She does not know how to teach and will confuse you while in class. Avoid at all cost.
Prepare to be bored and uninformed. She thinks She think she is doing a good job, but she is not. However, she does try, but that count for nothing in my book. If you get her I wish you the best of luck.
Her class was horrible! Do not even think about asking her a question. She gets offended and arrogant, and answers everything but what you ask her. She spends more time playing mommy to the class than she does teaching ("If you do not do your homework, you are just wasting time"). Plus, the lectures are really boring; you don't learn anything.
Horrible instructor. Her clarity is horrible and lectures are almost impossible to follow. Do not take her class!!!!!

She was not a good teacher- what she says is going to be on the quizzes, really isn't. She gets offended if you ask her a question, and her handwriting is pretty much illegible. And her accent is thick- though that didn't bother me.
She is a great teacher if you are willing to work. People didnot understand her cuase of her accent, but its not a huge deal, you get use to it. I made an A. She is very nice and approachable.
Horrible teacher! Very hard to understand and her lectures are very confusing and you won't learn anything in her class. She is very arrogant when you ask questions and she never answers them. She blabs about nothing and the material that she tells you will be on a quiz/test never is. Avoid this teacher if u want a good grade.
Decent teacher and she tries very hard. Accent is very thick, but you get used to it. You will only make a good grade if you study hard. This isn't High School anymore, thats why others rate her low. She's not the easiest, buy very nice and helpful. There were some real idiots in my class, so I know why they are rating her low.
I advise any and everyone, if you love your gpa and dont want to develop any hatred for chemistry. Please dont take her, she is really mean in class and really nice in her office hours. Anything she says is going to be on the test will be on the test. iF you haver her now, plz drop out.

I thought that she was a very helpful and nice teacher. It's a bit strange getting used to the accent, but hey .. it's not that hard. She's fair and knows what she's talking about.
A very good teacher. Basically, all you have to do in this class is study and you should do fine. I made an A in the class by only studying the day before. Plus, if you need help, she will do a 1 on 1 study. And she drops your lowest test, quiz, and online quiz grade, with the addition of bonus points. Very nice teacher
She's a very nice teacher. We had several group study sessions that helped a lot. She lets you know exactly what is going to be on the test, so if you study the book examples you will do good. She also gives a lot of chances for partial credit and extra credit.
If you a da and lazy..this aint the class for you!.....now..if u work hard...you'll pass with A++++++= because her tests are very predictible...and EASY! u get to drop one anyways! yes..she has an accent..but dont we all? (u get used to it). take her...and she's sooooooooo nice..and tries to help in anyway u can..but hey..once again...work hard!
She gives a lot of extra credit and helps to explain the problems. Go to her office though. You may not be able to understand her in class.
Great teacher. Very helpful after class and during office hours. Has an accent, but easy to understand if you pay attention. Tests are fairly easy if you study what she tells you to study in class.

Great teacher does all she can to help you learn! she tries her best for everyone to understand the concept, and if u dont understand she will have a one on one with you anytime! always gives out bonus points without notice and really cares that you do well on the final (ACS)
I love Dr. Navarro. She is awesome. She does have an accent, but you'll get over it. She really does help you out. Sometimes her teaching style can be boring, but if you want to learn chemistry sit in the front and pay attention. =)
She is a good teacher and wants you to learn. She cares about her students and how well they do on the ACS. She drops a test and quiz grade at the end of the semester. Her classes are fairly easy (I made B's on 3 of 4 without studying too much), and if you make an A on the ACS you get an A in the class. Chem is still hard though. Class is no joke.
Dr. Navarro's class is probably one of the tougher chem 1211 courses at the school. You basically have to teach yourself all the concepts prior to lecture to even grasp any of what she says in class. She gives extra credit and her tests are mainly based off the powerpoints (NOT THE BOOK). I got out with an A, but it was the hardest A I've earned.
I took AP chem, so this was simply for an easy a. I didn't buy the book, messed around on the internet during class, didn't study, and I'm not sure whether or not we had homework. Still got an a. Tests were easy, as was the ACS exam. She's not a bad teacher, though, and seemed willing to help despite class size.
Had her for both organic laboratories... She's one of the nicest persons at school, BUT: she's the worst teacher I've had in my ENTIRE life. might be nice to have her around during the lab, but you only get to see her during the first half an hour. As the previous bad comments, I completely agree with them. She think she can teach but cannot!
WORST PROFESSOR EVER!!!!! She cannot teach to save her life. She is hardly ever in the lab b/c she leaves for "lunch breaks." Her lectures are useless, but quizzes and homework are very hard. For such a horrible professor, she grades ridiculously hard. She is forgetful, unorganized, and unhelpful. DO NOT TAKE HER!
SHE IS THE WORST TEACHER EVER! I'm good in chemistry, but I taught myself through the whole thing. Don't bother taking this class if you really want to learn or make a good grade! She canceled our exam review- no heads up on test material- HORRIBLE! I dont even know why shes allowed to teach!
I really like her, but she is NOT a good teacher. Wish my stats teacher from China taught her class. makes several errors during lecture so if you don't already know it or SELF teach, you come out the class clueless. This is 1st class of several chem; I suggest you sit this one out if she's assigned your class. NOTICE I DIDN'T USE "TEACHING"!
She is a nice lady but a horrible teacher. Luckily my boyfriend goes to Ga Tech and could help me. Otherwise, I would have been completely on my own. I would NOT recommend anyone taking her! If you want to be taught by a professor, she is not the one to get! She messes up A LOT and if the students didn't catch it, no one would. DONT CHOOSE HER!!

