I hated her for English 105.....she was my least favorite teacher at this school!

Don't like her. She is rediculously boring, and laughs at her own jokes. Also tells a lot of boring stories about herself. Relatively easy grader, but not much after that. If you have the opportunity not to take her, definately don't.

awful teacher. if you're not a suck up, she doesn't care about you, and gives you C's. i started off getting A's, and i didnt suck up, my work is the same, and i'm getting C's.. You will love this class if you know how to brownnose.

not clear at all. It is impossible to tell what she wants you to hand in. her class is extremely boring. i dread going to it. Quizzes are pretty easy and it is not hard to get an A or a B.

This class is horrible, Angela has no idea how to teach a course. She talks way to much about nothing and after about the first 5 minutes of class you start contemplating wheither or not it would be more fun to jump out of a window and get hit by a truck

Downer-she never makes eye contact unless she calls you out.assignments, pointless.papers, about nothing.Upside-never go to class,do all the assignments, turn them all in late and still get at least a B

WOW, she is not good at all. She is not clear on her grading, and when you ask her about it, she has no explaination. She is confusing, and actually gives a midterm and final that have nothing to do with English. She is not helpful and likes to brag. Do not take her!!

AWFUL

She has to be the worst teacher I have ever had. She moves paper deadlines the day they are due. Her lectures make you want to fall asleep or die. She doesn't really know grammar that well because it always takes her longer than the students to figure sentences out. Do not take her unless you want your head to expolde.

this class was not easy! she'll admitt that she has a sing-song voice and its really easy to fall asleep in her class- but don't because she give directions at really random times and i think i screwed up just about every assignment because i didn't hear one little detail. she has favorites and doesn't really worry about anyone else. beware!

First of all, it's EXTREMELY hard to pay attention to her because she has the "lullabye" voice--she doesn't care because she just wants the class to be quiet while she's talking. she definitely has favorites and students she doesn't like, and she WILL embarrass you in front of the class. Secondly, she's very unclear about directions for assignments

Adams is an AWFUL professor. She picks favorites, and does not grade fairly. During class, she NEVER looks at you, she stares over everyone. She has no clue how to write herself, therefore she can't fairly grade a paper. BEWARE OF THIS CLASS.

Adams is an awful prof. Class is a waste of time. Her assignments are boring, unoriginal. She is extremely harsh with some people and not with others.

Stupid class. Take her if you miss 7th grade english. You have to go to class and all you do is busy work. Her grading is confusing, just go to her office and have her look at your paper beforehand if you want an A. Makes you do WAY too much work before the final. AVOID

All around poor teacher. She was really biased in her opinions and if you didn't agree she would treat you like and idiot. Prior to her class I had never had a teacher have a problem with my writing and I was in I.B.(like AP but tougher). She seemed to have a personal problem with me and consequently graded me lower. Avoid her, she's a demeaning...

She never gave an A to anyone in the entire class. She would not make eye contact and look at the back wall the entire time. She acted as though we were fourth graders.

She would show up at the exact moment class was supposed to start. She would NEVER look us in the eyes, just talk to the back wall. Sometime I wondered if she remembered where she was. She taught us as though we were in fourth grade. Her grading on papers was ridiculous because you didn't use some small grammar trick she taught us.

She really doesn't know what she is talking about, she talks down to all the students in the class and does not take the time to actually teach the students.

Worst professor ever. She grades papers too strictly and the papers suck.Do not make the mistake I did with this class, take a different teacher

She doesn't look students in the eyes. She also talks to them as if they did not know anything.

Rude and cares way too much about how she looks and not enough on how she teaches.

She is so annoying and when I say that I really mean it. But if you do everything she wants you to do she isn't that bad of a grader. But really if you can avoid her try. She gave our class a mid-term and a final. Idk any other teacher that does that for UCWR.

She is one of the most annoying people I have ever met. If you have to take her just drop the class. She is a righteous person who will do anything to prove that she is an African American woman and can say whatever she wants to say. I want to fall asleep every time I'm in her class and am counting down the days until the class is over.

Horrible, don't take if at all possible.

She is a picky grader and tough. She will give you -2 mark signs off of what you really deserve if you don't do your best on your midterm essay. Avoid her if possible, she is not good for your health. I received the lowest grade from 21 classes!

Do not take her

She's a crazed liberal. I'm not a republican, but after listening to her bash the republican party every single day for weeks straight I felt compelled to stand up for them. Her entire class evolves around her liberal bias and agenda.

She's very unorganized and rants on and on about random crap nobody cares about. She acts like everything she says is pure gold where in reality is crap. She is a descent grader but if you are going for an A don't take her. I dreaded going to her class. Would highly recommend taking another teacher.

This class is very easy. However, the teacher can ramble on about unnecessary stories that are irrelevant to what we would be discussing about. She is very nice and extremely understand but paying attention in class can be sometimes very difficult.

Worked my butt off for an A-. She's a pretty nice person, but as a teacher, she lacks humility and passion for helping students. In short, she's a mediocre professor. The class isn't impossible. But if you have the chance, take someone else.

Nice person but poor teacher-- she tends to ramble on about subjects that do not pertain to writing at all which tend to drive students crazy. The stuff she teachers is also not very profound...

By far one of the worst teachers I've ever had in my life. This woman is ALL OVER THE PLACE. She is very unclear with assignments yet still expects you to hand in exactly what she wants. She's also a relatively difficult grader. I'm a freshman English major and she has very much given me a terrible impression of the LUC English Department.

Just pick a different teacher if you can... She was tolerable at best. The course wasn't too difficult and the work load is manageable, but Adams doesn't make her expectations clear. She's extremely cocky and arrogant. If you want an A, just work your butt off, get on her good side, and don't miss any assignments. Best of luck to those that get her

SHE. IS. AWFUL. I made the mistake of taking a once a week class and by the end of the 2.5 hours suicide sounds lovely. She's in her own world all the time but somehow thinks shes making sense. Easy grader, in my opinion, but awful at responding to emails and an overall drag. I dread this class.

your grade is what you work for. Will not accept late work and was told to forget everything I learned in high school in terms of writing a essay. She is a great professor if you get to know her

She loves to hear herself talk, she will go on for half the class just rambling about unrelated topics. Her class isn't too hard, her grading makes it difficult bc she's a very tough grader and doesn't give much explanation as to why you got the grade you did. She also likes to brag about how difficult she is about grades and gives no extra credit.

I am writing this during class and please do not take this class. She has the ability to talk about class topics but at the same time makes no sense. She will go on tangents, talk about random things and make no sense. Her grading is also unclear and instructions are also very unclear. She is very friendly and generous with extensions but mediocre.

She often needed to fully explain topics or various parts of the class and, when met with questions would not answer them in a clear way or would brush them off an not answer them at all. She also wont let you write on a topic she disagrees with.
