He is really over the top most of the time and really corny that makes you think he is all talk,but I just got a truck that had a sticker price at $21,000 and bought it at $12,745, not bad eh? Thanks to Andy.

Andy is the coolest teacher ever! He makes business so much fun and I couldn't wait to get to his class every day. He is hilarious! On the midterm, the backs of the test pages had these stupid, funny joke worksheet things.

Take him for GBUS 101! I learned SO MUCH in tht class and I won't forget it. I don't recommend him for INTST tho. It was a lot more boring and a lot of the class time was spent listening to presentations. For assignments, don't wry abt content as much, focus on format and what he asks to be in there

EUROPE was soo fun! take andy's classes and u can go on trips to europe! very easy and fun teacher.

He may look like Drew Carey, but DON'T call him Drew. I learned a lot in his class and was glad to be in it. If I ever go back to that school and he's still there, I'll register for more classes with him for sure.

GB 101 was great, but INTST 150 was somewhat of a repeat. He's fun to listen to and keeps the class's attention, but outside of class he isn't very willing to help. I'd reccomend 101, not 150

This is probably the first class where I've actually remembered everything in class without having to study. He actually manages to make it that interesting.

He's a cool instructor I don't care for business classes to much, but he made it interesting.

I would have to say best teacher I have ever had. You learn alot of stuff you will actually use. His projects take some effort, but if you do them you will get a good grade. His Europe trip was the most fun I have ever had! Great guy Great teacher Highly reccomended.

He always makes the class interactive, so the hardest thing in his class is to feel boring. He also gives good grades generously, plus lots of extra credits opportunities. I love the teamwork we did for a research project. You will learn some practical things from him plus having a perfect score.

He is soooo funny!! Incredible FUNNY !! And you can learn a lot!! Not joking!BUT he cares attendance so much! And his research project is kind of serious. I am lazy BUT I still strangly recommend it!! so you can know how great this class is!!

Andy is a hilarious teacher. Is class is very interactive. Attendance is graded. His mid-term and Final is a joke. He makes the class interesting and has a firm grasp on what he is teaching. This is a great course if you are looking for a quick introduction into International Business.

Have had two classes with this guy and have to say have never had so much fun while learning a lot at the same time. He is the most unique and fun teacher i have ever had. The class is easy if you do the work. IBEC You will soon know the meaning of this.

I loved coming to class everyday because I knew I was going to learn from a professor who loves what he's teaching and who knows what he's talking about. Prof. Johnson's disposition is always pleasant. He provides more than adequate opportunity for students to excel. Thank you for making the class so interesting! You're a GREAT PROFESSOR!

Quite possibly THE BEST teacher EVER. He made me look forward to come to class each day. Every day I learn something new. I love his humorous teaching style. He even teaches you how to buy a car 1/2 price! I would recommend taking his classes. The best learning experience I have ever had.

Andy has to be one of the best teachers at BCC. His class is so fun and rewarding. you dont even know that you are learning until you get out of the class. i learned so much from him because he uses jokes and funny stories to teach and to get his point accross.the projects are also fun. the tests are easy too if you just read over your notes!

by and large the best teacher that I can remember having. I recommend this teacher and this class even if it is not in your major, it is incredibly useful. he is very engaging, and will teach you what you need to know about money. on sick days you will still want to go to his class. I'm tempted to go sit in on his classes again and just listen.

He uses the textbook a little, but you need it for tests. He requires you to be in calss everyday, or you fail. He is the easiest teacher to make appointments with, and definately has something new to talk about everyday.

The best teacher ever! His class is fun and interesting. At the end of each class he will leave you hanging just to keep you hooked and wanting to return the next day! Before I signed up for his class I heard about Andy and how good of a teacher he was. And from that moment I had to see for myself how great of a teacher he really is and I have to say I was amazed. Greatest teacher ever. Andy is hilarious, upbeat and extremely knowledgeable. He will make your learning experience fun as hell (very fun). Just respect his right to make assignments late if you come in just one minute after he takes attendence. He generally wont negotiate too much about this policy. Funny guy though.

