she is so rude to the student when they ask questions..WILL EVERYTHING HARDER THAN IT IS.
She was so incredibly confusing that I had to drop the class. All she did was read from notes (I can read to myself) and slides. If you asked her a question, she made you even more confused or else told you to look it up, or "you should already know this, it's easy." Learning shouldn't be this hard, but she made it almost impossible for me.
She is constantly changing her mind on things. She is rude to the students, and is not willing to help them. She is very unclear with her teaching. She is always changing her notes even right before class. You never know exactly what she is looking for in lab reports, quizes, or even her tests.
Isn't she too cocky?! She discourages students who don't know the things. She skims only a single person who's the smarter and the cockier.
She is a wonderful teacher. She is a bit bold at times, but if you try your hardest she will do anything for you. She is very available for all kinds of questions and has a wonderful website for her class. Her tests follow her study guides and notes exactly. She is much better than the other A&P instructors I've had, and is my all-time favorite
Very rude, shows favoritism, unclear on what she wants from you
First of all, her website does rock and she has good notes..but I am usually an A student (especially in science classes) and I am going to make a B in this class. She is definitely not easy. I could not determine a good study method to make an A in this class. She needs to revise her lecture methods.
Very helpful teacher. Very quick reponse to emails and questions. Always present for her office hours. A/P II is a hard class and requires a TON of studying. Amira presents the material, but it is up to you to LEARN it. I made notecards based on her lecture materials (website/powerpoint) to study. I got an 'A', but only because of lab (40%).
She is an awful teacher. She is not helpful at all. She doesn't know how to teach. She is not clear about what she says and she doesn't make any sense in class. She pulls s*** out of her head and put it on the test. She shows favoritism and she rolls her eys if you ask her many questions.
Not fair or clear! Always changing notes and is not consistent. Has major problems explaining the the material. Also has a very quick temper. Test are hard. Don't take her! I love anatomy and physiology, she made it boring and Hard!
I enjoyed her class. She will help you if you ask. These classes are not HS level anymore, so don't expect a free walk! You have to be accountable for yourself. Apply yourself, ask for help, and if she changes the notes, it's to help you understand it better. Very good teacher, knows her stuff!
Amira is awesome! I got an A in her class, but I had to work for it. She is VERY clear. Her notes do change, but it IS to help you. She is willing to stay after class to explain things again and again.. WITH the models. She puts emphasis on what WILL be on the quiz or test. If you pay attention and LEARN what she emphasizes, you will get an A
Very educated in A & P subject and great notes. Not very approachable though. I found myself afarid to ask her questions. She would ALWAYS yell at students who asked her questions. She also has a hard time admitting when she is wrong. She often makes students feel stupid, as if they do not know anything. Its either she likes you or not.

Absolutely one of the best professors I have ever had. She explains the material very well and is very approachable. I am so impressed that I am taking another class with her.
hard class, but great teacher. you have to keep up and study on your own time. but you can make an A. dont be afraid of her, ask questions and keep up. some people didnt do so well, and they blame her, but their just stupid. if you think you know A&P, you'll be fine, otherwise be ready to learn.. I would highly recommend her.
EXCELLENT TEACHER. she makes AP very interesting and is very entertaining. tests are tough
GREAT TEACHER! A&P IS TOUGH, BUT SHE IS VERY HELPFUL. KEEP UP WITH THE MATERIAL AND YOU WILL DO WELL.
I took Amira for both A&P 1 and 2. She is awesome(or I wouldn't have taken her for A&P2). STUDYING is good, but listen in lecture and lab and you will be fine. I didn't even purchase the textbook! Everything you need to make an "A" is in her notes. Print them off and read them. It helps. ASK questions if you don't understand. THANKS AMIRA!!
Excellent professor for serious students. Knows the subject matter very well, and has a passion for it. Very clear explanations given. You will have to work hard, but you will learn alot more with her than with other professors. Her grading is fair, as well. However, students who try to coast through the class will find her very difficult.
Awesome professor! Easy if you apply yourself. Don't miss class. Exams are all from the powerpoint notes and make sure you take notes on the side. Go to her for help or else you will be behind!
I wonderful prefessor, always willing to help. Very high quality on her classes.Covered in detailed every aspect of the objectives of the course. Open labs and extra support is always offered. Her class are not only good they are fun!!!
Very hard class, but great professor - kept the class interesting and kept us laughing. Gives great analogies to help you grasp the course content. Be prepared to STUDY, but at least she has a review. I can't wait to have her in A&P II!
