Mrs. Morales gives cool essays to write about,like pyscho murders and crazy stuff like that. She is very sweet and helpful. I like the fact that she doesn't focus on grammar in her class, which I thought was great. She is definitely a hottie.

She is a great teacher. The best teacher from GCC. She is very clear on what she wants on the essay's and let you to revesion on the essays that you did bad.If you have any questions she wouldn't get mad. Not only she would indicate essay's but also other assignments. She is a good teacher in teaching and easy if you do good on the essays.

She really is an awesome teacher. She explains everything really clear, and is very laid back. The coolest thing is, after she grades your essays she gives them back to you, and if you correct them and give them back, you'll get an A for sure. My favorite teacher so far at GCC!!!

She is very nice and helpful to her students. We did about four take home essays and two in class essays. Each essay has to be about four pages. You do have to work to get a good grade in her class, but overall I am glad I took her as a teacher..you learn a lot in her class!

she is pretty laid back.. gives interesting writing assignments.. easy grader for the HW, but there are a lot of HW,(reading and writing) on the other hand, for the midterm and paper assignments,, she is pretty tough grading.. She is pretty sexy and cute..

i took her for 120 and 101...shes sweet and nice... shes such a mother figure... take her, but take her seriously.. not like the ARMC's that go and talk all day long.. but yeah good teacher.. respoect her.. plus extra credit

She's a really nice and understanding teacher. I couldnt turn in some of my assignments on time and she excepted them even though they were late. I got full credit on them. She's not mean and loves to help students anytime she could. Also she tents to cancel class a few times (4 to be exact during Fall 09), which is really good :)

Professor Angela is one of the best english teachers in gcc! She grades fair, help students, gives lots of extra credit(when I took her class), and really nice. take her but dont slack off do ur work!

I took 101 with Prof Morales a couple years back. She was extremely caring and helped me become a better writer. I returned to school after a lengthy layoff and had not written an academic paper in many years. She was always available and helped me perfect all my papers. I highly recommend her. Prof Morales will always be one of my all time favs.

ms. morales is such a sweet lady and i recommend her to anyone. attendence is big for her class but sometimes she lets you out early. she is there in her office or by email for help and her final powerpoint project is so simple. great teacher out of all the english 101 teachers.

She is the best English teacher I have had, and i had her for two years. very helpful and nice teacher, she helped me to learn to write essays, which i never had anything over a C and when i took her i never had lower than a B. she is a really nice person. if you're doing bad early, just talk to her as much as you can and ask questions about where you went wrong..really easy class. she's caring and smart. ASK HER FOR HELP when in trouble--trust me...FOR MEN: she's not old, but i definitely think she was BOMB younger..i'd do her 15 years ago.

Professor Morales is one of a kind.She likes to be aware of every student's needs. Professor Morales has experience dealing with different characters and helps everyone to engage in class. Morales really tries to bring the best out of you. She teaches you to become a better writer by heart and inspires you to write a great essay. She is very soft spoken but not boring. I had a habit to always make my draft my final draft and she helped me break that habit. She teaches you to expand your sentences to the fullest.

Overall,the class was boring, but she is very nice and tries to help students as much as she can. Easy A if u pay attention and put a little effort.

Creative Writing with Angela was an enriching experience. She's given me so many tools that I can use out there in the big scary world of publishing. This is a class for people who seriously want to learn how to write more than just college essays. Don't take Creative Writing to get an easy A, you'll be wasting everyones time. I'LL MISS YOU ANGELA!

Take her ! She will do a lot for you to pass the class. She is really nice and soft spoken. There is group work there are essays and 1 research paper. Books are necessary. Also if you don't understand something she will be there to help just ask. the grading is average. Not too easy not too hard.

If you get waitlisted, it is NOT easy to get in, unless you are lucky(: You need only 3 books; very interesting books as well. Only 2 quizzes entire semester; overallI recommend her, you won't regret it 100%!

Students who complain are just lazy students who need to take fewer classes because it isn't her fault for their hectic schedules. I recommend her if you are ready to learn!

I took professor Morales my first semester at GCC and honestly she's such a good teacher. She's really cool too and she isn't boring. You read two books. she doesn't give any tests except for some quizzes based on the readings. Overall, good class and good teacher! Would take her again if i could.

I really learned how to become a better writer and opened to new ways of writing different types of essays. There were about maybe 6 -7 essays in total and Journals every week. Passionate as well as really understanding with ESL students. Class can be a bit lacking at times but I think that's just 101.