Andy is awesome. My friend told me to take him and I do not regret it. You learn a lot of stuff in one quarter but you don't even know it. He teaches you how to buy stuff for half price and save money on things. Take him.

He is funny, but sometimes he is "over funny"...he gave no excuse for absence and gave hard grade without any reason...he is kind, but not from his heart...you know what I mean...

Andy is a great teacher overall and helps you understand the material very well through his lectures which he makes very entertaining. You will never fall asleep in his class, that's for sure. One thing, don't expect him to be sympathetic with you at all. He doesn't care how you feel. He's very sarcastic and you never know when he's being serious.

I found him kind of quirky with the odd humor. Grades really easily, bur teaches kind of vaguely. It's a fun class, but I didn't really like him as a person. Weird and full of himself. Basically, if you're not keen on learning but you want an A, take this class.

No matter what you plan on majoring in you should take this class. You will want to go to class every day - he makes it fun. The group project was a little bit difficult - but not that bad. You will learn things that will actually help you live a more successful life.

Great teacher, if you try, which i did not, you get an A. Hardly any assignments, but the ones that the grades, COUNT BIG TIME. BNig group presentation that lasts one hour. Good humored, would take him again.

Funny and quirky. Not necessary clear on the assignments or what we need to know for the test, but overall easy class, just show up and do the work and laugh at his corny jokes and you'll get a good grade.

his 101 class was more helpful but taking him again for international business he is not as helpful since it feels like you are just taking his class over again

This teacher is one of the best teachers I have ever had in my life. You will learn ALOT! You have to be there EVERYDAY you can not be 1 minute late. There is a big project in the end you have to do good in test. Not alot of homework. VERY FUNNY! Take this class it's worth your money.

This guy is an impossibly great teacher, he has an innate ability to make even business one of the most fun and interesting subjects to learn. he has a story for everything and insightful advice plus he is genuinely hilarious. he used to be a freaking media representative for the U.S. for Pete's sake! Everyone must take this class.

Decent teacher, I learned a lot. Had at least one group project, had to make presentations in front of the class. Lectures the whole class, tests are relatively difficult. I got a good grade because I attended daily. You must be prompt, he takes attendance every day at the beginning of class and will not mark you present if you are late.

Andy is amazing i took him for internation business 150 and i took his advance international business 280!!! Great teacher, come to class and listen then you are will get an A! has a couple group projects but nothing to bad. Very interesting teacher brings alot of experience to the class!

Entertaining teacher. ATTENDANCE IS CRUCIAL. The class consists of two tests (midterm + final), a huge research paper + presentation, and an essay in the beginning. He does give out extra credit when applicable. He makes teaching fun!

He is probably the best instructor you can find on campus. The way he lectures makes time fly by and you remember stuff easily. Quarter has 2 easy tests and 2 projects.

I've had Andy for three different classes. I took his Intro to Business class and found that I liked what was being taught, I changed my major and have pursued it since. Do the study abroad and you will learn a lot and have a great time. Show up, ask lots of questions, and be open to learning some new things. You will be successful in his class!

I thinking he is much easier than what he use to be like from reading the reviews. 3 easy tests. I think he knows a lot. Think of questions to ask. You will learn more.

Andy is a great teacher. His lectures are actually fun to listen to, and he gets the information to stick in your head. You don't have to read the textbook as his quizzes are about 95% based off his lectures. He is nice and his class is highly recommended!

Andy believes that learning should be fun, and he makes it fun! There are rarely days where I am bored or dont want to be there. His tests are multiple choice/true or false and usually aboout 25 questions long.If you want to take a class where you will learn ALOT of useful information, and still ahve fun, I suggest that you take this class.

Very clear and precise. Extremely interesting teacher and clearly knows the material he is teaching. He is funny, and caught my attention so much that I would be DYING to come back to class the next day. I am a criminal justice major myself, but I thoroughly enjoyed this class and you will learn alot from him.

