours that helps out a lot. Exams are exactly what he covers on the notes

i really don't know why people don't like this professor. i am taking him right now over winter and he is really easy. he takes his time to explain the topic. go to his office hours if you don't understand him. Really good professor

He is alright, it just that the assignments i did not enjoy at all; it must be by hand on paper with pencil and neat and show all work/steps, which is so time consuming (i took it over summer lol) but his lectures are no help to me, im math person so i passed it without a problem.

Pretty good professor, if you don't like him you're probably just lazy. Most of the class failed because they didn't show up to class. He did all he could to answer questions and make himself clear.

Great professor if you ask me. Statistics is a hard course in reality, there is no way to make it easy. I failed a test and still received and A. Attendance is mandatory but extra credit is given for perfect attendance.

He is overall a good professor. People who didnt like his class is probably becuase they didnt read what they were supposed to read. He is a nice guy and does his job. He isnt supposed to lecture becuase his job is to explain what you dont know from the readings. Take him!

(hybrid class) people need to understand that if it's a hybrid class, you're doing most of the learning on your own~ i don't think it's fair that people are getting mad at him for not lecturing- he already warned us of the level of commitment on the first day of class. he was always willing to answer questions and assist with homework questions!

Prof Bojkov is an okay instructor. He tries to help you out. I never showed up except on the exam days and I got a B. I should mention that I'm good with math so if you are not, he is not the professor that you should take.

Professor Bojkov is a great professor! I highly recommend this professor, make sure you ask him questions on material you don't understand. He is very helpful and kind. The HW is easy and helps a lot for the tests. There are only three tests total. The tests were challenging but in the end it all pays off in his class as long as you work hard.

Professor Bojkov is an amazing teacher, he really knows what he is talking about and takes his time with the examples to make sure everyone understands. I had to retake Math 102. Three times. No shame. I took it w/him the 2nd time in spring semester & the third time summer school. DO ESSENTIAL SKILLS. GO TO OFFICE HRS. He is an awesome person. He cares if you put effort. He is honest & gives you the time of day. He does n/ post grades & is very careless but just do your work. You'll be fine.

Loves giving you problem has lots of trick and you never seen before during midterm and class test , but most of them are coming from his note but much harder than you can think of. his final is much easier.ask him when you get lost, otherwise he assume you know all thing so he skip most step. He was a professor that was great. You only have to buy lecture notes for his class and study off of that for the finals. You don't even use the textbook since the lecture notes is basically the textbook and he goes over the problems in class from the lecture notes. Easy teacher, just get to understand that people who fail are not trying. Trust.

Summer College Algebra and it was extremely fast paced. I didn't like his teaching style (more definition taking than anything) but he was very clear and gave good examples. He'll review any question you ask. Be prepared to put in time at home. Takes forever to return tests. If you can grasp concepts quickly then i'd recommend him.

This is an easy class if you know math. This is also one of the easier professors for any math course. Math tests are administered by the department. thus it does not matter who you take for easier tests. His classes can be boring, but he looks like MrGru from Despicable Me to help. And he can be funny at times. If you need help he will respond.

He's a cool professor. I took him before but I failed( 100% my fault for not trying and doing the work). Took him again this semester and I actually put in the work. The style of teaching from lecture to teaching by examples makes it easier also. Gives you a lot of opportunities to improve your grades and lenient on extending more time on homework

He was nice, but often times seemed bored by his own lectures, which was felt in turn by the class. He also had a tendency to mumble and move either too slow or too fast, causing confusion. However, during his office hours he was incredibly helpful, supportive and much more clear. It felt like he would've been a better tutor than a professor.

If you have any type of issues with hearing, or even if you don't have hearing issues, sit in the front of the class. He talks so quiet that you can't barely hear him even if you are in the front row. Overall, pretty fun class, as long as you do the study guides you should pass the tests. He's a great professor, he asks if you need any help with anything you didn't understand, everything he teaches is in the reading he assigns. So basically if you don't read you don't pass, simple as that. You have to pay close attention to what he says and believe me class will be easy!!!

He would post up notes online if you were absent, but he post it up during the weekend so its late. He isn't so bad just sit in front because you can't hear him well at the back of the room. He will extend the test but only if most of the students don't understand the material. he doesn't take attendance at all, maybe near the last 5 weeks.

Funny, yet difficult professor. Your grade in the class really depends on how much effort you put because he doesn't lecture due to the fact that the material is in the book and he just goes over the practice problems. The class consists of 3 tests and a final with a good amount of homework. The Si leader helps you a lot.

Lectures were straightforward and he goes over lots of examples. He provides study guides for the exams which have plenty of practice problems and are similar to the ones on the exams. He gives a lot of good tips and methods for solving some of the more difficult topics. Could speak a little louder at times while giving the lectures.

Hes nice and jokes. Need the homework to understand everything. His lectures leave a few things out. DO THE STUDY GUIDES. Exam questions (except final) are picked from that so there no excuse. Professor Bojkov is like any ordinary math professor. Everyday was a new lesson for my class and he went off what was on the textbook provided by CSUN. There are 3 midterms and the final. The tests are not easy but he gives out a clear (and i do mean CLEAR) study guide before the test. As long as you do your part, you will get an A. trust me.

Prof Bojkov is a good professor and his class is easy. SHOW UP TO CLASS AND PAY ATTENTION. Theres homework due every class but its usually 5-7 questions. Read the chapter before class meeting and you will be fine. The tests are very similar to the study guides he gives out.

Dr. Bojkov is the best math professor I have ever had. Math is not my strong subject, however, I was able to get an A in this professor's class because he taught math differently than ordinary professors. Do the homework, study guides, and you will get an A on the exams. Very easy class if you do the work.

Dr. Bojkov is one of the most caring and helpful professors in CSUN's mathematics department. He genuinely cares for his student and wants you to succeed in the course. He is available during office hours to help you understand difficult concepts. If you do the homeworks, study guides and follow his advice then you should do well in the class.

Professor Bojkov really cares about his students and is always willing to answer their questions. However, go to Office Hours if you need additional help. The review for the final exam is extra credit and you get a grade boost if you attend every class so SHOW UP AND GET THE POINTS! That being said, you do have to work for a good grade.
