This teacher was awesome, and I'm so glad I had her class! High recommend, would take a class from her again, for sure!
Very cool teacher, makes class a lot of fun.
GREAT PROFESSOR. You'll actually WANT to go to class. Very funny and nice! Adheres to schedule from the beginning of semester, clear and easy instructions on assgns, open to questions, "paper" are a breeze. I dreaded this class, but it ended up being my fav this semester :)
Angie is awesome! I was not looking forward to speeches, but she made the class fun, and made everyone feel comfortable. Easy assignments. This was a great class.
Very knowledgable about subject matter, effective communicator, to boot!

Ms. Holland is AMAZING. She made everything we talked about relevent to the world today
I dreaded this class. But the professor made the environment very comfortable. I recommend this class to anyone that isnt so comfortable with the whole getting up in front of people situation.
great teacher
She never showed up for class! She was absent at least 5 times this semester! And the days that she DID come to class, she would let us out really early. She never really lectured us or taught, rather, she merely listened to our speeches and rarely ever even had our grades back to us in a timely manner. She was nice, but her class is a joke.
great teacher. somehow she com 101 fun! loved her class and she made getting up and speaking not so bad.
Angie is a great teacher and a person. She always showed up for class. There were times when she was sick and still showed up for class. At first i was nervous about taking this class and talking infront of people, but she made it VERY easy.
luvd this class. luv this teacher. shes easy to talk to and makes a scary class fun. take her, and you won't be sorry.
great teacher! very bubbly and always smiling. Easy A if you come to class and give your speeches according to her reqs.
She is one of the best teachers in the Cheyenne campus. It's easy because all you have to do is prepare the speaches and talk in front of people. I was so scare of speaking in front of people but now I feel more secure..That is great! I love it! Thanks to her
Absolutely, 100% recommend her class. She makes a scary class fun and interesting. Don't go in and think you can just screw around, she doesn't put up with that stuff..just do the work, don't cuss in your speeches, wear offensive clothing, and be nice and respectful, you will get along just great in the class. She is seriously great!
Very fun class. I actually enjoyed giving speeches. Would highly reccomend her.
MS. HOLLAND IS A WONDERFUL TEACHER BECAUSE SHE MAKES HER STUDENT FEEL EXTREMELY RELAXED IN HER CLASS, MOREOVER, WITH THE PUBLIC SPEAKING PROCESS (AS WE ALL KNOW IS A HARD THING TO DO). SHE EXPLAINS/ANSWERS ALL THINGS CLEARLY AND SHE IS EXTREMELY HONEST AND HUMBLE.
Holland is an okay teacher, she can be kind of rude whether she means to or not, i dont know. There are like 6 speeches and the class is not hard if you follow the the paper she gives you. Some of the speeches are really stupid topics though. Holland is not a must get teacher but she's not bad.
Angie is a great teacher. She makes the class feel very relax. I was very scare of this class, but I can atually speak in front of a crow now. As long as you prepare your assignment you'll be ok. Don't cheat, you'll regret it. Highly recommended.

Nice and makes a hard class fun... Always trying to give people a chance to complete the assignments. Doesn't seem to put up with a lot of BS overall though (especially cheating - a HUGE no-no fo her). Good so far.
Listen... these people who didn't like this teacher did one of two things: Cheated or dropped because she holds you accountable for yourself! This is a true college course where Ms. Holland treats you like an adult, not a child, and you will come out better with her than most COM 101 classes here at this school.
Professor Holland's good attitude and helpfulness got me thru a class that I was terrified of taking. Just show up to class and follow her outlline for speeches and cite all sources properly and you will get an A inthe class. Don't worry, she is more interested in you giving the speech than the actual content of it. Hightly recommended
I took COM 101 in summer school. I was really nervous about taking this class because I HATE public speaking, but she made it tolerable. It wasn't the easiest A ever, but it wasn't difficult. I would definitely recommend her if you need this class =). Oh yeah, there aren't any quizzes or tests. That was good..
I dropped this class twice prior to taking it this summer. It was a lot of work, but she made it fun. We were able to choose our own topics to speak on. One recommendation DON'T CHEAT!! She caught two in the class just after mine and they were both out. She gives you fair warning right from the start. And as she says "I will find out!
Very fun class, makes it like a small community and therefore makes getting up in front of the class that much easier.
