this professor is really nice! She is very helpful with all of the assignments! The entire class is writing papers..nothing elese, but she allows you to send her rough drafts of everything for her to look over. Never got lower than a B on a paper
Awesome teacher. Super nice and helps you out.. Take her!
Mrs. Sandefur is awesome! She makes the class do retarded exercises sometimes but the easiness of the class is worth it. We wrote 3 papers no more than five pages in length. Most of the class time is spent on the online discussion board on Georgia View. Take this lady's class!
Prof Sandefur: nice person, however class is boring. She does try 2 keep it fun by findin interesting paper topics 2 write on and vis aids 2 go with the assign. Class goes by slow :( not recomm at 5pm or after, you'll hate going to class.
She is very helpful and wants her students to do well. Your grade is based on 4 essays, discussion board posts, and peer review. I think she is a very lenient grader. The actually class is very boring and pointless to go to, but she does take attendance so be there. I would definitely take her!
She gives you 3 essays to do(3-4pgs). She is nice but her classes are extremely boring, she drags it out. We also do useless assignments. Lot of time spent on vista doing discussions(takes as a grade). Writing the essays are hard, she doesn't make what she wants clear, as if she isn't fully sure herself. Asking for help on paper may help or NOT.
She's nice. tries to be helpful ,but the class is pretty boring. she drags out class a lot,but the class is easy.
Very boring teacher. Teaches straight from the book kind of and tons of online stuff. not all required but the class may as well be online. can be very unclear at times about what she wants until you talk one on one. but very nice and will proof read your rough draft and pretty much assure a better grade.
Great teacher! The class was not too demanding, classes are very boring with lectures and discussion. She is VERY helpful with papers, definitely wants her students to do well. She is very available and so nice!! I love her! If English is not your strong suit, I reccommend her! Very helpful! One of my favorites!
I thought this was a good class after not being in school for over thirty years. Not bad to look at either. Would take her again in a heart beat.
She is very irrelevant sometimes. But she is average I'm takin gher class now and she is making us write about how this English 1102 class will help us in our future career. Common now, its English. Who gives a crap. Its a Gen Ed course and everyone just wants to pass the class. No one cares what it does in future. It's English. Good grief.
She is a very helpful professor. Reviews drafts before you turn them in and will answer any questions you have. Class can get boring at times. If you show that you make effort, you will get an A
She is one of the best teachers ever! She is very understanding and helpful. I would reccommend her to anyone!
Grades essays hard and very boring class. Essays about an apple or something stupid like that and what we learned and how we will use this class in the future. She is a very nice lady but ask a lot of questions before writing your papers. Only 3 essays and final in class. I would take her in another class possibly if no one was left.
She is an awesome teacher!! She was very helpful all the time, and actually made writing essays almost fun. Only 3 essays the whole semester, plus one in-class for the final. I got an A in the class, but you have to work for it. She's a great teacher and actually cares about you!! :)
Her voice is annoying! But overall, its a pretty easy class. There are like 4 or 5 essays but theyre really easy and shes not a harsh grader. There is nightly homework but it never takes longer than 10 min. Take her, shes nice :)
Best English professor at KSU!Mrs. Sandefur is a very nice and helpful professor.
Easy class, she is very willing to help her students. But be warned, her class is SEVERELY boring. I felt like most of what we were learning was pointless, but it was still easy.
She teaches very long and boring things about literature. The group presentations are a waste of time and could be used to do something better
Doesn't demand much, but still excruciatingly boring. I think she had it out for me, even though she was generally nice. Asked her for help and she still ripped apart my final essay, even though I corrected everything she asked. Made no sense. Really really boring, but pretty easy.
AWESOME lady. very few major assignments. leaves lots of time for questions. emails you back immediately. assignments arent hard-just make sure you know what she wants. i had to work hard and worked ahead of schedule-but it paid off! i made an A on EVERTHING in the class. online discussions can help your grade. text not really used. very nice :)
She is one of the most pleasant and agreeable instructors here. She is very willing to help you outside of class if you're having trouble. Her only downside is I think she is tries to be too professional. Sometimes she will surprise you though and really make you laugh. I can tell she could be a real spark plug if she would just be herself.
I definitely recommend taking this class!!! She is a very nice person, and she genuinely cares about her students. Only four papers for the semester, and she grades very fair. She is always available for extra help. The only downside is that class is extremely boring , and attendance is mandatory, even though we didn't really do anything in class.
