she is the ONLY TA to get for psy 215.....this class is soooo hard. but she keeps labs easy and short. and she will revise your papers for you as many times as you want. plus, if you have a question about part of it she practically re-writes it for you! she is sooooo nice! HIGHLY reccomended!!!!

Go to class, take notes, study, and class is easy. I think what got most people was lab. Although it's easy (two papers -- long, but quick once you get the intro done), a lot of people failed to make sure they had it correctly done before turning in the specific sections each week. Just double check with the examples in the text. Easy class!!! :)

For this class all you have to is show up, take notes, and go to lab. She gives you a review sheet for each exam, which is basically every thing in your notes. Her test, she ask you straight forward questions, look over the notes about three times, out some effort in to it and you'll ace it. TAKE THIS CLASS WITH THE PROFESSOR.

She's soo nice and has a really easy class. I have her this semester and I'm taking her class next semester. The TA you get will really make or break your lab. Tests are easy, lectures have a power point to go along with them. If you make at least 2 friends in that class you don't have to even worry about going all the time.

Probably the friendliest and most helpful professor of my whole freshman year. She is funny too, especially when she mispronounces words. Her tests are simple, all you have to do is go to class and look over the review sheet. If you take this course, make sure you take her, even if you have to wait until the next semester, because it is worth it.

My favorite professor of my entire college career! Had her for PSY 100 and PSY 215 as well. Her PSY 311 class isn't as easy as 100 and 215, but as long as you go to class and take notes it's not too difficult. She is very helpful and so incredibly nice!

Meh, I found her lectures rather boring and dull -- occasionally an interesting ancedote was thrown it, but her overuse of examples was quite a bit of a turn off. Take the class for an easy A, but not if you want to get excited about psychology.

Super easy class, tests come straight from lecture. I bought book and didn't use it. I skipped all the lectures for one test, bought KY Class notes and got an 88. She is entertaining and easy to solve conflicts with. Make sure you do all your research hours because she doesn't make exceptions for those.

I've taken Andrea for two courses (215 & 311) & I've really enjoyed her teaching. She's always cheerful & doing her best to make sure you understand her during lecture. You don't need the textbook if you attend lecture regularly -- she is straight forward & provides study guides for each exam. She will clear up misunderstandings with her accent.

She's very willing to help you if you ask for it. Don't be afraid to ask her to clarify something, because she does have a thick accent. DON'T SKIP LECTURE! Pay attention to all of the examples that she gives - including the ones about her family. They will more than likely be reiterated on the test.

Glad I had Dr. Friedrich as my prof for my first PSY class. I highly recommend her! She is funny and understanding to her students. This is a very large lecture class so you will not really get one on one time with her, but there are tons of resources to help you out. TAKE HER. Class is extremely easy, no need to read the online texts. The only outside of class work are the online labs once a week that are SUPER easy and quick. Exam material is literally straight from her powerpoints, so just type down everything on the powerpoints, read over it all a couple times before the exam and you'll get an A.

As long as you take notes, do the online labs, and study for exams you should pass with a high grade. I would definitely take her again, only thing I would do differently is start signing up for SONA research as soon as it begins.

She obviously cares a lot about her subject and is excited to teach her students.

Dr. Freiedrich is a great professor and definitely knows what she is talking about when teaching. Often give hilarious personal stories relating to the topic shes teaching. Would take her classes again in the future.

Professor Friedrich cares about her material and her students success. Go to class and take good and thorough notes and you will do fine. Tests are somewhat difficult, spend time studying the notes.

She is super sweet and makes sure that you understand the concepts when she talks about them. Take really good notes though, so that means that going to class is very important. The tests are a little tough since they are centered around examples instead of definitions, but the class is pretty doable. Don't take if you're lazy and don't go to class

Classes are her reading from powerpoints and us taking notes, doesn't post them online so try not to miss a class. Tests usually have some questions that are specific and not really talked about, have yet to get an A on an exam. Outside online labs and SONA research can be done between periods.

Dr. Friedrich is a great psych professor. Attendance isn't mandatory, but she doesn't post the lecture powerpoints so it might as well be. I hardly ever studied for any of the exams and got an A on every single one. All you have to do is show up and take notes. Easy A, and the final isn't cumulative.

