One of the best teachers I've seen at this school. She doesn't have boring lectures, and makes an honest effort to get to know and help all the students. She's also very open minded and has a good sense of humor.
She is very cool. The best professor in terms of knowledge, and respect for her students. I actually look forward to going class everyday because lecture is entertaining. She is very cool.
Very nice teacher. Her class isn't boring and she has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend the class because there's no surprises in her tests. She basically gives you the tests firsthand because of her study guide and the assigned projects/papers are very easy.
she is a very good teacher and very comfortable to talk too.I would take her again.
this is one of the best professors i had this semester. her lectures are organized and she explains things well. she doesn't make lectures too boring and is pretty funny. i would take her again!
She had a warm personality and was open to her students. The lectures were interesting and well organized. I would take her classes again.
She was a nice teacher. No homework. Just three projects, four reading response papers, and a final group essay. Mid term & final really easy if you study the study guide. Take her!
Mrs. Panagakos is an excellent teacher. Her lectures are very straightforward and easy to understand. She is also practical, kind, patient, understanding, and with a vey mild-mannered personality. I highly recommend her. There's not a whole lot of work in her class, so that's a happy bonus.
A great, helpful teacher. She has a good sense of humor and makes power point lectures interesting. 4 reading response papers & midterm & final.study guides were provided which helped a lot.Take her classes & you won't be disappointed, there is some work but its fun with her!
Professor P is entertaining, funny, helpful and considering this is what would be a stereotypically boring Anthropology class, that's pretty awesome. She holds a PhD and so she knows what she's talking about. She's a younger professor so she uses a lot of references to pop culture to make sure you're still following. Excellent teacher!!
I am currently in her online cultural anthropology class. Must do two discussion board items a week, her lecture and text don't go along most of the time, and the test is straight out of a boring book- she does not tell you what to focus on. And when you email her, she takes a week or two to get back to you. I do not recommend her.
She's great... she kept me interested and she gives a study guide for her tests..at least in my class. I liked her a lot and hope to take another one of her classes..she makes anthropology very interesting..
I enjoyed her teaching style. She didn't seem to hit the material in the book to much, but this is college, we should be able to do that on our own. She was a pleasant teacher, a little edgy if you get to close to her though.
All I can say is she is BORING! If you show up to class you will get an A. Shows a lot of videos, some note taking, minimal book use necessary. Random attendance, about 10 throughout the semester and they are a large majority of your grade. Midterm and final are easy, some multiple choice, short essays based on videos in class.
Panagakos is helpful and entertaining as a professor. There was only a couple of issues I had in the class. One clarity issue cost me an entire grade on a big paper. The other was her choice of language at times to fit in with the students. I found it somewhat profane and completely unnecessary. On the flip side she teaches the subject very well.
I really like this teacher. her midterm is pretty simple and straight forward. she gives out study guides and reviews a day before the test. HIGHLY SUGGEST TO TAKE THIS CLASS.
Boring so very boring
Very nice teacher. Gave little homework and it was all easy. Holds a PHD and knows what she is talking about. She made this subject extremely interesting. Not judgmental. Knows students have a life outside school so gives ample time to study and do quizzes and homework.
She is a great professor! If you are at all interested in Anthro take her!
Very interesting, very clear, talks in a way that students would understand. She's kinda geeky, but funny and extremely nice. Loved her class!
Prof. P is really nice, funny, very helpful and knowledgeable. Just do your work because you can't slack off in this class and yes I would definitely recommend her because she's a really good teacher!
Extremely good teacher! She gives power point lectures and movies to take notes on which become routine. Barely any readings. A couple of essays here and there and midterm/final. Study guide is your savior! The essays do require a lot of research and fieldwork and spelling/grammar correction, but other than that, the class is really compelling!
Doc P. is an excellent teacher. When I first skimmed through my text book, I thought I would never understand cultural anthropology. Doc P. thoroughly explains the material while providing an interesting and holistic way to understand culture. I loved this class. Just listen to her lecture. You will be ready for the test. LUV this class!
She is awesome! Her ppt lectures are easy to follow and listen to. Occasional videos tend to be a little boring. She gives you study guides prior to tests and those are extremely helpful if you use them. The papers are not hard. Take this class, especially if you need general ed/transferable credits.