Very nice. We wrote four essays which were not that bad. The rest was online with discussion boards and peer reviews.
She is an amazing teacher. i would deffaintly recommend taking her. she cares about her students and wants them to succeed and tries her best to make sure you understand. amazing professor
She is awesome!!!! Take her :)
She is awesome... and willing to help her students. I would recommed her especially if you dont like writing she helps out a lot.
Take her. Just 3 essays and a final. She grades easy.
very organized. she will make you stay on schedule. awesome instructor.
3 Essays. 1 Final. Attend class, pay attention, and follow guidelines. No Problem.
She is a great teacher. She is extremely helpful and always offers advice on anything you ask her. As with any English teacher, she is a bit hard on essay grading (In my opinion). She let's class out early every day. Overall, she is one of the best teachers that I've had at Kennesaw. :)
She was a great teacher. I had her class for 3 hours on Fridays, and even though it was long it could have been a lot worse. She had videos each week. There was only 1 paper and the quizzes were easy because she usually gave them after the book was discussed. I liked her but it was only 1x a week so it might be different if you have it 2x a week...
She was a great teacher. Funny and helpful. The class is super easy. Make sure you read the material prior to class and you should be good. I did not study for any midterm or exam. The paper was easy as well.
Such a boring class and attendance is taken everyday. Just read SparkNotes and you should be good. Book isn't needed but quizzes at least once a week. She LOVES group work and presentations even with such a large class as I was in. She tried to teach it like it was a class of 30.
Awesome english teacher!
She is okay at teaching, considering it is english. You will do a lot of group work and often you don't get to pick the groups. The papers are straight forward, but grades hard.
Take her! Took this as an 8am, and it was worth it. An A is definitely attainable! Attendance is mandatory, but you can skip 5 days. She is understanding, and grades VERY fairly. I enjoyed this class!
easy to get an A! 1 short experience essay, group project. Quizz is almost every week, but if you read the book, you can make it. Attanance is mandatory but you have 5 times to skip.
Dr. Sandefur is so sweet and funny! She grades fairly, and she's always willing to help! If you do the assignments then you should expect an A! Take her!
Professor Sandefur is very helpful when it comes to the material. She spends the class time going into detail about what you need on the papers and gives feedback regularly. She grades fairly and you have a lot of easy class assignments to help your grade. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants an easy english grade!
I LOVE Mrs Sandefur. This is the 2nd class of hers I've taken. She makes the class interesting. The only difficult assignment is the experience essay where you have to attend an event & write a several page essay about it. The interpretive paraphrases & group project are also a bit weird but as long you do them they are easy As. 100 % recommend her
She is a very good professor. Very understanding and approachable. Easy A if you go to class and do your work. Only 4 essays the entire semester with occasional pop quizzes. Definitely recommend her for anyone taking english 1101.
Greatest English professor ever. She is very clear with what she wants in her papers and grades fairly easy. Wish she was teaching 1102 because she was by far the best teacher. 2-3 pop quizzes but only 6 questions in each. She cares about her students and wants to see you succeed! TAKE HER!!! 4 essays and 1 cumulative multiple choice final
LOVE HER! I wish she taught 1102 because I would so take her again. She gives really good feedback if you go to her office hours and ask her to read over your essay. 4 essays and 1 multiple choice final. Random quizzes over the reading and little stuff but overall it is a very easy class. Definitely take her!
Amy is amazing! If you're looking for a great English teacher take her. She helped me with so much and will make exceptions if you ask her. Easy guidelines to every assignment and really wants to help you if you need it. Final Exam is a joke (: 4 essays and easy grader. Talk you through each one and gives a guideline if you need it.
Great teacher, incredibly easy, 4 total papers for my ENG 1101 class... the papers did not take long at all, I think the longest was 4 pages. Take her class if available.
Great writing critic. Very clear assingments and I am a better writer for it. 4 papers 1 group project and a joke of a final exam. Weekly participationhomework but all geared towards keeping you on track with the papers.
Dr. Sandefur was a great professor, I would totally take her again. She was very helpful. I will say that she does give unannounced reading quizzes in class sometimes, so get the book and read it.
I am an A student and have never been graded so harshly. There is a ridiculous amount of reading, and completing it may not even guarantee you an A on the midterm/final. Tests are out of very few points so missing two or three bumps you down pretty bad. Expect to do a lot of work, and even then just pray that her opinion matches yours.