Andrea is a great professor! She can be a little hard to understand at times, but overall does not make the class too difficult. The tests are more example based than definition based, but there are helpful reviews prior to the exams. There is also a quizlet made before each exam I used to study under the user: tntharp1

I absolutely love professor Friedrich. She is super sweet and the lectures are easy to follow. She does have a heavy accent but you will get used to it very quickly. The tests are pretty basic just study a bit before and youll be fine!

Dr. Friedrich is very knowledgeable about her field, and she's also very friendly and approachable! Attendance is mandatory, and she also doesn't post her lecture slides, so definitely go to class. The textbook is "required" but I never bought it and never needed to. Overall good class!

Hard test but easy labs every week.

This class was just lots of online video lectures (due to COVID). She was understanding, but the lectures seemed like they were filmed for middle school children. The lab component was extremely boring and tedious. Exams were average, just like most of the class. She seems like a very nice teacher, but definitely felt like a 100-level class.

Professor Friedrich made notes very interesting. I really enjoyed the way she taught the class. The exam content was based on application and so it was not easy to answer 60 questions in 60 minutes but the exams, content wise, was fair.

Professor Friedrich did a very good job at teaching the material. The grades are from weekly labs and four tests. Not a hard class at all, just go to lectures and take notes and you will be fine.

She was very nice and also easy to get ahold of. She doesn't take attendance but I would recommend attending class for the lectures because everything in the lectures will be on the exams. If you do the labs and study for the exams, you'll be fine. She says you are supposed to be reading the "textbook" outside of class but I didn't and had a B.

The best I mean take her for psychology you will not regret it. Her lectures are great and the examples she provides are on point. Your best friend is definitely the study guide she provides for each exam! She is a 6/5 hands down

Her class is easy if you go to lectures. A lot of students can get a decent grade by just lectures but I found it to be easier if I also took notes from the textbook. She provides the textbook for free online. Her tests always have at least one question that you cannot get wrong but otherwise you'll most likely need to do some studying.

She is a really good teacher. If you are taking PSY 100, you need to take her. She is so nice and caring and gives such easy notes. Her tests are a little hard so just pay attention in class. Such an easy teacher, take her.

Andrea is the best PSY 100 professor and truly cares about her students. Labs are fully online, and your grade depends on labs and exams alone. The exams were not cumulative and she offered multiple extra credit opportunities in the last 2 weeks of the semester. There is a lot of material but much of it is self-explanatory.

I love Andrea's lectures. She is so sweet and engaging. Her tests, however are very hard and very application based. Take good notes on everything she says, not just whats on the slides. She doesn't post the slides either. That said, her engaging lecture and kind personality make up for it

It's obvious she cares about her students and she's very understanding! Lectures were interesting and you should show up since they aren't posted. The tests were a lot harder than the study guides so make sure to really study the material and have examples in mind for everything.

I really liked her bubbly personality, and you could tell she cared for her students. I will say that you should definitely study and take notes for the test. Also, you need to make sure you don't miss any homework assignments, because she doesn't take late work, and there are only 500 points in the whole course (each homework is worth 10 points)

Andrea's PSY100 class is a great choice. Her engaging lectures and kind personality make up for the challenging exams. I found Unstuck ai and ChatGPT helpful for study prep.

One of the nicest professors ever. I didn't love all of the in class activities, but honestly she made up for it and her tests were fair!

Honestly, this has been my easiest class. She was a great professor. Knew how to explain thing in a way that was easy to digest. You do have to show up to class, as she will not post any notes on Canvas, but the lectures are fun and interesting. We did not have a textbook. Everything you needed for homework was embedded within the work itself.

Dr. Friedrich is amazing! She is so sweet and very understanding. PSY195 is just a career planning and info class so the level of difficulty was very easy. But, she cares deeply about teaching and her students. Very good to take as a psych major and can answer any questions about material or anything in general. One of my favorites.

Dr friedrich is an overall amazing proffesor as well as an amazing person. She genuinely cares about her students and wants everyone to succeed. I love her.