Professor P rocks! She is fun to have as a Professor. She's nice and helpful and the workload isn't too heavy
Prof. P is really awesome. Great personality and humor, and includes everyone in discussions. Assignments are meaningful and straight forward. She will learn your name and remembers if you take her for a second time. One of my favorite professors ever!!
Awesome teacher, lots of fun, easy going just great all around
I loved Panagakos! She is one of the best anthropology teachers at crc. She is clear on her instructions and is an easy grader. Ive taken anthro with Paskey before nothing like her. Take her! You will not regret it. It is lots of fun and easy :)
I had Dr. P two semesters in a row for 310 and 330, and she is easily my favorite professor. The workload is definitely manageable and it's not too difficult. She engages the class in discussions and is extremely helpful. She gets to know everyone by name, which I find really courteous of her.
she loves her job and you can tell she does. her work load can be heavy if your taking many classes at once although it's pretty easy work. her personality is awesome i would recommend taking her.
Dr.P's class is like taking 3 class at one time. First class ever to get so much work, lot of reading and essays. Her grading system is unfair.
this class is loaded with reading, essays, bad quality movies that you have to watch and take notes and not forgetting the tough quizzes. warning: dont take her class
Hybrid class. Midterms and Final based a lot on critical thinking and remembering specific things in the book. Most of the grade is based on several projects that follow the course. Lots of home reading to do.
Dr. P's class is hard. She assigns too much work and her weekly quizzes are really tough. Even though the online class is open book quiz...its really hard. The quizzes are set in a way that once completed you can't go back to re-check your answers and you will never find out what question you got right and which one u got wrong.
her workload maybe slightly high, but it's fairly easy. she is a fair grader, and a good professor. i am assuming that the prior postings are negative, because students expected an easy A. D2L quizzes are open book, it's pretty hard to not get 100% on them. if you pay attention and do your work you should get an A.
I agree Dr.P's class is tough!..easy for the teacher's pet i guess. I spent so many hours and wrote good essays still i didn't get a grade that i deserved. I didn't try to get an easy A but a decent grade for all the hard work i did. The quizzes r open book but half of the stuff in the quizzes are not from the text book.
i took dr. p's class last semester and i loved it. she is very fair at grading and explains everything in details.
I took professor panagakos's class last semester...the only tough part of the class is the quizzes. She is a very nice and helpful professor. she is always there to help and to answer questions. I loveed her class and passed with a B....a grade that i deserved. I would love to take her class again. She knows how to organize her stuff.
Great professor, she's very engaging. Lots of supplemental material, keeps things interesting. The class can be difficult but after class and during office hours she'll work with you. Need books and attendance isn't mandatory but I wouldn't recommend not going. All videos (or at least 95%) are available online. Two simple papers. Highly recommended
This was my second class with DR.P, I love her classes! She is very engaging and enthusiastic. There is a small workload, But if you keep up on it then you should be fine. If something is unclear, she takes time to make it clear and is willing to help. Make sure to read the texts, they are vital! Highly recommend.
Dr. Panagakos is by far the most eloquently articulate and academically competent Doctor's Cosumnes River college has provided for students. All praise to Santa Barbara or producing such a great Anthropology Professor. She is extremely affluent and her material is fairly docile. If you are required to take an anthropology course I strongly recom
I took her class when they were offering the Anth330 course. She is the best teacher I've ever had! She grades fairly, acknowledges when you work hard, and explains everything very clearly. I found the topics she discussed very interesting, even when she trailed off of the subject. Wish there were more teachers like her.
Awesome professor! she knows her stuff and has great stories. Her class is easy as long as you do the read.
This class is very hard, assignments are really hard and for university level. Professor finds fault with every word.
If you have previously had in other subjects as well A, it will be your first class where you get to F, in the best case C.
Class is very hard. She assigns too much work and her weekly quizzes are really tough. Even though the online class is open book quiz...its really hard. The quizzes are set in a way that once completed you can't go back to re-check your answers and you will never find out what question you got right and which one u got wrong.
Class - farewell A, B, C and D:(
Is she easy? Yes, if you do the work. She assigns lots of essays, a couple of research papers, and plenty of extra credit. She grades papers based on Freshman Comp standards - MLA format. Do the reading BEFORE the chapter tests. No mid term, and no final. No class time at all - I was happy to write the papers.
A lot of reading-2 books, plus lectures, articles and watching films, but it's an online class, so you do it in your time. She gives extra credit which I def recommend doing to keep quiz scores up. Quizzes are open book, but tough, so take notes from textbook/include pg#s to refer to while testing. Can be tough, but prof is understanding.
