Class was pretty easy, only frustrating part was teachers lack of clarity when writing test questions. Always had at least 5-7 questions on the tests that easily could have had multiple answers. Also was not helpful to students who had schedule conflicts.
Pay attention to the lectures and reread your book. She looks for the little things to test on.
Frustrating teacher because she deliberately tries to trick you on the exam rather than testing if you know the material.
Never had such a bad professor with such autocratic behavior. Material is not hard but her tests are unnecessarily difficult and test on minor details of material instead of more general overall concepts
Overall this class is not difficult so don't worry about it. Be sure to study a bit more for the 2nd exam. I am not a fan of her teaching style/personality, it is downright aggravating at times. Be ready for her to repeat herself again and again when she gets on her soap box about her "syllabus". FYI, quizzes are due in the morning not in the pm.
When I say this class is hard, it is only hard to get an A. She doesn't test on concepts, is knit picky as can be, tests in a manner to try and prove she is smarter then you, and is irrational. She teaches to the curve, and makes this class way harder then it should be, which has been confirmed by faculty. AVOID class till her baby comes out.
I don't know what the people who have rated her so far are thinking. She is highly qualified to be teaching the class, her class is informative and highly doable. The 2nd test is by far the hardest, the first and 3rd are doable. Just read your notes, watch lectures and read the book and you'll do fine.
As long as you watch/go to the lectures and study you can get an A. It really is doable. I finished with an A-. She does like to test on small details as opposed to major concepts (minute percentages, facts) so just be thorough. Use her practice exams as a guideline for studying. Textbook was kind of a waste, Powerpoints really cover all material.
This class wasn't difficult, but the way the exams were set up made the class harder than it should have been. Since almost all of your grade is from exams, you really have to do well on them, and the grading scale is pretty tough (93% = A). I suggest over preparing for the 1st exam, really focus on the small details, I was caught off-guard a bit.
This was one of my favorite courses at UF. Professor Phalin made the lectures interesting with lots of personal examples and videos. Most of the lectures come straight from the book, so read the chapters a couple of times and you'll do well on the exams. I highly recommend this class.
class is interesting and the material is simple/easy to understand, but her test questions do not reflect that. I am microbio/finance double major and even though I got an A- in the class it was tough. Based on the material and the text book this should be an easy A but professor Phalin is out to make it the most difficult class for no reason.
she carries herself in such an arrogant and unhelpful way and makes her tests very VERY specific and seems like she is out to fail students. no extra credit and a 93 is an A. ridiculous for a business core course. she is the kind of person that if you asked for a recommendation, she would probably right something negative just to screw you over.
Class should be do-able but teacher totally kills it. Not helpful, and kind of rude. Everything is going to be YOUR problem, and there are lots of rules. Not willing to help, at all.
Honestly, this class is only difficult if you don't do anything. I watched the lectures on double speed and took notes, and studied by taking the quizzes and reading my notes a couple times. I have a pretty good memory, but you just need to know the concepts/ some details. Phalin interacts in class but her overall attitude is "Not my problem."
Since the first day of class she's had an unsettling "Not My Problem" attitude towards her students. She's one of those people that's very 'rules-based' and unaccommodating. This class is a perfect example of UF trying to make pointless classes unnecessarily difficult. Her lectures are not worth your time, Smokin' Notes are the way to go.
I really, really loved this class. Dr. Phalin was super interesting and I thought the class was really easy. People have written that she's difficult but all you have to do is take notes and listen to the lectures. The final was a breeze and I got an easy A. Great class, though. Learned lots.
I only got a B- in this class, but that was my own fault. I'm married with a job and a baby, and didn't put enough effort into this course. With that being said, a full-time student should easily be able to get an A! Even with my minimal studying, I managed to pass all the exams. There's also 30 easy points of extra credit. I really loved her!
I love professor Phalin. I saw on here a past student blaming that being married and and a mom for not getting an A. I am a mom and married and I got an A. Watch the lectures, read the book , do the practice quizes and homework, there is no excuse not to do well. Also glad I took this before International Macroeconomics.
LOVED Phalin! Tests were extremely fair and she is passionate about what she teaches. Read the text, watch the lecture, take notes, study, and you'll get an A. Basically, just don't be lazy and you'll get an A. Would take more of her classes! She's also always quick to respond to emails.
