Adair expects a lot from your papers and is a tough grader. However, she is an amazing professor and really improved my writing. She is really nice and is very helpful and open to questions, especially in her office hours. There isn't too much reading for this class and all of the books you need to read are really interesting.

Hated all my writing classes before this one. She is a very good teacher, able to grab your interest and also is very helpful when writing essays. If you show her you care, then she'll definitely take care of you.

Although I hate writing, professor Adair made the class interesting and fun. She is a tough grader, but she really cares about improving your writing, definitely not here just for a paycheck. I wish I could take her for 150.

Amazing class & amazing professor! I initially had no interest in the poetry of robert frost..signed up for the class because it was one of the only sections left. She honestly made the class so interesting and useful; writing assignments were tough but she grades fairly and is 100% focused on helping you improve your writing. definitely recommend!

She is amazing. She's a really tough grader and DO NOT BE LATE TO HER CLASS. but i learned a lot from her. She really engages student and even when you feel like you're struggling your writing is getting better. This is not a class to take for an easy A, but if you want to improve your writing this is the best professor

Ms. Adair surprised me. At first the class seemed like it would be awful, but ended up being engaging. She is pretty in your face, especially if you fall asleep (she tore some girl apart at one point). She called me out for being on my computer in the back row. Really helpful: she even called me to make sure we could make time to meet up.

Would take again

Though there are a lot of papers she gives you a very fair amount of time to get them done. She did not make us buy a text book she supplied all the reading (which was minimal) Her classes are great and engaging and she's extremely nice and approachable. I would definitely take this class again!