Great Professor, I took her for many of my English class. all you need to do is do the assignment and read the textbook. for her creative class there is no quiz, listen to her lectures and take notes. Eng 104 is the critical and thinking argument as you will be split into two sides to argue about a topic you chose to be pro or con.

Prof. Morales is amazing! She's an easy grader and cares about her students. There are two books that you "need" but I never ended up using it at all. We had daily journals and about 6 essays which were really easy. Professor Morales isn't a hard grader so I recommend taking her for an easy A. (no tests or quizzes)

I took her for Eng 120 and 10. She gives about 3-4 essay & a research paper. You read 2 books but they aren't hard to read/ understand She is big on PROOFREADING your essays and it will affect your grade. She is super caring and very approachable! She will help with your essays! Honestly, it's not hard to pass you just have to do the work Take her!

I took her class for English 120 and I enjoyed her way of teaching. She made every class fun. I had a journal topic daily which I did in the beginning of class. I had to write 3-4 essays throughout the semester. I had a few video homework assignments which were easy. Just do the work and you will pass her class. Shes very approachable and caring.

Prof. Morales is one of the bests. In her class I learned how to write an essay, she also helped me during her office hours. In the beginning I thought it would be hard to get an A but after a few essays I got better understanding of essay structures. She gives a lot of extra credit opportunities. You have to work for an A but it is not impossible.

I came into this class hating English and knowing it would be boring. After the first week I was surprised of how interested I was in the lectures. She is very caring and is there to help. She gives amazing feedback on your papers and is always encouraging us to do better. One of the best GCC professors.

Prof. Morales is an excellent teacher and a very nice and intelligent person. I cannot say that I like her choice of texts for the class, and some topics of essays we had to read were controversial, but she does allow students to express their opinions freely. I am a former ESL learner, and I got an A for this class without extraordinary efforts.

Professor Morales is one of my favorite professors in the GCC. She is a very caring person and makes the class easy for her students by providing clear instructions. Fair in grading.

I took Professor Morales' class this past Spring 2021. Especially during COVID, she's been very understanding when it comes to buying textbooks so she provided pictures of the textbook in modules so you don't have to buy it. She also allows extensions for essays too! Most of the essays are in MLA format so it's pretty easy. I personally loved it!

Took her for fall. If I could give this professor a 6 star I would. She is literally the best. If you are thinking of taking English 101 with her I promise you do it! She's very understanding even if you are late on an assignment. I love her class. About 3 essays and easy little assignment.

I took her over the fall semester, and she is an amazing professor! The assignments given are fairly easy and if ever you mess up, no worries! She offers plenty of extra credit opportunities! There are about 3 essays and they're all easy alongside journals which you have to write that can be about 250 words for each entry.

the professor was very understanding about assignments and will help out if your confused on something or need more time on a assignment. lots of journal writing and essay's for homework. not that much. on zoom

Professor Morales is the definition of a cool English teacher! She's such a kind and chill professor who also teaches very well. One of the most productive things I took from this class was doing journal entries to process my thoughts, I picked this up from her own journaling assignments!

Such an amazing teacher, I am soo glad I took her class! I was not the strongest writer to start as I had some pretty terrible experiences with bad ENGL teachers, however with Prof. Morales' feedback I'm in a more comfortable spot. You won't regret taking her class, she is a true gem!

Her class was good overall. She's a kind teacher that gives great feedback and is willing to help. My only “con" is that she talks about politics during class a little too much. I think that some is okay, but at some point, you have to remember that it's an English class. However, overall great teacher. Kind, caring, willing to help. I enjoyed it.

Excellent professor who provides great feedback! You're assigned 4 papers (2 comprehension, a research, and final) plus journals every class. You'll read 2 books per semester and choose a research topic. She fosters engaging discussions and values class participation. Cares deeply about her students—highly recommend for ENGL101!

If you are taking English 101 I highly recommend that you take her. She is very caring and will help you if you reach out. She gives extra credit to those who complete workshops. She assigns journal writings on a variety of topics. The main thing in this class is the research paper but we also have two text based analysis essays and a final essay.

She's definitely one of my favorite professors; she's so nice and reasonable and accommodating. Her lectures are interesting, and she encourages participation. Als,o not a hard class, across 16 weeks we only wrote 3 essays, and the median class grades were always at least an 88. As long as you try, she'll like you.

I took Professor Morales Spring of 2025. Professor Morales is truly amazing. She offers office hours when you need help, and she offers tons of extra credit. She is an amazing professor and just an amazing human being. I would highly recommend taking her if you want to love English. I can't imagine taking another English 101 professor.
