Digh is awsome! He is always there to help you in anyway, unlike some other professors (eecchheem.. white... eeccccheeemm bonk) sorry something in my throat. Anyway, he is a great teacher and some other professors should follow his example.

Dr. Digh is the bomb. He is a great professor, he gives you all the class notes in handouts. The only thing is that he makes his tests unreasonably hard for no apparent reason. He is always willing to help.

At least Dr. Digh tried to make the course as easy as possible, but 245 has just way too much stuff to learn about. The good thing about Dr. Digh is that you'll be ready to take the MFAT if you're a computer science major. You'll remember the stuff.

Dr.Digh is the absolute best teacher to take for SCI INQ or probably any class really. I loved Dr.Digh so much that I will probably take one of his computer classes. As long as you do the work...you will totally be fine in this class. I would highly recommend him.

Digh is an easy and good teacher. Attendance is only a small fraction of grade... helps any student out if you ask him to.

He is kind and tries to help, but he has some problems. His programming assignments are badly written up and can be very confusing and place awkward restrioctions on the program design. When asked for help he often just stands there with a grin on his face for upwards of 5 minutes and doesn't say anything. He is also just plain wrong sometimes.

Dr. Digh is an advocate for each and every Mercer student. He is passionate about his job and has a gigantic heart. Although his class seemed to have a lot of busywork, I learned a lot and had a blast while doing it. Dr. Digh is a huge asset to Mercer and I recommend you take at least one class with him while here.

Scientific Inquiry is a boring class and isn't much fun, but Dr. Digh really tries to get you involved and has a ton of handouts. just hold on to those and turn in stuff on time and you'll be fine.

This guy was totally awesome and I wish I had the chance to take him again. I hard he's difficult when it comes to actual computer class, but he's very open and you can ask him for help at any point(open door policy). He was also very enthusiastic and made it a point to know who you were, for better or worse.

Doc is the man. He's always there for you if you need him. The work is really hard if you've never done programming before, but if you try your best and get help from Doc, you'll do just fine. He travels more than any other professor I know, especially to Disney World. Ignore the comment below.

Dr. Digh is a wonderful person and superb teacher. He knows how to communicate and relate to his students; he's capable of breaking down any problem in the most simple terms if necessary. Easy to approach, Dr. Digh always makes time for his students as he obviously values their education and friendship above all else.

He's a coach so of course he has favorites but so what! If you can't pass his class then it's your own fault. You need to do the readings and write a few essays but other than that the class was all fun group projects. I highly recommend!

Doc is the boss. Had him for 205. He's a great professor. His greatest quality is consistency & clarity in presentation. Don't let his enthusiasm for the subject put you off -- he knows what he's talking about. I'd highly recommend taking _any_ of his classes. Buy a 3" binder for his class, he gives lots of handouts. A++

Dr. Digh is very enthusiastic about what he teaches and knows the material well. Granted, his tests and exams are very hard, but if you show him you're working hard and go to his office hours, he'll definately help you out.

Good Teacher, Hard material in the class. He cares a lot about each and every student as long as you aren't particularly difficult and you show at least a little effort. He is extremely smart, somewhat awkward, but all around one of my favorite teachers ever!

I took his class online over the summer and had a pretty easy time with it but when we had one project that I was stumped on I sent him an email and he responded with his cell phone number and let me call him and he walked me through all of the difficulties I was having. A professor like that is rare!

His labs and projects can be tough, but they're also fun! His quizzes and tests are similar, and they're difficult; just take notes in class and study your labs, and you'll be fine.

Dr. Digh is a phenomenal professor. He teaches C++ well, but his best attribute is his love for learning and his attitude. 310 would have been so much more difficult had I not been excited to see Dr. Digh and learn throughout the semester. He has great office hours, is always willing to help, and provides feedback in great time.

Dr. Digh was an amazing professor that I enjoyed learning under. He made my transition to Mercer University so much easier. I really struggled and he was always there for me and listened when I needed him to. I also struggled with quite a few health issues and was very understanding of that. The MFT isn't really a class, but I still wanted to commend Dr. Digh for the support he gave in preparing for this exam. He linked several useful resources including questions from past courses that were worth reviewing. The test itself is very easy to pass; if you have paid attention in your classes, you should do well and pass automatically.

Programming team is so much fun, and Dr. Digh is a big part of that. I've taken this course the past three falls, and each time, I've enjoyed it immensely. Dr. Digh will bring treats to each practice, and he does not pressure you to do well. He lets everyone gain confidence at their own pace and is extremely supportive.

While it's clear that Digh cares about his students deeply, his way of lecturing is not my favorite. He calls on students in a cold-call fashion to make sure they're paying attention. His tests and quizzes usually have a couple of questions out to "trick" you which can be aggravating as they're already weighted heavily. His coding projs are fun tho

All the material he uses is his own, he's always available outside of class, and he wants to make sure you're actually understanding the material. Only complaint would be that I often find myself doing most of the learning by myself, reading the material, than in the lectures

Digh provides really interesting lectures alongside labs that help with understanding coursework. My biggest issue was the short amount of time between big projects and exams, it often left me stressed out because I had other classes going on. He is always available if you need help, though!

He clearly loves what he does and is very caring for his students. His tests are very difficult, but he is an understanding and fair grader. Study the review sheets, quizzes, and projects and you're good.

Digh is easily the best in the CS department. However, he WILL challenge you. Exams are extremely tough, but quizzes are manageable and the projects are not too bad as long as you start early. Still, you will definitely need to study a ton and work harder than usual to do well in his class. No matter what, though, he is always happy to help you.

Digh's class is tough but rewarding. The exams are challenging, but the quizzes and projects are manageable with hard work. Definitely attend class and utilize unstuck AI alongside the free textbook - it really helps with study prep.

As a Freshman Getting Dr. Digh as my number one source was so useful. The class is not a breeze, you will have essays, and you will do activities, however I enjoyed every part. I continue to see Dr. Digh around campus and he will wave and even have converstaions with me. Just an amazing guy who cares for your success, if you get him you're lucky

I love Dr. Digh! His lectures are engaging, and he's very easy to talk to about any problems you have. His quizzes are typically harder than his tests, though. Explains things clearly and concisely; if you have any questions, he responds quickly to emails and, if he's not in class, you can check his office. 10/10, would take again!

He's like the fizz of a soda pop. He's genuinely caring and nice and wants you to succeed in the class. As long as you do the reading and participate you will be fine. He offers retakes for essays and offers valid criticism as long as you turn it in on time. The only sad thing is Im probably not going to take him again cuz he doesnt teach my major.
