His class was the only one I ever had that I would say was too easy. He is funny and creates a sense of comraderie in the class, but I got tired of his constant half-jokes about liberals.

TAKE HIM FOR ANY CLASS HE'S TEACHING!!!!! He will make everything crystal clear. He only give quizes (NO TEST! = NO FINALS/MIDTERMS). Ontop of that he give practice quiz problems b4 the actual quiz. The quiz looks exactly like the practice.

Amir is such a great prof. he understands how to get the class involved and interested. I was expecting the class to be boring and dull, but it was exciting and I learned a lot. It is a great experience, and take his class, you will not regeret it. When you start school you will feel more conifdent and comfortable.

EASIEST TEACHER EVER. he gave my class two essays total for hw, and the rest was just touring the campus. his final is a celebration where you have a pizza party. YES, A PIZZA PARTY AS YOUR FINAL. how can you say NO to that?! take his class!! i not only recommend, but i suggest taking him as your instructor in any of his classes.

He is a pretty chill guy. Has a problem with laptops, but it's all good. He is an easy professor that really interacts with the students greatly. I'd recommend him.

This guy is crazy. He is fun and entertaining while keeps to the material...sometimes =) He gets off topic sometimes, but it is for entertainment reasons. He is quite the comedian however if you break his rules, he will single you out.

You must take Amir for 205. He gives you great examples in class that actually APPLY to his tests. This is a class that you will enjoy and learn something in the process.

Amir's class was probably the funnest class I have taken at CSULB. Gives very good examples, answers any questions if a student needs more clarity, and is very prompt when returning exams and quizzes. Just study the examples given in class and his practices exams/quizzes and you will be fine. It was a straightforward A.

Seriosuly, one of the elite professors out there that can blow your mind! Aryan can teach and entertain at the same time, plus your final exam is a pizza party! You have to crash your car into a brick wall to fail his class! He's currently getting his Ph.D thus he knows his lectures very well.

Amir is always hilarious and knows what he is teaching - but be careful in this class. He gives you a study for the test, but there is more on the test than in the study guide so you need to study from the book anyway. Overall easy class but you need to do the homework.

Funny professor. Be warned, however, he's a bit laid back, but that doesn't mean you should. Do the homework that he assign!!!!!! Don't put your trust on the sample quizzes and tests! Also when he says we'll get out of here in ten or fifteen minutes, don't get your hopes up.

Really funny, nice guy who could teaching Statics to a retarded monkey if prosed the chance. Teaches off notes and examples from book, so you don't have to read it all alone. I took Physics 151 and dreaded statics, but Amir made statics a breeze! I could not believe how relieved I felt in his class. It was such a fun and informative class. Professor Amir is good at teaching statics. Before exams, he'll do problems over and over until you understand it. Do the assigned work and you'll be fine. I highly recommend him for statics if you can get in.

This is one of the BEST professors of my entire academic career. He will teach you so well that you don't need a formula sheet for his tests. He derives everything and sometimes even writes notes for the class so you can pay attention in lecture.The hw problems are not only to help you pass the test, but to understand real life situations.

Amir wont hold your hand through the class, and doesnt police homeworks. So you can fall behind easily. But if you stay on top of homeworks and ask questions, he will gladly answer your questions. I don't know how much material other deformable bodies classes cover, but i'm pretty sure amir doesnt push his students that hard.

Honestly, the best at what he does. The exams and quizzes are very straight forward if you follow his examples and do the home work( great for practice). The lectures are awesome. took amir for ce 205 and ce 359. he will teach you the basics and how to UNDERSTAND. youtube lecture15 minutes, go to his office hours and he'll show you in 3. he wants you to learn, even if you have fallen behind on your basics he will reteach you in office hrs. do not ask DUMB questions in class; you're wasting everyone elses time!

I'm a senior now, I have never had a better professor than Aryan. He isn't an easy A, but with the help he is willing to offer, not getting an A is your fault.

Professor A. Aryan is an amazing professor in the construction department at Long Beach State. He gives clear and straightforward lectures, and truly cares about the well-being of his students and their success in school. I would take a million more classes with him. He made Statics very doable and made me confident in the topic.

His humor may not mesh with you if you are sensitive, however he is caring and wants you to succeed. 90 percent of your grade is 2 midterms and the final so make sure you study. He goes over homework if asked but does not collect it for credit. Lenient grader on exams. Would take again.

Took Amir for Statics. His lectures are great and he also provides insight into what real professionals do in the industry outside of class. Exams and Midterms were easy and he's good with partial credit as well.

Dr. Amir is the best professor on campus. He'll teach you how you can relate what's been taught in class to what's going on in the real world. If you make an effort and show some kind of life, you'll pass this class. Just make sure you learn as well. That's the most important thing.

Funny professor who actually teaches the material. His goal is to make sure you learn the lesson before you even leave class. I learned more about the fundamentals of statics in this class than I did in my actual statics class! Tests are kinda difficult but he tells you exactly what to expect and he curves generously! Amir is a very dynamic and effective professor, I never got bored from his 4 hour summer lectures. His exams are very easy due to his teachings. He gave us a lot of tips on how we can be more marketable engineers, and simplified structural analysis to the point anyone can understand it. Amir was the uncle we never had. he genuinlly cares about his students and will take the time to make sure you get the content.