Professor Sandefur has become one of my favorite professors! There is a lot of reading, but some of the material is actually very interesting. There is a midterm, final, and a group project. Attendance is mandatory, but it helps to attend class for quizzes and tests. I would take her again if I had the chance!
Midterm, Final, one paper, and little assignments. I read all the material for the midterm and made a 95, and read nothing for the final except spark notes and her powerpoints and made a 95, tests are straight forward and review is given. Quizzes are online , you submit assignments online. Overall pretty easy class even though I had it at 8am.
I've taken Sandefur for both ENGL 1101 and 2110 and both times she's been great. If you take here for 1101, you'll get more intentional and personal attention from her when you have papers and she's super down to earth. She loves to assign group work through the semester. Overall, I wish I could take more classes from her.
Dr. Sandedur was always extremely helpful when you needed it. She only assigns roughly 4 essays a semester and 1 group project. The only thing about the class that was annoying was that a lot of lectures were "how to punctuate correctly" and "how to cite sources." Kinda a waste of time and attendance is mandatory so you can skip.
Easy A. Makes the content interesting. Very helpful & sweet. All of the readings are in one big book that makes it simple. The workload is pretty low. I enjoyed going to class most of the time, and the group work makes for a fun and easy assignment. She assigns pretty short readings and easy quizzes. I wish I could take every class from her.
Dr. Sandefur is a great professor. Midterm, final, one essay, and a group project, none of which are that difficult. Takes attendance so class is mandatory. Lectures can be tedious but worth having her as a professor. Online quizs every week from some of the readings but you can just use sparknotes. I am a B student and this class is an easy A.
This class was so easy. Midterm exam, final exam, a group project, one essay, and other small quizzes and writing assignments to help boost your grade. Her lectures are extremely boring, but attendance is mandatory. However, she is very sweet and willing to help and she offers plenty of extra credit throughout the semester. I highly recommend.
Prepare to write a lot. You have homework before every class. She lets you turn in a draft before the essay is due, and she gives really good feedback. You have a final that is multiple choice. She is really nice and will help you! You become a better writer after taking this class.
Lots of reading, but easy midterm and final. quizzes are mostly online. one group project and one paper. VERY EASY CLASS. To be honest I stopped doing the reading after the midterm and i made over an 95 on the final. TAKE HER CLASS!!!!!!
Prof was easy, class its self is hard. There is a lot of reading but she reduces it as much as she can . She is very nice and understanding.
I had the TR class and there is a little homework to do before every class. There are 5 papers and one prezi for the whole semester, and she grades on time. She also gives you the opportunity to submit full papers for feedback before she actually grades it. I'm only 16 and made an A, I recommend her and I am taking her for ENGL 1102
Professor Sandefur is an amazing professor. She is always willing to work with you to make your writing better. She gives you an opportunity to have her review your paper before you officially submit it and she gives you feedback on things she thinks you might want to correct in your essay. She is goofy and makes you feel at home in her class.
I was in a hybrid class. Not a bad teacher, but some of her assignments seem like high school time killers. They were silly and did not expand my knowledge much on the subject. Several discussion posts and assignments outside of class. Can only miss 3 classes. There's a final exam.
Dr. Sandefur was a great English professor! It's an english class so expect lots of writing, but her assignments were pretty straightforward and easy to do. I took her hybrid, and thought it was a great class. She really sticks to rubrics so make sure you follow those and she also gives great feedback on your work.
I love prof sandefur. I rarely had homework, if i did it was really easy. We only had 1 "long" paper, and two short 1 page papers. Her class was not boring and I really enjoyed it.
Prof Sandefur is awesome! Always gives clear feedback on your essays and makes it a point to efficiently communicate with students. She'll let you turn in your papers early and give you feedback before submitting your final drafts. She takes attendance but her lactures are really helpful so go to class!
Prof. Sandefur gives many opportunities for feedback on various essay assignments. However, I took her as a hybrid (which I recommend) because her class is fairly boring. Most days, you get out early though so it is not too bad. The online homework isn't hard, but make sure you do it because it will save your grade. She's also always there to help.
I enjoyed taking Dr. Sandefur's class. She is extremely helpful and gives great feedback. The class I took was a hybrid but attendance is taken and can affect your grade if you miss more than 3 classes. Class criteria is very clear and aside from one lengthy paper, the workload isn't too difficult
She is not intense and definitely doesn't talk down to her students she acts like your friend/equal. However, attendance is mandatory and she takes attendance as a grade so that's not helpful. Not too many big assignments, and really no HW. No tests either. Just essays after essays. It's an English class so it is given that. Not too hard
I go to class about twice a month and did not read a single book and got a high A in this class. I would spend 30 minutes before each test going over the power point for the books it was on and got a 95 and a 101. Take this class, it is the easiest course I have ever taken at KSU.
