I took her class in summer section 2, and was forced to go fast, which made it difficult to catch up with the assignments. Moreover, she didn't cover everything on the tests before distributing the test. She was a kind, friendly, warm and easy-going professor. Because she usually focused on grammar and making sentences when I took her speaking class (EL110). Moreover, she seldom correct your speaking. Alicia Sanderman is the best professor mate since i started at Montgomery College. she is so great and make students hard working. her classes are very attractive and her way to teach really makes course easy to understand. I took her speaking 910 during the last spring and it was a very good experience I decided to take her 920 during the summer.

I highly recommend taking prof. Alicia's classes. She's EXTREMELY accommodating, generous,funny, caring. She always listen to those who have any new ideas/ques -> discuss/explain. She also provides students with games to understand more/well the lecture (i got extra credits from this). For me, she ISN'T tough on grading AT ALL

Prof. Sanderman is one of the best professors, and I love her. She helped me to be a confident speaker. After taking ELAS980 with her, I realized how much I improved my fluency. I would recommend everyone to take ELAS/ELAW980 any of these classes with her. You won't regrade about it.

She is very sweet, but her lessons are very boring. The class is easy, but the tests are difficult. She gives little practice during the lesson and little homework. It was the most boring and useless class. If you need knowledge, don't go to this teacher. I give a grade 4 because this class is easy

Prof Sanderman was one of my favorite teachers. She gives great feedback, is very patient, and makes English fun. If you struggle with speaking in front of people choose Ms. Sanderman. She helped me with not only writing but confidence in speaking through a chill environment.

BEST ENGLISH EVER. She is super nice and cares for her students. There are 5 essays and they are super easy and she presents them in a organized manner. There is so much to be learned with grammar . You will CERTAINLY improve. You will not regret taking this class. There is a lot of participation so be ready to talk. Regardless it is amazing!!

The best English teacher I had. She is very nice, gives a lot of feedback, and makes sure to help you with your pronunciation. I took her classes once a week 5 hours straight, and while it was exhausting sometimes her attitude and the dynamic classes made it actually nice. If you are taking her classes just be nice!

This is the first English course I took, one of the BESTTT prof ever. I am not the best writer and did not really enjoy writing essays until I took this class. Definitely, there was a lot of work to do, a total of 5 essays and multiple speaking activities and presentations to do, but Prof. Sanderman made it all so easy. Take Her!!