Professor Holland and very nice. She is always willing to help and makes speaking easy by letting you pick your own subjects. Beware though the research is Heavy and she a lot a bit of a tree killer. Be aware that you have to not only bring in your bibliography but you have to bring in copies of all your sources as well.
She's great! Awesome attitude, down to earth, and the class was very fun. Extremely helpful and I learned alot.
She is so cool and nice, helpful and knows what she is talking about. Throughout the semester, a lot of the projects that we were freewillingly able to do really touched me and showed me some things about myself. I also got spiritual fulfillment in this class. Love ya Ms. Angie!!!
Great teacher who made the class fun. She has a great sense of humor as well.
she's the bomb! really down to earth and funny -- very understanding and loves what she does.
Great teacher, makes the classroom setting very comfortable. Lets you choose your own topic for speeches. As long as you do all your work, you will get a good grade.
Excellent teacher, I recommend her to everyone. She made public speaking fun. She is very knowledgable and I learned a lot in her class. Lots of work, but she was always available to answer any questions we had. Just do the work required and you will do good in this class.
Angie is fabulous! I took her during the summer and even though I had to give a speech almost every other day, she made the assignments easy to understand and VERY interesting. This I Believe...is way Angie is a great professor!
First, there's lots of speeches. Lot's of research, don't forget the "Works Cited" & copies of all sources attached to paper. E-mail your essay to her before due date. So,what's angie like:great, fun, down to earth, nice, understanding, helpful, great sense of humor, easy to talk to,very knowledgeable, makes a hard class fun, and is always smiling.Take her.
Although I got the feeling that she and I would never be "friends" she knows her stuff. She is obviously intelligent, and she teaches very well. Down to earth and kind. The entire course is just speeches, cause she realizes that speech is about speaking. You'll get in tons of public speaking practice and become very comfortable with it
I loved her class! Eventhough we had a lot of speeches to do, they were mostly all easy and she helped you when you needed it. She helped make speaking in front of a class much easier and if you try hard on your speeches, you will get a good grade. TAKE HER! you won't regret it.
Ok here's how it is. Don't plagiarize, do your works cited, email everything to her, pick topics that interest you, and if you are not good at keeping track of time than don't take her. We had a student who clearly had no interest in the topics he chose... =) Good Luck.
She was soo horrible! I did not like her at all. Her work load was so terrible. I did not comprehend things to well. Worst teacher ever!!
I took Angie's Women's Studies class in 4 weeks (online) over Winter Break. VERY labor-intensive and lots of work, but Angie was a great teacher-helpful and responded quickly to emails. She gave me an A but I worked myself half to death for it. There were 2 papers and lots of reading and discussion posts, but overall a good class.
I like her class! but I hard that she is sick now..and just teaches online classes T-T) A lOT OF homeworks~ but she is very considerable, humorous, and she makes you feel comportable. Also, she really understand about an international student! hehe anyway I hope she would teach off line again..
Disliked the class after a few weeks. Every time I asked her a question she'd say look at the Syllabus. There are more speeches in this class than in the others. She however got sick during spring break so we had a replacement. Overall I didn't like the class a regret ever signing up in her course, would take another COM 101 professor.
I liked the class, even though Professor Holland was out sick for half of it. She's rather hard, and doesn't explain how to do the correct outlines, but the class is interesting and does prepare you for public speaking.
Okay, so if you are the type of person who is unable to cite their work and has no idea where to get credible sources than this class might be tough. If you want to learn all those things than I def. suggest this class. This class was great because it teaches not just speech but how to be credible in every aspect of it. She's a great professor.
An ok teacher, I would avoid in the future
Takes forever to grade assignments, always uses the excuse "I'm extremely busy". Doesn't answer questions, just says look at the syllabus. No teaching at all, just book assignments.
HARD GRADER! She expects a lot from the assignments. I'm taking her online and it's been hard. We need to write 2 papers as a group, and it's been hard to get together because we don't SEE each other. Discussions every other week. Exams are straight out of the book. I get Bs on the exam without a book, I read the powerpoints she posts.
Took her for the 3-week online winter course. Very intense, but she lays everything out in the open. The class is pretty easy, other than having to work with others on a paper. My group wasn't very good as one of our 3 members did not contribute. She grades hard because she wants you to learn. Great professor overall. Highly recommended.
