Mrs Oberg was great! She is very passionate about psychology and she always is eager to help students who need it. If you dont show up to class, you can get the same info from the discussions she posts online. But she does sometimes provide participation points in class. Overall, I definitely recommend her!

Ajeanette, yeah she is awesome! My favorite class and one of my favorite professors I have ever taken. The work is easy and she is flexible with the deadlines. Just have to do it. She is very funny and is an open book and willing to share her personal life during lectures. Easy to talk to, reminds me of a nice sweet old lady on the back of the bus

Before taking her Psych class, I had absolutely no interest in psychology, But after the first day I was hooked. Her interaction with the class was amazing, and she encouraged students like me who struggled too do better. There isn't enough space here for me to describe just how amazing a teacher she is. 10/10 points.

took psych 101 and loved this class so much! she in not just a professor but a person too. helps you understand the material and is funny too. learned a lot and would definitely take another class of hers.

Cannot say enough good things about Ms. Oberg, she explains things very clearly, and lets you have cheat sheets for tests. If you show up to class every time you get 100 points in class activities. Not to mention she is hilarious and down to earth. I would recommend this class to anyone!

So Professor Oberg was amazing. I truly loved her class. She was good at getting us involved in the info and explained it in interesting ways. She uses her personal life as examples, which helps create a good connection with her. Cannot say enough good things about this prof!

where can I begin Ms. Oberg is such an amazing person. She is very helpful, down to earth, caring and funny person. Not afraid to tell you whats on her mind. very sincere is open to discussions in class. likes her students to open up to her and her classmates. One of the best teachers i have ever had. She's a great teacher who really knows the ins and outs of her field. All exams are administered online and the final exam was also. The only thing I had a problem with is she didn't pace the class the way she should have; my class didn't any of the sections involving personality disorders.

She has probably been my favorite teacher in college so far. Great with student interaction and very helpful, can't wait to take another one of her classes.

After 3 years of college I KNOW this past semester with Ms Oberg I truly learned the material. She made Abnormal Psychology very interesting. Although there was A LOT of homework it was simply read the text answer the questions and you learn the material. I LOVE her for having the online exams - those made the class for me. She is the best ever!

Love her class. No matter what we talk about she can find a way to make it amusing that people actually want to go to class. We don't get a lot of homework and have online quizzes at the end of every module (which you can take as many times as you want) . Most of her grading is on participation. Would definitely take her again.

This class is very easy to get an A or B in. All the exams are online and she drops the lowest score (so do well on everything and you won't have to take the final). Oberg is very down to earth.. Class participation is mandatory. Very little homework. She loves group work so if you're not into that, don't take her class.

First off, let me get this out of the way, yes she is hot! Took her twice for two different classes and loved every minute. That being said, she is a great teacher, explains the material well, and answers any and all questions. Participate in her class and just have fun! She helps you come out of your shell, so put some effort in, she's amazing!

Extremely attractive. Moving on, amazing teacher. Loves what she does, and loves to help out her students. It's really a great environment to work in, you will be interested and you will learn. Only con I can think of is that she isn't single. Seriously, nothing negative can be said about this professor, take her and enjoy the class!

Professor Oberg is a very knowledgeable teacher, military friendly, and easy going. Students don't really respect the class, mostly because some students talk about their life experiences/problems during lectures which takes up most of the class time. This isn't a psychiatrist appointment, it's a college class. I would recommend Professor Oberg.

Very straightfoward class, nothing outrageous. The only way you'll fail this class is if you don't do the homework and/or bomb the tests.

My first teacher dropped out mid-semester and I got Anjeanette Oberg as the teacher the second half of the semester. Gratefully, she gave a lot of extra credit so I could bring up my very low grade. I was thankful she was my teacher and I would take her again in the future.

Flexible and understanding professor who cares about her students. Online class was high paced, but properly organized. Replies to emails fast. Overall would recommend this professor. It is hard work, but it is worth it. I took 8 week fast pace course and received an A with a little hard work.

When I first met Anjeanette, she appears as a sweetheart and real soft spoken. But she has a mouth and she's funny! She is a real personable professor, however she can be a bit sassy. Her exams are online and doesn't assign a lot of work. She doesn't care if your work is late, as long as it's turned in. Overall, she's laid back and real erudite

An outstanding professor and is really knowledgeable about psychology. She understands that her students have other responsibilities besides her class so she is flexible enough to not stress you out but makes the course rigorous enough so you actually learn the material. She is absolutely hilarious and such a sweet lady. Taking her again for 102!

You'll pass easily as long as you do the work and study. If something is unclear then just ask the professor. She is very approachable and friendly. I'd loved her class and definitely take her class again. She is hilarious and doesn't sugar coat anything.

AMAZING teacher. Her lectures are never boring, she tells funny stories from life all the time. All quizes are online. You don't have to die studying but you still learn A LOT. Attendance is not mandatory at all. She is very respected and gives a lot of extra credit opportunities. Taking two of her classes is the best thing that I ever did.

