Very good teacher, easy to understand, gives very clear instractions and if I had a math question she always answered.Ilearned a lot in Math 99, and it was an easy class because Angela Jahns was a good teacher.
Very good teacher, easy to understand. She gives clear instuctions and always helpful (answered all my math questions).I took math 99 and it was easy class because Angela Jahn was a great teacher.
Really good teacher, she's good at explaining material and is easy to follow during lectures.
She made the material easy to understand, and her personality made the class fun.
She is the best Math teacher ever! I wish I could keep her in my pocket. She is so funny! She cares for her students and their success! I have never been good at math and she make me like math. Scary! I wish I could always have her as a teacher!
I took Math 107 with Prof. Jahns in Spring 2012. It was an excellent course with an excellent instructor. Attend class every day, do all the assigned work, and she'll go far beyond any reasonable expectations to help you. She's very fair.
The best teacher I have ever had. Angela cares about her students, and will always go the extra mile to help you. She made 151 very manageable, and yet I still feel like I learned a ton. Her grading and extra credit take away a lot of the stress that is present in other classes. I feel really lucky that I get to take her entire Calc series.
One of the best math teachers ever!!! she provides a structured note paket in this class which was extremely helpfull she has a positive upbeat attitude and i had a very good time I definately recommend her for a instructor
She is AMAZING. I truly enjoyed her teaching methods. She is eager to help and genuinely cares about her students. She's extremely positive and upbeat, makes math enjoyable. If you are someone who struggles with math, I highly recommend Angela.
She should teach other teachers how to teach. The best math teacher you could ever ask for!!!
Words cannot describe her awesomeness. Made calc 2 so great! She is super clear explaining concepts in class, and very helpful out of class if you go to her office hours. Really cares about her students. I feel lucky that I have had the chance to take the calc series from Angela!
AMAZING TEACHER. Explains everything very well, helps students with any of the homework problems, and genuinely has a passion for teaching. She has a very bright and happy personality, which along with her method of teaching, actually makes math easy and very enjoyable. Angela is definitly the most amazing math teacher I have ever had.
Simply incredible. Explains difficult concepts in a clear, concise manner. She never talks above her students' heads. Very accessible during office hours, and will gladly help you. Before this year I didn't know if I could do calculus, but thanks in large part to Angela, I now am confident in my mathematical abilities as I transfer. She's the best.
Love Angela, and I hate math! Angela is super fair, helpful, and makes math seem easy. Take Angela!!!
Angela is a great instructor. Her way of teaching is very clear and helpful. I am not a big fan of math, and have never done well. But in Angela's class I got an A! Because I actually understood what was going on. If you miss school you miss out. You wont want to miss her class. Gives great directions and notes. #1 recommended!!!
Angela was the most amazing teacher I have ever had. She never makes you feel stupid for asking questions. I previously failed this class took it 2 years later and got a B. She is funny and makes math quite fun and i HATE math!!
Angela is without a doubt the best math teacher I have ever had. Her teaching style is fun and makes the class interesting, and her grading techniques are very fair. The book is what you make of it-- if you do your homework every night then you will get your money's worth.
Angela is the best teacher I've had. Ever. She is very clear, and helpful. She makes study guides and honestly wants us to succeed. She grades fairly, and homework isn't required but VERY recommended. I highly suggest taking her for any math you can. I moved my whole schedule around in order to get her for 99 too.
Angela is the coolest math teacher I've ever had! She doesn't throw any curve balls on tests, and very clear on what to expect. I've struggled in math in the past and received a 4.0 in both her calc. 2 and 3 classes. Take her, you won't be disappointed!
Angela is the best professor I have ever had. I am absolutely horrible at algebra, and the first time I took it as a college course I flunked it. She is so great at explaining and teaching algebra that I left her class with a 3.9. Anyone that struggles in math should definitely take her class.
Angela is an excellent Math professor. I highly recommend her. Her teaching is very clear and through.
Easy class and easy tests. This professor is pretty clear. I highly recommend her; although, I will say that outside of her class she's not too friendly, so make sure you pay attention to her lessons.
She's THE BEST teacher I've ever had! Not only is she super nice and understanding but she's HILARIOUS! Always made class fun and interesting. I flunked this class twice from 2 different professors and passed with flying colors. She's an absolutely amazing teacher. I actually ENJOYED this class which is crazy because I hate math! TAKE HER CLASS!
