He is the best TA in Concordia!

Professor Andreoli was a fantastic TA. He provided a great environment for learning in the demos. His explanations were always very clear, and his constructive criticism greatly helped me better understand not only the topics we covered, but more importantly greater, foundational programming concepts and conventions. 10/10

He's not a tough grader either, as long as you do the required work you'll get your marks. He's also a very cool person that's very fun to have a conversation with.

As many have stated, he is among the best TAs you could pick from. He goes through the demo quickly as to not waste anybody's time. Most have pointed out that he is a fair grader, and I completely agree. However, grades aside, he is one that points your mistakes followed with explanations and solutions to said mistakes. Anthony Andreoli is a great teacher! I had him as a TA, and his feedback really helped me learn more about the language I was being taught at the time. This was fundamental in helping me pass the class, since we did not have a lot of time to learn it. He is also extremely nice, understanding, and a nice person.

This teacher was outstanding. Super cool and kind, down-to-earth. It almost made me depressed that Concordia doesnt have more people in the faculty like this.

I was fortunate to have M. Andreoli as my TA for Comp 346. He gave me good feedback and guidance on my assignments regarding what was right and what was wrong, which is valuable as it helped assimilate the class material in practice. He was also understanding/accommodating in terms of schedules as this was an online class.

He was my grader for my assignments. He will push you and really question you until youre shaky on your knowledge, but will be extremely fair in his grading. Honestly, probably the best combo between learning, being better, yet still manage to get a great grade if you put in the work.

Would definitely take again, learnt a lot during the demos

The first time I actually learned a lot through demos. He was super friendly and would walk me through better solutions to the problems at hand and leave time for me to ask about the difficulties I had. That combined with the fact that grading was generous, turned demos from a stress/annoyance to something useful and that I looked forward to.

He was my marker for COMP 346. Every time that I would not understand a part of the assignment during the demo, he would go in detail of what the solution can be. He is extremely knowledgeable and he is a extremely fair grader for the assignments. If he ends up teaching a course, I am sure you will learn a lot from it.

Makes sure you understand the assignments and gives you good feedback.

Anthony Andreoli was taking the lab in the course. He engages with the students in the labs and helps them out if anyone gets stuck while coding the solutions to the lab exams.

Anthony helps me and others to unblock any question with patient , which is very nice helpful to solve the issue

Fair Grader

Anthony is great. He is the TA for COMP 5461. He is knowledgeable about the operating system and Java. When we had demo sessions on our programming assignments, he gave help and clear feedback about our code and asked questions to help us improve our understanding.

A fantastic teacher, he is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make sure material is conceptually understood and not just memorized. Highly recommend taking him should you have the chance.

The best TA i've ever had. I learned more in his tutorials than I did in the lectures. I would not understand anything if it weren't for his clear explanations and clear solutions to examples. I recommend going to his tutorials if you can, its an overall great experience.

Anthony does a great job of carefully explaining concepts and working through practice problems. It's obvious that he cares about student success. So far the best T.A. I've had at Concordia, and not just because he's kind, but because he's a great communicator.

I attended different tutorial sections of 352 and I enjoy Anthony's section the most. He does not simply follow tutorial slides as most people do, and he explains every concept quickly and effectively with concrete step-by-step examples. His teaching style is somewhat similar to Professor Hanna's teaching, and I learned a lot from his tutorials.

I hope he becomes a Concordia prof in CS asap!

Give a very clear explanation of each subject, and examples following to make sure you understand. I should've joined his tutorial earlier. The only downside is that he doesn't allow electronic devices in the class, so make sure not to sit on the sides otherwise you can't really see and you can't use your phone to assist.

He explains everything on board rather than just reading slides which is not the case for most of the profs. His lectures are quick and quite informative.

Anthony was my TA for COMP 6481 and is an amazing teacher! He was approachable after tutorials and by email. With his knowledge and teaching skills, he would make a good professor someday (soon!). He uses teaching by example, which he probably learned from his mentor Dr. Hanna, which makes learning really light & easy! His handouts are helpful too.

Anthony is a gifted teacher. You won't learn from him just as a student but you might also get inspired by his teaching skills (if you want to teach and help others somehow). I highly recommend taking his tutorial sessions for extra learning.

Anthony graded two COMP346 PAs of mine and I attended his tutorial once for insight. He can be a harder grader compared to other TAS. However, he is familiar with the subject and still grades very fairly. He gives important feedback and will help you well if you attend his tutorials. One of the most hardworking and informative TA's I've seen.

I had Anthony as my TA for demoing my assignments in COMP 352 and COMP 249. He was great at giving feedback and explaining concepts on the fly in a very easy to understand way. He's very approachable and always invites you to ask questions to try and help you learn more about your own work. I 100% recommend to take any class he teaches/TA's.

I had Comp352 Tutorial with him. He crafts his own notes, which really help to demystify the lectures. Him and aiman are a good combo. While Aiman delves deep, Anthony has a knack for simplifying concepts, ensuring they stick in mind. So you can understand the concept easier! I would totally recommend this prof!

He is a great TA who provides students with his personalized notes that are easy to digest. Is happy to answer questions and does not give a half answer to them. He responds to emails as best as he can and is engaging during tutorial sessions. Wish more TA's were like him.

Honestly he is amazing. It is my 7th semester in Concordia and i usually dont go to any lectures or tutorials and study on my own in home. But for his tutorial i didn't miss a single one because of how simple he explains.