Dr. Phalin was the best professor I've had at the COB! She was always so sweet. I loved the way the class was set up. MSM people reading: take her in fall! Don't wait to take MAN6636! The only class I actually want to go! Two group projects: one really long one, one really short one. But the stuff you learn is very interesting and applicable.
Very fair teacher! Her tests are rather easy and then she packs the rest of the class with a ton of fluff grades. She is a bit rude and condescending at times but that really shouldn't matter. Put in the work and you will get an A!
This was my favorite professor in my entire college career. She is just the sweetest, and if you're confused on something her office door is always open and she is so understanding. The material is interesting, she posts current events to make the material relevant to what's going on in the world, and just try and you'll get an A
I liked her a lot. She is one of the few teachers who actually really enjoys the subject she is teaching. She truly wants her students to learn and become interested in the subject. I liked the subject matter. Tests aren't too too hard but if you want to make an A you better know your stuff. Don't get the book.
Dr. Phalin is very passionate about the subject, making it easy to learn the material. She will not make any exceptions if you fall behind, so stay on top of your assignments. I enjoyed the lectures and learned a lot about the real world, gaining an interest in the subject. This class is making ECO3713 a breeze!
I love this class. Prof. Phalin is THE BEST.
This class was challenging and forced me to learn. The tests were not too hard, you just have to read the book, do practice exams and homework. Your grade is heavily affected by the group project, and you compete with other students for the high grade. You have to do well on tests or you may not do well in the class because of this.
Good lecturer but poor professor. Focuses on route memorization of her materials almost exclusively. She thinks route memorization of her materials is more important than understanding concepts. Would not recommend. I would change my major or drop out of school before I would ever take one of the classes again!
I got a job because of Dr. Phalin's class. She talks about current events and ties it all to what we learn in class so you can really use it later when you need to, like in an interview! Lots of assignments and dates to remember, though, so be organized.
I loved this class! Professor Phalin is really passionate and makes you interested. I would say go to her office hours too. She gave me great advice about grad school and internships. I agree with others about lots of assignments and staying on top of it all. You need to be organized for sure.
You miss one detail and you are done. She packs on tons of assignments with loads of criteria to follow to a T. As a full-time online student (w/ a full time job), I don't think she understands that just maneuvering around all her loads of crap is hard enough. She treats you like a slacker if you can't keep up with it all and it feels demeaning.
I thought she was an awesome professor! There are TONS of due dates so stay organized and write them all down at the beginning of the semester. Exams look exactly like the practice exams so you know what to expect. Smokin' Notes definitely helps but all of the information you'll need is in the PowerPoint slides. Gives extra credit.
I came here to say that Dr. Phalin's lectures are some of the best I ever heard at UF. She really does make you want to listen and learn, and I really liked the simulation. Yes there are lots of assignments and due dates, but I liked that my grade didn't just depend on a few exams.
Dr. Phalin's lectures are interesting, especially compared to other business professors I've had. There are a lot of assignments, but none of them are really difficult. The one thing I disliked was the group Global DNA simulations. I had a group that didn't seem to care, but extra credit can cover this part of your grade. I enjoyed this class.
I really enjoyed this class. Very informative! Keeps you up to date with current events. The group project was time consuming and confusing at times.
Professor really cares so if you put in the work it should be easy to get an A.
Not hardly enough time to complete very wordy questions, they are so bad they are almost trick questions. good thing I did well in the rest of the class or I would have had less than a B. Overall the class was ok, she over focuses on bad students from the past and tells you up front she has no compassion or flexibility. It is just a class...
Be aware of time management as her 21 page syllabus states there are lots of deadlines. She is passionate about what she teaches and you will be immersed in current events which effects the business world. Do NOT rely on Smokin' Notes she reads them and forms exams around them requiring true knowledge of the subject.
I didn't expect to like this class. It's required. But Dr. Phalin totally opened my eyes to things happening in the world. Now I've decided to have a career in international business! Yes, lots of deadlines but the syllabus is really clear. I also liked talking to her outside of class. She's super nice and knows a lot.
Insightful course! You learn so much from all countries and Dr. Phalin makes the topics incredibly interesting. She is also accessible, she wants you to succeed! The group project is fun, my group always got first place. So, just follow the guidelines and you will do good.