The best teacher ever! Very smart and helpful.
Angie is a good math prof. Sometimes she is a push over and she offers a lot of EC. Attendance is not graded. We had take-home quizzes and 4 in class exams, plus the final. We had one project. She gives you pre-made notes also. This class is not challenging if you are good at math, it is geared toward those who are average at math. Easy math class.
Angie is an awesome teacher! I hated math and struggled before taking her classes. She explains everything so clearly and is always willing to help you understand or answer any questions no matter how basic it may be. She's also really funny and makes math fun! Take her if you get the chance! You won't regret it!
Awesome instructor!! Very clear about expectations. Always goes over problems similar to test and quiz questions multiple times so there is no question of what your doing. I honestly dont think its possible to fail this class unless your not motivated or dont attend class! I highly recommend her!
best math teacher i have ever taken. she is funny, extrememly helpful and truely cares for students. highly recommended. best in class math experience anyone can have. more math teachers at scc should take lessons from here. *cough*cosner*cough*
"ok people" (in my Angela Jahns voice) Seriously amazing instructor! Does reviews for tests and its basically the test just different questions. Has a homework packet she goes by and the whole class works on it together. I wish I could have had her for EVERY math class. I hate math and have finished with a 96%. All other maths I passed with 70's
Angie is the easiest math prof I've had at SCC. We only have short take-home quizzes and tests. And one really easy project. You can only fail this class if you don't try! She is very clear on concepts and easy to understand. She goes off on tangents a lot but they are entertaining. I've heard she is very helpful if you ask her a question.
I wish all my instructors were like Angela!! She is phenomenal! Very easy if you attend class and pay attention like you're supposed to since you pay a lot for college. If you can take her, do it!!! You will not regret it. She literally makes math fun and understandable. I looked forward to her class.
Angela is the best math instructor I've had yet. She really knows her stuff and she makes you WANT to come to class (which is unheard of for--I hate math). She has a great sense of humor. Grades fairly. She does take home quizzes. Her exams are straightforward--no curve balls and she gives a great study guide. Basically she made math NOT miserable.
Best math teacher ever. Very clear, helpful teaching. She is down to business and gets on with it. She cares that you do well, but if you disrespect her class by showing up late or blow off work, she will let you know you are displeasing her.
Great teacher, even if you're bad at mathing.
Amazing teacher! Taking her for 92 and will continue taking her as long as i can.
She is a good teacher, Would recommend her to all students. However, she teaches so many classes that it is not easy to find time to receive help from her. However, I recommend to all.
Great teacher, especially for math noobs.
No homework whatsoever because "You're an adult, you don't need me to hold your hand." Very straightforward, only do the work in the book if you need practice. Tests and quizzes fairly graded. Don't skip class or else you get heavy point deduction on assignments and overall grade.
I'm terrible at math and felt like I've been left behind in most of the math classes I've taken but she has a great way of teaching. She really breaks things down so everyone understandshould the material. And she always came to class in a great mood.
Angela is a great teacher. She goes over homework questions students may have, every day before starting lecture on new material. She explains things very well, although sometimes she does go a bit fast. Would definitely recommend.
Great teacher but I wouldn't suggest taking this course during the summer.
Great teacher hands down
I took math 107 online with Angela, and I absolutely loved the way the class was laid out. she's a fair grader and extra credit was offered. I highly recommend her and her class
I took Angela's Math 107 hybrid in the summer. Angela's extremely organized nature helped me succeed. She is so helpful and nice and her lectures were extremely helpful. I definitely recommend taking Angela.
I took Angela's Math 99 Hybrid class. Her lectures are amazing. She explains things in such a way that I understand. I have had a difficult time understanding other professors in the past. I wish I would have taken Angela for all my math classes. She is pretty funny too. I also feel she gives us many opportunities to succeed in her class.
Angela is by far my most favorite teacher for math. She is extremely helpful and willing to work with you to help you succeed. I plan on taking her next quarter if I can.
This is for MATH 88/96. I am new to school and took this online only and I struggled with the format of the class and my grade reflected this. You often have to figure out an equation on your own. Don't wait to ask for help if you don't understand an equation! She is there to answer your emails or drop in her office. She uses Pearson MyLab.
I took Angela for Math 107 online. She responds back extremely fast to emails and is willing to work with students when they need to take tests on a different day. I highly recommend her for taking any class she offers, especially online.
