She's an excellent prof. Really cares about the student, and loves to teach. Gives great notes and is dedicated to teaching the material. I enjoyed attending her class, I learned a lot. The way she teaches it sticks in your head. Also, tells great stories. Take her class you won't regret it.

Easy teacher, just make sure you attend class or you'll miss out on her notes. her notes and explanation is your key for success. she cracks jokes and makes the class entertaining. and do your hw. her test are simular to her hw assignments. u can get an easy B

Anyone who says "You will fail for sure" is just PLAIN STUPID. This teacher rocks. Spoon feed galore. Just take notes, listen, do the homework, and have a good cheat sheat and u got a EASY B+ or higher. I didnt even go to class after second midterm and got an A-. Dont think cause she's a good proff she's easy. Curve balls make you think on exams.

She's nice and pretty clear also. I agree that her exams are super long. I usually just finish with max 10 min. left and I knew my material so well. This class is really easy imo, I've taken integral calculas and it was 3X harder. Got an A+ without much effort. Take her class, no regrets.

She's really a harder teacher for taking business stats. But I believe she helps you to succeed b/c she's an Accounting teacher teaching math so she puts questions that is more representative of the real world. Moreover she makes you think on test questions. So questions are not just straight out from notes.

Lectures can be somewhat confusing at times and she can be lost in her world while teaching. However very understanding and helpful.

She is a nice teacher, but you have to work hard to get a good grade.

She makes the class so fun and entertaining. Her lectures are really clear and I find her explanation to be very detailed

anita's soo sweet and is always telling funny stories and i love her ghetto drawings... teachs well and tests are acutally on everything you've learned, unlike many other teachers.

SHE IS A GREAT TEACHER FOR ACCOUNTING COURSE. Even it is your first term or time taking this acct 1110 u will be fine, just study previous midterms that she will post before the exams and also do all your weeklu assignments !! U WILL BE FINE WITH a grade between B and A

Anita is an affable and friendly instructor I have. She creates more positive and fresh attitute in the class. If she teaches Stats, I will take her again.

Best accounting teacher ever! If you don't really know much about accounting and really want an "introduction" to it, take acct 1110 with her.

Great teacher, she explains all the topics well and thoroughly. She checks homework every class and goes over it thoroughly. Midterms are difficult though, but she prepares you well. Just study hard and you'll do fine. Class attendance is very crucial if you want to succeed and I recommend that you always go to class because she is SMOKING hot.

Cutest teacher ever! Love her stories. The amount of work you put into the course will refect your mark. Will definately take her again. Only need textbook for questions and homework. Didnt read the chapters and got a B.

She's an awesome teacher that gives you good background in accounting. Replies emails with detailed explanation and will not give up on answerinig questions that students ask. Gives a lot of hints from time to time so attendance is a MUST. overall she's GREAT :)

Nice and helpful teacher. What u need to do is come to class and do the assignments, then u will be fine. one bad thing is the pace is a little bit fast, someone love that, but i don't.

Extremely helpful. She posts all the relevant materials that would be required for the exam on the website. The exams is pretty straightforward as well. Just attend class and you should be fine . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Anita is a great teacher. Pretty easy class. Use the textbook a lot obviously. Has an option of textbook problems or the use of LIFA for assignments. Extremely helpful, and has office hours before class. If you don't understand stuff she goes over it pretty well during her office hours. Added bonus is she's pretty hot.

Anita was my first accounting professor and she persuaded me towards a career in accounting. She is a teacher who cares about students' academic and career success. Because of Anita, I was accepted for the Master of Accounting Program with the U of S. She makes the class alive and available during office hours, exam is hard but no pain no gain

Very nice women and very good teacher, really cares that you understand the material. Responds to emails and to questions quickly. As long as you go to class and do the homework and practice you will do well. Highly recommend her!!!

Very nice teacher but sometimes in her lectures she gets scattered and that can be confusing..midterms are easy, final is tough.

She's a fair teacher, with this course you get out of it what you put in. A certain responsibility will lie to do independent learning since there is so much to cover in this course and so little classtime

Anita is very helpful and she tries to help students get better grades by changing the marking scheme. However, the course itself is difficult and Anita does not adjust accordingly to make the course understandable in any way. Her exams are too long for the time frame given and her assignments have nothing to do with the exams.

So far so good? You will here that phrase from her at least a few hundred times throughout the semester. She is very helpful at explaining hard concepts. Her Lectures are long and dry. Exams are long and tough given the time alloted. Success in this course in my opinion is highly correlated with your Acct1/2 grade. Read and study hard you'll be oka

She is very helpfull and understanding but when it comes to her mid terms and her final, they are brutally hard. Its up to you. i finished off with an -A and i found it hard. This course in general you have to put alot of effort into it

Anita, is by far the best professor at Kwantlen. She encourages lots and lots of questions and her teaching is crystal clear. 2293 alone is a hard course but under Anitas, mentoring you should find the material easier to understand. SHe is always available for help and she tells you exactly what to expect for her exams.

Anita is a very good teacher. Her PowerPoint slides are very helpful and she is detailed when describing test outlines. I highly recommend her. If you want a good grade, keep up with the homework. It's that simple.

Teacher was very helpful,but taught class as if you've taken it before,assumes you already stuff. Shes kinda funny at times,told me not to read the chapters from text book and just go off her slides.Do all the homework if you want to pass. Would take her again though.oh she makes a lot of mistakes on her exams,so watch out for them.

