My computer skills were so outdated. anyone after 87 never even heard of wordperfect5.1 or lotus 1-2-3 I have never used word or powerpoint before and now I can create my own slides and documents. Ann is fantastic if you don't get 100% on an assignment she gives you an opportunity to correct it.

NOT a good class for me. Video tutorials sometimes confusing, often hard to see or out of focus, didn't follow written instructions. Jumped around too much, hard to follow,the voice mostly monotone made it seem long. Data usage charges went way up because of video tutorials, so many and so long. Will need to take over but definitely NOT ONLINE!

Ann is my all time favorite Professor. She is so helpful and never leaves a student behind. It would be nice if all Professors taught the way she does. I have taken two of her courses CAPP 120(face to face) and CAPP 122(online) and both were a great experience. A++ Ann, and thanks for always giving me the extra help.

I highly recommend this teacher for online courses. She posts tutorial videos for almost all her assignments so if the text is not clear we had a video, discussion board and email. She is flexible with her assign. which helped me during some tough times this semester to get catch up on all my assignments.

I had Mahrenholz for four MS classes and I highly recommend her! One class was online and she provided very helpful video tuturiols. She's very personable and makes her classes fun!

She Is not only very knowledgeable, but goes above what is required to make sure you understand the material. Even thou it is homework, she will help you to complete it so that you fully understand the lesson being taught.

I was nervous taking an Excel class because of the dreaded FORMULAS. Reading the textbook beforehand did nothing to assuage my fears. Ann walked us through all the steps, not only making it easy to get an A; but, more importantly, making it easy to USE EXCEL outside of class. She is a wonderful teacher. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Of all the professors I've had in the CAPP and business series, she is absolutely the BEST!! She is more prepared than 99% of the professors and had great supporting material every week that made it possible to learn this material deeply. I'd take more of her classes anywhere if I could find them. Great teacher in every way!!
