Challenging but fare. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Weekly assignments usually include a discussion topic, study case, and quiz or exam. You must do the assigned reading each week to do well on the quizzes and exams. Also, he grades a little higher if you take opposing positions (respectfully) during discussion topics.

Great professor, my class had 7 total people but the same 4 came and he made sure we passed. Gave us extra time on assignments and did extra credit. His biggest motto was that if we showed up and participated that we would pass. Would definitely take him again!

Professor Allen is awesome&flexible. Read the highlighted sentences in the textbook and this class will be a piece of cake. The class consists of questions over the chapter each week(which you automatically get a 100 for participation), a couple scenario assignments, a couple of tests and a couple discussion posts. Would definitely take him again!

Took his 14 week online course, he always sent a weekly reminder of what was due. You would do 2 smart books a week, with a combination of either a practice scenario or a discussion board. It was really easy to manage the assignments. And you have 3 Exams which is the big part of your grade but nothing overly difficult. I easily recommend him!

This professor is really great at his job. I learned a lot and the class was not difficult at all. He is very understanding and looks out for his students, so I would recommend to take his class if you need this class or any of his that he teaches.

Even if you have five other teacher options, take Prof Jones. He is very organized, and as long as you read the material, you will pass. He gives a lot of extra credit, so you practically dictate your grade. I will definitely take Prof Jones again if I get the opportunity to.

You are basically on your own in the online version of this class, but it is easy you are working at your own pace and the professor will provide you with everything that you will need to keep up with the class and to have an easy A.

Took BUSI-1307, learned a lot. It is a bit of reading, being two chapters a week so maybe 60 long pages of moderately difficult material total, but if you space it out over the week its no problem. There's also a LOT of extra credit so I would definitely recommend! Assignments are easy if you do the reading.

I would 100% recommend this professor! There are 2-4 assignments per week: a couple of multiple choice assignments and a couple of discussion boards. The multiple-choice assignments are not too long or difficult. The discussion boards are engaging and not harshly graded. He also has so many extra credit opportunities and is very understanding!

I really enjoyed Professor Jones' Business Principles course at Lonestar College Cy-Fair. The professor did an excellent job of making the course expectations clear in the Colleges online platform. What I really enjoyed was the weeks were broken out very clearly, and expectations were never in question. I would take another course from him.

I took Business 1301 with Professor Jones and it was the best experience that I have had with an online course. The assignments are clearly written out and easy to understand. The only thing is that the reading is pretty lengthy, but the textbook he uses is pretty interesting. Overall loved the whole experience of being in this class.

His class is extremly easy with most weeks just being a participation grade and then 2 assignemnts each week 1 of them being 25 questions on putting the vocabulary to use and the next assignement being a real life example of how that vocabulary was used.

Every week there is one assignment, a quiz, and a discussion board. The discussion was mostly a participation grade while the assignment and quiz were open book along with his test. Everything for the week is placed in D2L which is very organized with everything you would need to know for the week.

I would definitely take a course with Prof Jones again. As a part time student with a full time job, I didn't feel that the course was too much. There was reading each week along with a discussion(sometimes two if there were two chapters that week) and an assignment plus plenty of other resources to help you.

There is no reason you shouldn't get an A, if you do the assignments and make sure to Respond to others. The assignments don't necessarily take long but can use some critical thinking. Prof. has a very straight to the point curriculum and is easy to follow along. Does require a textbook, which he provides the link for. Although you do have to pay.

One of the best parts of his class is how organized everything is. You always know what's due, when it's due, and what's expected. The pace of the course is fast enough to keep you on your toes but not so quick that you feel lost. I left this class feeling like I actually learned something I'll use in the real world.

Professor Jones is so amazing, everything was so easy, throughout the week for (online) kids, you would have typically 2-3 assignments depending on the week, you would have a case study, a chapter assignment, which both are multiple choice and very easy. The actual professor himself is very charismatic. I did find the class to be very easy and a little boring. Most of the material is stuff that's borderline common sense but the stuff that isn't is really interesting. Pity that its very few and far between. Prof does his best to make it interesting.