Great class. Dr. Phalin makes you understand tough topics. She leaves no room for confusion, syllabus is clear. Group project is awesome.
A class with a lot of assignments but not that hard to do. I recommend not reading textbook but takes notes during lectures, study the PPs for each chapter that is needed daily, those will help you. Homeworks are from PPs study those as well after you're finished. GLOBALDNA seems intimidating at first but once you start doing it it's very easy.
Dr. Phalin is passionate and a very good lecturer. She explains things very well and will make sure you understand the concept before she moves on. Her class is very well organized and her expectations are clearly defined. She was one of my favorite professors.
I would definitely suggest watching the lectures rather than Smoking Notes. There were some errors in the smokin notes and she refers to the lecture in exams. This is a super interesting class and she's a really good lecturer. Biggest thing is to stay on top of due dates.
Class is very easy but Prof Phalin tries to make it as annoying as possible. Tons of assignments and two exams. All the answers to the homework are in the power point slides. Get smokin notes unless you plan on watching all the lectures and reading the book. Capsim program is hard at first but once you get the hang of it its easy.
Loved the class! Lectures are so interesting and I feel like I really learned a lot. Simulation is hard but tests are easy and questions are like the practice tests and homework. Also I emailed her a few times and she always wrote back right away. Some professors in these big classes dont reply so I liked how she did so fast.
Dr. Phalin is extremely smart and knows more than an average person could know. Lots of work, and exams/ homework can be confusing. She truly cares about her students, and is great help if you ask questions. Capsim stimulation can be extremely hard and she knows that so you can receive 15/20 points for just doing it. Keep up with lectures for an A!
Don't bother emailing her questions because she'll just respond "check the syllabus". As for the class its really not hard. Smokin notes for exams, for the hw look at the power point slides, nothings on google. capsim can be tricky at first but if you follow the strategy that the TA's use and the practice one that phalin shows you you'll get it.
Dr Phalins International Business class has been my favorite at UF so far. She is fascinating and informative. Highly recommend!
I really struggled in this class initially because I thought I could rely on Smokin' Notes, but you really can't. It's too much information and you gotta keep up with lectures and readings. The simulation is really tough but she offers extra credit for reading current events. Exams have a ton of information but are doable.
You have group presentations every week so you need to really get the know your random teammates early on to be successful. The current event presentation is a good way to find a topic she likes and go with it to try to get extra credit. Must speak up in class to get attendance for that day. Very nice and learned a lot but you need to put in effort
Easily the best class I have ever taken at UF. Don't waste your time on Smokin' Notes, they sometimes get the info wrong too. WATCH LECTURE!! For exams, print out the slides and review them. She really is passionate about what she's talking about. You have to earn this A, but it is 100% possible if you put in the work. She offers A LOT of E.C. too
Lectures are AWESOME. There's lots of them but mostly really interesting and she's so nice. Would've given her a 5/5-but she gave a pop quiz DURING EXAM WEEK. She made it seem like she was being nice by giving a quiz instead of a final exam, but gave it on a week when I had 3 other finals! So annoying. Left me w a bad feeling about a great class.
Dr. Phalin is a great professor who is genuinely engaged and really knows her stuff. There are a ton of deadlines in the class, but it is not very hard work, and there are a lot of opportunities for extra credit. Homework, two exams and a pop quiz, Capsim and Pearson for extra credit. Good class, great professor.
Her class was the only core business class in which I religiously watched lectures. She is an amazing professor. Exams aren't an easy A, but very easy to get at least a B. Pay attention to the deadlines! Also, do as much extra credit as you can! If you reach out to her she will help you however she can as long as she sees you put in effort.
Dr. Phalin was fantastic! Apart from the great course material she offers so much extra credit! She tells you exactly what's going to be on the exam and includes current events as well as lecture and textbook material. She does have ridiculously long powerpoints but her lectures are fun and interactive.
Loves international business and is invested in her students success. The only professor that can keep me engaged for 2 hours! Gives lots of assignments which are great for keeping your grade up. Get smokin notes and keep up with the many assignments.
Phalin's lectures are basically useless as she just reads straight from the PowerPoint. She also assigns a staggering amount of material that she wants you to read/watch outside of class instead of teaching it herself. She was also very rude via email to myself and a friend on separate occasions when we tried to ask her questions about lecture.
