I took the 5 week class and was very easy, group oriented and very helpful, tests where not to hard but the were not the easiest

The sweetest teacher ever. Very smart and helpful. The tests were just a tiny bit hard but if you do the study guide, you'll ace the test. BTW, keep your study guides to study for final. Everything on that study guide will be on the tests and final. Great teacher. I recommend her totally!

Hey Mrs. Bailey was my favorite! She has fun with her calss and helps as much as possible even after class! She also makes sure we understand. She encourages the joy in her teachings as well! Get her on your schedule!!!!!

I took her online class and it was very easy. You take one 20-question multiple-choice quiz every week. She gives you a few assignments during the semester but they're all do-able and fairly easy. If you ask her questions, she's helpful. I would recommend her, just make sure to study for the final. I am taking her bus marktng class in the fall.

This class was great! Very easy, alot of extra credit, easy tests, and she was very helpful. Great business class. Highly recommended.

Easy easy class. I think I got over a 100% at the end of the semester. A lot of in-class assignments that you can work on with other people. Tests are really easy and come straight off the study guides. She is always willing to help and makes sure to explain everything thoroughly. Take her if you need any business courses.

I thought she was a GREAT teacher!!! I had her for two business classes and thought she was very clear and professional with her presentation as a teacher. I learned a lot in her class and plan to have her as a teacher again.

She's awesome and she's so cute. She's very nice and supportive. Barely any note taking because she gives us printed notes from the book. Doesn't care if you miss a few classes. The tests aren't too hard. Overall easy class. I recommend her to anyone.

Awesome teacher. Interesting class. Project was a little difficult but as long as you start early & gather info from the beginning U will have no problems. Attendance was important because she would go ovr everything that will be on your tests. Tests would be difficult if U don't study. Did not get out early ever but didnt care cause it flew by.

I took BUS100 online and it was a great time! She was very straight forward on what was due when. Quizes and Test were easy with light studying. She has a very nice personality and always has nice feed back on projects. I wish all teachers and online classes were this great! Take her for any business classes you can!!!

her business class is awesome! not only do you learn the material, but she teaches/discusses business events that are actually really interesting. her class really helps anyone looking to own thier own business.

She is nice and helpful, however her class are boring, she try to give you some extra credit (mybizzlab tests, in class work) but her tests are hard

I took her management class during Summer 2009.It was both demanding and very difficult. Each class had a test, four chapters of homework, and covered four hours in the class. She's a wonderful teacher, but unless you can keep up with demanding and strenuous work, STAY AWAY from her Summer classes. Loved her classes though, she kept it interesting.

ms. bailey is wonderful! she's professional and humorous at the same time. tests are fairly easy, homework is simple, and lectures are interesting. i'm a chronic clock-watcher and this class never dragged for me. take ms. bailey even if you aren't going into business; it's just a great class that applies to every day life.

My best teacher so far. She lectures most of the time in class but it is interesting. You have 4-5 tests and you have to do study guides that help. You do 3 projects that are intereing. I recommene that class to everyone even if you dont need BUS100. She connects class discussion woth real life examples. If you do all the work easy A or B.

Mrs. Bailey is by far the sweetest teacher i've ever had. She knows her stuff and she's not hard at all. Her study guides for the test are long but they honestly help you out so it's worth it. I found her tests to be easy because I actually read the book and studied. You teach yourself more than what goes on in class. She's awesome. TAKE HER!

She is an extremely insightful teacher and I learned so much from her class. The only homework is a couple projects and her study guides. Although the study guides can take up to four hours (usually about 5 chapters), you will definitely get an A on the test if you study it.

Easiest Class at moraine valley...

AWESOME! One of the best teachers I have had at Moraine. Really knows what she is talking about and she is extremely clear during discussions and hilarious, which makes her very easy to listen to. You get large study guides before each exam but she tells you exactly what to study and the study guides are EXTREMELY helpful.

Ms. Bailey makes her instructions crystal clear. The only way you'll fail her class is if you have poor attendance, and you are looking for someone else to do the "leg work". The four chapter study guides that are due before the test are easy to complete, and very helpful. Overall, basic class with a great instructor.

Easy Tests as long as you attend. The tests were basic questions from class and the text. She gives you the essays before hand which are 40% of the test, she does grade the essaysa little harsh but thats because she gives em to you before hand.Didnt study for tests and i got a 84% 94% and a 90% just by showing up to class and paying attention EZ A

Boring but easy. She is a very sweet lady, but will not give makeups or accept any late work. Be prepared to work in groups constantly. Tests are easy if you come to class and do the study guides.

One of the best teachers I have taken. Not a lot of homework. Currently taking her class and wish my schedule fit around hers for next semester. Shes extremely fair. Have not really studied for any test and got a B on all of them. Just make sure you show up to class and pay attention she has a point system with attendance. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

If you take BUS 231 just be aware of her study guides. They are very long and need to be done to pass the test. They're easy to fill out but they're just really long. It's worth it though. I wish that she would be more clearly on explaining some things but other than that, She is a great professor.

Professor Bailey is a great instructor. She is very easy, but you also learn a lot from her. The study guides are kind of long, but if you do them then you wont get lower than a C on the exam. She offers extra credit, but I didn't do them and still received 96% in the class.

I took Mrs. Bailey for intro to business, and I absolutely loved her class, I'll have to admit its not the easiest class you do have to put in the effort but over all if you do what your required you will pass! Her class is pretty fun! She's very unique! Her study guides got on my last nerve but they sure do help on the test!

Great teacher, would definitely take again. Clear and fun. Long study guides but everything on the test was gone over. Lots of on your own work, book is used usually outside of class, more discussion in class. She's basically awesome. Would take any of her classes.