She is a fun teacher. Would definitely take her classes again. In order to succeed in her class, all the homework must be done besides the weekly assignments. Her exams are fair and is comes mostly from the textbook's exercise questions. I see people fail her class because of no effort into doing her exercise practices.

Very clear and concise in teaching the materials which was beneficial due to the fact the course load was prolific. This class is for those who has a high learning curve and can keep up.

Very Helpful prof especially if Acct is not your major field. Took this class with another prof and failed, and now retaking with Anita. Her power-points are really clear and helpful. I learned so much more taking this class with her. TAKE HER!!!

She is one of the BEST professors at Kwantlen like I'm not joking when I say she's the best. Her tests are very straightforward and she's there for you whenever you need help. Everytime I go to her for help, she's always so happy!!!! definitely recommend her!! trust me, you will not regret it :)

Be ready work on your own because her lectures aren't very clear. She does try to help if you ask, tries to encourage students to study and testsexams are mostly from the book.

Anita is extremely helpful and a supportive professor. She does her best to support you. Unfortunately, her exam may not be a good reflection of her intentions to some students. To be successful in her class you will need to understand and study her ppt as some questions for her exam is based off of it. Don't skip class and always ask questions!

Definitely reccomend her as a prof. She is very knowledgable and wants her students to do well so always go to her office hours. As to eceryone saying shes tough dont believe it. Ive taken the class before and i can tell you its the material that is difficult. my advice is do all readings, practice prblems, and go t every class. You will do well ;)

The course itself is a somewhat hard course in itself. Anita is very helpful and tries to make it as easy as possible. She tries to help but she can't help those that don't ask. Her exams are fair and consistent. I would take her again, one of the best ACCT teachers.

she's pretty funny. really to the point for exams, she will give you practice exams to look over before midterms, most of her questions are from there for tests. homework a lot of the time shell go over it in class and you just get a participation mark.

The best Instructor after Professor Robert Ironside. If you practice her mid term and final exam's (which she will provide on line) are helpful and boost your mark. Class is fun. She has a great sense of humour and she is very friendly and helpful. Recommended for every accounting course.

Anita is a great professor but her lectures are somewhat unclear and majority of the time she goes off on a story that is completely unrelated to the material. Expect homework that is due every week. Her exams are relatively easy as long as you pay attention in class and do the homework.

I had Anita for ACCT 3310 and ACCT 3410. She is an excellent teacher and one of my favourite teachers. She is very thorough and explains concepts in detail during class. If you go for help during office hours she is very friendly and helpful. Anyone that says she is a bad teacher clearly didn't apply themselves or go to class.

She's a good prof. Explains well. BUT her exams are SO hard. Her sample exams (a lot easier, even though they are previous terms exams) are no where near anything like the actual exams she gives. Side tracks off topic often, keeps class interesting though

I loved her. This was the best acct professor I have had so far. She gives you all the tools to succeed in this course and expects you to work hard. She delivers great lectures, checks all the h/w and exams in no time. She is the right teacher for CPA student. You may find her to intense if you are in it for diploma or certificate. Recommended.

Anita is a prof that wants her students to do well as long as they study. Her life stories kept the lectures more interesting. Her exams are pretty hard but nothing crazy and you'll do fine if you put in the work. The only bad thing is that she jumps around from topic to topic to finish the course material. Would take again.

After taking the first intermediate accounting class with Anita I realized that she tests understanding not memorization. Now that I finished Accounting 3410 with Anita I have confidence in myself not due to the mark I received but because I learned how to study for accounting and the best part is that I remember most of the material I learned

Fair Marker, Interesting stories which make accounting somewhat interesting, really cares about her students, brigs food to the exams so her students do well.

A professor that genuinely wants students to learn the material and retain the information. Some say the exams are hard I also agree but if the exam don't test you than the next class will be lot harder for the student

Do assigned Homework and pay attention in class and you will do good. Very knowledgeable instructor.

She's generally a nice person but you really have to teach yourself as she gets side tracked during lectures and only ends up covering half of the slides, leaving you to have to review the rest on your own.

Anita is a very good professor who focuses on student's understanding of the material. Her teaching style somehow makes accounting easy to understand. She is also very reasonable and caring for student's well-being.

The prof is very funny and keeps the class from getting boring. The teacher is excellent, but the material itself though is very difficult and there is a lot to go over. It is a VERY STRESSFUL course. If you have the choice I HIGHLY recommend taking ACCT 1110 and 1210 because there is just so much studying you have to do in this class to do well.

I took 3410 with Anita last semester and she is super brilliant. I really liked her since she was very keen on making students learn the concepts of the course . She effectively updates the moodle and post all the inclass material . Overall 3410 is a hard course regardless who you take it with. End of the day you have to learn it to reach you goal.

Don't get me wrong, intermediate accounting is not an easy course, no matter where you take it. However, Anita's tests are exactly similar to the HW and powerpoint examples she gives. She is also very nice and wrote like an essay explaining something when I had a question. If you actually do the work its easy

Overall Anita is an amazing professor. I would take her for all accounting courses if I can. She explains everything so well and makes the class more fun to learn.

I would definitely take another class with her. She will give you extra credit, not a strict marker at all. If the majority class gets something wrong in class, she will give you another chance to change that marks. But you also have to study, you cannot expect to get an A+ without studying and just attending her class.

Anita puts a lot of effort into her teaching, explains well and always ready to answers questions. This course is hard and I was glad to have such a helpful instructor.

Anita is a great prof, her class will never feel boring. I enjoyed my time and the 3 hours passed quickly. However, you should not take it easy in any 3310 course. do the work, study for the weekly quizzes, reach out if you find difficulties and you will score high.
