This teacher is soooo sweet...I loved her class, she tries to help as much as she can, and she makes math seem like its so easy and chill...Good teacher, I hate math but loved taking her class!

AWESOME!! Angie is sooo cool... 55555555555555555... lol.. Singing in class to the to the tune "Whip it" but Math style was hilarious. And the egg song was funny too.. lol.. TAKE HER!

Best teacher at Cerritos hands down. I thought all math teachers would be like her and it was a huge let down when I got my 80 teacher. If she teaches any classes I need I'm taking her. She is very smart and explains things well.

I don't like her! She's always late when class starts and when she doesn't show up, she doesn't give her students any warning nad that's completely unprofessional. Don't take her class!

The students that didn't like professor Conley probably didn't try hard in her class. She has a wonderful sense of humor and goes above and beyond to help her students. I really struggled in math, but thanks to professor Conley and my own hard work and determination, I passed her class with a B. I recomend her to all students who struggle in math.
annoying, always late, hyperactive, doesn't grade homework or even go over it. but she will try to help you in a very nice way if you go to her office. her other classes are probably better
She is so annoying! and really cheesy, she never helps you at all. She assigns computer assignments (yeah for math thats what i was thinking) that are not even beneficial to the class. She was constantly late to every class and even cancelled like 5 times, and didnt even seem like she cared!DO NOT TAKE HER!!
I took her class this past fall semester, and I thought I was doing ok, my grades were pretty stable, but the final was impossible-she made a math test multiple choice! She's always late, and her teaching methods suck. She'd make a great comedian, but as for teaching she gave me a low grade after I busted my hump during that whole semester.

She is a great professor, if you took your time to do your work and paid attention to her lectures it is very easy to pass the class. Her humor makes the class go by quicker and she is more than happy to offer extra help.

Not recommended for Math150, seriously. Beginning of the semester, there weren't enough chairs to go around. By the end of the semester, 3/4 of the class dropped it. Doesn't collect HW. Tests are insanely hard. Only one guy got an A on them and I am not him. Don't take her unless you absolutely have to. She's very nice though, I'll give you that.
Great teacher, great person. She is fun and quirky and makes the class go by quicker. She will help anyone who makes an effort and cares a lot about the success of her students. The tests are hard but she does go through everything on there during class and is open to questions. She expects a lot from you, but its encouraging. Take her.

I took her 9-week 9 am and class spring 2011 and... she was ALWAYS late. Always! Most times half an hour and sometimes even longer! The only day she was not late was the first day and the day of the final! She is extremely nice though and kinda funny. I don't think I would want to take her again though.
Everything covered in class applies to HER questions not the HW. ALWAYS late . 15 mins rule doesn't apply to her class. 50 points r taken away if phone goes off during test. Whole class is failing. Horrible teacher.

DO NOT TAKE HER!!! She is always at least 20 min late and shows up with her kids! Doesn't go over homework or answer questions because she doesn't have enough time... if she showed up on time i'm sure we could get answers to homework. I never got anything lower than an A in math and i'm failing!! Save yourself the time and effort
She was ALWAYS late to class 15 minutes minimum and I mean always. She was on time LITERALLY once. We ran out of time near the end of the semester because she cancelled class last minute very often so we rushed through material. Her tests don't align with her homework. I am ALWAYS an A student in math (i love math), and I passed with a C.
Omg, who cares if she runs a little late?! This lady rocks. Math bores the hell out of me and she has been the only teacher EVER to keep me awake the whole semester. She's a sweetheart, and she's super helpful! Basically, if you do homework/study and ask for help when you need it, you're aces.
i highly recommend her ! the material is kind of hard but she really breaks it down and uses real life examples for data. she explains stuff really well when asked. almost to the point that u say " ohhhh how simple" lol
First time teaching calc II and not bad.I love her personality!I HATE her exams with a passion. She will put extremely hard RANDOM questions on her exams that will really force you to do every single hwk problem in the textbook. If you take her, don't expect an easy A. She comes on time more often, which is a big improvement from previous semesters
Had her for Calc 1. Definitely the funniest and most enthusiastic math teacher I have ever had. Presented the material in a interesting and easy to understand manner. I almost considered failing a semester of Calc 2 with another professor so I could take a second class with her. She is also super cute.
Conley is a very nice person, but a tough teacher. Her Math 190 is harder to get an A in due to the difficulty of her exams, but it is probably easier to get a B because of all of the take home assignments and extra credit opportunities.
She is a hard teacher! Come prepared and ready to learn, she is no nonsense kind of teacher. Make sure you come to class because missing 1 day of her class is like missing 5 (not fun at all).
She is probably the worst teacher ive had so far. She was constantly late and she would always rush into the work. If you asked a question she would get bothered and make you feel stupid in front of everyone. When the semester began there was 30 students and in the last week of school there was only about 8 of us.
Taking her class is fun but if you want to pass and your not good at math. dont take her class. no curveballs
She's a funny lady. Made me smile. I know a lot of people complained about her class when I took it. But, honestly, it's a community college level class. It's not harder than anything I took in hs. Yeah, you have to work a little. I hardly ever glanced in the book except to do hw. Mostly wrkshts in class. Ask questions and just try. :)