My math class was extremely difficult, but Angela knows this and was very easy on her students. She wants her students to pass. If you take her online course, all tests are online in mymathlab. She also offers extra credit, and drops the lowest test score. She is the best math teacher, I wish I had her for my Stat class.
I'm currently in Angela's Math 107 class. I have to say she is the BEST MATH TEACHER AT SCC. Her explanations in class are amazing. She is also really funny, which helps keep my attention. She creates her own note packet, which makes it really easy to follow her lectures in class. I would highly suggest taking her for any math class.
Professor Jahns class was great! She makes the information very clear and shes so nice to help you if you dont understand something. I would love to take a class from her again. Shes also very organized and clear about the work that is due and needs to be done.
I am actually taking Angela's Math 142/151 CoReq class. While it is challenging to take two math classes at once, I wouldn't have wanted to do this with any other instructor. Angela truly is awesome. The time flies by in her class. She makes the material understandable and interesting. Definitely recommend.
This professor it totally amazing. She made Calculus fun. She is challenging but yet keeps it doable. She also gives some really crazy extra credit problems. I would highly suggest taking Angela if you get the chance.
Very organized for an online math class. Coursework was confusing for me because I'm not the best at math, but the homework she assigned really helped. She also gives you two chances on the quizzes. When there was an error in my grade she responded immediately via email. Great professor and class especially if you struggle with math like I do.
So I was actually in MATH 108. All the students were set up for failure, first email I received essentially stated "none of you are qualified to take this class, so when you start sinking I told you so" The class in general was pretty darn hard, math is not my strong suit but it was still harder than stats.
I'm taking Angela's Math 142 online. Due to the virus, Angela had to turn the class into a strictly online course. I was worried about that, as I was planning on taking this class on ground. It has turned out to be great. Angela does mini lectures and records them in Panopto and they are much better than any thing in My Math Lab.
This is the first math class I've taken at SCC and it is very good. I appreciate how quickly Angela returns my emails. She also gets our assignments graded quickly. I wish she was teaching Math 88 next so that I could take her again.
Angela was awesome this quarter, especially considering all the COVID crap. She made videos for each section of material and that helped tremendously. She answered emails with lightning speed and gave us great feedback on assignments. I honestly wish she was teaching Calculus 1 in the fall. This teacher is incredible.
Don't want to be rude to a teacher who I'm sure had a hard time getting used to online for COVID, but I hated this class. I can't learn from videos of a random guy from like ten years ago. I commend her for posting mini videos of herself teaching, but it sucked! I have bio teachers who have 3 classes at a time and post regular hour long recordings!
I loved Angela's Math 87 class. It was an online class. For me, she gave a good amount of work, but not so much that I ever felt overwhelmed. She was always super quick to reply to my emails and was always willing to help out when I asked for it. I truly wish she was teaching Math 88 so I could take her.
Angela is an extremely organized professor. She grades things and answers emails extremely quickly and is fair. I needed an extension of homework for a couple days due to a family emergency and she was totally willing to help me out. I also met with her during Zoom office hours and totally made the material understandable.
It was a great course. Never felt overwhelmed. In some classes in the past I feel like I can't learn the material because there is just too much work. This class was just the right pace for me and I actually felt like I had time to review before tests.
Ms Jahns is awesome. She is recording her own lectures, which are way better than any of the videos in MML. We are going at a fast pace since it is summer, but it feels manageable. I really appreciate how quickly she answers emails and also she gives back points on exams. I highly recommend taking her class.
What a gem. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding instructor. This teacher was very empathetic to me during a very difficult quarter. I would highly recommend taking Ms. Jahns class. Her grading is also very fair and while she gives a good amount of work, it is never overwhelming.
Angela was awesome. I chose to take this class for remedial purposes. There was a lot of homework, which Im sure is with any math class, for practice. The assignments helped me prepare for the tests. The layout of the course was perfect, she utilized Pearson's practice problems and tests in addition to 3 group projects and a few discussions.
I love that I never had to wait too long for Angela to return my emails. She returned them with lightning speed. I also appreciated the videos she made for us. I didn't need to watch them for every section, but when I did, they were there. I wish Angela was teaching my Math 99 class.
Easy class! Do your hw for the week along with a quiz and occasional discussion and thats it! Sometimes the hw was a little much but never too much to handle. She gave videos to help and told us what was due each week. The tests are exactly what the hw covers. The hw took longer than my other classes but still an easy A overall I would take again.