She is great, but her open book quizzes are hard. Lectures are to be read. She has a complex vocabulary. You must read the books and be ready for her quizzes. NO CUMULATIVE TESTS!!! I loved that
I enjoyed the material. The exams were not substantive, covering much idle trivia. A few her exam "answers" were incorrect. Ex. cred. for nursing students for her "study" but no commensurate ex. cred. for others. Rpapers, she posts a grade with vague comments. She was the first teacher who I simply gave up on and class got easier once I did.
Dr. Panagakos is a really nice professor. Her class is welcoming. Although lectures can be boring, they were very interesting and makes you really think about other cultures. Exams were not that bad, and her quizzes were straight to the point. I recommend!
Her online class is a massive amount of reading- felt like a 5 unit class! Her quizzes are extremely challenging. I took this with A&P 431 & it was too much. She grades tough on discussion boards- can't even repeat an opinion or points off. She managed made a fun & interesting subject quite daunting and a bore. Seek elsewhere for real learning.
At first glance, this class seems like an easy A -- no exams, the syllabus quiz is worth 10% of the grade, and there are only 2 homework assignments. It's the ridiculousness of the quizzes and assignments that make this class tough. I got a 4.10 GPA in high school and I'm struggling to keep an A in this class.
Anastasia grades kindly on her discussion boards and essay papers but that's bc she has designed the most difficult online quizzes I've ever seen and this is my 7th online course. She doesn't offer any extra credit the entire course! I lost interest early on bc of it and her inability to listen to reason time and time again from her students.
Amazing professor. Very passionate about her subject. Classes are fun and interesting. Fair grader. Finals and midterms are mostly from the book so you must do the readings to pass with a good grade.
Dr P is an amazing professor who really cares about her student's success. I would definitely take another of her classes!!!
Dr. P is awesome! She is super passionate about anthropology & relates the material to things that make sense to college students. Class is made up of lectures w notes, videos w worksheets, class activities, online quizzes, 2 exams. She likes to hear from the class so if you speak up you will stand out to her. Very helpful an understanding.
She's pretty boring and everything but it's super easy. We watched a lot of short films about other cultures so it was relatively interesting on those days. She's very friendly and is there to help, it's just not all that engaging. For the midterm and final she gives study guides and study sessions. Quizzes are online and easy if you look them up
This is the professor that changed my major. I found my passion in Anthropology because of this first class I took with her. She was a great combination of knowledgeable/education and fun/laid back.
The textbook itself I never even read its the culture sketches that you actually need to read. if you read the culture sketches and show up to class most of the time you should be perfectly fine. She is a nice teacher and will help you if you ever need anything.
Dr. P is awesome! the workload is alright and manageable for a student who took 12 units. A lot of reading so prepare to make time for that. 5 online quizzes, 2 exams and a few hw assignments. Show up every class sessions with a positive attitude, work hard and you'll earn an A
She's a very good teacher and her lectures are hardly ever boring. The class is easy of you do the work. You have to read the textbook but the quizzes and tests aren't very hard. She has always responded to my emails and is willing to help in her office hours. She offers extra credit and her quizzes are online. I really enjoyed taking her class.
This class wasn't too difficult, but you have to make sure to keep up with the reading. Readings can get pretty boring and long, so if you fall behind, you won't do well on the quizzes. No tests, just two short papers, discussion posts, and 8 quizzes. Only 100 points in the grade book, so not much room to mess in terms of grades. Enjoyable class.
Professor Panagakos is really sweet and helpful. Most of the information needed to pass the class is given through her lectures so coming is mandatory. There is a lot of reading which will be quizzed on and tested on midterms and final exams. She is a pretty tough grader and gives hard tests and quizzes but will also help if you ask her.
I honestly did not try at all in the class and got a high B. The entire semester I touched the textbook less than 10 times and I barely listened to her lectures. That being said, if you take good notes and pay attention in class it's definitely possible to achieve an A without the textbook. The workbook is needed though for in class assignments.
Great Professor! All the quizzes are online! Gives out a study guide for midterm and final. Very straightforward! Her class is WEIGHTED! So fail a test and it will be hard to fix. Attendance is crucial since midterm and final are based mainly on her lectures and in class films. Take good notes! Rarely gives HW. Two, 3page papers. Would take again!