I was surprised by the other rating here from this semester. My friends and I loved the class. Lectures were NOT boring. She gives tons of extra credit (even more than is in the syllabus so always be looking for announcements about other extra credit). AND she took a whole chapter off one test since she said everyone is stressed with covid.
Probably the easiest of the business 7 cores. 2 Exams (which werent bad), a bunch of easy quizzes/HW, a LOT of free points and CAPSIM make up your grade. There was A TON of extra credit, some of which was pretty random. PowerPoints and lectures were informative, the textbook didnt really help. Smokin notes also helped. Dr. Phalin was really good
Phalin is passionate about the content and does a good job explaining it. Do not worry about getting the textbook or watching the lectures. You can pass simply by reading the powerpoint yourself. The majority of the class is completion points. Exams are useless Jeopardy style questions that don't test your actual knowledge. LOTS of Extra Credit.
Dr Phalin is great! Class is relatively easy with simple quizzes for each chapter, 2 exams and the CAPSIM Simulation. I hated CAPSIM but as long as you do it, you get at least 75% and 100% for the training modules. I got 75% on almost all and still ended with an A. No textbook - Watch lecture and do sim without effort. Lots Extra Credit! Easy! :)
Is it your senior year? Well, enjoy Hell, because this class was way harder than expected. She made the syllabus quiz hard just to drive the knife in. I swear to God she intentionally tries to trick you on tests, twisting the knife. Studied my a** off, got a decent grade, but most likely developed an ulcer from her test questions.
loved dr. phalin for the spring 2021 semester. she offered OODLES of extra credit, which really brought my grade up tremendously. do it all, even if you don't think you'll need it. second exam is much more difficult than the first, but if you pay attention and prepare thoroughly, you'll be fine. capsim is difficult, but fun.
Prof Phalin is very understanding and provides plenty of opportunities for points besides exams, tons of easy extra credit too. I didn't watch many lectures but the ones that I did, she seemed very good at explaining the content. Get Smokin Notes for the exams and do the Capsim simulation and you should be good!
One of the best professors at UF by far. She REALLY wants you to succeed in the class!! Throughout the semester she offered a ton of extra credit. Even at the end, she changed the pop quiz to no time limit, and she didn't have to! That was very nice of her. Definitely stay on top of the lectures and homework! Exams are similar to homework.
There is no excuse not to do well in this class. She gives SO MANY extra credit opportunities, and is very generous and understanding. The simulation is very straightforward, and she makes the material interesting and engaging.
If you ever have the misfortune of having to deal with Phalin personally--even just in email--you'll find that she's the definition of condescending. On the other hand, her class is interesting and easy enough to do well in if you get Smokin Notes...
Hands down one of the best professors I have ever had. She gives tons of extra credit, her lectures are really interesting and exams are not difficult at all. If you actually keep up with the work, Its an easy A.
Dr. Phalin is super sweet and nice. She has tons of credits for you to make sure you are getting a good grade. She just change the business simulation to a group project this semester which is easier but it is still pretty annoying. She usually responses to emails quickly. She start allowing us to bring one print paper note this semester for exam
Dr. Phalin is nice. She offers tons of extra credit; if you do all of it and get Smokin Notes you should be fine. Her exam and quiz questions are ridiculously specific but you get to use an 8x11 sheet of paper on exams and get 2 attempts on quizzes. Her lectures are pretty lengthy but watching on 2x makes them tolerable!
Dr. Phalin is the best professor I've taken at UF. She let's you have an entire page of notes for the exams, gives tons of extra credit, and quickly responds to emails. She truly cares about seeing her students succeed. Something many of the professors I've taken in the past lack.
Took Dr. Phalin's course due to a requirement but she is a gem. Class is very easy to pass, don't fret if you bomb CAPSIM. Tons of extra credit, exams are not designed to trick you, and she really tries to help students. Some students had tech issues with the third exam, so everyone got a perfect score. Not many profs would do that. She's a gem.
Best professor ever!! She truly wants everyone to pass & gives a lot of extra credit. Exams aren't difficult as long as you study the practice exams and homework questions. There are kind of a lot of assignments but all of them are simple & there is a group project but she makes it hard to fail.
Dr. Phalin was the great! This class can be a fairly easy A if you just do the work and she gives you SO MUCH extra credit. Capsim project was so much fun it barely felt like schoolwork. You don't even need the smokin notes.. just watch the lectures on 2x speed before exam time. Would definitely take again & highly recommend.
