Easy to get an A..!!! Just go to his office hour and u'll get an easy A..!!Quite funny at times..!
He is a very good teacher who is willing to spend so much time for his students. He is also a very lineant teacher. He gives clear and good explanation and understand the students. I took his class and i was satisifed with the grade he gave me. Funny guy.
He is really nice guy and always understands your problems because he immigrated to the US as all students in the ESL class.It's very interesting and helpful to be in his class.
He is a good teacher. He spends a lot of time with his students (holding meetings.. etc.) But... his grading a bit weird and unclear.

His teaching isnt good .i didnt learn anything from his class. He hasnt explained .He just say read a book and write but he never correct it .If you asked why i got this grade he said you should look at your classmate paper and you can underestand it. I think he has to teach ushow to wire .

I recommend this teacher only if you are repeting the class because he is not very helpful. Most o the time you need to learn by yourself about the vocabulary because he doesn't answer very good your question, or tells you to look up at your dictionary.
you guys gotta be kidding me, he's nice? i don't think he is willing to teach. He hates to see grammar error on your paper and point your grammar error infront of the class. i don't think he is helpful. He is the worst teacher that I have ever taken.

He is a bad teacher. You can not learn from him. He is very lazy. There is almost no homework.If you want to have good grades you can pick his class but you learn nothing from him.

I'm really surprised by such low Ali's rating at this site. My English was improved noticeably in his classes. He is a very honest teacher, with a rich experience and willing to help his students.
He cant teach students. Dont take his class. If u take his class, u gonna get hard time.
He might look serious, but he is a funny teacher. He is a very patient teacher. He is very organized and helpful. He builds up students' confidence. I learned a lot from his class.

At the beginning, I hated him...but by the time of mid-term, he was my favorite teacher. Inside of the class, sometime he is tough, but once you walk out of the class, you'll find his warm & friendly personality. One of the best teachers that I still remember after more than 10 years ago. I and all my friends are your big fan, Ali!
Warning!!! Never take his class!! Hes TERRIBLY MISERABLE! He wont give u a promt for yr essay, and u will either have 4 weeks or 4 days to finish your essay. If u still wanna take the course, good luck;)
WARNING! If you are looking for a rude teacher who does not know how to teach be my guest. (Examples: if you ask your classmate anything or even don't look at him while he is talking, he will have a go at you.) He treats his students as five-year olds and is easily irritated.
Is he qulified for an ESL teacher? He seems does not know how to teach and so irresponsible! He does not want to help us and never correct our homeworks! Can you believe that?I wasted my whole 3 months at his class! I did not learn anything at all!
I thought he's so mean at the first place,but he's not.Feel free to ask him if you got any questions,he's eager to help!!I enjoyed his class so much.I couldn't let myself skip any of his classes,it would be my LOSS. Mr. Khejou was the best teacher that I ever had. He was nice and made sure i understood the work. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a nice teacher. He jokes a lot
Mr Khejjou is a very goos teacher. You guys stop hating! His homeworks are of good course and homeworks are very helpfull. The compositions are of much time for you to write many drafts and get good results.He is a good teacher

he's only interested in African culture. Only students speak in class. Just regard this class as a communication class. Nothing to learn. Never teaches writing skills but keep criticizing our papers. If you want to learn something, don't take his class.

The worst professor ive ever met. He is so into his own culture. the way he ignores the student is by saying 'We are not communicating'..wth?! If you can stand his Moroccan accent,take him!
The only textbook he uses is an ridiculous African novel. Never teach us ANY writing technique! He's very rude to students! He will kick you out if you don't read his stupid novel. His accent is horrible. Foothill hardly has good ESL teachers! Dont waste your time and money!!
Worst teacher I've ever met. He doesn't teach anything about writing. Spend 95% of class talking about a book only he is interested in. If you want to learn something, don't take him. If you have a lot of money and time, but don't know how to use them, take his class. You will know what is waste.

i have no word to say about him. never teach. just read the book and let students discuss until class is over, always late and absence 4 times in a quater. i donot know why foothill hire him. i got c in ESl 25 by him. but i got A in ESL 26 by other teachers. you can see the difference.

I think Mr. Khejjou is a very good teacher. I had a summer course with him and i easily got an A from him. Be respectful to him and participate in his discussions and you will be good to go until the end ! Those people who say he is a bad teacher are just bunch of slackers who didn't do their work on time !

Very nice teacher! A lot of dicusions in his class and not that much homework. Just essay during the quarter. Helps with every essay,gives suggestions after your 1st draft. In order to get an A, you have to participate in class. Took ESLL 237 na ESLL 25 with him
I got no specific good explanations how to write essay from him. He seems he doesn't know or doesn't want to teach,but love criticizing. He's narrow mind and he doesn't respect students at all. He only wants opinions he likes from discussion. He was absent three times during a semester,sending email us early morning on the day of the class.
Prof Ali won't talk too much about the detail techniques but just ask you follow his rules. Does it means he is very confident about his teaching? May be... If you are young student, you would have to follow his ideas and see what can get at the end~
