Very good instructor. Her explanations are so good, you will learn math even if you don't want to. She is very patient with students and really cares about them. She has a good sense of humor and always ready to help. She is the best!

I've always had a trouble with math but she made it so clear It was hard not to understand she's the best teacher ever.

I took math 115 last fall 2004, and it was worth taking with pRof Alla. c",) I learned a lot and she taught clearly and accurately. Her class is not actually a hard one unless you read the book, attend her class punctually, and take notes. Never i regretted taking her class! mcdrc",)

This lady is what I call a "teacher". There not much I can say but "She is the best teacher i have had in math".

In these all these semesters here at LACC have iI encounter a more magnificent Math teacher than Alla. Honestly and truthfully do not pass the opportunity to take this teacher, trust me you will learn!

My friend recomended me to take her--she was right. She is very good and helpfull but you gotta do the homework coz most of the test are like the on on the homework. If you don't know how to answer the homework just mark it and ask her the next day. She is patient so you don't have to worry asking to many questions

Very good teacher, she is helpful. When you don't understand something just ask her, she will help you with no attidue. Take alot of notes, and ask questions dont be shy.

This teacher truly defines what it is to be a teacher and it is to TEACH I have not yet found another math professor who is as patient and easy as Alla I vote for her to go full-time here at LACC.

very nice and helpful, lso very funny and explains well. However, goes tooo fast because there is too much to cover in Math 115, so don't blame her, blame the system. Tests arent hard, but you have to do all your homework and study. Don't leave your homework till the day before the test so you will have time for review! Tough class so be prepared!

honestly, she is by far one of the most amazing math teachers I've had yet. she takes her time explains everything clearly. she might not review EVERYDAY for the previous section, but hey it's college algebra, their really isnt much time to waste on constantly reviewing everything. I absolutely LOVE the way she teachs!!!

She is a great teacher, the negative comments you see are from students who are completely igonorant. She has an accent, but you can understand her perfectly fine. TRUST whoever doesn't think she is a good teacher is completely ignorant.

Ms. G is a really good teacher overall. I hate math with a passion and she made me understand it. She is very sarcastic and at times she does call out the students who mess up but its tough love. Trust me, she is not boring at all! She goes over EVERYTHING thats on the tests, and the only way you can fail is if your never in class.

She is such a great teacher. She made me understand the material and she will answer any questions you have. Her lectures are easy to understand , and I don't even like math! She breaks it down so us average people get it! I RECOMMEND HER!!! She does have an accent but it should not matter because her teaching is EXCELLENT!!!

amazing professor. if you're not an idiot or an a$$#%#! you'll be fine. even if you're an idiot she'll try and help you through. she's got good energy, so you don't get bored. she's thorough and makes it as simple as possible and makes sure you get the concept before she moves on. Ms. G is an excellent professor. Her teaching is very concise and clear; very patient to review material until you understand. HW is appropriate amount to practice material well. Keeps class engaged with her sassiness--Shut up, Simon! ;) It's a shame she doesn't teach higher-level math courses. Wonderful professor.

i dont think she paid all those student to rate her, you could tell she good bec her class is full as soon as the student can register for class.. she teaches good as long you wont miss class you'll be fine.

Ms. Ghahramanyan is such a wonderful teacher.She makes learning math fun, which has been my weak subject forever! She is patient and really wants to make sure the students 'get' math. She won't move on to the next problem until the student understands it. Definitely take her class--she's beautiful as well.

BEST MATH TEACHER I have ever had! If you 1)go to class, 2)do your homework 3)ask if you don't understand, you'll get an A. She's wonderful at explaining and gives students a chance to try problems on the board. Somehow keeps a 2 & 1/2-hour math class interesting. I have someone else this semester and I miss her soooo much!

She is absolutely the best teacher around. She is so perfect as a teacher I don't even know where to start.Plus, and don't take her just because of this, but she is so hot. So beautiful. She has a great personality too.

I hated the subject, but I liked her class. She was very helpful and passionate about teaching. I definitely recommend her, but the student needs to put in the effort to pass her class. Highly recommend taking Ms. Alla's class.

Best teacher in compuse

Great professor. Explains everything clearly. 3 exams 20 questions each and one final 27 questions. Took her for the 8 week course. I didn't think I would do well because of the shot term but she is awesome! Reviews before every exam. HW is turned in on exam day. Pay attention in class and you get an A!

Best math teacher I''ve ever had. Very good at explaining concepts and helping you to understand the algorithms. Wants her students to understand math and succeed. Be sure you attend every class and do your homework and you will pass her class.

I had taken the first part of the two part, Intermediate Algebra, over 8 years ago. Tried to take the final half of this class too many times to count. I took it in summer, which was really fast but Ms. G is amazing. She is organized, funny and explains math very detailed. In class notes were the best. I wouldn't have passed without her! monique

SHE IS THE BEST PROFESSOR in the whole math department. She makes it SO EASY for you to understand. Besides, she is so nice. She never complicates math. If you pay attention to her short and simple explanations.... you got it! you will pass this class TAKE HER. TAKE HER

From the start she gives you a schedule with test dates. So expect no surprises in that regard. She gives a review before every test so you know what to expect. During lectures PAY ATTENTION she explains and then allows you to copy the notes so don't worry about copying while she is talking. Very energetic and enthusiastic. Excellent instructor!

Great teacher. Takes time to explain everything. Listen while she lectures, she'll allow you to copy after. She reviews everything before each exam. Very patient. If she taught 125, I would go out of my way to take her. Only used the book once.

Professor G is amazing! I just started her class for winter 18 and shes very clear with explanations. She explains literally step by step. Makes you pay attention to the board and is very energetic. You can tell she loves teaching and wants you to pass her class. Hands down best instructor (and Ive had a few)

Mrs Ghahramanyan is an amazing professor. Had her for the winter semester and as tough as the class was she made it easy. She explains everything thoroughly and she loves questions. She is also very friendly and loves her job. Just make sure to do the homework and study for the tests!

Be aware this course takes a lot of time. Miss G. is a really great professor. She always helps if you need it. I would recommend you to take this class.