Amira is an awesome teacher! This is the second time I have taken A&P and I wish I would have taken her the first time! It is not an easy class, but she explains everything thoroughly and does not move on until everyone understands. She will meet outside of class, does clicker questions for xtra credit. Read, do powerpoints, get an A :)
If you aint smart dont waste your time going to her class because you will leave the cl;ass feeling like......EXTREME in FAVORISM!!!!I mean Mega! Rude??? Oh Yes, she is rude n does not hide it! Sarcastic if she is in worse mood!
She is the rudest professor at Colin County!!!!! I can't believe I didn't drop her class from day one. I stuck through it because I love challenges but what a major mistake!! If I had a chance to turn back time, I would go back to when she was trying to become a professor and do anything in my power to make her stay OUT of teaching!! VERY RUDE!!!!!
Extremely hard professor. Yes, shows favoritism. Hard to figure out what to study for tests. On the other hand, she loves what she teaches and you WILL learn, but when the other professors are so much more lenient, this is not the class you want to take if you're competing for a acceptance into nursing school.
Yes she's less 'lenient' than other professors, but she knows what she is doing, don't take that for granted. I had to retake this class, and other ANP profs at ccccd do NOT know what they're doing. Amira is fair, and will tell you what you need to know for tests. Pay attention and you'll be fine. She has a good sense of humor if you 'get' her.
If you want easier you can find it i.e. grade vs. knowledge. Don?t get discombobulated from the plethora of info thrown at you. You MUST spend time reading text. Use PPTs as STUDY GUIDE. Take part in mentor program to get points. It?s all on you if you have bad time management skills get organized & good luck. Pulled an A with huge time and effort.
Loved her enthusiasm and knowledge! Lectures from PPT: take notes & read chptrs. She will help you & offers reviews. Does "clicker ?s" during lectures (correct answers=extra pts on tests) and she drops test questions that no one gets right. Intense subject but LOVED the class. Would take her again.
I absolutely would not recommend this professor to anyone. She was not very clear and shows favoritism.
Great teacher who know the subject material backward and forwards. Strict but fair. Always willing to help when asked. Show up for class on time or risk getting kicked out for the day. Great sense of humor but can be dry at times. English is her 2nd language. Context of humor doesn't always translate well. Put in the time if you want a good grade!
Great professor! She can be moody at times, but then again, who isn't? If you want a strong foundation and want to actually learn, take her class. Do not expect an easy A, but if you show up to class and put in the effort, you will do fine. She wants her students to succeed and will help if you seek it. She is CCCC's best A&P teacher in my opinion.
LOVED AMIRA!! She instilled in me a passion for the human body. This class is not EASY, it is the toughest class I have ever taken! But I also enjoyed this class much more than any other. You will not just slide by in this class, you must WORK HARD. But you will learn more than you thought possible! Keep up the GREAT work AMIRA! You ROCK!
Amira is the bomb! She knows her stuff front and back! Yes, there are easier teachers but if you can't pull an A in this class especially in the long semester, don't bother applying to nursing school. You must read and you must study and apply yourself. Very helpful, gives every opportunity to succeed!
Best teacher I have ever had. Loves what she is doing, wants you to succeed and gives you everything you need to be successful. All you have to do is work hard.
This is one of the best teachers I have ever had. She knows her subject backward and forward, and makes difficult concepts clear. She is always ready to help, friendly and open. Just make sure you attend every class, put in the hours to do the homework and study.
She is awesome. If you come to class and pay attention and ask questions, its an easy A. If your not into studying and learning the material you shouldn't be taking the class in the first place. Her class is for people who really want to learn the material and succeed. I took her for a&p1 and 2! Two thumbs up!
we have a new book this year but she is still using the old one to teach from. if you are five min late you get locked out of class. she does not speek english well. though she knows the material she has difficulty relating it to somthing easy to remember and she can rarly expand on the book or explain it another way. look for a differant prof
could do better
be prepared to work hard
Tough, helpful, moody, funny, enjoyable....stick to the slides, and don't be late!
Highly recommended for anyone taking Pre-Med/Nursing major. Not an easy A, but you will enjoy the class and learn the subject. She goes out of the way to help students understand the subject :)
Amira has her moments and she wont allow any execuses for being late or late submission, also she does not hide her favoratism towards some students,BUT she is fair in grading, helps everyone to succeed in class. Her take home exams are the hardest, but in class tests are strictly from her notes. She is tough but I Respect her for all her hard work!