Great Professor, Professional, very caring of Students. Class was fun and didn't stress you out. Loved my time in Professor Phalin's class.
I would say this was easiest class of the 7 business classes. The class is made up of a virtual business simulation with a group, 3 exams, and homework's on each country. She gave a ton of extra credit and the exams were pretty easy if you study the Smokin Notes.
Dr. Phalin is a great professor. Her lectures are really interesting, but kind of long. She gives a ton of extra credit throughout the semester. The tests are pretty easy if you watch the lecture and you don't really need to watch the RMPF stuff, just look through the slides. Also, you can use the front and back of a sheet of paper on the exam.
Easiest professor at UF. She gives so much extra credit and her practice exams are so similar to the real exam. Never watched a lecture and earned an A. She's also the sweetest human being ever!!
Easy class but terrible lectures. She's all over the place and included her political viewpoints way too frequently. The class felt extremely left leaning which was very frustrating. Keep your views out of the classroom. Easy to get an A though as long as you get a good group.
Course and professor are not too demanding. Lectures are straightforward and she seems very approachable and honest. Don't recommend if you are a snowflake republican because she cites facts relating to government history and operation.
Get ready for hours of lectures and her being extremely political. She says she isn't, but lord, she is. Just teach the class lady. The Capsim assignments are a joke.
Lectures are extremely long and boring, sometimes totaling up 6-8 hours a week of lecture. I recommend skipping the lectures for Smoking Notes, as it is unbearable to sit through one of her lectures. The content and homework is very easy, and the Capsim simulation is actually really fun.
The lectures are actually interesting. Capsim is relatively easy (once you figure it out), and if you have good teammates. There are plenty of assignments and extra credit opportunities. The exams aren't bad, especially if you do the practice exams.
Overall a great class, Dr. Phalin approaches lectures with enthusiasm and updates the class with current events. My only complaint was that she makes a lot of effort to trick you on questions rather than testing your knowledge. She makes up for this with a lot of extra credit opportunities, really no excuse to get below 90% overall in her class...
Two main points 1. Capsim: Make a text group chat w your Capsim team asap. If you set up just 1x weekly 1hr Zoom call together you'll knock each round out 2. Grades/Exams: Do all the Extra Credit opportunities. Also, review the answers to the HWs + Practice Exam for each upcoming exam as most of the Exam Qs are pulled directly from these banks
DO THE EXTRA CREDIT. If you're planning on using smokinnotes for this class, be prepared to get a B on the exams. Smokinnotes leaves out crucial details, which results in getting a few questions wrong on the exams. If you do all the extra credit and form a competent group for CAPSIM, you'll have no problem getting an A+ in this course.
Do not be overwhelmed by the massive syllabus and amount of material she provides. The team project represents a lot of the grade, so make sure you have a good structure to how you and your team handles the simulation. Make sure to do all of the extra credit, she gives a lot of it. As long as you do all assignments, should be an A.
Do all the extra credit! It will give you a cushion for the exams, which are super specific. Smokin notes is not as necessary as it is in other classes, but it definitely helps if you don't want to sit through lectures and assigned readings. The capsim assignments are pretty easy, just get a good group/carefully read through instructions.
Best Class in the business program. This is one of those classes you get the "A" in to boost your GPA. Professor was also nice and super helpful.
If you're going to use Smokin' Notes to prepare for exams, be prepared to get a B on the exams. The first exam is by far the easiest exam, get an A on 1st. DO THE EXTRA CREDIT, it's easy to miss just a few questions and receive a B on exams. Develop a competent CAPSIM team or your grade will suffer - build a diverse team of different majors.
This class is not hard nor are the assignments. The problem with the class is the professor. She takes way to long to make a point in lectures. The assignments and exams just promote memorization especially if you are not lucky enough to write the GDP of japan in 2021. She is very curt in emails. The simulation is the best thing in the class.
This online class requires no interaction between the professor and the student. Make sure to submit CapSim and double-check because she will not give credit even if you've been a high-performing student. She has no empathy for mistakes, so don't make them.
this was by far my favorite class. She is not a very good communicator, but the syllabus and lectures are so detailed that you literally don't need any other resources. Make sure to get a great team for Capsim; otherwise, you will be doing all the work.
