He is so down to earth and funny. In addition he is a great instructor, very clear in his lectures, very straight forward. If you pay attention in class, you will not have a preoblem in his class.

This professor is a great individual to work with. He genuinely cares about you understanding the material and does an exceptional job of demonstrating this. Personally, if I had the funds I would give him his own comedy show...he is that funny at times. Long story short, if you want to learn and enjoy the environment, this is the class to take.

I never enjoyed learning A & P so much! Dr. Kahn's lectures are interesting, clear, and entertaining. As long as you attend class and take notes on his lectures-you will be fine for the test. He is interactive and enjoys student participation. I think he may think he is a comedian?!? Learning aside, you will have a great time and enjoy some laughs!

Amazing Teacher. Keeps you interested the whole way. A book is needed for refrence. He literally goes over everything you are tested on. 4 exams 2 accumalitive labs. Organize your notes! When people say hes easy, they mean it in the clarity of his teaching! If you dont understand how he teaches than he will have a student explain it,Love his clas!

Best teacher one could possibly get for BIO 132. This is a hard class but he made it very easy by drawing pictures and using the book. If you understand what he is saying, you wont need to study until a day before the test. Lets you decide what you want on lab exams. Prof. Khan as promised this is from the 'COOL DUDES' table.

great professor! almost everything came from his lecture and a few things would be from the textbook, but hed tell you to highlight it. easy points from lab and attendance. makes the class better by making jokes. helpful by comparing to real life scenarios. 2 lab exams were easy. 4 lecture tests were decent. He'll never surprise you with exams; he'll notify about each exam 1 week ahead, so you'll always have enough time to repeat the material and get well prepared. I just finished taking the 6 week course w/ Dr. Khan and I'm very impressed how much we learned in a short amount of time. Whenever I had a question related to the reading or just anything I didn't get, he was always there to help me. He loves what he does and it shows. It takes a lot of effort to get what the grade you deserve. VERY GOOD!

THE BEST PROFESSOR EVER, very interesting to listen to, his analogies help you understand and remember definitions and names that seem impossible to remember. Keep in mind,when they say his class is easy that doesn't mean that he doesn't care, Prof Khan makes everything easy for the students to study and succeed that's what makes it easy.

Took A&P-2 with him over the summer and it was awesome. There is a lot to learn but he makes it really easy. Take his class without hesitation. When attending class I felt like a Boss.

Professor Khan is simply great. The material is not easy, so dont think you dont have to study a lot because you do! However he makes concepts very clear and makes sure that his students understand everything. You will learn a lot and it will not evaporate fast. Khan is one of the best I have seen so far. He only talks and draws on the board, NO PPT . He makes everything so simple. If you are attentive in class you really don't need to record him. Possibly one of the best TEACHER I've ever been lucky to have. Must note that I did not say EASIEST teacher, but because his teaching skills were remarkable, it made the class that much easier.

I have taken AP231 and AP232 w/ Khan. He is a great teacher - funny, engaging and knows how to teach complex material. Very fair grading structure. You will learn a ton, but you need to work. Don't miss class because his lectures are critical for lab/lecture exams. Highly recommend him!

Professor Ali Khan is the best. Definitely knows his material and is always willing to answer questions you may have. Lab and Lec exams are book based. He is not there to fail you like many other anatomy teachers by asking trick questions. He is there to help you and he is a very reasonable.

I ldidnt open my book once to read or study from bc he has memorized it. The only information you need to know are the notes from his lectures. Of course you have to study to pass.

Basically skims over the book chapters, tells you what to highlight. Tests are from lecture and a little from the book (pay attention to pictures in the book). Always kept us awake with his hilarious stories. 232 is a lot of info but he makes it tolerable. Not much extra credit. Final is cumulative.

Ali Khan is overall a great professor at Oakton. I have taken both 231 and 232 with him. He makes the material as clear as possible to understand, and he is fair when it comes to grading. He is also funny at times, which helps make the class go by fast. He overall is a joy to have as a professor and helps make the hard material understandable.

He makes material as simple as possible and Im saying that because I took this class with another 5 point rated professor but I didnt understand anything because of how she used to complicate things. ADVICE: voice record every freaking lecture its literally copy paste from the exam because that dude knows what hes doing.

I took the class during pandemic, so we meet a few times for lab. The meeting made a huge difference. He explained everything and made it easier to understand how human body works. Great professor! Has NO intention to "weed you out." From the start to the end of the semester, he was always clear about information that would be on the test. His class is literally the definition of "whatever you put in, you get out." If you paid attention and studied what he told you to, you should be completely fine.

Dr. Khan is a good professor as long as you are willing to put in the work for it. A&P is a complex subject with a lot of memorizing. However, he is really thorough with his lectures and if you are listening, you will retain information. It is important to reinforce what you learn because it is word heavy and you need to know your things.

I took his hybrid class, partially online and one day was full lectures. He was amazing and funny. He made the lectures make so much sense, if he could teach BIO 232 I would totally sign up for his class. He breaks everything down to where you can understand it. I would've passed with an A but i bombed the first test but DO TAKE HIS CLASS!!!!

All I want to say is that if you want an A for Anatomy, TAKE HIM! His lectures make the concept very easy to understand. You need to put in some effort by yourself, of course, because it is heavy content and there is a lot of information to memorize. But Professor Khan does his part perfectly in order for you to be successful in his class.

He really does care about his students and was very sweet when I talked to him. Make sure to pay attention and correct him if he mixes smth up. Use lab time well and create practice exams. Write down possible questions and also look at D2L slides.

I wouldn't say I am the best student, love to procrastinate especially on studying, but he made it very easy to do well on lab exams. If you just pay attention during lecture and take notes you will do well in the class because he repeatedly tells you info and you will remember it on the tests. Easy hw, extra credit, funny, tbh I learned a lot.

He doesn't project the slide show presentations, but his lectures are very comprehensible and packed with information and white board drawings. He really pieces things together that you wouldn't necessarily be able to make up by reading the slides on your own. Don't zone out, you will miss a ton of content. Go to class!

Very knowledgable/helpful prof. He gives lecture ppts for you to follow along with but he doesn't read straight off of the slides-made it a bit confusing-so take good notes. I will say some previous reviews may have misconstrued his approach in answering questions and giving analogies because I think he genuinely just wants students to succeed!

Professor Ali Khan is truly one of the best professors at Oakton College Anatomy and Physiology is one of the most challenging courses yet thanks to Professor Khan the material becomes easy to understand engaging and memorable I am very grateful for his teaching and I believe that students who have him as a professor are incredibly lucky