This was my first time taking an online class. Angela made is as easy as possible. She was very clear on her expectations for me. Every week there was a certain amount of work I had to do and I found due dates in many places. I got sick due to Covid and she worked with me and allowed me an extension on my hwk and allowed me to take exam late.
Class was mostly online. I appreciate Angela giving us back extra points on the exams. I also appreciated the videos Angela made for each section. I took Precalc in high school and so this was a good refresher.
Angela was an amazing instructor. A lot of homework was due every week but she gave you ample time to finish it. The only thing that bugged me was the homework was not graded heavily so your grade depended completely upon the quizzes and tests. Overall super happy with her and will be taking her for Math 92.
I took her class online and the clips where anywhere from 3-4 times weekly consisting of videos of 6-12 minutes each. Meaning in a week you could only expect about 30 minutes at the minimum of teaching from her. Also the videos were prerecorded from the prior quarter I paid hundreds of dollars for a class that was basically taught by MyMathlab
Instructor Jahns is a good instructor. She answers emails with speed. Also goes back and gives extra points on exams, which I'm thankful for. I also appreciate her videos for each section, which helps quite a bit. Not too bad for an online course.
This is my second quarter with Angela. I just love her and her classes. She is available for office hours by appointment via zoom and makes her own videos, which I like since I work full time. On a couple of occasions, I needed an extension due to my work and family, and she was more than willing to work with me. She is very understanding.
I love this class. Her lectures are good and to the point. Her expectations are very clear and a quick grader. She was quick to reply to my emails.
Ms. Jahns is an extremely caring instructor and is willing to help students out. I came down with COVID and was out for over a week. She allowed me to make up all my assignments and exam. Other instructors need to follow her lead and learn that students need help sometimes.
Angela is a real gem. I had two other instructors for my previous math classes and Angela is by far the most caring and helpful. I received really prompt responses from emails and she grades everything really fast too.
I really like how this class was structured. I always knew what was due. Videos were to the point. I also appreciated how quickly Ms. Jahns responded to my email questions. Overall, great course and I highly recommend.
This class was very hard to do online, trying to teach myself. We were basically taught by ourselves and MyMathLab. She didnt offer any help, outside of some short video clips in each module. Sucks that we pay so much to teach ourselves the material.
I took Math 91 from a different professor and let me tell you I would recommend Angela of my other instructor any day. Her videos and teaching style worked well for me and she is super willing to help out with any issues. Also a quick grader and quick to respond.
I took Angela for Math 87 and for Math 88. I really appreciate her willingness to help at all hours of the day and answer emails quickly. Several of my other teachers never answer my emails or it takes weeks. I also appreciate her videos. Some teachers only use the book videos, which aren't good at all.
My most favorite teacher by far at scc. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to work with me and my personal struggles this quarter.
I've taken this professor for three math classes, so that is saying something. I appreciate her willingness to work with me when I needed it. The videos she made are good and I am thankful for all the extra videos she made this quarter in Math 107, they helped me alot. I also appreciate how quickly she responds to my emails.
I love Proff. Jahn's. I never felt overwhelmed, her expectations are very clear and the work load is equivalent to the grade. Im currently taking a math course of a higher level utilizing the Pearon's mymathlab and the difference in the instructors and their requirements is astronomical. Jahn's for sure has been my favorite college math professor.
I chose this online class based off the high ratings here on this site. I was disappointed. You basically have to teach yourself all the math on My Math Lab. The professor has videos but they are poorly formatted and difficult to watch as a result. The teacher does seem to grade the MML tests favorably but I wouldn't recommend an online course.
I liked this class. I found the format easy to follow. She sent out weekly announcements that helped keep me on track. The videos were good once I understood how to open them up so I could see what she was writing. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
Throughout the quarter I had some major problems and each and every time Ms. Jahns was willing to work with me. On several occasions I had to get extensions and she was always helped me out. I would recommend her if you need a teacher that understands that sometimes life happens.
Professor Jahns is one of my favorites. She is super caring and understanding and is responds to emails extremely quickly. I had several questions weekly about homework and Jahns always answered them and helped me understand the material. I've had teachers in the past that take weeks to respond. So this was wonderful.
I am retaking Math 88 with Angela this summer and can already tell the difference a good teacher makes. Love the structure of the class and how quickly she responds to emails. Hopefully I can take her for my next math class.