Great teacher! I really enjoyed his class! Makes coming to class mandatory, class is actually fun and interesting! His tests are quite easy and no homework! You dont have to read the book, but it never hurts to read it because somethings on the test are in the book. Other then that, he is a great teacher !

Andy Johnson's Business 101 class was awesome! He is funny and very engaging. His lectures are very interesting and easy to understand. He includes a lot of stories and personal experiences in his talks. He was very organized and I found it easy to take notes. I learned a lot! The textbook is not required, but I would recommend buying it.

Andy is a great teacher. He gets you interested the material rather than puts you to sleep. Funny guy, not much homework. Show up and participate and you'll pass. He lets the class out early (usually). HOWEVER, he seems to make you figure things out on your own. I asked him the datetime of the final which he wouldn't tell me, causing me to miss it

All information is clear and if you have any questions, he's there to answer them. He also has a policy of "if you show up to class and laugh at my jokes, you get participation points". Show. Up. To. Andy makes learning about business fun and interesting. His class is super entertaining and you'll learn a lot throughout the quarter without even realizing it. The only thing I disliked about his class was the fact that there was only like 5 quizzes all quarter which accounted for your entire grade. Make sure you take good notes .

Best class I've ever taken by far! His lectures are super interesting and he's a really funny, nice guy. The only things that go in the gradebook are 3 tests, the final, and attendance. Tests and the final are 25 multiple choice questions. No homework ever! Overall, really fun and easy. Dont buy the textbook, it $180 and we used it once.

No homework. Andy is a funny guy and he makes the class interesting with all of his personal stories/examples. It's kind of hard to write down his stories though, so don't miss class! Take notes & study for the tests, and you should get at worst a B.

Andy is extremely clear with his grading. A few multiple choice tests (25 questions each) and no homework. Take good notes, ask good questions, and study your notes. His lectures are engaging, and he tries to make it funny for you. Textbook is supplemental; I didn't even touch it.

Honestly the best teacher ive had yet while at BC. As long as you are at least in class and paying attention you will pass easily. I took zero notes and received an A (and im nowhere near a A student). If you need a easy class to balance your hard ones this is it.

Professor Johnson makes class very fun, so it is not hard to follow the lectures. He likes to tell a lot of stories from his experience that is related to that day's lesson. The stories really make the lesson interesting and applicable to the lesson. Quizzes and tests were also all multiple choice.

Andy is AWESOME. He's a very passionate teacher and makes each lecture really interesting. there is NO homework and only 4 tests/quizzes which are all multiple choice and very easy as long as you pay attention in class. He has study guides and if you show up to class he shares some of the test questions. He is invested in helping you to succeed.

Andy doesn't assign homework assignments for this class, but he does lecture everyday. At the beginning of the quarter he says that he wants to make this the funniest class ever. He tells lots of jokes and stories that are relatible to class. grades are based on exams, but they aren't hard, take notes and look over them and you'll pass.

Andy is the best teacher Ive ever had!! He makes an effort to get to know everyone, more then just learning names. The classes are lectures, but in a fun way- lots of jokes and funny moments. Not once was I bored or uninterested. No homework, just a t/f/multiple choice test every other week(ish). Theres a textbook, but it isnt needed at all.

Andy was an amazing professor, he teaches you important things that are useful outside of class. There was no homework, no projects or papers. The only thing he graded was participation and exams. He kept the class interested by telling funny stories and jokes. I was never interested in Business AT All, but I am now interested because of him.

I really enjoyd taking Andy's class this past semester. He is really funny and is good at keeping people engaged. Basically no homework ( other than 1 or 2 readings) and was graded on the quizes, participation, and the final. My one problem with his class is that he doesn't always put the best effort, sometimes giving very kindergarten explanations

Andy Johnson is one of the best professor I have ever had. You will learn life lesson in his class. He is a very memorable. If you ever get a chance take his class you won't be disappointed. Just do what he says and do the assignments and you will pass. Just take lecture notes and you will be fine.