Professor Conley is an excellent Statistics instructor. She is helpful, pleasant, and she tries to make the class fun. She utilizes various techniques to help students learn the subject. I am not a math person, but I started to really enjoy statistics.

Shes very nice and funny but as professor she is very disorganized and is constantly late. HW and assignments where online which for a math class makes no sense, since you learn by doing the hw and having to do it online really made it harder to learn the material. Stats is not a easy class but her disorganization makes it harder
Possibly the worst Math teacher. She was always late to class and never really helped. When she had study groups she would only really focus on her Stats class and not her class that was there for the study sessions. DO NOT TAKE HER.
Took online. I do not recommend doing this. A lot of homework due online and worksheets due as well. Does offer study groups to help understand material, highly recommend attending, also go to office hours & tutoring as needed. Exams are extremely difficult & it's a 2 part exam, only 2 hours to take, sometimes not enough time.
Really cool instructor her group projects are really helpful , shes a bit flakey she takes a while to grade your work but overall really good instructor i would recomend
The book is an absolute must, she is a really good teacher I was able to understand math a little more, Lauren is great go to tutoring!!! She doubles your lowest test score , just do the work and try your best. Good Luck! There are write -ups this semester they were removed thank god! And show your work and try she will still offer points!
She was always late. She graded based on corrdct answers when she barely offered time in her office. SHe made you feel stupid in class, tell you to go to her office hours, and then she would be too busy doing administrative work instead of helping you. Only a few of us passed with a B, the rest got C's or failed.
She is cool, but talk a lot of stuff in the class that eats the time for the lecture. She gives a lot of work, and her tutor is arrogant feels like he is also the instructor. He is not really helping.
This professor does skip quite a bit of class. Be prepared to study a lot for Math190. Her homework does help though. Dont bother skipping class because thats what might save you from failing the class! If you can pick another professor, i would but shes better than a lot of other
Horrible. Worst professor I've ever had at this college. Her humor is so dry and cringe worthy. She even nitpicks at the vocabulary you use during an exam. If you can take this course at another college I recommend so. Runs late. This person shouldn't even be allowed to teach this course. Expect to learn off useless worksheets. No notes. Just bad.
Cancels class a few times and runs late. Is very disorganized at times and has uploaded a study guide for a test a day before the test, or postponed a test for a whole week because the study guide was not ready. If you want to pass always read the notes before class a few times and do hw otherwise you will not pass if you can, take another teacher.
Expect tests to be hard but as long as you study you should be good. The professor tends to be late, cancels class a few times, and can take a bit for her to upload study guides. She is better than most teachers but not an easy A. I recommend to always read the notes a few times, not procrastinate, and do the homework more than once.
Professor Conley is an alright professor, but she misses class too much. The class is weeks behind, and is probably going to rush the rest of the content at the end of the semester. It is, however, not that hard of a class and she does give lots of worksheets and homework problems for us to practice. Good overall, just doesn't show up enough.
Mrs. Conley is an inconsiderate professor. She missed class a few times & even canceled class on an exam day. She was consistently 5-10 min late to class daily. She was about 30 min late to our last two exams and including our final exam. She is very unorganized and always scrambling to print out worksheets & tests during class. Do not take her.
Loved her teaching style, but I failed her class because I didnt put in enough time to study. I wish professors would see that a lot of us arent math majors and just need this class to transfer, after that I never have to do math again but the 2-3 hours a day to study is a bit much when we have other classes and life .
A great professor. She guides you to the answers instead of flat out telling you how to do the problems. You really earn your grade with this professor, so if you don't put in the hours to study your outcome wont be desirable.
Professor Conley is a great statistics professor! You really have to work hard for your grade, and classwork and homework may be tedious but definitely helpful. She's open to tutor any time, and she encourages you to ask for help! The exams are the most important part of your grade, so work hard on those. Overall a great professor!
Didn't show up for the final, constantly late, teaching style is meant to challenge you then teach you after.