I learned some new things from this class! The professor provides you with the material that you need and will respond to here emails. All you need to is an access code for a Pearson textbook .If taking just a quarter class all you need to do is purchase the semester access, and you will do this the day class starts after reading her instructions.
I took Math 87 online from Angela and loved the class. She is very organized and quick to return my emails. I thought she was a fair grader too.
Angela is the best! So many times this quarter I have needed help with homework. I email her two to three times a day at all times and she is always quick to answer my emails and never makes me feel stupid for asking questions. I really don't think I would be doing as good in a different teachers' class. I am thankful for her patience.
Angela was extremely helpful to me this quarter. I had some horrible family issues come up at the end of the quarter and she was willing to extend a bunch of assignments and exams for me until the end of the quarter so that I had time to finish. I can't believe I ended up with a B. I appreciate Angela's willingness to work with me.
Love Angela's Class. She is very clear in her videos. When I didn't understand something, she was very quick to respond back to me. Hoping to have Angela for all my math classes.
This is my second time taking time taking Angela for Math. Angela really cares whether or not I succeeded. Numerous times I had to ask for extensions and help on hwk and everytime she came through. I really wanted to take her for my third math class, but she isn't teaching it.
I took Angela's online class. She has good videos that show the material. When I took her online tests, she gives 0 feedback, no comments and no suggestions. She isn't very involved in her class and all her videos are from two years ago.
The teacher barely taught her online class be prepared to teach yourself through Mathlab, the lectures are rushed & and very short. It is like she hates her job & it shows through her poorly conducted videos. She does not work well with her students & puts in the bare minimum to help. Take another teacher if you can
I liked Angela's class. There are two sets of videos for each section of material. One seems like it is lecture and the other answers homework questions. I met with her via zoom a couple of times to help explain the material and I was happy I did. I thought it was nice she gave us some extra points back on tests.
Very caring professor. Learned a lot. Wish she was teaching Math 88 next quarter. Liked the way she structured the class. Emails back quickly.
This class was difficult, but the teacher helped out. If you ask to meet via zoom, she will meet with you. That helped along, with watching her videos. I watched these on 3/4 speed, which helped so I didn't have to stop and pause so much. I liked that she answered emails quickly, was friendly and approachable.
So far I like my prof. She is helpful already. Met with her via zoom office hours and she has made things much easier to understand. If you need help, I suggest reaching out to her in zoomland and that helped me.
I have met several times with my instructor so far this quarter. She is helpful and caring. I appreciate her willingness to break down the steps for me. She talks a bit fast, but besides that I find her helpful.
Professor Jahns is a good instructor. I like that she meet with me throughout the quarter on zoom. I also like that the class is organized and she gives ample time to do homework assignments.
Jahns is a good professor. She has recorded lectures that go through many examples, along with the online textbook, which definitely help in this class. Only a few homework assignments each week, along with some quizzes and exams. This class is a hard one, but Prof Jahns helps make this class a little bit better.
Ms. Jahns is a great instructor. Several times I needed help and she would meet with me on zoom. There were also times that I needed an extension due to my work and she always accommodated. I am going to take her this summer for my next math class.
This class was great! Math isn't my strong suit but I still was able to follow along and understand the material.
I had to retake this class because I got a D with Rebecca Cosner. I went with Angela Jahns and I appreciate that she actually grades assignments since they can take hours. She grades for participation. I was able to spend more than a day getting to know the math I was learning. I would recommend this teacher. I am ending with an A this time.
I enjoyed this class. Her videos are very clear and were a great way to get help if you needed. She also has videos going over specific homework questions if you need. There was not much homework. There was either a quiz or exam every week, but you could take them early if you wanted to. Quizzes had two attempts. The final was also straightforward.
This class had an option of being taken online, which was nice. I LOVED this professor and this class!!! Syllabus looks really scary, but the amount of hw/quizzes/exams is actually doable. Is willing to help you before or after class or even through Zoom meetings. Shows different examples. Records class lectures. Answers quickly! Wonderful quarter.
I loved Angela's hybrid class. She made it available to take online if we wanted. She would post lectures from class as well as pre-recorded lectures. She made learning math attainable. I really enjoyed taking math again. I highly recommend Angela's math classes. Couldn't be more happy with this teacher.
I LOVED taking this class because of Angela. She made the content easy to understand. She's very helpful in and outside of class. A lot of work and some chapters are harder than others. Tests are non-proctored, let's you use one paper with notes for tests. All lectures are recorded.