The class required a lot of reading, especially with the textbook. There are generally reading quizzes about another book that you have to read every week (quizzes are online). However, she helps you and is always available by email. There were two research papers and two exams. The tests were both from the textbook and class lectures.
Prof. Panagakos is such a great person. Her teaching style is straightforward and you actually learn the material. Her tests are straight from the book and she is big on participation. So read and participate and you will get an A. I took her for 331 ad 316 and recieved an A in both. I would totally take her a third time.
This is the only class I had this semester that I genuinely looked forward to going to. Panagakos is a great lecturer and they cover everything you need to know. She is funny and keeps it interesting. You only need to read the culture sketches chapters to get an A, that's what I did. Assignments are easy and few and far between. Great professor!
She's really kind and a great teacher. Her class wasn't very hard at all. I would take her again if I could. Just come to class everyday and read the chapters she assigns each week. It should be an easy A with a great professor.
Dr. P is so approachable, kind & you can tell she loves Anthro! I had her online & was still able to get a good feel for her. Her class is straightforward, videos &articles are interesting. Weekly quizzes, 2 EASY papers, 5 discussion boards, NO final. I cant imagine anyone getting less than a B in this class. Put in the effort, get the A.
She's really nice and chill, her class is not hard at all either. Very interesting lectures.
There are quizzes almost every week, but if you read the textbook and lectures, and watch the films, you will do fine. You are required to participate in 5 class discussions for full credit. She is very good about responding to emails and gives great feedback on assignments. Overall a fun class with very interesting material, definitely recommend!
I loved dr. P! She gives insightful lectures and is really open minded and inclusive of every type of person. a big part of your grade is in class worksheets that are due at the end of class and they cant be made up. theres 10 in class wkshts, 5 quizzes about every other week, term paper, midterm and final.
Dr. P is an awesome professor! She is definitely passionate about the subject and gives good discussion points! Would definitely recommend and take her class in the future!
This professor is truly a gem. It is no wonder why she has a massive class, she is very approachable and understanding. She is easily in my top 2 professors, out of the 30 that I have taken.
Dr. Panagakos is definitely one of my favorite professors! Taking her class was definitely an amazing experience. I never really thought about digging deeper into the realm of anthropology but taking her class made me want to learn more about it. Her lectures are easy to follow/take notes on and she always keeps the material interesting.
Dr Panagakos is an awesome professor. I took her online class and her lectures were very straight to the point. There are quizzes and discussion boards every week but only 2 papers and no finals. If you want an easy and informative GE class, take her!
Class consisted of weekly discussion boards, bi-weekly quizzes, and 2 writing assignments. Only 5 discussion boards need to be completed for full credit. Quizzes directly cover material from the textbook, lectures, and films. Grading is based on effort and participation. Professor makes the material lucid and interesting for students.
Dr. Panagakos is the best anthropology professor I've had so far. The Cultural Anthro class I took was interesting, and hardly ever boring. It wasn't a very demanding course in my opinion. All you really have to do is show up, take notes, do your work, and you'll pass with an A. She's very reasonable and will work with you if you need it.
Currently taking her for anth 310 and love it. She does a great job with her lectures and you can tell how much she loves her job and what she teaches. The class is super chill, and easy. Barely any homework, some online quizzes, one paper, midterm and final make up your whole grade. She is very approachable and down to earth. Take her!!
I love Dr. P!! She loves Anthropology and its obvious in the way she teaches. She genuinely cares about all her students and has fun lectures. Do all the workbook assignments which are easy and all the quizzes, youll get a good grade.I got a B+ in her class and would have gotten an A if I showed up to class more. Would definitely take her again.
Pretty simple and straightforward. Read the online lectures, textbook chapters and watch assigned readings and you'll be ready for the online quizzes. Participate in discussion boards and you're all good :D
Professor Panagakos is a great professor, you can tell that she wants you to do well in the class. If you put in your effort, show up to class, ask questions, and do the readings you will get an A in the class.
Very easy to follow online course with a manageable amount of work. Just do the participation boards and the readings and you'll get an A no problem. Interesting subject matter, good choice for anyone regardless of their interest in anthropology.
panagakos is a really patient and motherly professor. her class isnt hard but you do need to put in some amount of work. she puts out to do lists and study questions for each week/topic which is really helpful (take advantage of that). she's also a really fast grader so your grades are always up to date! and you have to go to class for worksheets.