She can get VERY defensive. I got to her bad side when I first took her lab course but after that I learn to step lightly around her for Organic lab. Learn to leave her alone when she is eating lunch. She can be nice but take Henary instead if you have a choice.

However, as of Summer 2009, Dr. Navarro has officially endorsed academic dishonesty by permitting her T.A. to distribute Test Keys to her students in class without doing anything to prevent it. I thought she taught well, and was helpful, but she was confusing at times. Towards the end of the semester she did try and cram in too much information. But taking orgo at the same time helped with that. I know some people took offense by her, but i thought she was funny.
Seemingly nice lady, HORRIFIC teacher. She expects a level of familiarity with the material that even she doesn't possess. EVERY test had at least 2 to 4 questions with no correct answer or multiple correct answers. She doesn't understand student questions and is more confusing than helpful. DO NOT TAKE A CLASS FROM HER!!!
Dr. Navarro is a nice lady and can be helpful during office hours. Orgo lab wasn't too bad with her, but her lecture at the beginning of lab can be overwhelming so try to read the protocol before lab.
I took Orgo I lab with her. Dr. Navarro is a wonderful instructor, very helpful and available to her students. I really enjoyed her lab.
She is not that great! She is very nice but very hard to understand! She can not explain organic chemistry and all the reactions. Her tests are very challenging. Have to study a lot and her quizzes are so long to finish in class. She grades very hard and does not give partial points on exams. Stay away from this lady to save your GPA.
I wouldn't take her. She's a very nice person and truly cares that you do well but she really can't teach so that doesn't mean much. Tests aren't bad at all, only downside is you have to teach yourself all the material and when you have 3 other sciences it's just annoying.
Such a sweet lady! Go to her office hours and she'll be glad to help you with anything! Read the book before class so you can understand what she says in lecture. 4 tests, drops 1, they are not bad. 25-27 bonus points on exams, study and there's no reason to not do well.
Excellent Chemistry teacher. She knows chemistry in and out, and she is very helpful. Dr Angela volunteers her time to tutor students for free and she makes sure you understand the material and do well in class. Dr Angela cares about her students and she is available to help students during her office hours. I strongly recommend her to stundents
An outstanding chemistry teacher. Dr. Angela is very helpful. She comes one hour early every morning to provide free tutoring before the class start. She cares about her students in making helself available to students.She knows the materials and very clear, easy to understand when explaining chemistry concepts. Need an A in chemistry? Go for her
Dr. Navarro is a nice lady, but she can't teach. I hear she's a pretty good lab teacher and biochemistry teacher. Do not take her for organic chem. unless you can teach yourself. The book is important. Read it, use it, breathe it. I lost interest several times in class because she's inconsistent and sometimes incorrect (based on the book).
Overall, she's a nice person. I had her as a lab instructor and my class is a nightmare. She gives unclear instructions, jumps from one topic to another, and expects everyone to follow her train of thought. Sometimes her instructions were so much more complicated than the lab manual's instructions. Just saying, I wouldn't take her class again.