I loved how Angela arranged her classes. It was very organized. I appreciated her videos and her willingness to meet with me on zoom so that I could get extra help. Angela also responded to my emails quickly. I wish I could take her for all of my classes.
The class was organized and easy to follow. All the tests were just rewritten questions from the homework we did. My issue is that it felt like she wasn't really there. All of the online lectures were from 2020 and when I asked for extra credit, she said that she doesn't provide it just to "boost a grade". She then added extra credit at the end.
I really enjoyed this class compared to my past math class. It was pretty easy to follow her lectures and she was available for help if you reached out.
I am taking Math72 from Ms Jahns right now. Ms Jahns communicates regularly with us and creates her own recordings. I really like how organized the class is. Also, I had to ask for an extension when I got sick and she was willing to work with me to help me get caught up. I am happy so far with this class and couldn's ask for more from this class.
Ms Jahns is the bomb! She is funny as heck in her class. I took her hybrid course. She made me laugh daily, while being able to explain the information in a way that I actually understood. I highly recommend her and wish I had taken her for all my math classes.
Took her online class but it is easy and her lectures and content are straightforward and easy to follow. Great, caring teacher!
I took this math107 class online. Still some work that needs to be put into it, but I definitely recommend her if you need this math credit. She is very nice, answers questions in a timely manner, and offers a lot of material so you understand the assignments. A T-98 calculator is required, but you can rent this from the school library!
I am a non-traditional student and I was worried about taking a math class again. Angela helped tremendously. She made it a fun class and I am getting an A in my first math class ever. Her lectures are easy to understand and she helped me after class whenever I needed it. Highly recommend.
I just got done taking this professor for summer. The work load was managable and the instructor was accessible outside of class. She responded to emails quickly. I think it was a pretty good course for summer overall. I appreciared the partial credit she gave. I would definitely take her again.
This class is terrible. Angela is difficult to contact and has very little support for online classes. If you take the online class, you teach yourself and then do online homework. I have a 3.9 GPA and I'm well into my AA degree, all online. It is isn't that I struggle normally. I've done a subsequent online math class and it was very different.
I thought Angela's lectures and style were easy to understand. I had never really gotten an A in math until I took her. You do have to reach out via zoom appt but she is always able to meet. I appreciated her humor in class too.
I took Math 88 over the summer. She made recordings for her lectures, which seemed pretty straight forward. The math was pretty easy for me to understand once I watched the lectures and used the help buttons in MML. Angela always answered emails quickly. Twice I needed to meet with her and she was always able to accomodate. I was a good class.
I though the professor gave us a lot of resources to help us learn. I used her office hours for help many times. I would recommend.
I loved taking this teacher. She was very helpful during zoom office hours and always answered my emails quickly. I appreciate a teacher that gets back to me in a timely manner. Her class recordings helped a lot too.
Never done so well in a math class before. Ms Jahns teaching helped along with all the resources she provided. If you need to take a math class at SCC take Angela!
I plan on taking her next quarter. I highly recommend booking Zoom meetings with her often whenever you need help. She will go through any problem and do her best to bring your knowledge to the level it needs to be for future classes. She goes over every test you take to give you partial credit where appropriate and replies to emails very quickly.
Angela's MATH107 class is well-organized and straightforward. Her video lectures make the content easy to follow. While the workload can be challenging, Unstuck ai and the ability to use notes on tests help make this an overall rewarding experience.
Great professor, lots of homework but it was easy to follow.
good professor
I am so glad I had Angela for 107 over summer. Her lectures are great, she reaches out to check in if something is amiss, communicates expectations clearly, grades kindly, teaches simpler methods, and has extra credit assignments through the quarter. She cares that you actually understand what you are doing vs just spitting out answers.
Her class is super organized and well laid out. She is very helpful and provides lots of extra credit opportunities. I'm not a huge math person but I found her class to be enjoyable and it's relatively easy if you keep up with the work and ask for help when needed.
I took the 141 summer course , it was not as challenging just prepare for a ton of homework . She is a good teacher but lectures aren't very helpful reading the book instead is.
Loved this professor. So accommodating and helpful. Be prepared for a lot of work though.
This teacher was on top of things. Always emailed back quickly. She was extremely flexible with allowing make-up work if you have a real reason. I would definitley recommend her.