Professor Sandefur is an all around good teacher. She cares about her students, and she does not make anything too hard. There is one essay which is only about 500 words, and easy quizzes. Definitely take her!
Amazing Class, I took the honors version. She really wants to help you succeed, your only grades are 5 essays essays, (two of them are group projects) plus the multiple choice final. I felt like 75% of what we did could have been done in an online class, but as a professor she really wants you to learn.
Good professor. Lots of quizzes but they're very easy. Read the assignments and you will pass
I have her at the moment she is a very nice professor. However I wouldn't take her hybrid all she does is talk the whole class and all the work is online. I would recommend her online 100% if she has that. She never gives A's out with essays. She will usually give you B's but the online quizzes are easy to get A's and so are discussion post.
In the beginning she was very nice but I tried many times to meet with her about a grade and she kept pushing it off and was very rude about it. She grades really hard and when she gives you feedback it's literally not even useful. I recommend not taking her if you already don't like english and just want an easy A. I would never retake her class.
Sandefur can be a tad boring sometimes, if you don't like lectures about writing technique. The class starts off with a group project, so beware of that. Considering it's a Comp class, there isn't a painful amount of writing. She accepts late work too, which was really good for me, because I always procrastinate on essays.
This professor should be avoided in all honesty. Shaves off points on assignments for no apparent reason, even if you follow the listed guidelines. Makes attendance mandatory while there is no useful content actually discussed in class. No extra-credit. If you like professors which confuse you more than the course itself, take this class.
She's not that great. Gives you C's or B's on papers with no clarification with what could have been done to improve. She asks you to turn in "writing goals" but doesn't help you with them at all. Her grading is whack even if you follow guidelines. Semester starts off with a group project too, so beware of that. Has an actual final for english too?
Easy professor. Sparknoted every reading assignment and got 100s on all the quizzes. Got Bs on all the tests. The only stress I had in class was the fact that I had to show up to class when I didn't even need too.... Other than that she was easy, laidback, and she takes class participation seriously.
She is a great lady, but I did not learn anything from this class. Attendance is mandatory and you are only allowed three skips or you fail the class. Although, you learn nothing in class. The work load was manageable and was not excessive. If you ask her a question, her response is so confusing that I always left more confused than I was before.
Honestly this class shouldn't be as hard as she makes it. Her lectures are really boring and attendance is taken every single day. Be prepared to read a lot from text book and other small novels you have to purchase. Lots of quizzes throughout the semester and one essay.
two tests and one paper. quizzes every week. lectures are boring but have to go to class.
She opens up about how most people are not English majors and she more so focuses on the stories and their lasting impact on you than specific details you won't remember after the class. With that being said, she wants you to somewhat participate in class. She isn't asking much and I find it a good class to relax from the stresses of others
I took Professor Sandefur for ENGL2110 & would highly recommend her class! It is very easy to get an A as she is very clear about her grading rubric and how much effort you need to invest to achieve the grade you desire. While attendance is mandatory and class participation is expected, I often did work for other courses and relaxed during lecture.
She is understanding of most things, but she can be a bit of a tough grader. If you take her hybrid class definitely come to class or you'll be behind, the homework assignments were super easy and she tried her best to extend due dates if she could. Turn in your essays early so you can get feedback before it's due and your grade will be 10x better
Highly recommend taking this course with her. She makes the class fun and attending class is vital (or was for me) in order to comprehend the content we read for the course more so. She is sweet, caring, and jokes a lot. Stay on top of your work and you will pass with a very good grade. Easy and intriguing overall.
Decent choice. Talks a lot and a bit boring. Took her for a Hybrid class and it is what you should expect from a teacher. Nice in general. Lots of D2L assignments.
Professor Sandefur was great. I took the hybrid 1102 with her. She really cares about you as a person, and wants you to enjoy her class and get something out of it. She has a lot of online assignments for the hybrid part, but they're completion grade and easy. She gives GREAT feedback on major assignments. Only one big paper all semester. TAKE HER!
Professor Sandefur made this class interesting because she gave great lectures on each reading and frequently asked us about our thoughts on it. She had PowerPoints related to each reading which made it easier to study for the midterm and final. There are easy quizzes on every reading. She is easy to talk to and respects everyone.