This teacher is very hard for a lower-division course. Has 4 tests that are very hard and assignments require analysis that should not be seen in a 100-level class. Got a poor grade on my paper b/c she said it wasn't cited properly...it was b/c I had my graduate level friend look it over! Please let this teacher be your last choice for WMST 113!
Tons of work in a short period of time. No clear answers when question are asked. Would have never taken this course as it is not a 100 course class.
Took class over summer 6-8wk and was a lot to manage. But instructions were clear and was very helpful. Responded to emails quickly. If I had a choice would take this instructor again.
Took this class online, 4 week term. It was challenging to absorb all the info. in such a short amount of time but Holland was helpful with any questions and very responsive to emails. Final essay was hard to determine what was being asked of us, but had many subjects to choose from. Req. texts were cheap. Got a 90; should have been a A-; got B+.
I had to withdraw from her class due to the insane workload. For a subject many people have difficulty with, she expects a lot. I assumed her hybrid class would be less stressful than having to go to class every week, but you will be submitting, writing, or practicing something EVERY DAY. If you don't, you will fall very behind. Very unhelpful.
Professor Holland is fabulous! Easy on the eyes too!
We had four speeches, and 8 weekly online quizzes which if you read the book is easy. She explains everything very well and I have no idea what people are talking about with "intense" work load. The work load is normal.
Excellent professor. Willing to help in all circumstances. I would recommend taking this class. 4 speeches. 8 quizzes, which are very easy (if u read the chapters, could guarantee you, you will get a good grade on the quizzes)excellent class :)
Great professor. I learned a lot, but there was so much work. The test are straight from the book. You have 5 times, you could take the test to better your score. There is a lot of reading. But overall not bad. She response asap.
DO NOT TAKE HER!! TONS OF SPEECHES TO DO AND IF YOU TAKE ONLINE YOU HAVE TO HAVE 9 PEOPLE IN YOUR AUDIENCE TO DO YOUR SPEECH NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU MISS ONE SPEECH AND YOU FAIL HER CLASS. SO MUCH WORK!
Angela is an excellent teacher. But this class is also super easy!!! I'm by far NOT an A student but I still managed to get an B. For all those complaining that there are too many speeches....well that MIGHT be expected since it IS a COMMUNICATION course. She is petite & cute...looks exactly like Sarah Jessica Parker too. Very nice woman.
Prof Holland is a great teacher and is clear and tells you exactly what she wants in order to pass. I took this class online over the summer and yes, you have to do 3 speeches with an audience of 7 people. Its a pain but required. Do the work, follow her guidelines and ask for help if you need it. You have to put the work in to earn the grade.
Professor Holland was an excellent instructor. She was a tough grader. Her class made me a better public speaker. I recommend her to anyone serious about learning.
Mandatory class so I took the 8 week online course to get it out of the way quickly. I thought the work was simple. The audience requirement was sometimes a pain but other than that, easy and convenient. Instructor was a little unresponsive in the beginning but gave useful feedback when grading assignments. Overall good class.
Ms. Holland was very helpful. The online course I took was only 4 weeks long so there was a lot of reading and assignments but I would definitely recommend her.
Teacher did not even log into the course until the second week of class. She takes at least a week to respond to any questions. I am 3 weeks away from the end of the semester and she still has not graded the first speech. Her requirements were confusing and misleading. Regular work load, nice lady, DO NOT TAKE ONLINE!
Really straightforward, a quiz a week on one chapter. you will read the entire textbook too, but her quizzes are easy and she gives ample time to get it done. she has a few assignments based on hour long videos to write about, really simple and she gives feedback on how to raise your grade next time. Definitely would take another one of her courses
The 4-week course consisted of four quizzes (2-3 attempts for each) and three forum participation assignments based on documentaries. Easy course with a generous professor.
Angela is a great professor- She is clear cut and to the point with her assignments but is also laid back. She is ALWAYS available to help and she enjoys doing so. She gives great feedback and really cares about helping people improve. Yes, there were quiet a few speeches, but it is a Communication class. She makes it easy!
I took this class online and it was an 8-week course. The course load was nothing out of the ordinary. There were 4 quizzes and 3 disc posts. You get multiple attempts on quizzes and she is NOT tough grader when it comes to disc. post. Instructions are very clear what she wants from you. She also offers extra credit at the end of course. I'd recom.
Angela is great. For a class that everyone hates she really makes it not so bad. I did this class online so the format was weird. You have to record 4 speeches in front of an audience of 7 people. My suggestion is to get all of your speeches done in one and record them all at once. Then your semester is over! Easy grader. couple easy quizzes.