Totally useless taking this instructor. Cant understand her. Not student friendly if you work. She will punish you for being late (5min+)
BEST teacher if you truly want to learn A/P! Get an A IF put in effort, mentoring hours & participate. Fair grader. Tardy policy determined by class (not her). If want easy A w/o any work, consider new field. I easily understood her. If you refuse to try & appreciate different accents, you'll have a limited, sheltered life.
This is by far the best teacher I have ever had! She is amazing and knows what she's talking about! I loved learning from her and she is extremely helpful. Make sure you attend every class if you want an A! If you love Anatomy and aren't a slacker then she is the teacher for you.
Out of my three years at Collin, Anatomy 2 with Amira was the hardest class I've taken. I got an A, but it wasn't easy. I'm torn on how I feel about Amira. She shows a lot of favortism (usually to past students). Her tests are pretty difficult. If you're ready to work hard, take her! Good luck.
She is a very difficult teacher. I went to class every single day, and studied every day as well and struggled to make an 80 exactly. She shows favoritism like no other teacher I have ever seen. She is alright, and she knows her subject very well, but I would not take her again.
I had both A&P 1 and 2 classes with Amira. She is very helpful and encourages group studies. She loves to teach. Her teaching is mainly from Powerpoint. She insists punctuality and doesn't like students coming late to her class. The best teacher I had.
Amira loves what she teaches and it shows. She is tough as nails, so if you're looking for an easy A, this class is not for you. You will work hard but you will also learn so much! Fantastic professor, even though I was afraid of her for most of the semester. I'm taking her again for A&P II.
Amira was a very good teacher, loves and knows her stuff. But..I think I would believe and agree she favours a fraction like it was in my class but still I liked her classes. She's good.
she is the best
Most knowledgable professor I've ever had. She is tough (anatomy in general is tough) but you will definitely know your stuff after her class. She's very clear about her rules (don't be late, especially on test day) and as long as you follow them she's very easy to get along with, encourages questions and is always willing to help. LOVE HER
Knowledgeable, funny, intent on having her students get A's in her class. She uses a lot of stories and references to food. 2 warnings: If you know you're going to be even 3 minutes late, you might want to reconsider and not show at all; for my class, she lectured by system instead of book chapters.
Amira is the best teacher as far as making sure you learn the material inside and out. However, she's also the hardest. Make sure that you learn the material in her words (ppts). DO NOT BE LATE. My only neg. comment is that she will not even entertain ?'s regarding her grading...she is always right when grading (even when she's wrong).
I took Amira Fall 2011 and I had a good time and made good grades. She will expect you to study and be on time. Test are mostly from her power points and the book can be used as a reference. She makes sure you understand material instead of just repeating something read. I would take her again!!!
She is a fantastic teacher. Very helpful, answers all questions, welcomes you to her office to ask anything. Don't be late to class!! Some people were late and they got sent out. She goes over everything that is on the test. Her questions are a little confusing sometimes, but not bad. You must study, but come on people it's anatomy. She's great!!
Although I enjoyed Amira's lectures and follow along well in class while she is explaining she is a very very very hard grader for short answer questions and such. If you are NOT an overachiever you may want to try another professor.
Amira will provide you with a true understanding of the material. She is always available for extra help and truly cares about her students. She is a tough grader on her short answer question but her exams and practicals are very well planned, although they will require you to know your stuff. But isn't that what it is about??!!
Amira is genuinely a kind person and very enthusiastic teacher. My only complaints are the way she grades. Also a lot of distractions at times regarding irrelevant conversations between her and other students....otherwise she's ok
If you are looking for an "easy" A, don't take her. If you are looking to "learn" & "understand" A&P take her & you'll NEVER regret. She is tough & requires you to think (imagine that). If nursing is your end goal, these classes are huge & need to be understood well. Work hard now & nursing school will be a bit easier. HIGHLY recommend her.
Amira is TOUGH, but she is kind. You will KNOW your stuff when you leave, but you will have to WORK HARD for it. She was impossible to please when it came to lab reports, but was always willing to help a student. She does NOT play favorites, she loves all her "kids".Know the PP and UNDERSTAND concepts, don't just memorize. "tell the story" :)
Amira is an amazing teacher. You will leave her class with all the info you will need in your further studies. She doesn't put up with being late. I didn't do as well as I had hoped in the class but Amira is not to blame. Take your study habits and times them by 5 and you'll do just fine!