She is an amazing teacher. When I needed help, I emailed her explaining my problems and she sent me a voice memo with everything I needed to fix on my paper, in detail and with explanation. There are a lot of writing assignments, but that is part of the class. She posts very clear guidelines and rubrics for the papers, though.
I really liked this professor. She gave really good feedback and was always open to talk to you about ideas or grades. The midterm and final are worth most of your grade, but they were much easier than i was expecting. I would definitely take this class again if I had to
I took her hybrid class, and I wish it was either all in the classroom or all online. She was super nice and respectable, but honestly kind of boring in the classroom setting. Essays weren't too difficult, although I found her to be a tough grader. There were quizzes in class after reading the textbook for homework.
Dr. Sandefur is very kind, a little scattered though. Random attendance checks, quizzes over each reading, a project, and two tests that are most of your grade.
This professor is good if you already kinda have a good grasp on English. If you need to see examples (like me), I probably wouldnt take her online. She's a very kind, caring person though, and replies to emails in a timely manner. Try your best to go to class because that's when you can get the best experience.
I'm not a big reader, but as long as you understand the main idea of each story, this class is an easy A. easy quizzes, assignments, attendance checks, a cultural immersion project, and lots of extra credit opportunities. She is super sweet, caring, and wants to see you do well!
Dr. Sandefur is a really good choice if you want an easy A for the class. She's super nice and pretty organized. You don't exactly have to read every little thing, but you have to understand the big picture. The tests make almost half of the grade, one project that was super simple if you showed effort, quizzes, and some attendance checks if online
Dr. Sandefur is amazing. You have to read several stories form the book for class. As long as you read the stories when the module says to you will be fine. A word of advice from me.... do here extra credit. She gives you 2 or 3 and they can be the difference between getting a A or getting a B.
She was my favorite professor the semester I had her. She actually communicated with students, she always answered questions, &the classes were easy. Her assignments aren't hard, and the tests and quizzes are crazy easy, especially if you read (plus, the reading is interesting). She is super nice, smarty and fun to listen to. 10/10 would recommend.
DR. SANDUFUR IS A WONDERFULL PROFESSOR, FOR AN ENGLISH 1101 CLASS!! IT CAN BE A LITTLE INTIMADING BUT SHE IS SO WORTH IT. ONLY ABOUT 5 PAPERS, 1, FINAL, 2 QUIZZES, AND SMALL WRITING ASSIGNMENTS, DO THE WORK ANY YOU WILL PASS IT'S NOT HARD.
Makes the class way harder than it should be . You typically have an assignment due every other day . Just annoying !
Dr. Sandefur is truly everything you could want in a professor and more. She is very charismatic in her lectures and even does kahoots. She assigns a realistic amount of work and gives the best feedback I've ever received from a professor. You don't even have to actively participate in class to make an A. She is a gem and I HIGHLY recommend her.
Very sweet professor, however there typically is a different assignment due daily. attendance isn't mandatory, but in her syllabus, she states that if you miss a certain amount of classes, it'll be hard to pass. To record attendance, she uses a check in sheet. Not a tough grader and has officer hours just about every week.
Entire class was readings from mostly the same book. They were super boring, but the answers to all the quizzes are easy to find. The midterm and final were harder if you didn't do the readings but not too difficult to figure out especially if you went to class. Class lectures were super boring though but easy A.
extremely simple class! attendance is mandatory and her lectures are a bit slow but her work is real easy. you have a quiz for every reading, a midterm and final, about two short responses, and a general project/essay. there's an extra credit opportunity and she's very accessible after class or through email. really recommend her for this course
Took this professor in person, tough grader and takes off points with no valid reason. No tests or quizzes but several essays and group project. Nice lady but extremely bad grader.
Excellent professor! You write a total of 3 papers and have one group project, but the material is very easy to understand. She is a very kind person, and very good one on one, but this course is lecture heavy in my opinion. She tends to ramble in her lectures, and sometimes it can be confusing, but overall, this class is an easy A!
She's a good teacher but her lectures were unreasonably long
Frequent quizzes were over the readings and gave PowerPoints and Kahoots to prepare for them. She gave many opportunities to discuss the topic with peers in class. Attendance was graded. You get a 100 just for coming and a 0 if missed. This is a lot of free points over time. If you just show up and read the stories, you'll definitely pass.
