She's actually good but she relies on the powerpoint most of the time (like most of the prof.)

Please do not take this class...she is a terrible teacher...does not comply with student's needs, does not help and very uptight...she thinks that we know all the information in the course...

Anne needs to work on updating her technology skills. I find her very unhelpful when it comes to Lab assistance. No doubt she is explains well and highlights whats important. if you ask her any question on the topic, she seems to give very unsatisfactory answers which are not to the point. ACC300 students beware!!!.

she is the worst person when it comes to explaining things. and don't bother ask her for help because she enver explains the question you asked, instead she ends up drifting the conversation to some other point and then confuses the hell out of you even more. I hated her classes, I only went because it was a compulsory course.

Idon't know why seneca hire her.In her class, I only learn two sentences:"don't stare me,look at blackboard." She don't know too much about accounting knowledge. If you take her test,it is really radiculous,it is just play a game,nothing in the test.So if you want to hell,take her class.

In her class, you will be fail even you have studied hard! she always teaches something but test your other knowledge, such as geography.
The Ave Mark for Mid-Term test is 52!!!!!!! in her class. So i don't want to say how hard marker she is. If you take her class, you are going to have a nightmare for 4 months.

If she is your teacher..RUN.. Run fast and far!! she is the worst teacher in the history of teachers. Class average was 32. Very nice profesor, but her lectures are quite limited. She briefly puts up homework answers to back up her lesson. YOU MUST READ YOU BOOK AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON YOUR OWN!!!! and then her lesson will clarify your thinking. her exam reviews SUCK!!!! And she talks alot, but decent prof.
You have to read textbook before class, do h/w, study by youeself. Tests are similar to h/w - not hard.
You can expect only theory. no practical work at all. Very hard to mark.If you have choice run asap.

A very helpful and knowledgeable professor. Study hard, you?ll learn a lot and get a good mark.
Not too bad, mainly teaches from the textbook. Tries very hard to make accounting "fun". Not helpful at all when it comes to tests and exams, very unclear on what the content is. Overall, shes okay, but not great.
She may mark hard but if you come prepared, you will learn a lot. If you read before class the chapter(s) outlined, then you'll have no trouble following her lectures. She is very knowledgeable. She isn't very clear about things that will be on tests, but if you've followed along during the lectures you will be prepared.
She knows this subject very well. Read before the class and you'll be fine. Very helpful.

She is very knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff. She teaches very well. She explains everything so that you understand the concept and not just memorize the steps. She is an OK marker. Not an easy marker for sure, so make sure you know your stuff. Attend all her classes, you will regret it if you don't.
Do not ask a question in her class. She will take offense and berate you!!! Sit there quietly - that's my best advice. Anne is completely unapproachable and has a chip on her shoulder about being a CA. If you don't understand a concept in Intermediate Accounting I, you're better off to seach Wikipedia for a solution!
She know her stuff really well but dont make the mistake of asking question in her class..she is an extremley hard marker, there is no such thing as partial marks..u get perfect or zero. Hard to get even a B with her.
Professor Chun is a nice person, however when it comes to her teaching styles, it is not a walk in the park. Twie the class averages for her class midterms were below 50 (not sure if it was her or the subject itself). Be careful what you ask her, as she does will not answer any general questions - they have to be very specific.

Does not answer questions. Does not make an effort to explain to the students what should be focused on for tests. She also does not care about timely matters. She might aswell play an audio tape and go home.

She is not a bad professor at all. If you work hard, your efforts will pay off. Her notes are very helpful and if you do your homework, the tests become rather easy. You can tell that Anne knows accounting inside and out. Overall, a very good professor and always smiles.

Only thing she does giving page references and rest is up to student. She thinks that all students are professional accountants so she's not bothering herself teaching. DO NOT take her class. WORST!
She is not a generous marker but she is a good teacher. She pushes you to your limit and you study really hard. After the semester with her, you'll feel that you've achieved something. That feeling is great. Take the challenge!!

Awful teacher, very nasty. Don't ask questions in her class, she says things like "Would anyone like to explain to __ why she's wrong?" Quite regularly mocks students, makes religious jokes. Refused to answer questions on her assignment and left the instructions ambiguous so literally everyone got 50-70%. Very dull lecturer. Very nasty woman.
Worst professor, very rude and confusing!...Her classes are so boring that you feel like Accounting is boring. Only thing you have to do in her class is to turn pages. For non-Accountants her classes are learning other language without translation!..She marks so hard. She doesn't care giving 0 in exams!...Seneca should fire her!

Run away from her guys (if you can). Unfotunately she is the only teacher for ACC416. I failed ACC416 with her, and I took it again with another prof and I got an A. She will fail you very easy. Most students. She doesnt care about students success never helps with Simply Accounting.

Uncomfortable being in her class, helpless, everyone was lost and confused. She taught only 1 hour of the 2, she found it more important to skip through quickly than take the time to explain. 1st half of sem.
to pass this class you must remember all the exact details from all previous semester's accounting courses, she will not refresh your memory of what you learned and assumed you have 100% mastered them

Pointless lecture with no direction and no explanation, spamming unorganized course materials and notes dumping (while also having a few mistakes in her own notes). She should not even be teaching! To ace her class you need to read and memorize the whole tax manual to every single little details!
She's not that bad. I guess she comes off as a bit odd but talk to her and be friendly and she will treat you same and she will help you out. The thing is, this course is difficult. The topic tests and assignments are easy so get a high score on those since the term tests are difficult!
Professor Chun doesn't waste your time. She tells you what you need to know and helps you prepare for it. Just do your part by attending classes and doing exercises and you'll be good. She cares a lot about her students and it shows.

She doesn't teach. In 2 hours section, she ends her class within an hour. Plus, test is so messy. You must care about yourself a lot. Cheer up.
One of the worst professors, Ive ever gotten. Prepared for her lectures. She doesnt teach properly. Study in your own pace, ask anyone for help if you can.
She makes everything harder to understand than it actually is. She ends her lecture earlier and not really accessible outside of class. She is a bit unorganized when it comes to grading as she doesn't provide a rubric and we don't know what she wants us to do. Get the textbook and ready to teach yourself.
Not really helpful, especially Taxation is difficult and what makes it more difficult is that she's not maximizing the time to teach us, ends the lecture early and she wants us to know how to do the T1 manually.

Even for me as someone who does tax to earn some additional income, I was confused in her class and I don't suggest to take a class with her to anyone