Due to having to take classes online, I ignored all the negative reviews about her and decided to take her. I believed all the other reviews wouldn't matter since it's now online, but it does matter. She constantly cancels class and expects you to keep up& she never grades anything so you're never up to date on what your grade is. Do not take her.
i wouldn't recommend taking her, at least for online classes (i'm not sure how she was in-person). she has a tendency to cancel class when least expected, and has a very disorganized and confusing teaching style.
You may have chosen her cuz it would've be a little easier. Well kinda. You never know what's going on cuz she's very disorganized, gives random quizzes/WS, inconsistent attendance, uploads files late and almost never updates the grades. A lot of HW, attendance is graded, and she relies too much on her TA. She's nice ig...
She makes you work for it and get ready to use your textbook. She cares about participation a lot. Feel free to use the embedded tutor but sometime it can use up all your time. Take home exams protect your grade during exams which is nice too! It was a fun class but definitely a good teacher. Just know your grades won't be coming till the end.
Idk why shes teaching upper division math. She blows off a lot of lectures and sometimes just gives us a random quiz to work on the whole time. Shes all over the place so she doesnt grade anything and rushes through chapters cuz shes so behind. Her test reviews are rarely like the exam. I passed but it was hardly worth dealing with her.
Things first went wrong a month into the semester where she skipped a whole week of class and we fell behind. 9 weeks into the semester and I had no idea what was going on; it is beyond me. "What happened after chapter 12.4," I ask myself daily that semester. I am scarred. Test reviews are eh. This was my last math class though. I AM FREE FOREVER.
uses Proctorio and makes you a lot things, if you miss any of them you get a zero. Horrible professor, relying only on TA, very unorganized. Do yourself a favor and skip her. At least Prof Leon teaches you. Will be retaking this course.
The class is basically taught by the TA. It's horrible experience. The class size was 25-30 students, there are around 20 open seats after 2 weeks. Just do yourself a favor a get anyone else. I lost one term due to this professor. She also uses proctorio btw.
Professor Conley has so much energy. She loves her subject and it shows. She is polite and cares. I would take her again. She kind of makes makes fun, as fun as it can be.
Overall unorganized, blames the students and her student helpers. Cancels class 30 minutes before it starts, had tests after a week straight of cancelled class. Mandatory tutoring hours taught by people that dont understand very well either. Wouldnt take her class again

skips class and is surprised the class doesn't do well on her hard exams. TA teaches more than she does. Disorganized and unreliable for grades, questions, and schedule. Only passed cuz of the take home portion of the exam (her exams comes in 2 parts which includes one on proctorio) she's nice (which usually cuts it for me) but even then; no thanks
extremely difficult. not understanding at all. only ever spoke to TA. Used other professors material (videos). Expect to get no help. Tests were strangely difficult. Plan accordingly (look at exam dates in syllabus). Only good thing was that attendance/participation scores and quiz score helped inflate the grade a little at the end.
We all know that college math is exceptionally difficult. Professor Conley is VERY unorganized and never has anything ready for class. For our second exam she was 37 minutes late for class after she instructed us to be there at 845, class is from 9am to 11:10am. She told us she had no empathy for us at the end. All pressure is on the tutors.
Conley is not the best professor I've gotten. She often picked on me to answer questions in class and was sort of rude if I didn't know. I felt like she expected too much from her students and her instructions are not really clear I already had an F in her class so I dropped it since this class wasn't my placement anyway.
Very unorganized and treats everyone rudely. She speaks to her tutors like their her kids. She doesn't care about any circumstances. She only is there for either experience or money. Its very strange she seems as if she doesn't like helping her students.
Beware of this teacher even if choosing the UNSYCRONIZED online course she still forced the class to attend mandatory(graded) tutor sessions weekly, and threatens to drop you if you do not attend her tutoring. Exams are majority grade and assigns up to 15 pages of homework a week on a regular semester.
This teacher is really really mean she doesn't care. She assigns stuff the night before, everything is extremely unorganized.
she's a very nice professor but it's just idk if I got bad luck and she just kept missing and calling off class a few minutes before it started which made the course pretty hard, I suggest studying a lot on this course and if you don't want to, be prepared to be completely lost. Overall it was a not very good experience, but goodluck if you do.
I didn't listen to her past victims. Don't take her class if you want stress free nights. Her canvas was a total mess, and the modules due dates were everywhere. She requires mandatory tutoring even if you don't need it, so you just sit there until the hour is done.
Her math112 class is way harder than a major. she makes it harder for you to have time for other classes. This class is x5 more harder and way more loaded with work. Expects you to own a external webcam. Expects you to visit her office time or tutoring session. Makes you use so many online tools. I advice to stay away from this/her classes