Took the 8 week course and I received an A+ but I put a lot of hours and effort into it. To sum it up she assigns 4 quizzes that get longer in later chapters reaching 120 questions. She also assigns long films for you to watch for your 3 lengthy discussion posts that requires citations. She does offer extra credit and one downfall is late grading.
The only thing I didn't like about this class is she took forever to grade our speeches. I never knew what I needed to improve on for the next one. You will need 7+ adults for every speech you do, a total of 4 speeches.
ugh. the class itself is fairly easy. 5 quizzes and you get three chances to take each quiz, which really blew my mind. and you get three videos to watch and answer questions after each one. it takes her 8 eight weeks to grade your first assignment. grades are due tomorrow and our class still has not received a grade for our last assignment.
Class was easy but professor was extremely disorganized.
Takes FOREVER to grade your assignments. Most of my professors always collaborate more and I feel this professor needs more communication with her students, even if its a short term class. Besides that, she was okay.
Professor Holland was a pretty cool professor to me she just took forever to grade the assignments. I took it online so all I had was 5 quizzes but each quiz is on multiple chapters read them and 4 discussion questions. She was clear about what she wanted though some people still got confused. If u email her she will respond in a reasonable time.
Quizzes were okay if you read, there are 2 MAJOR discussion board assignments that are essay like and you have to watch a movie to understand, but, overall, a pretty easy teacher. I would definitely recommend her for those that want to get lots of credits FAST.
I really like Angela as a person and she cares for her students. She is not very organized and we missed about 6-7 classes because she canceled class a lot so the end of the semester felt rushed. She takes a long time to grade speeches but she is really nice and flexible and I would take her class again.
Really easy class. Angela is really nice and understanding. Very flexible on due dates. Easy grader. I highly recommend her class!
I took this class online and you will need 7 people present for a total of 3 speeches. She had 8 quizzes for us based on a easy to read book and a few required conversation posts you so that you can see other's thoughts on their speeches. The criteria is clear and if you can get all those checked and know what to talk about for speech, you're good!
Took this as an 8 week summer course. It wasn't hard. 5 quizzes but you have to download lockdown in order to take them. I've had to open the program several times in order to get it to work properly before a quiz and between attempts. Open book, didn't realize until after I had done poorly on one. 2 big assmnts, watch a movie write an "essay".
Awesome professor! There were some issues getting my textbook on time and she extended a quiz date for me no problem and even tried to get me a copy of the first chapter while I waited. Super nice and responds quickly. Only 3 speeches total, video recorded and posted online. 7 PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN YOUR AUDIENCE FOR EACH SPEECH, NO EXCEPTION
Took 8 week online course, read the entire textbook because quizzes were based off reading. There were only 5 quizzes and 3 discussions. You have 3 chances to get highest scored off quizzes, 1st discussion in intro for ec, 2nd is whether you did it or not, and 3rd is final exam grade (based off film), very helpful but lagged on grading
Took the 8 week. Class consisted of about 4 tests, 2 essays on two different documentaries. The textbook is more about general inequality rather than women stuff. It was cool!
I'm sure she may be a nice person but she is completely unavailable to you if needed. She also is extremely unorganized and doesn't grade anything in a timely manner. Speeches that were turned in 4 weeks ago still have no grade. Our class ended a week ago and there are 8 items still needing a grade. Very lazy!!!!!
Took this as an online class. You take a few tests based on the textbook and have a total of 3 speeches. If you take this class online you are required to have 9 audience members. The speeches are not that difficult and the professor is an easy grader as long as you do the speech all the speech requirements. Definitely would recommend this class.
Takes forever to grade assignments yet wont accept late work.
Loved the course material. That said, she stressed me out. Quizzes have glitches, takes forever to grade assignments (have to submit one without receiving the prior back), takes weeks to reply to emails, doesnt fix HER OWN mistakes, gave me a rave review on my assignment but graded low bringing my A to an A-. Dont wait on the waitlist for her.
Professor Holland was great. She was super supportive during the class and also gave great advice. I would definitely say that I would take her again.
Professor Holland was a great professor. I took her 8 week online class for this fall. Super easy. Usually 2 quizzes a week but if you just read the chapters, quizzes are easy A's. 2 discussions on videos you have to watch. Also very easy. The final was just the 2nd discussion. Total of 8 quizzes and 2 discussions.