Lots of independent study if you are not good at chem. 2 ACS finals and 4 tests. Quizzes are timed online. Lots of online mastering chemistry homework. If you go to her office hours she is helpful, but bring precise questions. try and do your best during the organic chemistry part. bio chem is much harder. Teaches from book and her own PPTs.
To make an A in the class, you need to make an 88 on the ACS. Sometimes her tests will contain extra credit points. Sends around roll randomly, so make a friend. Get the book, and ready from it. Don't wait till last minute to study because you will realize she doesn't teach everything that is on the test. Class goes by really fast (topic wise)
At the beginning of the semester, I had hopes that Dr. Navarro would be a great professor. I was mistaken. Her exams are confusing/unclear, and she is not a nice person unless you're doing phenomenal in her class. If possible, do not take her, but if you do, commit at least 2 hours a day to studying for her class. Worst professor I've had this far.
Dr. Navarro was sweet and encouraging at first, but then she turned out to be very rude and sometimes annoying. She talked A LOT! Even during exams! Her class was pretty simple but she was not the best professor.
Well first of I'll say that she is not a bad teacher. She is a great teacher if you pay attention and come to class. Alot of students didn't come to class or study , so that's why they failed the tests. If you are someone who needs to be babied through the subject, don't take her course, if you are the independent learning type definitely take it!

She seemed nice at first. She is a great teacher. She understands her material very well. But, she can be extremely rude. If you ask a question, she is very snappy. It comes to the point where I did not want to ask questions anymore. Material is comprehensible if you study. Don't rely on her--she's too busy for you. It's quite a shame.
Dr. Navarro was an amazing teacher. Make sure that you are attending all lectures and taking very good notes. Ask questions, and ask often! Go to office hours and help sessions (she gave up her free time during my semester). Curves all of the tests big time. I got a D on the first exam but dug deep and pulled out an A in her class. Very nice prof!
Professor Navarro is an ok professor, I've had better and she can be a little snappy at times. The lectures are boring, the ONLY way I passed this class was by reading,taking notes from the book and going over her slides online because the way she explains it in class was confusing to me. but I got an A, She also has SI sessions which help
Read your book, and you should be fine. She gives outlines that can be used to study for exams. Class lectures are useless though, but go anyways because she give in class quizzes clicker style with one or two questions. If you go to class, stay in class. She hates it when students leave, always lectures about it.
So sad to see people giving so much negative feedback to Dr. Navarro. Let's start by saying it is NOT Dr. Navarro's (or Dr. Thota's) fault for the load of information required for this class. She did a phenomenal job considering. I will finish by saying it was the hardest class I have ever taken. But she prepares you as must as possible. Work hard
She is the only professor for 1152K & the class is really hard. Her lectures are horrible. Get ready to teach yourself the entire book. She will give you quizzes from previous semesters to help you study with know they are way easier than actual quiz. Her tests are hard because she will trick you into answering the wrong question. I, personally, enjoyed Dr. Navarro! If you take the time out to really study and understand the material you will be okay! She has a strong accent so it's kinda hard to understand her speaking. However, if you go to her office hours she will slow down and explain the material in more depth! She also gives lots of extra credit! Which helps your grad
Class is half orgo (structures) half biochem (function), so it's going to be foreign material. Yes, she has an accent. Sit in the front and listen to her. It's not difficult. Using the book for the first few chapters got me acquainted to the class, and I barely needed it from then on. Ask questions after class if you're confused. She won't bite
Go through her notes online. If you take the time to memorize her documents online you can get an A. 4 tests, 6 quizzes, 10 homeworks, and a Biochem and Organic final. Lots of extra credit built into the 4 tests. Really not bad but you have to study and stay on top of it.
Really nice lady but not good at teaching, very confusing at times. Be ready to pretty much teach yourself. I really wish I put a lot more effort into this class, because it is required. Material is very hard, but study DAILY until you are sure you understand. You can't just coast along in this class, you will fail. Read book, ppts,and notes
I took this class over the summer and would not recommend that. She's very nice and wants her students to do well, but you basically teach yourself. Luckily she gives a lot of resources on D2L and lots of extra credit.
Do not get me wrong, this professor knows the content. But, she does not teach well. CHEM 1152k at GSU is a hybrid course, where you'll be expected to teach yourself everything w/o guidance. She makes lots of mistakes on the homework, her notes are bad, and her SI 'extra help' sessions are just as unorganized as her teaching style. Good luck.
I actually enjoyed this class. I am currently taking it. No I'm not a genius, but you don't have to be to get an A in this course. All chem courses are hard bc theres a LOT of material to be covered in 1 semester. How I managed to ace all exams? Study, keep up with the book, watch her videos! :) I went to SI sessions b4 the exam. Good luck!
She knows her subject and will help you gain understanding. Very pleasant but you must work hard for your grade. Lots of extra credit. Attending her lectures is a must to getting a good grade. If you are ready to work hard, then this is the class for you.
Worst chemistry teacher I've had. Honestly, she was all over the place and nothing she said makes sense. She can't seem to stay on subject for very long and switches back on forth a lot. It's very hard to keep up with her. If you do take her, just read the book, it's a better teacher. Only good thing is she gives a lot of extra credit on tests.
Not very good at teaching. I have no doubt she's smart, but she's a pretty bad teacher, especially the second half of the semester. You've really got to read the book if you want to do well. She has a tendency to move back and forth between topics so it's very hard to keep up and take note. However, the extra credit on tests help with your grades.
People in my class that complained about her being a bad teacher never came to class or didn't study enough. I'm not going to lie. It is very hard material and a lot of it. If you come to class, pay attention, read the material and take time out to study you will do well.
Class is what you make it. If you struggle in Chemistry, the best advice is to find some partners that are good in it, and get close to Dr. Navarro. Gives lots of online quizzes, gives pretty difficult test. If you do not study well, do not take this course. Gives a little extra credit. Pray if you take this course. Very nice lady though.
This was the most poorly explained class that I have ever taken during my college career. The lectures were very unorganized and the teaching style is all over the place. The book was my teacher. The videos and lecture just confused me more. I do not advice taking such a difficult class with this professor AT ALL.
Dr. Navarro was so all over the place and vague with directions, so it made it very difficult to follow along. She was also very rude and snappy in emails and announcements, and contradicted a lot of what she stated in the syllabus. She throws a bunch of material in your face at once and it's not cohesive. Most annoying class ever.
Do not recommend for online students. She is very unorganized and posts so many things that you get overwhelmed on what to do. It seems like she doesn't have any experience with online classes. This specific class is hard. Don't take chem online if you aren't a science major.

