The Peer Health Education program is excellant, and Angela is a great teacher. THe training is extensive but she makes it fun, nad once you're an active the class is a blast. You also feel like you are really doing something good for the school when you do presentations. Definately try and be a PHE!

The Peer Health Education program in general is wonderful for anyone who wants to make friends and learn and talk to others about health. The sexual health class, which Angela teaches, is amazing. Not only do you learn a ton in a discussion-based class that you'll always want to attend, you have a great time doing it. Definitely join!

This class is awesome for several reasons. Who doesn't like talking about sex? The class is less than 10 people and you really get to know everyone and become a tight little group! You definitely get to work on your public speaking skills in a less stressful way. Angela really enjoys what she does and it makes the class fun! Yay Sexual Health PHEs!

Angela is an amazing teacher. She gives up to date knowledge and you learn a wealth of stuff involved in sexual health. Being a PHE is a great opportunity to get involved on campus. The class is fun too!

She's an amazing person! She does require your participation and attendance, but that only makes class more enjoyable. She encourages discussions and include activity in class. Since this class focuses on Sexual Health, you have to be comfortable enough with the topic. Other than that, I highly recommended being a part of Peer Health Education!

Angela is such a great instructor. This class was more than just a class, it was an experience. I recommend this course to anyone interested in sexual health. The course is based on quizzed, 1 midterm and a final presentation. It was such an easy class because the subject matter is so interesting!

This is a very interesting and rewarding class. You learn lots of very useful informations and get to teach it to others. Plus, Angela is an excellant advisor. I didn't really have room to take this class but I sqeezed it into my schedule anyway!

She's great- really fun/informative class! I didn't have a huge interest in sexual health before but now "it's my world!" If you choose this class you will leave very well prepared to speak in front of people regarding sexual health issues.

Angela has the ability to involve the entire class in an enjoyable learning experience. She is open to discussion, promotes individual analysis and generally is conducive to lower levels of academic stress. It is a pleasure to be involved in her lectures. Angela is so helpful. do not let the book or the mandatory attendance intimidate you. if you get in, this is a class you are not going to want to miss. it was definitely my favorite class. the book is FREE and it really helps if you read it before the quizzes each week. the quizzes are also a very helpful study guide for the final.

Angela is amazing and so is this class!! Mandatory attendance but every class is so engaging and fun you will look forward to it every week! Class consists of weekly 5 point quizzes which are easy if you read the chapter before class (book is online and free by the way) also there is a midterm that is just like the quizzes, and a final presentation

Angela is an absolutely amazing instructor. She is very approachable and accommodating with each and every one of her students. I wish I started taking her class earlier so that I could have been a part of the program longer. She makes the class very enjoyable; one of the few classes I actually ENJOYED attending each week. Angela is a very good professor and very knowledgeable in COH100. The materials and power points all relates to the text. Her sense of humus makes learning environment perfect. Read your notes,text,and pay attention as she goes through the power points then you will be just find.

Angela.., is spectacular. She seems to be always out top everything. Had extremely well work ethics. And understands the working student schedule. Fair is an understatement when describing her. Angela is by far the best professor I have had at Sdsu! She is very attentive in and out of the classroom and definitely knows her stuff. I love that she is so laid back and enthusiastic every class period. She inspires me to do well in her class.

ur graded w/points which u earn by doing presentations, tabling, and/or extra credit. u get to choose how u earn ur points for ex: if ur shy or do not have time to do presentations the points to get an A can all b earned by tabling. on lead active days u get to choose what u want learn about & u talk abt sex :) overall a FUN class...just TAKE IT!!!

You'd be crazy NOT to take this course with Angela. She is a very fun, easy-going, and caring instructor. She truly cares about each and every one of her students and has a very down to earth personality.

I'll be honest, the Professor is hot and to teach Human Sexuality was even better. Besides all that, she is a great Professor, the classes were fun and very informative. The only thing I didn't like was the quizzes after every class and you HAD to attend class or else you lost points. Overall I would enjoy having her as a Professor down the road

Great Professor. Very interesting in class. She was well prepared and followed the syllabus. She made Human Sexuality interesting and fun. Her tests were very fair. The only drawback was quizzes for every class. In other words, you got penalized for missing class. I'd still take her class again and I wish she taught more classes. She is that good.

She was awesome on the subject matter and did a real good job of making all the material we had to cover flow nicely. Human sexuality can be a sensitive subject to go over, so if your one of those people that are a bit nervous about this, then this if type of professor. She's super humble and real easy to talk to if you have any questions.

This is my second class with Professor Guzman, not only she is a great professor she is a great mentor, always hearing the students needs and making sure that our voices are heard and proper adjustments are made. Prof Guzman is so nice!! When I needed explaining of asignments or unsure, she was patient and helped. She always responded in a quick manner to emails. Always was willing to help in anyway she could! Gave positive feedback! Everything required of class helped for job hunting anyways so it was a win win!!

She's a great teacher. I've had her for one other class before. She makes the class interesting by having her students participate, so she's not the only one speaking for the duration of the class session. I wasn't used to an online course, I usually take my classes in a classroom setting, she always ensured we always knew what was coming next.