DO NOT USE SMOKIN NOTES SHE DOES NOT LIKE SMOKIN NOTES and she makes a point to give you all the materials you need, watch her lectures and exam reviews and you will be fine.
Dr. Phalin is great. She clearly knows the material and she's also incredibly kind. Lectures are clear and exams are very straight forward. She provides everything you need to succeed. Capsim is a little confusing at first, but you quickly get the hang of it. She also provides weekly extra credit. Would love to take another class of hers.
Participate in the Capsims and study the lecture slides for the exams, and you should have an A in the class. She provides lots of extra credit opportunities and allows a full sheet of notes for the exam.
Professor Phalin teaches a completely useless course. The exams are almost entirely (80%) about memorizing obscure facts about a specific country. On top of that, she berates you with 4 assignments per week that are difficult to score well on. Overall, an out of touch professor. No one cares what the GDP growth rate is in 2020 for Canada...
Dr Phalin is a great professor, she teaches the material well. Weekly quizzes and exams are easy, all the info is on the PowerPoints. The group project takes a while to get a hand off, but once you do, easy. Make sure to get a good group though! I spent ~2.5h on this class a week. Only downside is that she makes her political opinion clearly known
participation matters!! TAKE SPECIFIC NOTES. The only way you get less than a B in this class is if you are lazy. You can use notes on every single assignment, but that's because she is VERY specific and detailed (i.e. what's the GDP of China in 2020, the growth post-COVID in USA?). didn't love her attitude, doesn't like to repeat herself ever
One of the worst professors at UF. She is very liberal and it comes through during her lectures. She thinks she knows better than everyone else. Is extremely rude and abrasive. As long as you don't ask her any questions or interact with her, you'll make it through the class. Not sure why she has such good reviews.
Dr. Phalin is very nice and her lectures were super engaging. I learned a lot from this course! Smokin Notes definitely helped me study for exams and organize my information. To succeed in the course, I recommend not getting behind in Capsim, taking advantage of the cheat sheets that you can make for exams, and study the Smokin notes.
Professor Phalin formats the class so you are able to do well even if you struggle on the exams. So many extra credit opportunities, but DO NOT FORGET to do them. Her exams are very specific, but if you watch the lectures she mentions everything that's on the exam at some point. Do not waste money on smokin' notes, just watch the lectures.
Capsim is a nightmare, but she's super lenient when it comes to grading it. My group was consistently in last place and I still ended with an A. Her lectures are good and actually helpful. The questions she writes suck sometimes and more than one answer could be correct. TONS of extra credit, make sure you do it all. Exams are okay.
Not a good professor. She was so rude to students. Presumptuous, quick to judge, unhelpful, are but a few of qualities. It's almost as if she is miserable and wants to spread her misery to her students. Class was boring. She did allow her political leanings to come through whether or not people are aware enough to pick up on it is a different story
Professor Phalin's class is straightforward if you stay on top of the work. Participate, take detailed notes, and leverage resources like Unstuck AI along with the lectures. The exams are fact-based, but she provides everything needed to succeed. Overall a solid class.
Could not watch her lectures because she had a very condescending vibe. However, the material itself wasn't too difficult and she gives you everything that you need to succeed. We are allowed one double-sided page of notes for each exam; however, the information is often so specific. There's a group project which isn't too bad.
Professor Phalin gives you everything you need to succeed through the lecture material. However, make sure to pay attention to little details as anything is fair game for homeworks/exams. Some advice is to go slow through the lectures to make sure to avoid missing anything. SmokinNotes is helpful to review materials before the exam.
A white midwestern lady who studied abroad in France isn't my idea of global minded. It's definitely seen in her personal opinions and teachings of the class. Sometimes it's belittling. There was a student this semester that tried to advocate for her country and it was hard to watch. The class isn't too bad as long as you watch the content well.
This class was pretty easy, I didn't use Smokin' Notes, just went to all the lectures and participated. You get a full page of notes, so memorization wasn't an issue. She also gives you a template for this sheet which is really helpful and makes sure you don't miss anything you should have on your cheat sheet.
Professor Phalin is a great lecturer and makes class interesting despite content sometimes being boring. Definitely utilize the cheat sheet she allows you to have on the exam. I used smokin notes to help me figure out the most important information to put on it and it was a life saver!