The communication could have been better.
On most of the test and quizzes, she messed up the questions and did not correctly give the students their earned points back. She does NOT reply to emails quickly so if you have a question go see her in person.
One of favorite professors at this school. She is extremely nice, funny, and caring. If you put the work in, she is also willing to put work in to help you understand. I highly recommend this class over the summer. Definitely take this BEFORE biochem. You will save yourself time from studying bc you will know all BC molecules beforehand.

I took her for Chem 3400 (Orgo III) and she was great! She cares that you understand & she misses you when you do not show up. If there is anything you need don't hesitate to ask her. The course isn't easy but she gives a lot of study material and some EC.
Get ready to teach orgo II to yourself because she is "just a facilitator" which she is hardly that. She flies through notes in class and does not provide adequate resources for the students to learn effectively. She is not approachable and comes off as arrogant. DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS, there are better professors for a difficult class like this.

I had Dr. Navarro for Chem 1152K and she was so helpful and always willing to give extra help. If it wasn't for her helping me and the tutor she got for her class I would not have made an A. You definitely had to work and try hard as it is a hard course in general. Overall a great professor.
This class is HARD mostly bc it is not explained well. Everything you do, you have to learn it for yourself. Didnt do well first exam but then got all As on the rest. USE THE PPTS!! Those are extremely helpful & a great way to study. Dr. Navarro wasnt helpful to at all. You have to push yourself. It IS possible to get an A or higher :)
Dr. Navarro's class is HARD and you have to teach yourself. I literally failed all of the organic chem tests (3 tests) and passed the biochem test (1 test) and failed the other. MAKE SURE YOU DO WELL IN LAB AND HER ONLINE QUIZZES AND THE ACS EXAM. Read the textbook and do the problems on there because it really helps and refer to her notes