She is so sweet! There is a lot of reading, but if you read all the stories you will get an A. There is an immersion project, some short responses, homework, quizzes, and a midterm and a final. Just read the stories and go to class and you will get an A. Attendance is a grade so I recommend going to class.
Great Professor, but get ready to read, 5/5 would take again.
She is great! Really passionate about her work and it shows in her lectures, but I enjoyed them. Expect to do a lot of reading, but it is a World Literature class, after all. Weekly quizzes and one large project to work on over the semester. Attendance is graded, but it's a small portion of the grade and many absent classes are dropped.
Shes a really sweet person who is passionate about the material. I will say she talks a lot & her lectures are very boring. Attendance is mandatory and she does attendance checks every class. Weekly quizzes and reading assignments (most are boring & long all from the required text book) but i've not read at all and passes all the quizzes.1 project.
Four "big" assignments: tiny essay (1 page, annotated bib 5 sources, inquiry essay 6-7 pages, and bad essay 3 pages). The lectures weren't the most interesting and helpful. I recommend taking her hybrid class. Her feedback makes it easy to correct errors. In-class activities/assignments, so go to class!
Professor Sandefur is the BEST ENGLISH PROFESSOR, PLEASE TAKE HER SHE IS SO GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES AND I PROMISE YOU YOU WILL NOT REGRET HER CLASS, I am at an A she is the best.
I LOVED Prof. Sandefur. She's an incredible professor and makes class fun. Attendance is mandatory but with her class, you actually want to go. As long as you go to class, you'll be fine. There's also a required textbook for the course that we did all of our reading in, but I was able to rent mine for cheap on Chegg.
Overall made engl1101 enjoyable as a dual enrollment student. She gives feedback on all papers, is very caring, and wants you to succeed! The class is beneficial given how many essays you will write in college, but Dr. S makes it a breeze. There are 3 total essays, a partner assignment, lots of peer feedback, and a final exam. Not much work at all!
Prof Sandefur's class is a breeze - with easy quizzes, a chill vibe, and lots of free points for attendance. unstuck AI saved me time prepping for tests. Highly recommend for an effortless A!
She loves to talk in her lectures. Your grade will be based off a couple of essays that arent too hard. I got an A on almost all. Look at the example essays she gives when assigned an essay!!! Its exactly what shes looking for! All you have to do is use it as a guideline to write yours and youll get an A. (You get to choose your essay topics)
She is amazing! Uses the textbook a lot, has a lot of homework but is very organized and makes it super easy for the student to navigate the materials in D2L. Gives great feedback and encourages peer review. Really, really nice. Somewhat lenient on deadlines, homework makes up for missing deadlines. Is very willing to correct any grade mistakes.
She is amazing I would take her again for sure. She makes the class relatable and fun. If you just show up you will for sure end up with an A.
She is a very kind teacher. While the stories needed to understand the course is kinda uninteresting, you can get through the course easily if you do some research on the stories rather than reading the full things. She also offers extra credit mainly around the end of the course. There is also a fun final project. Attendance is required.
It would be hard to fail this class. The texts can be intimidating, but if you go to class and at least read a synopsis of them you'll be fine. The midterm/final are both easy and she offers extra credit at the end of the semester. Just read and be ready for the weekly quizzes.
She grades her papers harshly. I would not recommend her if you're not a strong writer. 4 total essays and her lectures are boring. Assignments are manageable but when using Eli review stay on top on the peer reviews because they are due 2 days later. Overall my problem is that I always made A's on essays even in English 1101 till I got her.
Overall she is an amazing professor, attendance is graded so try not to miss too much class. She offers extra credit towards the end of the class and her immersion project is very easy. She's so caring and easy to talk to, I got a B because of my actions but it's very doable to get an A.
great class and teacher
Prof. Sandefur is super sweet and caring. Very easy to approach and super quick to respond to emails. Her lectures are not difficult and neither are her quizzes. She never makes you feel dumb for asking a question and is easy going. You have opportunities to up your grade often, and she is really understanding. Would definitely take her class again
Easy course
Very sweet and kind teacher. Participation and attendence definitely matter in this class, so make sure to attend. Her course wasn't difficult overall, midterm and final were in person, while quizzes (very easy) switched between D2L or in-person. She does elevator pitches, which you have to present, but it's easy. Gives a lot of extra credit too.
Very sweet took her for World Literature. It can be a lot, and I mean A LOT of reading, but the quizzes are incredibly easy, basic questions and easy to study for Just be ready t speak in class and do mini group assignments that are due at the end of class.