I took COM 101 8 week online. She seems like a good professor and knowledgeable in her subject. However I wouldn't recommend taking her online. She puts condescending overly-strict paragraphs on every assignment and makes you feel like you'll never do good and you have more of a chance of failing than passing. Tough grader with high standards.
I took this class for 8 weeks and it was fast paced, tests every week, about 4 in depth discussion in total. She is somewhat of a tough grader but the class is really interesting and relevant I definitely recommend taking it. BUY THE BOOK you will need it even in the first week. She gave good feedback and was pretty nice.
Professor Holland is an amazing professor. Her class consists of quizzes based on the textbook, video journals based on short films you watch, and discussion posts based on documentaries. The class itself is not extremely difficult, just learn concepts to connect with the journals and discussion, and just read for the quizzes and you're fine.
I took the condensed course of COM 101 and it was well worth it. There are quite a few quizzes that are based off of the reading she assigns and 3 speeches. That is what the whole grade consists of. Professor Holland gave great feedback and was always available when needed. She responds fast to questions and the assignments are very easy to follow.
You'll have to do discussion posts (fairly easy), speech outlines, 2 speeches, and chapter quizzes from the textbook (multiple retakes and you can see what you got wrong.) But she doesn't grade anything in a timely manner. You wont know you grade until the very end. The sem had already ended and she still had not put my speech grade in yet.
I took the eight week course, it wasn't super hard. Only thing that stressed me out was making and recording each speech, but other than that I hardly ever studied. The quizzes do require the textbook, however you can easily quizlet everything.
I took the 8-week course, It was an easy class. Two assignments are due weekly which includes a quiz and journal. The quizzes are questions directly from the textbook which made them easy and the journals consist of watching a video and responding to it with a set of questions. The professor takes a while to grade and give feedback, but still great
I took her online class and shes an okay teacher. The assignments and class is extremely easy, however, she is a late and terrible grader. I lost points because she didnt give proper feedback in reasonable time, I also finished her class almost two weeks ago and she just finished grading. Dont expect feedback till its too late.
Pretty easy to get through. Short text book to read, always read and follow the syllabus and do the research for the speeches. You'll pass no problem. Awsome class, great professor.
I took this course as a 8 week course and we would have lesson test which is directly from the textbook. The one thing I hated the most was the video journals which is where you record yourself talking about a video you must watch. She was a tough and last minute grader. Would not take again.
I took an 8 week course so it went by so fast and there was a ton of reading. If you cannot handle a lot of reading and a 75 question quiz every week, then consider a different class. But the readings were very educating and interesting and the quizzes are not difficult if you read the chapters. Two videos every week for attendance
When I first read the syllabus and noticed that I would have to video journal each week, I was terrified. Ironically, that became the best part of the class for me as I grew very confident in my voice with the class. Professor Holland is very encouraging and empowering, and I consider myself luck to have been a part of her class.
Professor Holland was great! There is a textbook, but its cheap and its online. 3 really easy speeches throughout the semester that are actually fun and interesting. Take Professor Holland!!
Read her syllabus and I immediately dropped. Her requirements are insanely inaccessible. You have to post all your speeches publicly on YouTube & you are req to provide YOUR OWN audience b/c the class is online, asynchronous. So for every speech, you have to find 3+ adults who are willing to be filmed, put on YouTube, & act as your "audience."
I took an eight week course and it has been decent. My advice is NEVER turn something in late. Half of your score will automatically be taken away for late work. I learned to never let that happen again, so just keep that in mind. Other than that, you will have video discussions pretty often, three speeches in total, and 6 huge (but easy) quizzes.
The speeches require an audience of 3-5 people, which is inconvenient considering it's an online class. You have to provide your own audience, whether online or in person. I suggest not buying the textbook as she does provide PDFs, and there are other online sources. 9 days until the semester ends and not much grading has been done.
8 week course, so naturally a little more difficult. You do have to post to Youtube, but can post as unlisted. Post on Flip as well and respond to other students' speeches. Speeches for online mean you film yourself giving a speech to 3-5 adults with their consent, I did through discord and screen recording. Really helpful class for confidence.
She gives you an extensive syllabus and she takes one week to reply to emails. She rates all your assignment at the end of the semester so if you do something wrong won't have time to fix it for the next one.
