Took this class as a summer flex so it was 16 weeks worth of material squeezed into 5 weeks! Lots of reading since I did take online. 3 research articles, 3 exams, and your 1 final exam. Easy class to pass as long as you do your work & turn it in on time! Would definitely recommend her.

I took her 8 week online course. She sends weekly updates and allows one makeup assignment if missed. Readings are lengthy, discussion boards and article papers (500-700 words) over two modules each and are due fridays at 8am. There are 4 exams and a final. Everything has a due date but its not an overload on work

First online class I have taken and so glad I got Dr. Whitworth! She is amazing. 7-week class. You post to discussion board every other week after reading several ethical issues (you choose what you write about). On other weeks there is an exam and paper due. Heavy reading but she gives you study guide for exams. Do it 100% for good grade.

She's an amazing professor! She truly loves her job, she gets into the skin of the philosophers and explains exactly what they thought. Her exams are hard but we always have a review a class day before. She helps you get the grade you want in this class, you just have to talk to her and she can help.

I took Professor Whitworth for her Maymester PHIL 2306 class. She's very helpful and gives plenty of feedback. There was quite a bit of reading every day, but her lectures cover everything you need to ace the exams. She also didn't assign work on the weekends, so that's another plus. Definitely choose her class if you can.

Dr. Whitworths class was amazing, it wasnt too hard to handle. I took the flex 1 semester and we have four exams total, a few discussion boards that didnt have to be any particular length nor did you have to respond to someone, and 3 reaction papers that have to be 500-700 words each. Overall, Id say this class is pretty easy compared to others

Although I enjoyed the course, there was A LOT of reading. I took this course as an 8-week flex course and I would advise others against it. Tests have very many trick questions where there may be a two-part idea with only 1 part available in a multiple choice format with a D None of the above. If you do not choose D it is counted wrong.

I took her ethics 1301 class as a flex 8 week course and would definitely recommend her! There are discussions, 3 papers to write (500-700 words) but it is all doable. The tests can be tricky but if you pull up one tab with the lesson and use it for the test, you can find the answers.

I would definitely take Professor Whitworth again. I came into Philosophy not being too excited because it sounded boring, but her lectures were engaging and made you think about the material she was discussing. I haven't had too many classes where I am going "wow" every ten seconds. She is truly passionate about the content and that's always good.

Even though it was totally online, Prof Whitworth responded quickly to emails. Her written lectures were easy to read, she posted the study guides up front to help prepare for exams. Her written essay requirements were easy to write about and he graded easy and without judgment. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Whitworth is a clear & concise teacher. I took Philo1301 as a Maymester course & was a bit worried about the accelerated timeframe however Dr. Whitworth provided condensed & precise lecture notes that made the course format very easy. I would 100% take her again and 5/5 recommend taking her if you have the opportunity.

The material for this course was very simple and straightforward. There were assignments called "Article Reaction Papers" every so often which she does not give 100s on. If you are okay with getting 98s on your essays, she's great.

Amazing professor, quizzes are very easy when you pay attention to the lectures. I took her PHIL into to Ethics and she had PowerPoints of the lecture to review at home but being in class is mandatory. Occasional group projects and article reaction papers but very easy to get A's on. You can tell she is very passionate, I am taking her class again.

I took this course as a Flex II and it was easy to manage along side my other courses. It was mainly 3 essays, 3 exams and I want to say 2-3 discussion boards which were very easy and detailed. The topics were very interesting and she gave notes for each module + powerpoint + other resources, which were very helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Took this online and it was an easy A. The tests were open book and there was not that many assignments. About 1 discussion post every two weeks, 5 total (which was answering one question). Then article reaction papers about once a month, 3 total, that were easily graded as well.
