Witmer is such a good teacher! You won't be disappointed. You will have 5 pop quizzes in your discussion classes that are usually about 50 minutes! Also, his lectures are sometimes boring but can be entertaining. You have to read a ton of stuff because most of what you read will be on essays and quizzes. Overall an amazing teacher!!

Attendance is not mandatory but most exam questions come from the lecture! One essay and 5 unannounced pop quizzes on the weekly readings. His lecture is a bit dry and he doesn't put words on his slides, just pics.

Prof Witmer has great lectures. It's boring because its history but he definitely makes effort and wants students to do well. Going to discussion section once a week was easy too just annoying and 5 super easy quizzes.
