Awesome teacher. She very nice and has a lot of energy when she lectures. Puts a lot of passion into her classes. Wants you to do well. Show up to class and just listen to her lectures and you will do fine on her tests. Just do you work and you will have an easy A.

Dr. Garcia is always fun and very kind to the students. She seems to really care about us.

She was very patient in helping anyone, and whoever needed help. She was beyond fair, and super awesome. her main goal was to make you learn. She added humor to her class which made me want to go to class and be there and learn.

Anne is soo cool. She makes her lectures worth going to and makes you interested. Her main function is that you learn. She does a wonderful job as a teacher.

Dr. Garcia is an excellent teacher. She's really involved with her work, and gives every student attention. She has a lot of energy and can talk a lot, but I can't remember ever being bored in class. The class is pretty easy, but you have to pay attention and read the textbook. A+

Oh wait I thought we were on college? People who complain she only thought 1/2 the chapter are lame. Her lectures were filled with enegry and were education. A college prof. isn't suppose to teach you everything they only connect the dots. Shes very nice and the tests are all comprehensive.

I took Dr. G. for two classes and they both were great! She's a fabulous teacher and a fun person. She lets you work hard because she expects you to be an adult. This is college. You can do the work and succeed in her class.

Anne is definitely the best psych prof working at WCC . She has a tremendous amount of energy and makes you want to to well on the tests and work assigned. You need to work and study, but if you are determined to get an A in this class, it's quite easy.

I LOVED her!!! Anyone would do well as long as they read the book and took notes, not just listen to her. This is college! I was sick and she was super helpful in catching me up w/o taking points off. 3 essay tests with a variety of questions YOU can choose from.Shes full of energy. Very energetic, and loves what she is teaching. I had a few problems with a couple of close minded remarks she made. And she drove me nuts by talking through the videos like we were too stupid to understand what was going on. But overall a good teacher.

She will make you love psychology. Plenty of opportunities to get points but there is a LOT of info to learn so plan time to devote to it. Her classes are a ton of fun though; she's ridiculously intelligent and funny. One of the best professors I've ever had.

she's fun, and the class is acutally interesting. but you have to read the book for every assignment if you want to get an A in the class, for there is a quiz for each chapter that is mandatory

She is a really good teacher. She is always going. Makes Psychology very interesting. However, she gives alot of homework [ reading and online quiz]. Her exams are very fair and easy to pass. I suggest taking her!! She funny, lighthearted, and loves to talk about her kids.

I took this class online. I thought that I learned a lot from her dvd lectures and thought that she had a good structure to the class. She had everytthing printed out on a schedule to do list which was very helpful!

She is very nice and intelligent. She really knows her stuff and uses a lot of examples to explain concepts which I like. However she assigns a lot of reading and online quizzes. It seemed like she is another teacher that thinks her class is your whole life. I though the class was harder than it should be.

This class is not an easy A. There is a lot of work, but it's completely worth it. You HAVE to show up and HAVE to read the book. The way she teaches you actually have to commit the material to memory and not just learn it for a test. Highly recommend this teacher if you actually want take something away from this course.

It was a pleasure to be taught by Dr Garcia. She introduced each subject matter in a way that related to everyday life. She is passionate about everything she teaches and always available to help. Highly recommended.

Anne is a great teacher with lots of energy and enthusiasm towards the subj. She can get a little distracted some times, but overall is very organized. I would definitely recommend taking her if you are interested in the subj. Don't take the class if you want a super easy A, you have to at least read the book and show up.

She is the greatest online instructor I've had yet. The course is outlined in a concise manner, the material is fun and interesting, her lectures are helpful, and she is always updating the class on our progress.

Dr. Garcia is a wonderful Professor. Her teaching style is straight forward. She is very helpful and always available when you need her. She does give a lot of quizzes but they are NOT hard. You get half the points on the quiz just for being there. I went into her class liking psychology now i love it and am even considering changing my major.

Anne is AMAZING! I absolutely recommend her for any psychology class! I took her in the spring when lectures were three hours, and her creative, memorable stories that linked back to the material made the class extremely enjoyable. You have to read the book and at least put in a decent amount of effort, but she's extremely kind and fun! Take her!