She's a nice person and she's very caring of her students, but her class is just horrible. When she writes her notes in front of the class, it's very disorganized and it's all over the place. She calls people out when you get up and leave in the middle of class. There's also a lot of quizzes online too. She also can't speak english. It's tough.
I, personally, loved Dr. Navarro! She was really sweet and helpful whenever I went to her office hours. Her notes are messy when she presents them to the class, its all over the place and disorganized. I have never failed any of her tests/quizzes, though most of the material I taught myself using the book. Her accent can be hard to listen though.
She does not use slides, she writes out stuff onto a paper. She writes in cursive, so that made it harder along with her bad handwriting. She has a very thick accent that does not make it easier to understand her at all. Book is pretty much useless and her online material is crap
Do not take this professor if you don't have to. She is very rude to students and does not seem to care about us. She makes no sense when she teaches. She bounces from topic to topic with no warning. During this online portion of the class due to quarantine, she was not helpful at all. Had us teach ourselves with her non-helpful videos.
Left too much work to do in a short amount of time. don't recommend to take it during the summer, I had to drop the class because there was way too much due in just one week.
Worst professor I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. I read the book, attended her class, and still struggled. She can't teach anything other than her personal life. I have clinical depression now because of her class and how little she teaches. Anxiety is now a normal routine.
I hate to leave such a negative review but she really is just impossible to follow, doesn't teach well, if you ask her a question she doesn't answer what you actually asked. Seems like a nice person but I'd recommend avoiding her as a teacher because her class does not prepare you for the exams/quizzes.
I took this course during my junior year. I am a pre-nursing major and this was by far the hardest material I have ever encountered. I received little to no help from Angela. She rarely responded to emails and she once told my class that she was not able to help us and that we "need to go to tutoring." Those are words a student should never hear.
The worst professor I have ever taken. literally useless. Throughout this whole online course, i had to teach myself the material. The material is not hard but she makes her test/quizzes so difficult!!!lectures and notes are disorganized and difficult to follow. If it wasn't for the textbook and my dedication i would not have made the grade i did.
Her accent is very heavy, she will NOT repeat herself, she will make you feel dumb if you ask her questions, she gets aggravated when you ask her questions you don't understand, she will call you out when you leave in the middle of class, focus on your studies with your classmates!, and good luck. Too difficult that I had to withdrawl.
RUN. She doesn't teach material from the required textbook version. Her powerpoints and lectures are USELESS and disorganized. Her tests have information that is not taught or doesn't make sense. She blames her failings on her students instead of taking accountability for horrible teaching, or lack of. I basically taught myself all semester. RUN
I wanted to rate Professor Navarro because she's better than people give her credit for. She's a great professor who's very enthusiastic about teaching. Obviously, I am taking her online and it would be much different in person, but she still provides A LOT of resources, practice, recorded videos, and PPTs. If you study well, you will do well!
Navarro is the sweetest professor I've ever had! Looking back at these reviews I was a bit skeptical to take her class, but she's so passionate and caring for her students! I feel like lots of people dislike her bc they didn't even try enough in her class. She really wants her students to succeed, but you MUST SHOW EFFORT which is reasonable!
ANE tends to go more in-depth than other profs; exams are difficult. Cares about her students, makes herself accessible outside of class, and has a ton of good resources (e.g., iPad videos) to help you learn. If you put in the work, you will succeed. Extra credit for attending office hours. *Take Alghoul for lab if you can, especially if online.*
Overall, she's not bad at all. She does have an accent but it's not too bad. I did have to go over each chapter in the book (highly recommended). She REALLY cares about her students and even gives extensions/retakes on quizzes and exams when needed. It's been 3 years since I've taken chem 1151 and still got a B in this course so it was worth it.
Dr. Navarro is a very caring professor. She is actually a great professor. This class really just requires you to put in a lot of work to succeed. You need to attend lectures, take notes, & study every week. Trust me, if you pay attend & study you WILL succeed. I ended the class with an A
Dr. Navarro-Eisenstein cares very much about chemistry and I think she cares about her students. However, her tendency to talk over students who are asking questions trying to make sense of the poorly edited lab manual while not answering any of those questions makes taking her class difficult. Its just lab but I wish she listened to students more
