Only 3 tests, no final. Don't really need to attend class, just memorize the highlighted stuff on the test reviews (the stuff that'll be on the test). Have to watch "out of class" movies and take a quiz. Not unbearable but pretty boring.

The class was fairly easy. You have to attend one play and write a 350 word essay.... not hard. The test were based off of study guides that were almost word for word so it was mostly just memorization.

She's amazing. You hardly ever have to do anything for this class. Attendance is mandatory now with iclickers (she takes 3 points off the attendance portion of your grade for every unexcused absence) but that's not a big deal since she cancels class A LOT. She gives practice tests online beforehand & those questions are on the actual test.

Class was cancelled probably 60% of the time. All tests and assignments are online. You will need the interactive book to do the quizzes she gives. Attendance was not taken everyday, but randomly she'll take it so it's good to show up anyways. Overall, super easy class and probably the easiest A you'll ever get.

Anne 's class was an awesome way to fulfill a culture class needed for my degree plan. Her class was really easy and interesting. Before each online test, she gives you a review that clearly states which pages to read for the book and how many questions will be over each topic. There are four tests and a ton of extra credit offered - solid choice!

This class was like a break from all of my other core classes and I actually enjoyed it. Quackenbush is really funny and easy going and gives so much extra credit opportunities you won't even need to use them all. Go to class and get the attendance points. Only grades are four non-cumulative online tests and two really easy, short essays/free response things (also online). Definitely the easiest class I took all semester. The class is interesting, there are 4 non-cumulative exams and 2 short answer essays. The exams are all online and are open for a week so they can be taken on your own time. I'd recommend getting the textbook because most of the test questions are straight from the book.

Test are online, so you can use your note. Only downside, had to watch a three hour Chinese movie and read subtitles, literally awful.

THAR101 is literally the best class ever, specifically if you're looking to go into acting but even if you're not and just enjoy acting for fun it is still a great elective. The class becomes very close and Quack is a phenomenal teacher. Would even recommend it for STEM majors so they can catch a break mentally.

This class was super easy A. There's so much extra credit she offers it's insane so if you happen to be struggling (idk why you would be) then there' plenty of chances to boost your grade. I took THAR201 as an easy creative arts, and it was easy if you put some time and effort into the study guides she gave for online tests. If you do the study guides, you'll make an A on her exams, especially since the exam is open note and she gives you over an hour to do 50 questions. She was a hilarious lecturer and I enjoyed going to class.

Dr. Quackenbush is actually hilarious, so having this class at 8 am was not a burden for me. She does take attendance. Easiest class I've ever taken in my life. I can't believe this class is actually allowed for 3 credit hours. I took her class online and all you had to do was one assignment a week that took a max of 45 minutes. This class is a free 100, my lowest grade in this class all semester was 102. This is an extremely easy class. I mean, REALLY EASY. Take it if you need the elective credit. Class consisted of a weekly discussion board and 3 projects. Everything was completion based, so as long as you did it you got a 100. Class is all online and asynchronous. If you don't get an A in this class, I genuinely think you might need to drop out.

This should be one of the easiest classes you will ever take. There are no exams, weekly packbacks, with occasional projects which consists of making a powerpoint.

This class was asynchronous so I did not interact with the prof once. Every week a discussion post will be due and occasionally you'll have a small project to do. 90 minute recordings are assigned but every time you can just find a summary of the plot to talk about. There was one group project that was very easy too. This is a very easy class.

Easy class when online.

Literally the easiest class ever. There are weakly assignments that are easy and take max: 30 minutes. The only annoying thing, is that there was 1 group project, but it was still very easy. Just take theater if you need an elective credit.

Literally the easiest class I've ever taken. ~1 assignment per week, which will take you at most 30 minutes composed of just a post about the content of the readings for the week. Stay on top of your assignments, and so long as you do them you'll end with an A+ easily.

Love her, one of the easiest classes I have ever taken in my academic career. If you need a creative arts credit I highly recommend. No exams, all pack backs, and 2 projects overall that are super easy.

Professor Quackenbush is a really sweet lady. I took this class online and it was very easy. There was only a weekly packback and three main projects. All of these are very easy, one of the projects is a group project, but also very simple. Super easy, definitely recommend taking this if you need the credit.

Very very easy class! Spent maybe 30min a week on it. If you need this for a lang/phil/culture credit, take this class with this prof. What we did learn was interesting but easy assignments, the end-of-year group project was very easy and made it easy for everyone who did work to get credit.

Easy course to take for your core curriculum. There was one Homework assignment every week, but two overall could be skipped without repercussions. There was also group project that was not fun (especially being online), but it was very easy. Would recommend!

This class is very easy. You do not have to even go to class to do well. There are a few group projects, but they are not hard at all. There is also weekly homework on PackBack, and it is not bad. If you want easy credit, then this class is for you!

Her lectures are usually just her rambling about theatre, but they're still fun to go to. Great course to take to get your creative arts credit.

Professor Quackenbush was hilarious and chill. THE CLASS WAS A BREEZE. 9 out of 10 times it was create a post and responds to two other classmates per week. Thats about all we did this semester. I only went to class the first month and after that I realized I didn't have to go at all. Attendance was not mandatory. I finished with a 107%. Easiest A!

Easiest class I have ever taken. I went to class the first two weeks, and never went back. Finished the class with a 112. Everything is online - one packback per week, and a few projects throughout the semester. No final. Had multiple extra credit opportunities and made the class super easy.

One of the best profs in Texas A&M and she helps students who can miss a couple days of work and gives a reasonable amount of work which can be done all at once. There are 6 packbacks that needed to be done during a week and a couple of group projects.

As a Theatre major , she doesn't a lot for her Theatre specific classes.We had to put on a whole show together from scratch. We also did some fun improv games here and there. Very amazing professor , yet disorganized.1000 want to take her again, but for Theatre majors expect her to give you the groundwork for future acting classes.