This professor gives really good lectures and is really funny and engaging. However if you skip class you will miss a lot. You have to study very hard for the exams and it is difficult to get an A. I learned a lot, and for someone who wants to go into Business, I would recommend this. However if you need an easy A do not take this course.

This class was beyond amazing! Andy creates a very fun environment and never fails to include numerous jokes each class. This class is heavily based on lectures, no homework is ever assigned. You will be able to maintain a good grade as long as you attend class and take notes.

This class is exactly what you'd expect from an intro business class. We covered many business related things loosely rather than 5 main topics intensively. Andy is a great guy and is always willing to help a student out. No homework, 4 tests (including a final), and syllabus quiz. No use of canvas, instead an alternative way to manage your grade.

Andy is honestly such a gem! His lectures are so fun and easy to understand. He goes through very quickly so make sure you are paying attention However, he doesn't use Canvas so everything needed to say is all in class. He gives an optional review day before exams where you can ask him questions.

Andy is a beast of a teacher. Awesome lectures, easy tests and he does a great job keeping your attention. Gives a little bit of extra credit. Go to class because attendance is a huge portion of your grade. I honestly can't recommend this guy enough. If you are interested in business, or just need an easy elective, take him and don't think twice.

Class only consists of quizzes conducted every week, which is usually given 2 chances to do. Video lectures to watch weekly, which can be lengthy, so be sure to start early. Andy is an awesome professor; I am sure his class would've been a blast to attend in person.

Only gave YouTube lectures, but they were interesting topics to learn! Seems to be a really nice guy with many stories to tell. Only graded from weekly "exams" (I would consider them quizzes) with topics based on the lecture. Does give textbook readings, but I think the lectures are already good enough. I did not use the textbook at all.

Teaches mainly by youtube lectures, with a little bit of supplemental textbook reading. His lectures can be really long, sometimes an hour+, but he's very entertaining and has lots of cool, interesting stories to tie into his teaching. Great teacher, and I'm sad I couldn't have him in person. Absolutely recommend this teacher.

The best teacher I've ever had at BC. Make sure you watch and take notes on lectures, otherwise you won't be successful. I wish I could have taken in person. If you watch the lectures and take notes you will ace the quizzes, he only assigns one quiz a week that he grades. Be aware of trick questions but they are not difficult. His lectures are funny, sometimes gets off topic, but teaches the content in a relatable way.

Just watch his lectures and read the textbook chapters and you'll be good. You will have a quiz every week (8 questions only) and you get 2 tries! the quizzes are so easy! Its impossible to fail his class :)

All you have to do is watch the videos which are incredibly funny and take multiple choice quizzes. Not only that, although the quizzes are easy if you are truly interested in the content it is very helpful. "Always be polite to people with guns" "Selling ice cream can be an act of terrorism" "superbowl tickets for the grade you deserve *wink*"

Literally the greatest teacher at Bellevue College. I learned so much thanks to his hilarious lectures and his amazing personality! The entire quarter is just ten 8 question exams due Sunday, and they are super easy if you watched the lectures. Take this class!

Every week he sends out an email of lecture videos & links to articles that he lectures about. I enjoyed his lectures. He's hilarious & had many great stories to share relating to business. I usually watched them in 1.5x speed since they are ~1hr each. No assignments or homework, just 1 test/wk; very easy & you get 2 tries. I didn't read the book.

As long as you watch the video lectures, you're fine. Only reason I didn't get an A is because I guessed the answers on one of the tests.

I LOVED this professor, I wish I taken him in person and would 100% recommend. Online, he sends an email containing links every week. 3-4 yt links around 1 hour long, after each week there is a 8 question quiz and he does require a textbook however I never used it. It might seem boring but I have learned a lot! (P.S There is a quizlets w/ answers)

Andy is one of the best professors I've had. His classes help you balance out your life, school, and work. His lectures are really funny and informative.

Despite this course being async, I had a great experience with Andy Johnson. I really wanted him to provide this course in-person. His lectures were lengthy, entertaining, and educational. Every week's quiz has questions that are based on the lecture material. You will therefore succeed in this course if you pay attention in class and take notes.