This professor has a genuine care for her students and through her teachings you can tell she really cares for you to grasp the information for your future studies. She is available to the students more than any other I've had, explains well, is thorough, expects you to work hard so you will learn it and grades tough BUT IT'S WORTH IT! Love her!!!
Come on folks! Reviews should be directed towards the Professors Class and not personal attacks. She is hard. She does grade hard. The bottom line is IF you'll work hard, you'll earn your grade and walk away with a wealth of knowledge. My MOST favorite professor of all time and I worked my butt off for every tiny point I got.
She's hard but she makes you learn what you need to know. However, she thinks that everyone in the class is only in nursing and focuses everything around people who are going into the nursing field-but clearly not everyone is. Also she's a killer when it comes to grading written papers- even asking for help won't do much. Overall, very nice though.
She IS the best choice for lecture in comparison to other professors. You will learn a LOT from her & she does keep it interesting! One guy went to the RR before the final began & was late back 2min & she never let him take it, but another came in after him & he did. She will make an example out of you to keep the class in check. Smh,this is college!
I really enjoy her lectures. She teaches you what you need to know through various media and is good at holding students' interest. She teaches from her powerpoints, which are closely linked to the textbook making the lecture easy to follow along. Don't be late to class, and ask for clarity on written assign if needed.
Good instructor. Knows her stuff. Precise on what she wants but almost impossible please in regards to lab reports. DO NOT BE LATE! Tests are very detailed so you will need to know info front and backwards. And is that really a bad thing? Just be prepared to work hard...very hard.
BE ON TIME! Study your notes from class and use Mastering A&P online.
Super tough professor, be ye warned! Arrgh.
Instructor Shaham-Albalancy was extremely helpful and I attribute much of my DAT success to her instruction, insight, and overall infectiously motivating demeanor. She was clear, direct, and remained doggedly focused on what was most important and relevant on the DAT. She skillfully delivered what we needed in the little time we had, Gratitude!!
Amira is an unbelievably hard professor, but more than willing to help until you understand. TAKE LAB REPORTS TO HER FOR REVIEW!!!!!!! Its tough love and you'll leave her class with a good grasp of AP. STUDY! STUDY!! STUDY!!!The rules are clear and do not change. It is what it is.
It is what it is! Amira is one of the most amazing professors I have had the privilege of knowing. I went in the first day of the semester and almost dropped that day, but stuck with her and got an A for the course. It was a long semester full of studying but she is clear and her tests & quizzes are doable! ACTUALLY STUDY! & you will be rewarded
awesome professor.... I was scared the first few weeks thinking i needed to drop this class..She hates being TARDY.. Tough professor but its the kind of toughness we all need as a student.. she really wants us to learn and be serious with it! STUDY STUDY and follow rules and you will pass this class..GOT an A and I did learn a lot! Best professor.
One of the BEST professors I've ever had in my life. I've learned more in one month with her than all the science courses I've taken combined. She is strict and will not baby you BUT record her lectures, pay attention in class and you will make an A. She cares so much and will go out of her way to help you. AMAZING PROFESSOR.
If you are taking this class alone, you may have a prayer. She is willing to help out and form study groups with students. Very harsh grader when it comes to short answer, lab reports, etc. I would NOT take her again. You have been warned!
Amira is hard! I cried, we argued, but she's a GREAT teacher! Explains things better than any teacher I've had. Must go see her to pass a lab report or written assignment. If you have trouble she will help you. DON'T BE LATE! She speaks english well. I would take her again!
Amira is an amazing professor, if you really want to learn and be competent for nursing school or whatever other school you want to go to you should def take her. She will go out of her way to help you if she sees that you are making the effort to do well in her class. Best teacher at Collin College
Best instruction I've ever gotten. Makes the hard things easy to understand. Overall, a very hard course but I really feel like I accomplished something at the end of the semester. Show up, be on time, participate in discussions, and do the work. It's well worth the time.
Good professor, but grades really tough. No such thing as an A in this class. Extremely picky with reports and assignments. I would NOT take her again. No matter how hard you work, you won't get the grade you want. She's also kind of rude to her students.
Amira is incredibly knowledgeable. She explains things very clearly; if you listen to her you can get good grades on her tests. She grades written assignments EXTREMELY severely though. You can have her review your work and still receive a low grade. Take her if you care about really understanding A&P.
Amira is an excellent professor! You will learn a lot from her. She is a strict professor but if you follow the rules you wont have any problems! She does not hide anything from you and tells you exactly what she expects. Gives bonus points to bring up grades. Wish so bad I had taken her for A&P II...