She is one of the best professors, specially about the Ju/oansi. Anthology is not easy but she made it interesting with the examples from Ju/oansi. ;-).
This professor is good at her lectures and she does grade clearly. It is not an easy class so get ready to read.
This class was very easy and insightful! Two homework assignments (short essay) and minimum 5 discussion boards for credit. Quizzes every week/ every other week. Really straightforward. This is the first online class I have ever took and it was a breeze!
She was the first professor I had at CRC, and I took two more classes with her, because I loved her that much. My favorite course was Anth 331. She made lecture so interesting.
There are 8 quizzes, 2 "homework" assignments(500-700 word papers), and you have to do 5 out of 30 discussions. All of them are very easy. The lectures are short, the quizzes are a breeze. An enjoyable class with interesting topics. The professor is nice and easily accessible. Highly recommended.
The most amazing, kind-hearted, accommodating, and genuine professor ever. She is a true gem. She wants you to succeed and will help you in every way possible. Just make sure you do all the readings, study, and participate because you will need to work for your grade. However, she does give a lot of extra credit opportunities. She is the best!
I took this class online and I loved her. Her instructions are very easy to follow and she is very fair. If you just do everything that she ask, you can get an A no problem. Definetly recommend her!!
Dr. P is a professor I keep coming back to. She gives MANY opportunities for you to receive the grade you are looking for. The workload is steady, and reading is assigned often, but the subjects presented are full of insight and intrigue. You will learn a lot, and pass with ease as long as you participate! If you go to CRC, take Dr.P!
Class work/hw is straightforward. I took this course online, I enjoy it so much. Shes an excellent professor.
I took the class Anthro 310 while working and going to school full time. I found this is class pretty interesting! Prof P keeps it interesting. Try to enjoy the discussion boards. Only have to post 5 in a semester. I took the online course so I was able to go at my own pace throughout the week. Quizzes are not every week. Not bad. Just read.
She is honestly such a great professor. You can tell she really wants her student's to learn more about Anthropology and wants them to get interested in it. It's difficult to pass the class without reading, but it's not much.
The kindest and caring professor ever. She truly understand that we are humans who have things happen in our lives. She provides extra credit to replace missing grades. Her exams are not hard. I highly recommend her!
Really enjoyed Dr. P VERY lecture heavy but it's very interesting and she throws stories into the lecture to keep you there. SUPER easy class just do the readings and quizzes on time. Tests are also super easy if you were caught up with the readings. Would retake her in a heartbeat- she was super sweet and passionate about what she taught!!
Professor Panagakos is great! Her lectures are clear and easy to follow. The quizzes are mostly on the lecture and videos watched. Participation in discussions are a must. Responds to concerns/questions quickly. Takes into consideration a work/life balance. Very friendly and encouraging. Always offers help if anyone is struggling.
Professor P was one of my favorite professors. Her assignments were fairly easy and really clear. She wasn't a hard grader and really cares about her students!
Super interesting class! She split the class into 4 sections with your own group pod and due dates are on Mondays at 12pm. Each section includes a discussion, writing assignment, and 3 quizzes that is due on a certain date. Your lowest 2 quizzes are automatically dropped. She is quick with email replies, and is super nice and approachable.
Divided into 4 unit sections 3-4 weeks each. One unit: read 2-4 chapters and 2 quizzes based on it. 5-7 lectures that need to be watched and films>2. There are 2 quizzes on those and discussion each end of unit. There is writing based on the discussion; you can basically copy and paste from some of it. Free textbook, embedded in module.
Dr. P is a great professor. She is clear in her assignments and as long as you do the work it is easy to get an A in her class. She is a caring and inspirational professor. I would highly recommend her.
Took her class way back before Covid. Easy class!
Enjoyed this class & the format|Took it online|There are 4 units that are released one at a time to be completed at your own pace|You get about a month to complete each|Very convenient since I am also a SAHM|The curriculum is interesting & she relates what we learn to current events|Expectations are clear & she works w/ her students|Would rec her!
I really enjoy this class and it was very interesting. You have to do all the homework and do a good job on the test and you will pass the class. I highly suggest you to take her course if you want good grades!!
Too easy! Quizzes have a lot of weight. Units are released in blocks and you can do at your pace as long as you complete the units by the due date. Great feedback! I messaged the instructor a few times and she was quick to respond. There is a lot of reading that is required to complete the quizzes. Everything else is cool and manageable.
