Took her last semester, she is a very kind and helpful teacher. She still helps me out til this day with school concerns.I actually can sit back and relax in her class. Her tests are easy, her class is fun, I would recommend her.

Dr. Reid is truly the most compassionate and understanding teacher. She makes time for her students and really listens when you talk. If you like hands-on projects then this class is for you. We did many neat projects and suprisingly we learned alot especially about not procrasting. If you do your work you will pass the class with an A but you have to work for it. I love you Ms. Reid

I loved her! If you are taking SLS Take her!! Reading is going to be a pain with any teacher, so she wont change that but for SLS she is soo great..really, take her! She is so smart and just great. alot of projects and alot of group work. You will have to present ALL of your presentations and she grades you on how well you did the presentation not on how good your project turned out and that it was on time. Enjoy but you are in for it.

Very good teacher took her over the summer and I wished the class was longer. I looked forward to the class everyday. There was a lot of work but its 16 weeks worth of work in 6 weeks. I learned alot and enjoyed the presentation. I got an A but I worked hard for it. I really liked the fact that the teacher was down to earth and easy to talk to.

I must say I dislike reading but afte taking Dr. Reid I truly appreciate my ability to read. I took the class over the summer thinking that there would be no lab. Boy was I wrong!! Do your lab. Dr. Reid really breaks it down so that you understand. I am an ESL student way past my prime but I passed the class worth an A. TAKE HER, BEST TEACHER EVER

Good teacher! She is fair and tells you just as it is. Do not expect to b pampered, what you work for in her class is what you'll get. Lots of projects but theu are beneficial in the real world. Dr. Reid is a great professor. She is kind, patient and will take the extra time to help. Having said that though she keeps it real. If you miss 6 hours of class absences that's it! And you must do your lab competencies. She feeds us and we do cool projects with a SLS class. Take her!!!

I really like this online class with Dr. Reid. She makes it all so easy. You cannot be a procrastinator to take the class. She will help you in person if you visit her during office hours.

I must say I do not enjoy reading however Dr. Reid makes it so easy to understand when she teaches. We were able to not only learn many reading strategies but also engaged in civic activities and were fed at least 4 times for the semester. She is approachable and down to earth. If you want to learn take her.

Dr Reid is as knowledgeable as teacher come.The class work load isn't to heavy and homework isn't given often but it's still given regularly. The Syllabus is golden; Everything done in class is strictly from the class syllabus. Personality wise she's a good teacher but my come of curt if the student doesn't appear to care about what she teaches.

She is a wonderful and helpful teacher. Every class meeting, she goes over the reading material such as vocabulary, or main ideas, then you have to work at it at home. She gives you an abundant amount of work, but all is too simple. Please take this professor, you will not regret it.

Her class wasn't hard. You use connect and D2L mostly and our final was a service learning project on feeding the poor and homeless. We just had to get in groups and make a PowerPoint and write a paper then as a class we handed out flyers and good around campus. SUPER EASY CLASS, she's really nice and hilarious! Also she's hot. Lol. Take her class!

Reid is a great professor. She is gives lots of work but most of it is done through D2L and pretty simple. She is very helpful if you need to speak to her she is there for you. You will need your text but very interesting read. Class meetings aren't really useful we usually don't speak about much. I would take her again.

Reid is a great professor and it's apparent she loves her job. She is willing to help you whenever you need a hand and truly believes in her students. The most important focus in this class is on assignments and there are LOTS of them. Other than that, she's fantastic.

I was in her blended class and she is VERY ACCOMODATING to her students needs. She wants you to succeed and she will help you every inch of the way. There were quizzes and many assignments but there is enough time to complete them. If you ever needed help she is ALWAYS WILLING. Read your text book because she is BIG on that. One of the best professors i've had! She makes it clear what you need to do but will not baby you. She's is really funny and always willing to interact with her students. There is a lot of homework and reading but as far as teachers go, she's great.

Prof Amoy is a chill instructor. As long as you stay on top of the work, you're likely to do well. unstuckstudy was super helpful for exam prep alongside the textbook.

Pretty simple course, therefore the professor was easy. Just complete all the assignments, she also gives great feedback and follow-ups fairly quick. Easy A.
