Nice and understanding, but if you miss a lecture or don't read the book you can fall behind. The test are tricky and similar to what you are learning but always have some random questions.

Honestly I think shes a cool professor. Her lectures are more based off of real life examples, while the tests ask more in depth about the concept. I have a low A, but thats because I read and did mastering bio right before the tests. A good amount of work is given but thats expected for a bio class. Attendance isnt mandatory which is nice.

Lectures were hard to concentrate in most of the time since she was very monotone with her speaking and didn't give much other than what was just in the textbook. The textbook is very important for this class, you should definitely read it and even take notes on it.

Dr. Aspbury is a nice person but if you don't read the online textbook and not pay attention to the homework then it's going to be hard to get a high grade. The lectures are heavy and there isn't much to take notes on, but she is more than willing to answer questions. If you already understand the subject then it's going to be easy.

Dr. Aspbury is a very good professor. She explains things clearly, and will always go into more detail if needed. I never read the textbook and still got an A. Honestly as long as you go to class and pay half attention you will be fine. She's also super helpful during office hours and will go over your exam with you.

Dr. Aspbury really grew on me. By the end of the semester, I had developed a deep respect for her and felt like I learned a ton in her class. She is low-key funny sometimes and very easy to talk to in person. I am generally a Dean's List student and managed a high B in the class. Work hard and study the homework problems--they help for the exams!

Dr Asbury doesn't have the best lectures, but her tests reflect the homework. I never did the reading and studied only the homework and was absolutely fine. You don't need to take notes on lectures for the tests but she does give activities during class that are graded and help a lot. She super funny, laidback, respectful, and her is not hard

Overall the class was pretty easy. As long as you read the textbook and did the in-class assignments, you should get no less than A. The bad thing about her class is that the lectures were extremely boring. It is not her fault, but she had this monotone voice that was hard to listen to. Overall pretty easy class, but it is a boring one.

Dr. Aspbury is a very caring professor. It is hard to do bad with her grading policy. She drops a test and a couple of every other thing you are graded by. Majority of the homework are completion grades that will prepare you for the tests. Just don't skip the assignments, review completion grades before tests and do test reviews. You will get an A.