Easy class, easy course. But she is a horrible grader. Couldn't fix anything until it was too late.
I took the 6-week online course and Professor Holland gives you TIME to complete work that is needed to be done. She gives you plenty of opportunities to return assignments if they're late/missing. Work consists of curating outlines for speeches, delivering speeches, doing FlipGrids, and completing quizzes that coincide with the textbook.
Great professor. Takes forever to grade, doesn't give great feedback. Easy grader. Everything is exactly like the syllabus says. Follow directions completely and on time and you will get an A.
I took this class during pandemic and I am grateful that she never put us on the spot about having an audience, it was not required. I messed up, I did not do the final exam properly and that dropped my grade low. I recommend that you read threw all the lectures and go to communication center, she is a tough grader but she is nice!
Takes forever to grade but only had 4 main speeches but they have specific outline instructions to follow. Nothing particularly special, but good professor.
Professor Holland is an amazing professor but it takes forever to grade. I took a 16 week online course and there are only 4 speeches, she will give you good feedback, as long as you follow directions and work hard you will have a better grade. If help needed she will reply back to you, and she is so kind, nice, and very helpful.
For the online class youre pretty much on your own (obvi). Chapters are long and tests are about 25 questions. Video journals were a fun way to interact with the other students.
Worst teacher ever in this entire school.
Do not recommend this class at all. Makes a ton of mistakes when grading and is incredibly unprofessional.
horrible professor. She has incredibly hard assignments with even harsher grading system. Do not take her class.
Worst teacher ever in the entire school. Do not take her class. It will be a waste of time and money.
She grades everyone arbitrarily and refuses to communicate. Makes a ton of mistakes herself but accuses the students of doing so. Never take her class.
Will get back to you on any issues by email. Does not grade anything until the last day of the semester. You only get feedback at the end of the semester. Don't take this class if you want peace of mind on your grade. Assignments are easy, 4 speeches and quizzes. As long as you follow the syllabus you should pass. An audience is required (5 people)
0 feedback on anything. Prof. Holland is the worst procrastinator I've seen when grading things. None of my assignments were graded until the last few hours of the semester when grades were due. If you follow the syllabus you'll pass and the assignments are not difficult. If you want to know what your grade is ASAP, don't take this class
She didn't grade anything until the day before the course ended. It took her two weeks to respond to an email about missing assignments that I had proof were turned in. Classes are over and we only have feedback and grades for a few assignments.
please dont take this class!!! takes wayyy too longggg to grade 🤦‍♂️. stressing most of the time with the assignments. very frustrating please choose a different class
Please do not take this professor. At the beginning of the year she gives out crazy long tests that are up to 75 questions. The speeches are to a point where its hard to do and she only grades on a 100, 50, 0 score so you have to be perfect if you want a good grade. She takes forever to grade and only grades the introduction you do the first day.
Lots of assignments. She is not lenient on the deadlines and late work. Alot of speeches. Just be sure to do your peer review after your certain assignments. 5 people mandatory for all of your speeches.
This was not a class I enjoyed. The actual classwork was decent and helped me learn. But, she does not grade anything. Most of my assignments have not been graded (even the ones from the beginning of the class) and the semester ends next week. She is a nice person but she is not a professor I would ever recommend to someone.
Professor Holland takes a while to grade, but the assignments aren't too difficult if you follow the guidelines. Using unstuck ai alongside the textbook helped me stay on top of the material and prepare for the speeches.
Very easy class. However, don't expect to know your final grade a day or two after the semester ends. You'll have to do a couple speeches with an outline prior. Speeches have a mandatory 5 audience member requirement. There's a few quizzes at the beginning of the semester, all information can be found in the textbook you have to buy.
She was an okay teacher. The class was pretty easy but she takes off a lot of points for late work. She is HORRIBLE about communicating. Do not expect a response from her. Also, took forever to grade papers and speeches. Literally waited until the last few days until the semester ended.
Professor Holland is an easy grader, but communication and timely feedback are lacking. Many assignments weren't graded until after the semester ended, causing stress and uncertainty. The class requires four 3–8 minute video essays online. Fine for an easier grade, but not ideal if you want to truly improve communication skills.
Ms. Holland did not give feedback on speeches, instead instructing me to review the AI feedback. It was a simple class, but 5 adults are required for your live audience. She uses APA style formatting, and I had to ask her for clarification on assignments frequently. I received zero human feedback before my final speech was submitted.