Loved Anjeanette! She is a fantastic teacher, super high energy and really laid back. She speaks to her class the way she would to her friends and family, so if obscenities bother you don't take her class. Taking Personal Growth with her was one of the best decisions I made in this semester.

This class was very challenging especially for statistics not preparing the students for this class. Overall shes a great teacher. She can be tough, but its very worth it. I was surprised I finished the class with an A.

Great Professor, Dr. Oberg is really funny and discusses topics in ways for us to understand. She doesn't expect you to be as smart as she is but she doesn't make you feel dumb. I was very comfortable to ask her questions about anything that I was unclear on. She provides the textbook and she has lecture videos and powerpoints. Only 3 assign./week

Took her hybrid class for lifespan psychology. Amazing professor who really cares for her students. Her lectures are relatable and not boring at all. Since it was a 8 week class, there were a lot of assignments per week but totally doable if you put in the effort. She's truly one of my favorite professors, highly recommended!

Took her hybrid 8- week class at Glendale CC. Her lectures are very insightful and thorough. She curses in class, but checks first if her students are offended by it. Since it was a compressed 8 week class, HW was double the amount of a 16 week class, but definitely doable. Accessible outside of class and offers extra credit. She's awesome!

I love Anjeanette so MUCH she's one of my absolute favorite professors! I would take so many classes if she taught them. I wish I had been more hardworking in this class, though. It was extremely hard. Be prepared to work a lot on papers. If you didn't do well in Stats, I recommend taking it again. You will apply a lot of Stats here.

Extremely tough class, but builds you up for what is to come once you transfer. I shed a lot of tears and had a couple of breakdowns, but it was worth the feeling of accomplishment at the end of the tunnel. When Anjeanette says she will pull you through to the end, she means it. She loves her students and her job and it shows.

This was one of the most difficult classes I've ever taken. It was a ton of work, but Anjeanette works with you every step of the way. You have to work your ass off to pass this class, but you feel really proud in the end.

Anjeanette is Amazing shes truly a great psychology professor at MSJC shes almost like a friend, she makes everything clear on the first day of class, her Psychology of Gender Class at least was not as hard honestly pretty easy There are no Exams there are more Group Projects and Experiential Learning involved there are workshop you have to attend!

This professor is one of the best professors I have had so far. She is so understanding and helpful her class was really easy and I learned a lot. As long as you do the work you will pass and its not a lot I took this class online for summer I thought it was going to be extremely difficult but it was the opposite.

If you want an easy A class, Psyc 124 with Anj is not the class for you. This class made me sleep deprived, & caused me so much mental breakdowns. Her feedbacks are often harsh but its the real life. She wants to prepare you for graduate school and I am thankful that i took her. If you want Atleast a C in this class, YOU NEED TO WORK FOR IT! HARD.

I really enjoyed her class, she made the homework helpful in helping understanding the material. I took her 6-week online class, so it fast pace, but she was understanding if you had a solid reason as to why you didn't complete the homework. I would definitely take her again.

Professor Oberg is great. She is friendly, and she supplies a free e-textbook , so you do not need to worry about purchasing one. The only thing I would say she can take a bit on getting grades posted. With that said, she is very reasonable and fair with grading. I highly recommend taking her class. I learned a lot from her.

Anjeanette was great! Shes definitely not for everyone, as shes VERY liberal and open in her political views. Aside from that, she definitely knows what shes talking about. But the class was super easy, mostly just group work.

I took PSYC 101 with her course, Anjeanette is a nice person and very easy class. She was quick feedback if you asked the questions from canvas inbox or send her email. I really wanted to take another her courses again. I would recommend everyone take her course.

Basically its 3 assignments a week, so very easy to keep track of. Sometimes theres more and theres a required amount of points at the end of the year. The assignments are pretty easy and personalized, just study for tests.

Professor Oberg is a must take for PSYC 124. She is an excellent teacher that is extremely clear on her expectations. Her lectures are exceptionally clear and interesting. She preps you for the heavy writing assignments that are required. She is always avaliable and willing to help you if addition help or clarity is needed.

I just adore Anjeanette Oberg and I will choose her 100% if given the option for any course. She is caring, inspirational, understanding, and gives phenomenal lectures. I love her genuineness and love for life. You will gain much more from her than a grade.

Professor Oberg really cares about you. She understand if you turn in assignments late and due dates are flexible. Wouldn't recommend procrastinating too much or youll get behind on assignments. This is one of the harder psych classes which involves a lot of statistical math. She has videos and the free book she uses explain the processes well.

I love this class, amazing teacher, amazing lecture. No required textbooks. It didn't have to deduct points. You can get A if you submit on time. This class is so easy. I recommend take this class!

She's very caring and nice, however, this class is insanely hard with all the statistical math and concepts. It's like learning a new language. Get ready to mentally break down several times :) But she is very understanding of people's situations and I would take her again for any other class.

This classwork is totally manageable and easy to get into a routine with and the professor is kind and chill. I'd highly recommend the course if you're interested in the subject or need some credits in sociology.