She's one of the best Anthropology professors! Always gives clear, honest feedback. Makes sure you know what you did well and if you need to improve anything. Hands down one of the best for this course. Take her class if you can!!
I wish every professor structured their class like this. She was so organized, it was impossible to miss a due date or assignment. I became very sick in the middle of the semester, and she was beyond helpful with extensions. Her feedback is great and detailed. While this topic wasn't my favorite, she made the class enjoyable and interesting.
I've taken an asynchronous course. This class does not interfere with your personal life. I definitely suggest this course, if you're a anxious student or have a lot on your plate. This class is really easy. All you have to do is submit weekly tuesday tweets, 5 discussion boards and 5 quizzes. You can't fail unless you chose not to do the work.
Took this during summer, 4 week course. No exams; based only on 12 quizzes, 4 discussion posts, and drops the lowest 3 quizzes. Provides textbook chapters for weekly reading. Great lectures, very informative. I would definitely take her again.
Professor P is a passionate professor who has really changed the way I view anthropology. Her lectures are incredibly insightful and has drove me to look at anthropology in a deeper way. This class was very very easy and did not require too much work. She's amazing!
If you give just the teeny tiniest bit of effort, you will pass. She's very funny and it's a very interesting class that provokes a lot of conversation and thinking. I literally would show up late every day (sorry Prof. P) and I got a good grade. She's engaging and extremely understanding with grading. She always gives a grace period.
This class was really simple. There are four units: one discussion and around 3-4 quizzes per unit. Textbook is provided at zero cost, there are films and lectures, no final. Everything is worth 100 points so it makes lower grades less impactful to the overall grade. You go at your own pace, would definitely take this class again! Loved taking her.
Dr. Panagakos is a great professor. I took her for a 5-week course and it was the easiest class ever. There is an online textbook and ctrl+f works on them. The quizzes are open to everything and Google. And there's one discussion pod per unit which was pretty easy. Overall a quick and easy class to get the pre-req out of the way.
I was scared at first since this was my first tie taking an online class, but it turned out to be very manageable! She gives you all of the material for all 4 units at the start so you can pace yourself throughout the 5 weeks accordingly. I actually really enjoyed learning all of the material in class and got through it fairly stress-free! :)
Great professor, very understanding. She gives you the work required for one unit every four weeks. Course is well laid-out and you have lots of time to complete assignments. She is an easy grader, and drops the lowest three quizzes out of twelve. As long as you do the work and look at the lectures/textbook, you will be able to succeed.
Professor Panagakos is almost perfect as far as asynchronous professors go. She puts all the coursework in a organized way on Canvas (better than any professor you've probably seen before). Just make sure you complete all the assignments so you don't miss out on points. The only actual assignments are discussion board posts and quizzes. No final.
Prof Panagakos is amazing and I developed a respect for her knowledge and insight. She has great lecture videos that are chill and informative. Pretty clear cut assignments and expectations. And she's accessible on CANVAS, which is a big plus. I have met her in person, and she is friendly, warm and makes you feel equal to her. Would take her again!
Very structured and organized class! Prof Panagakos provides interesting lectures and has a passion for what she does. I was initially nervous to take her FOUR-week course, but it was very manageable with multiple classes. Only 1 discussion board and 4 quizzes each week. Very accessible outside class and does her best to help students succeed.
Take this class! Professor will bump up your grade if you are within 2% of the next letter grade. 4 discussions boards, one due each week, and then 12 quizzes that you have until the last day of the course to complete (2 attempts on each). There are lots of videos and films that will take time to watch but they are all entertaining!
Prof P is extremely organized in her class structure. I took her second 8wk course and the material was divided into 4 units (1 unit per 2 wks). Every 2 wks, we had 1 db & 3 quizzes based on readings, lecs & films. She drops the lowest 3 quiz scores. Gave study guides for film quizzes and informative, interesting lectures. Ebook is freely provided.
Prof P is an engaging and passionate teacher. The class is well-structured with manageable assignments. Though not challenging, it's an interesting dive into anthropology. Using unstuck study alongside the free textbook really helped me stay on top of the material.
Take her! Put in a little effort and you will do just fine. I did an 8 week course and had 3 quizzes which are EASY and 1 pod (discussions) every module. She gave us about 2 weeks to complete each pod. She gives good feedback and is very tech savvy. It might seem like a lot at first but trust, it gets easier once you understand her flow.
