I LOVED this class! It's all about me! Who doesn't love themselves? Instructor North made the class fun and daring. He challenged us to dig into ourselves and really think - to think on so many levels! I would take him for anything that he is willing to teach.

I'm in the middle of the semester right now. This guy is very laid back, and is easily approachable. Also, he does not mind being corrected on mistakes. I high recommend taking this class. I'm more than confident that I'll maintain an A, and finish with one.

Very cool professor. Really lenient when it comes to turning things in and will work with you. You will need to participate in group projects because he will grade you by yourself even if you're in a group.

He's a pretty chill professor who mainly lectures every class and tries to keep it interesting. He does assign a lot of group projects but they're pretty simple. Overall, hes pretty great teacher I definitely recommend.

Helpful & committed to the student. Got this professor way into the semester for A&P as replacement for interim professor, and chair of HCC. So, the procedure of lecture was very diff. I found it easier to cope with the material, seen as we had to catch up. However, he tells us that things would have been much diff. if not for the circumstances.

There are a lot of group projects based off of powerpoints and labs. While attendance is not mandatory, it is in your best interest to attend as you do not want to get behind on your assignments.

He is very inclusive and understanding. when something goes on in our personal life or if we are stressed out he may give us additional time to turn in assignments. he also gives us some days to catch up on work. when he lectures its pretty simple we just have to listen for what assignments are due and hen and the assignments are self- explanatory.

Throughout this class I have learned many things about myself. We talked about our true colors, strengths, and even learning styles, among other things. We talked about many prevalent issues in life in general and in the health care system, and developed our self introspection skills as well as life skills.

UH well i wish he would give extra time when we have trouble

Mr. North is the complete opposite of what I expected, I thought college professors would be rude and straight to the point but instead he takes the time to help his students as well ass explains everything efficiently.

Professor North is a really experienced for his age. He's surprisingly passionate about the content and his best qualities are his sense of humor and clarity in instruction. He seems to understand that much of the learning will sometimes come from the student's own experiences and wisdom rather than teaching and that's part of why he is great.