My favorite teacher this semester, it is clear that she cares about the students and wants us to do well. Class time is used very well and she is extremely knowledgeable in her subject.

She was ok, her lectures were decent and she's very nice. My main issues were that the study guides that she makes you do are extremely long and time consuming. She also assigned quite a few bigger projects/essays however, she has given us ZERO grades back. I am taking my final tomorrow and I still have no idea what my grade is so far for the class

I felt that her class was awesome. Reading the book, watching the videos, the homework, the lecture, the class activities, and the study guides are all helpful with understanding and reviewing the material. I feel that she gave enough practice to help really understand the material and help stick.

Prof. Bailey was a great teacher! Lots of homework, and tests were kind of hard, but my favorite part of the class was a group project we had to do in which we had to analyze a business, write a paper, and give a presentation on it. Overall, she's a funny, nice teacher who cares about her students.

Most amazing teacher I have ever had at Moraine. Her class was actually interesting and I understood what I was doing. Usually I HATE working with others, I prefer working alone but in this class I actually enjoyed it.

One of my favorite teachers here at Moraine hands down. Not only can you tell shes knowledgeable in Marketing, but you can tell she cares. She cares about her students and if they understand the concepts or not. If you give in the effort she gives, youll do great. She opened my eyes to how much I really love marketing.

If you plan to major in marketing I highly suggest you take her. The class isnt hard if you take the time to actually take in the material. You will actually learn a lot in this class. Loved her!

Professor Bailey is awesome! She is very knowledgeable of all aspects of business and gives very good insight. You will have a very well-rounded understanding of business after taking BUS-100 with her. Textbook usage is expected, but also necessary to understand concepts. All in all, she wants students to exceed and is willing to help.

Great teacher, notes are direct and class is easy. Takes forever to put in grades and will complain about students being on their phones. Other than that, the study guides are very helpful and quizzes are very smooth

She's very knowledgable on the subject matter and more than willing to give you extra help if you need it. She wrote me a letter of rec to get into business school too, which was very nice of her. She HATES students being on their phones tho, so be careful for that. Overall really good experience with her.

I absolutely love Mrs. Bailey. This is the second class I have taken with her. Beautiful and very sweet lady. 4 exams and a final, lowest exam grade is dropped. Weekly quizzes every Sunday that are timed, but you get unlimited attempts. The study guides are long but they are EXTREMELY helpful. If I could I would definitely take her again!

Best professor at moraine valley by far. Took my second class with her this semester and she is amazing. She actually cares about her students and doesn't make you learn everything on your own. She gives study guides with EVERYTHING you need to know about on the test. Easy A but you actually learn a lot in her class. She is great.

Shes one of the greatest professors at MVCC, she sympathetic, she gives great feedback and shes not a hard grader. She has weekly lectures, definitely a lot of reading, weekly quizzes (they were easy), weekly discussions and a couple of monitored exams throughout the semester that werent hard.

As a student who dropped out literally three times, the professor is very kind and the lecture is very easy to follow. Two quick 3 min assignments and one big homework assignment during the week. Did not interfere with my outside job/life. My advice: try not skipping class too much like me lol. Still passed with a C+.

While the class was online and most of the assignments could be done at your own pace, you should still keep track of when things are due so that you don't fall behind. My biggest concern was the interview essay, but the professor does a great job checking up on the project throughout the semester that I felt more confident about turning it in.

She really doesn't know how to use technology, however, her classes aren't very hard if you just pay attention to the lectures and do the assignments. Also, she doesn't teach very well so you can basically learn this stuff on your own. The only "difficult" part of this class were the midterms because she made the questions herself.

Professor Bailey truly cares about her students. She gave us a good foundation to learn upon but you had to use Canvas for most of the quizzes and tests, other than the final exam. She explained each topic very well and made sure you understood before going through to the next one. Gives more than enough time to do all the HW and quizzes.

She makes the lectures fun and interesting. Gives out outlines for each chapter. She reviews the material before a test.

I really appreciated Professor Bailey's class and everything I learned from it. I took this course last spring & it's funny bc me and my friend that met in this class STILL reference things we learned back in this class. Everything I learned was useful & the class itself was easy. The effort you put in will be reflected on your grade. TAKE HER!

Granted I never needed to reach out to her during this online class, but she always provided me with all the information I needed to complete an assignment. Workload is incredibly do-able. I maybe spent around 2-3 hours per week on this class, definitely recommend!!

Professor Bailey's class is a mixed bag. While she cares about her students, the course load can be heavy, especially with the frequent Cengage assignments. The exams are tricky, but using resources like unstuckstudy can help with study prep. Overall, the effort you put in will be reflected in your grade.

Took this class and was satisfied with who I got as a professor. She was very understanding and her lectures were never boring. Would highly recommend her class!

She makes her lessons interesting and she's very caring about her students and learning. Majority of assignments/quiz's/tests were online. She always encourages group work and working with a partner in class which made it more engaging and fun imo. Even though the material itself isn't always fun I found her stories and examples super interesting.

Online class with Professor Bailey was quite good. The class consists of weekly discussion boards, two Pearson assignments weekly, and a canvas quiz. There were 3 test and one final on canvas. Don't even bother sending professor Bailey an email. You have a greater chance of getting hit by lightning than her responding. Overall, a super easy class.

Shes a good teacher, i saw people saying if u email her she wont respond, but i never felt the need to email her, this was my 2nd time taking her business class, never emailed her once, if u do the work then u will be okay, she lost her husband this year which was super sad, overall an easy online class, as long as u get ur work done, u'll be fine

She was such a kind teacher. She gives out handouts of each chapter that clearly outline the material, and I'll be honest, I've never opened the online textbook and still passed just because she taught really efficiently and her handouts and online homework were enough for me to understand the material.
