Accounting is not an easy class. You have to work hard and study. Make sure you do all your homework and studing for the study guide. He is a hard grader but if you work hard you would be able to pass the class.

Listen, no accounting classes are easy as you think would be. It requires a lot of work. For those people who gave bad comments about this prof. are the ones who never been in class, never paid attention, cheat on homeworks and exams. Get a Life man..

He's a good professor, there are quizzes every week, but their straight from the study guide. Acc is confusing, you just have to pay attention.

Great prof. gives very good printed notes, quizzes easy to prepare for, review sessions before exams, fair exams. Explains everything clearly. Cares for students.

He's really nice. His tests aren't that bad, he tells you where the questions come from. Warning you that he will not let the class out early, he takes the full 2 hours.

Overall work load is a lot however it is to prepare you for the exams. Exams may be a little tricky so do not rush through them. His exams are not easy unless you fully understand and study.

No matter what Accounting is a difficult course but Prof. Rabinowitz does everything he can to help you understand. You need to do all of your homework assignments (not copying from the library site) and pay attention in class.

Great professor and a nice person, the best for ACC 203. You will learn a lot. He tells you exactly what will be on his quizes and on his exams. If you do the work you will get a good grade. I highly recommend him.

He helped me see how important accounting will be to my marketing career.

Took him in spring . Had 10 quizzes from a Study Guide containing both Q and A and about 20 problem homeworks during the entire semester. Problems took an average of 1 hour each to do. The quizzes and problems were great preparation for the exams. He did not waste any time in class - always stuck to the subject. He was very clear and patient.

He is a very good professor. If you do all your homework and quizes and study what he tells u to study then you should do well in his class. He is a very nice guy. The quizes are not hard at all,and the theory part of the exam comes stright form the study guide and the cd. the problem part in the exams comes from the hw just diff #'s. great prof.

Fantastic teacher. This class sucks no matter what. It's the subject. Very nice guy, very helpful, clear, patient, and understanding. Funny and cute older man. Much better than Anabila. (don't take anabila)

Okay, you will fall asleep in his class - regardless. That said, he's not a bad professor. He knowns his stuff and tries to help you understand. However, his tests are like nothing I've seen and it takes getting used to. Do homework ontime and study for quizzes. Oh, and READ THE BOOK!

He could not have made the class any easier! Do everything exactly as he tells you to do!! He tells you to do the hw, do it! Study the study guide? do it! very straightforward but does require some work on your part. quizzes, tests and final are straight from your books!! take advantage, duh. could not have been made any easier, seriously.

Very fine prof. who is very fair and considerate, gives excellent guidance to get you successfully thru course. Nice person too. Get to know him.

Have to put effort. He will give a quiz every week (10% of grade), comes straight, word for word from study guide. Gives 3 tests, and gives hw every week. He goes fast, so u have to do everything on time to be able to do good. HW problems are very similar to in class problems.

I enjoy his dry sense of humor, he does his best to maintain student interest between the material with stories about ACC that relate to life. LISTEN CAREFULLY, he tells you what you need to do in order to do well in his class. Stay on top of the homework, memorize the study guide for quizzes, focus on the 3 exams--they're 80% of your final grade.

Take his class. Homeworks total 20 hours. Questions and ANSWERS for all quizzes and half of each exam come from a study guide. Has good sense of humor.

HE'S SUCH A SWEET AND LOVELY MAN. But, I am failing his class miserably. If you're like me and find it hard to keep up with a heavy workload because you're lazy & fat & would rather watch VH1 than enter journal entries, then do not take him. He's very fair, assigns homework every class unless there's a test, & gives a quiz each week. Funny too.

Too many lies are listed on this site for this prof. Hardly anyone failed in his spring classes. A few of my friends got A's. He is a very good prof. TAKE HIS CLASS. If you do a reasonable amount of work you will get a good grade.

He is the best professor i had at Pace. He tells you exactly what are on his tests. You have to be a complete moron if you fail. Midterm and final are exact questions from the quizzes and homework. Quizzes come from the study guide, its like 20 questions a chapter, I really don't understand how anyone can fail.

He is a really good professor. See, I HATE MATH, I HATE STATISTICS. But if you do your homework and buy the book. You will defiantly get a good grade. The quizzes are exactly as your notes and book and so are the tests.

Acc is hard. He does his best to make sure he teaches his students well. It actually hurts his feelings when students fail tests or the course bc he says he isnt spending his last days(of his life) for his students to fail. Compassionate teacher and he will do anything he can rightfully do in his power to help his students.

Yes, Acct. is very hard, prob the hardest class I've taken, but this prof did his best in making everything understandable and he is extremely organized. Make sure you do all the HW and quizzes. Exams are very hard but it is because of the subject, not the teacher. I ended up with a C and am kinda happy about it. Will prob take him for 204.

Thinks the world revolves around accounting. Lots of material, Assigned seating, Lets you exactly what is on the test, and quizzes, mandatory homework, but if you do it all, average a respectable grade and show him care, you pass. I think he rarely fails people. Possible to cheat on tests and quizzes.

Great Professor! Very organized and fast grader. Does his best to make the students understand everything. The study guide allows you to prepare for the theory portion of the exams. The homework assignments allow you to prepare for the math portion of the exams. Overall, I enjoyed this class and truly learned the material.

First of all, anyone who thinks Rabinowitz is horrible is just a complete moron!.Hes one of the nicest guys in the world and clearly gives you all the questions and answers that are on the test. It is just up to you to study it. Dont be a lazy moron and you will have absolutely no problem. He also has alot of experience. Easy A if you just study !

I agree. Anyone who says this professor is horrible is a moron!. He is one of the nicest, helpful and most simple teachers I have ever had at Pace. He gives all the answers to his quizzes and tests and prepares you for the hw with in class problems the day of. Take him you wont regret it.

Rabinowitz is BRUTAL. if youre an accountant or have taken accounting before, this class is for you, If youre normal and accounting is new to you STAY AWAY. Because hes been teaching for 30+ years he thinks he can teach as if everything is simple. Long hw every week,quiz every week,exams are absurd. 1to4 correct answers PER problem. AVOID!!!

he gives you everything you need to know but there is just so much information to remember everything for the exams which are super hard by the way. He makes them very tricky.

He has a passion for teaching and was himself in the field of accounting. Accounting was never made to be fun or easy but he tries his hardest to make it so.

He's really good. sure, sometime classes can be extremely boring, because he goes through the materials super slowly. but that's his positive and negative. His class is not an easy A class, but his tests and hws are pretty fair. I would recommand him

Basically if you are an accounting major and really want to learn the concepts and step then this class is for you. He is hard but you will walk away learning alot. But if you have to just take the class to fulfill the business course stay away your stress level will be at an all time high. Take a different professor
