Great professor, teaches well and very prepared. Got an A in Acc 11, but a B in Acc 12. She's very strict with latenesses, that's the reason why i got a B in the sec acc course

Most Easer Teacher ever. Easy A+. she like to give out good Garde. Lots of Extar Credit that you can count it up as a A++++. No kidding. she tteach good,Cearly,interesting,easy,simple. Take her..she is the best.

Follow her instructions and do everything that she asks. and you will do fine. She explains what she wants and how to do it right. SHe is a very caring professor.

All of Prof. haas' extra credit assignments, and extra points that you could obtain through group work and homework makes up for her brief in class teaching approach. Sure this is a hard professor to follow alot of the time, however, accounting isn't an easy topic. I'm still contemplating on whether i should take her again or not.

She is Great.I read reviews before taking class, i was afraid.But i don't regret that i took her class.Yes it's better read book in advance,hw online helps a lot in understanding material,she tries to help students to get extra points.U come to college to learn,not sit around.I got A+ in both her classes.She is very positive and kind person.

I had Professor Haas for Accounting 21, 22 & 60. She was very helpful throughout all 3 courses. Definitely one of my favorites at KCC. If your passionate on the subject and want to be challenged, Haas is the Professor for you!

She is one of the best teacher. If you will read textbook and do all assignments, you will be fine. Also, she gives many online materials. I saw many students who even don't prepare for class, can only complain that she is the bad. But if honestly, these students should start to fix themselves.

Assigns mandatory online work about weekly. Gives many optional extra credit assignments. Quizzes at the end of each chapter make up large portion of your grade, but are largely based on in-class handouts.

at first i thought she is good, tough but good. I did all my hw & online as well. also she drops 2 lowest grade you got during the sem., but at the end of the sem. i was disappointed. Almost all my quizzes was above 90% and i got 2 quizzes where i did bad and I thought if she would drop them plus i did good on final. but i got A-.

Having prof. Haas for my first accounting class was lovely. I learned a lot and understood it very well. I received a grade that reflects how much i put into this class and so can you, just do your homework, show up and practice what you learn!! Shes approachable and very kind so reaching out to her is great. I enjoyed being a part of her class :)

She is a good professor. We had many assignments (everything on the blackboard) and quizes, but they were easy if you are up to work. She tries to explain all material in class, but if something is not clear - book could be very helpful. She loves team work!!! She drops 2 lowest grades and gives many extra credit assignmets.

Makes you understand accounting with all details very well. As long as you study weel, you will be fine. Be ready to spend 15 mins or so on hw every day. It isn't hard, just don't be lazy!

Haas is an excellent professor. She's updated with what is required in the professional world. You have to study a lot and do homework to pass. It has been one of the best accounting professors I've had, I learnt a lot and it's been useful for more advanced classes.

This Professor is amazing . She's very clear on the topics and gives us access to the textbooks as well as online tutoring. She'll even hold live classes on blackboard for those who need more assistance. I would definitely take her class again.

Amazing Professor. She has a lot of knowledge no doubt. The exams were not the easiest so far for me, I had to study a lot for the exams but later on the final came out so easy after all.

She gives a lot of work online in my accounting lab, but if you pay attention in class you don't have anything to worry about. The tests based on what you learn in class, not the book.

The course is the hardest, but I learn more things from this class. Professor is amazing and care about whether students know the stuff. I recommend you to take this course with professor Amy Haas, if you want to transfer to some tough accounting school, such as baruch college because it helps you get used to these challenging schools more easily.

I found the interactive Pearson accounting course very helpful. A lot of extra credit opportunities. Honestly this class is an easy B, the only students that I witnessed struggling to grasp the course work were students who wasn't really fluent in English.

I really don't see why there's so many ratings against this professor. She's very clear and explains everything and is always open to helping students and answering all questions. Homework is easy, and quick, and is necessary to understand the material. If you do the homework, everything about accounting will make sense and the tests will be easy!

Shes so nice and so helpful! Honestly, she is so good at teaching accounting and made me love the subject area of accounting. Easy A, and if you do your homework every night, you will easily ace every single exam she gives. Shes truly a gem for the business department!

Great teacher .She explains very well .When i took her i struggled with attendances but her class is so resourceful that i was still able to pass .All homeworks ,quiz,Handouts ,Answers, even notes all is on blackboard which make her class incredibly convenient.

she is very good professor and i am going to take her again. she gives lots of hw and if u don't do it, i won't pass the class. the way, she explains new material was pretty easy for me and she gives extensions for homework if you ask. this class took lots of time but I've learnt a lot as well.

I took her class during the CononaVious. During her class, the goal is to prepare you for self study. You need to follow its guidence to complete all your assignments. Her assignments were conted for 70% of overall grades. But it is easy to earn A+. If you have trouble with something, do not hesetate to ask her. She will help you.

Professor Haas dealt with the online class like any great professor should. Every resource was available, she was available for virtual meetings, office hours. It really has been a great semester. If you want to learn accounting, she's the one to take. 3 tests and a final. A lot of homework, but worth it. TAKE HER.

She is not too easy but I like her class. If you think youre lazy and don't like to do your assignment dont waste your time taking her class you will not pass her course. Professor Haas is the most helpful and carrying professor. I took her classes twice and about to enroll in the next one. Professor Haas was wonderful the bad reviews are just students that are lazy and unmotivated she will drop the lowest grade and gives you extra credit assignments and group assignments are good as well her class will help you advance in anyone future endeavors as an accountant.