Do not take this professor! I am taking her for summer 1 and it is the most difficult class I have ever taken. She grades written assignments so harsh, only a few people passed. Her tests are confusing. I saw her ratings and thought I could handle it but I was so wrong. I took a&p 1 at a university and made an A, idk if I can even pass this class.
After having heard all the opinions about Amira and her teaching style, I'll admit I was a little apprehensive - but don't believe the hype! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD! This professor cares about her "kids" and better yet she actually cares enough to teach her students instead of handing them a grade. Take her class, trust me!
Amira is only nice when you're alone with her during office hours. She's very rude and sarcastic during class, which makes you feel like an idiot. She HATES when people are late... & locked a student out after being a minute late. EXTREMELY harsh at grading.. you basically have to be perfect. Do not take her if you want to pass.
Amira is hard but worth it! I learned so much! I suck at test taking so I didnt do so good there. She only teaches what you need, NO FLUFF! Will go over lab reports before you turn them in so you know exactly what she wants! She does love her "kids". She wants you to succeed and is more then willing to help BUT YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK!
I feel so blessed I had the opportunity to take Amiras Anatomy class. Every class is an adventure, full of new experiences, learning beyond the books. Professor Amira works really close to each student and focuses on specific areas to develop. However, it is not for free. You need to be alert and humble, learn from mistakes and accept less than A.
Amira is by far one of the BEST professors I've had the pleasure of learning from! She really does care about her students, makes sure you understand the material and is available before and after class to answer questions. Took A&P II in 20 days- not easy! But you will learn a lot if you taker her class! "That is all" Signed: The Queen
Amira is a GREAT teacher, I had a wonderful time in her class. Every day she taught with a strong passion for the subject matter. She is blunt, but fair. Gives tough love but is very caring. She is the best professor I had at Collin. If you show up, participate, ask questions, and give effort she will help you every step of the way.
Dr. Albalancy is by far one of the most engaging professors you will come across. If you want to be challenged, to truly understand what you are learning, and to utilize critical thinking and application of the knowledge, you absolutely must take her. Avoid if: addicted to electronics you run late you don't study you feel entitled to an easy A
Amira had far more of an impact in my life than just being my A&P professor. I took her for both A&P I and II, and as I move forward with my nursing studies, I get anxiety at times thinking about her NOT being my professor. She's rude and tough? Guess what-if you can't handle it, you prob need to get out of health care field. Amazing prof!
This professor is amazing. I took BIOL2404 online. She responds to emails right away, and is very clear what she expects and details how to get an A. She post grades the very next morning after each due date. She also drops some of the lowest grades, and ands curves to the exams.
She is really a good teacher. However, DON'T BE LATE! I think she is a little to overboard and extreme about students being late. Although I understand why she is adamant about timing, but I still think its a little extreme. You really don't need a book because she uses her power points and they are helpful. Her test can be tough, but doable.
She is one of the most sweetest caring professors ive ever had. Shes more of a mom to her students. If you're not doing well go directly to her during office hours and she will do everything she possibly can to help you do better. Overall she wants you to succeed and be the best you can be I would recommend taking her.
I took professor Amira for both BIOL 2401 and 2402 and made an A in both. I definitely recommend taking her if you are big on being engaged in class. In other words, if you are attentive in class, ask questions and take notes of questions she asks in class; you have an easy path to success not only in her class but every related course.
class and lab was online. Made an A in the class with knowing NOTHING about biology. You need to read the book and do ALL homework and tests. I passed with an A completing everything. I failed the Lab paper with a 60% and still made an A. stay ahead and complete everything, easy A in my eyes, just a TON of homework, lab tests and lecture tests
Amira is the best prof! I took her for A&P 1 and 2. She is a tough teacher but it's because she cares and I can honestly say I've learned the material more successfully in this class than any other. She genuinely wants and expects students to comprehend material - not just memorize. Just participate and show effort and she will be nice to you!
This professor is not for the weak of heart. Amira is very intelligent and knowledgeable of her field, but will 100% make you earn your good grade. Operates under tough love, challenges you and is a tough grader but has a heart of gold and loves her students dearly. Wonderful lady, but only if you are willing to put in the work!! Would recommend.
I've learned more with Amira than with any other A&P professor that I have had. I wish I would have taken BIOL2401 with her to get to know her style sooner. She expects a lot out of her students and truly wants you to succeed. She is demanding and expects a certain etiquette in her classroom.