I took this class online and it was very easy. I didn't really have any interaction with this teacher but had no need to. The course was laid out from the first day and was very clear. It was an easy A as long as you finish the assignments.

I can see why some don't like her, but I did. I test well and write well so the class was easy to me. She does talk a lot, but she knows her stuff. She is very passionate and i do think she teaches to the quick students. You have to be on the ball and show up and study hard. I learned a lot! If you want to actually learn take her!

This was my favorite class this semester! It was an online class but I had a lot of contact with the teacher and she is SUPER nice - I don't know why people are saying she's rude! You will read A LOT, but I found the material extremely interesting, so I didn't mind. She grades fairly and explains all assignments in detail, what more could you ask?

Wow I can't figure out why everyone is saying Anne is so rude. If you care about school and value your education then you will get along great. She's a lot of fun and still my favorite instructor after 3 semesters. She runs Students for Peace and Justice and she likes to play Just Dance on the Wii in the student center. I really enjoyed her class. She is tough, but she does her best to explain the material thoroughly. You have to read the book, you are quizzed on every chapter that's required. Had 2 major papers, but I'm good at writing, so no problems here. Some didn't read or didn't follow directions...she ends up repeating directions a lot because of it.

Her class isn't hard if you just pay attention and follow the syllabus. If you can't handle homework, having to actually understand the material and reading the text book this class is not for you. I thought she made it very interesting and I learned a lot. I am taking another class with her and I didn't even like psychology classes before.

I absolutely loved Mrs. Garcia she definitely made the class interesting and interactive. I registered for PSYCH before and dropped it because it was beyond boring and frustrating. She made me consider changing my major. I loved the BLENDED style course with her, read your chapter and participate in class and do your work and you'll do great!

Dr. Garcia's syllabus and class schedule were very clear. She was willing to help students, and gave a lot of useful feedback. I would definitely recommend taking her as an instructor.

I love the way Anne taught, was very animated. Great sense of humor and loved teaching this subject. I learned so much from her class. I would recommend her to anyone.

I found this class interesting but the workload was heavy. Also there is mandatory reading every week followed by quiz when you walk into class once a week. There are discussion boards and also one or two assignments each week.

Anne is amazing! Her class is for you if you are willing to show up, and read the book. She makes you put some effort into class (it's not that bad), but if you are willing to do so you will learn a lot and have a great time. She's very organized, very direct, and heavy on lecturing. If you take good notes in the lecture you will be well prepared.

The topic is really interesting. She grades pretty well but I feel like she expects us to know more than we do. She gives really good feedback. Mechanism of action assignments were most difficult for me.

I loved Anne's class. Quizzes on chapter reading every class can be intimidating but as long as you read the chapter, it's an easy A . Open book bb tests every week help the subject matter stick for the quarterly exams that are taken in the test center. Her feedback on my papers was constructive & thoughtful. I looked forward to every class.

She is a great teacher, but she uses some video's for an online class from another teacher; that other teacher seems nice but her word "Kiddo's" is deadly over used, and her heavy breathing causes you to zone out easier than blinking.

The class was very extensive but the transfer of knowledge was there. If you listen to the lectures and read all chapters it makes testing a breeze, I noticed alot of reviews are upset about grading. All material was sourced from the book. I enjoyed this class and the quick response from her if needed.

Anne has been my FAVORITE instructor so far (been in school for 2 years now). She is thorough, fantastic lectures, provides positive and constructive feedback. Responds quickly to emails, great with reminders... HIGHLY recommend. I was surprised that her rating isn't much higher.

She expects a lot from her students. The class is significant work. Each week, there is a lengthy HW assignment and both an essay & MC exam. She also grades pretty harshly, so put significant effort into your answers. If you like feedback, she is the perfect prof; it was always extensive and relevant. Enjoyed the class, but it required a lot.

I really enjoy Anne's teaching styles and lectures, this is the second class I have taken with her. This class was very hard for me and felt like an uphill battle initially. Anne gave great feedback and even reached out to tell me she was proud of my growth which really helped with my motivation. Take this professor regardless of the course!