Absolute worst Professor I have had in my 10+ years of schooling. She is VERY rude and condescending to students who ask fair questions. Refuses to teach the material, provide a syllabus or breakdown of what will be on the final. If she thinks you arent paying attention, she will call you out, by name, in front of whole class. AVOID HER IF U CAN!
Don't get me wrong, she is a sweet lady and she means well, but in no way shape or form should she be teaching a chemistry lab. She doesn't have an icollege for her class like most labs and lectures have. She doesn't use email and when she does it's not an official email, so it gets sent to your spam folder. Her quizzes are not clear and just no.
An effort class. Read the textbook -- take good notes & do practice problms. Her lectures are eh, but gets the job done. SIT IN FRONT. Mastering Chemistry hw due dates are lenient, ask her to reopen & she will. Wkly quizzes w/ worksheets to help do well on quizzes. Read the textbook & her PowerPoint notes is A/B+ on online exam (2 hrs). EASY FINAL.
Got her for lab. She gives a lot of extra credit. Hypersensitive about time. Really bad at explaining anything. It was really difficult to understand what she wanted from us. Didn't seem like she really had a lesson plan ready and seemed like she was lecturing on the spot. Her lecture was also hard to follow.
RUN. Do not take her class if you care about your grade. VERY unorganized and is a strictler.
Don't recommend taking her class if you want a good GPA. She gives practice quizzes but doesn't provide the answers for them. Lectures are very rushed and unorganized. The lectures and practice quizzes don't prepare you for actual quizzes and tests. Best to find another chemistry teacher, because this class will ruin your science GPA
Dr. Navarro was fine. She gave us a lot of extra credit. She was nothing like my 1151L teacher. She was disorganized, and I never understood what she was teaching. I used to just sit in class and daydream. She also moves quickly and rants a lot. I wouldn't take this class, but she does give a lot of extra credit to help you!
Dr. Navarro is highly unorganized. Her lectures are heavy, and trust me, whatever you have learned from your previous chemistry class will not be relevant with this class. She is a "go check the chemistry book, everything is there" type of person, so if you want help outside of class, there is no such help. You have been warned. DO NOT TAKE HER!
If you are not that good a chemistry avoids this teacher at all costs. I had to drop this class. If you do take her, you will have to do a lot of studying and tutoring. good luck
As someone who got an A in this course, I do not recommend this professor. She does not know how to organize a lecture and it makes things confusing. I went to every lecture and was always lost. I mainly taught myself. If you do take her, a plus is that she gives bonus questions on exams. The textbook is the best tool, so I recommend buying it.
Horrible! God awful oh my goodness, I never cried so much in my life. she doesn't take any questions, she is very unorganized, hates responding to emails because she claims she "has a personal life outside of class", doesn't take questions of the exam on the day of the test, talks down on the class a lot, messes up in lecture. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
As a freshman in college she made me hate my first semester. Her lectures are incredibly unorganized and she's all over the place all the time. The only reason my grade was decent was due to the fact that I learned all this on my own time, which is time consuming. Please don't take her if you care about your well being.
Can not learn a thing in her class, please do not take her she is a mean person in general and doesn't care about students.
I don't know where to start, whether that be test heavy grading that she doesn't prepare the students for, lack of grade opportunities, unorganized messy lectures, lack of email response and more. If you care about your GPA, don't take this class. Sure, you may pass if it's your only class to focus on because you would be teaching yourself instead.
She's rude in class & her pacing is awful. She spends time on unnecessary concepts & rushes through the difficult ones. She's much better/nicer outside of class & posts plenty of resources, I got lucky because I already took AP Chem, otherwise I would have been lost. If you're good at chemistry, you'll be fine. Otherwise.... It will be a struggle.
This class is hard and weeds many people out. If you don't try then this isn't your class, however, she goes out of her way for students. She adjusts lectures for students, gives practice problems, provides past lectures, office hours, Webex meetings, lecture slides, YouTube videos, and goes to the tutoring studio to help students after class.
She is the second worst to Tracy Ediger! She calls people out when they leave mid-lecture and keep on complaining on about her personal life and how busy she is, very tiring and time-consuming .I found Khan Academy videos taught me entirely throughout the course to pass instead of her. Please just don't put yourself through this.
Be prepared to take a lot of notes and be confused during class. I often had to teach myself out of class because her notes were really confusing. She does provide extra links and videos to help which I found very helpful. She will go off topic during class a lot and often turn down questions. She made the class a 1000x harder!