She is strict but I really do appreciate her and her teaching style. You will learn and will enjoy it. I took her 5 week summer class and it was very enjoyable. Shes a great professor!
I took Amira's Summer 1 lecture/lab and she is truly the best professor I've ever had. However, she has strict rules that must be respected! She offered many extra credit opportunities which was awesome. If you work hard and want to take your knowledge and thinking to the next level, I definitely recommend this professor.
Professor Amira is simply the best A&P professor at Collin. She is very caring and truly passionate about what she teaches. She will make you understand the whole picture, instead of having you memorize things. Beware of classroom rules, she is super strict when it comes to that. Lots of extra credit opportunities and she is absolutely fun!!!
Had her for Lab/Lecture combined. She was terrible from Day 1, told us that class will be like military school and to expect a grade lower than the one we will aim for. Then she proceeded to throw a marker across the room to demonstrate enzyme binding. Im so glad that I dropped.
She knows the material very well and is an excellent teacher. She expects you to work hard but I found the workload to be not to bad and her grading was fair. Highly recommend!
Amira is by far the worst prof. I have ever had. I take responsibility for the grade I received. I believe that anyone can get a good grade, regardless of the teacher. However, she is UNKIND, unprofessional and unapproachable. It's a toxic learning environment with no room for error, let alone growth. She is not there for your success. Terrible!!
Dr. Amira is the opposite of what I expected her to be after reading a few poor reviews on rate my professor. She is very good at explaining material. She is very strict. Dont be late to class. She is funny. Study hard and youll be fine.
She's not that bad. She teaches in a way where you HAVE TO know the material, not just memorized. Its not an easy A but its possible. I got an A in her A&P 1 class and i hadn't been in school for years. I would not recommend taking her for the summer sessions though. The pace is too fast for the way she teaches. She also gives tons of extra credit
From reading these reviews before taking her class, I was nervous. Although it's not an easy, she explains very well, has a sense of humor, gives many extra credit opportunities, & gives lots feedback. Her book wasn't necessary, but she let us use it on tests and even brought books for those who didn't have any. Completely recommend this class.
She's really funny and caring, but tough. The textbook isn't required, but all lecture exams are open book. You need to actually understand the material, not just memorize it. She does give extra credit, but again you have to work for it. Show up, take notes and do the work and you'll be fine.
Best professor ever
I enjoyed taking this professor's class. She would often ask us questions to fuel critical thinking. Read the lecture slide and textbook (optional) to do well on her exams. However, I will caution you in arriving late to class or using cellphones. She will stop the lecture to call you out and embarrass you.
Amira has her quirks. Don't be intimidated by her during the first day of class. She is the best professor I had in terms of teaching the material. If you ever need help make sure to see her during office hours. One piece of advice I can give you is to never point your pencil/pen at a model. It will be snatched from your hand before you know it.
Professor Amira is a nice professor and she really does care about her students. However, I believe some of these ratings were a bit overexaggerated because she does not give any room for extra credit. She's a bit tough and expects formality but her lecture exams are easy once you study her PowerPoint notes.
Dr. Amira was FANTASTIC! She truly cares about her students progress. Her lectures are clear and concise. Exams are a great deal of critical thinking, as she wants you to truly understand the concepts. Excellent professor and I would definitely take again. This was the 5 week summer session.
She is one of the worst and rudest profs you will ever take and always remember. Unnecessarily adamant about attendance and overly strict class rules takes the fun out of learning. She is knowledgeable however unapproachable and a superfluous grader. She should be your last resort if you have other options. Don't say I didn't warn you...
This is the most AWFUL professor i have ever head. I took her for anatomy II and it was so difficult to get a good grade on anything. Mind you, I got an A in anatomy I lecture and lab. She is a strict grader, doesn't allow you to review previous quizzes for the lecture tests or practicals, and she is a monster when it comes to technology.
Amira is not as other students describe her. Just know this, you need to read her PowerPoint material, jot down notes and ask questions. Definitely listen to her posted zoom recordings it will save your life since it explains a lot. Make appointment to meet her to ask questions and YOU WILL MAKE AN A in her class. Its pretty simple no hidden agenda
Well due to covid everything had to be online so there were no online lecture with the teacher. Even though I wouldn't have mind. Because the only way to talk to her was to schedule a zoom meeting. Though she did try her best to answer her emails (same day response). Other than that she just email us every Sunday and told us what's due that week.
